Islam as a religion wants its people to always maintain a balance between religiosity (al din) and worldly problems (al dunya). The relationship between the two describes something that is separate but inseparable (harmony). However, for modern society, this condition often creates contradictions, this condition was seen at the time of the Covid 19 pandemic. The implementation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions by the government in an effort to overcome the spread of the impact of Covid 19 to the community by limiting activities in mosques and allowing activities in the market to continue in fact responded by the community differently. The methodology used is qualitative by using social policy analysis. This paper tries to examine social policies towards the application of large-scale social restrictions on mosques and markets. In this paper, the sociology of law theory is used, namely Law is a social engineering tool which emphasizes that law becomes the commander who must bring change to society. The results obtained in the research are that the community responds to the large-scale social restriction policy differently, where the purpose of the policy is for the community to be expected to make changes by complying with the rules that have been set by the government, the conditions for rejection and various responses are caused by disharmony between implementation of policies with public awareness of the law.Keyword : Policy, large-Scale Restrictions and the sociology of law. AbstrakIslam sebagai agama mengkhendaki umatnya agar senantiasa menjaga keseimbangan antara religiusitas (al din) dan masalah keduniaan (al dunia). The objective of this research is to examine and reveal the impact of the adoption of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar - PSBB) in Gorontalo province on the roles of women working as drivers of pedicab motorcycle (Becak Motor – Bentor) in addition to being a housewife. This study is qualitative research that gathered data through interviews with the drivers and related parties. Data were analyzed using a phenomenological approach with a thematic study of the Qur'an and Hadith. The results revealed that the family's economic needs became the main reason for women choosing to be Bentor drivers. The implementation of working hours and quantity controls, as well as the prevalence of staying at home, had decreased their income; however, their household duties were still performed, despite the worst economic conditions. Another fact is that the implementation of PSBB has succeeded in decreasing the introductory reproduction rate (R0) of the transmission of Covid-19. In addition, the Qur'an and Hadith allow women who want to work outside their houses but still follow religious instructions always to protect themselves and their dignity and not to ignore their household duties.==================================================================================================ABSTRAK – Pekerja Perempuan dan Peran Ekonomi Mereka pada Masa Covid-19 Ditinjau dari Perspektif Islam: Kajian pada Supir Bentor di Gorontalo, Indonesia.

AbstractShould rights be publicly or privately enforced in the case of digital piracy? The emergence of large-scale anti-piracy laws and the existence of illegal non-monitored channels raise important issues for the design of anti-piracy policies. We study the impact of these demand-side policies in two enforcement settings (namely, public and private enforcement settings) with an outside adoption option for users of an illegal non-monitored channel. Our results show that public enforcement generates higher monitoring and lower price levels, and also higher legal welfare than private enforcement. However, we identify potential conflicts of interest between the legal seller and the social planner when the efficiency of the illegal non-monitored channel is low. Introducing supply-side policies, i.e. policies targeted to suppliers of illegal content, we find that they may have unexpected impacts and can damage legal welfare. We also identify situations in which the two policies are substitutes or complements.

Almost all countries in the world have been affected by the Covid-19 virus pandemic, including Indonesia. The Indonesian government established a Large-Scale Social Restriction policy in an effort to break the chain of spreading the covid-19 virus. The limited movement of people makes information and communication technology play a very important role as well as a solution to overcome these restrictions. Technology helps parents to keep working and finish their work from home, shop from home and children can learn from home so that effective and efficient distance learning activities can be realized. Optimizing the use of information and communication technology in the family provides more benefits for all family members during the Covid-19 pandemic due to the imposition of social restrictions that require all to stay at home.

The armed conflict that ravaged Côte d'Ivoire after the post-election crisis in november 2010 was sparked by several factors (land disputes, armed uprising of september 2002, tribal militias conquest of state power). In the regions of Guémon and Cavally that formed the epicenter of the war, intercommunal land disputes were instrumental in the outbreak of the war. These tensions between peasants have long caused confusion in the far west forest and contributed in part to the social division between indigenous and migrant communities. This qualitative study based on the phenomenological approach and firstly analyses the dynamics of these communal land disputes before the post-election crisis of 2010. Then, it situates the impact of these conflicts in the social division between communities.
