Problem and goal. The great need to apply the theory of inverse problems for differential equations (IP) in the research of applied problems is explained by the fact that it is possible to effectively study hard-to-reach or inaccessible objects and processes, to identify, for example, the location of objects, determine their shape, etc. In addition, it is possible to identify causeand-effect relationships of processes and phenomena (see, for example, [5; 6; 8; 11; 14; 17; 19]). It became possible, in many respects, thanks to modern computer technologies which allow to investigate various mathematical models of inverse problems, realize modern computational algorithms of the numerical solution of inverse problems for differential equations, carry out three-dimensional visualization of their decisions and control of accuracy of calculations. This circumstance explains the widespread introduction of modern computer technologies in the process of teaching students of IP educational institutions of physics and mathematics (see, for example, [2; 5; 6; 8; 10-14; 17; 19; 20]). In the process of teaching, goals are set to ensure that students form a system of fundamental knowledge in the field of theory and practice of inverse problems, applied and computational mathematics, acquire the skills to choose and apply computer technology to find solutions to inverse problems, develop their ICT competence. Methodology. The development of ICT competence among students of universities of physical and mathematical areas of training, as a result of learning IP, is ensured by how successfully the conditions will be implemented in practice, including: 1) involvement of specialists in the field of inverse problems for differential equations with experience in the use of computer technology in the study of inverse problems; 2) conducting lectures and practical classes using multimedia and computer technologies; 3) implementation of didactic principles of teaching inverse problems for differential equations using computer technologies; 4) attraction of students to performance of semester tasks, course and final qualifying works on inverse problems for differential equations with use of computer technologies. Results. In practical classes, students acquire the skills to apply modern computer technology in the study of IP. Students gain experience in analyzing new information about the studied physical processes and phenomena using computer technology. Students form knowledge about the role of computer technology in mobile research of mathematical models of inverse problems for differential equations, demonstrating ICT competence. Conclusion. Developed in the process of teaching inverse problems for differential equations using computer technologies, ICT competence will obviously allow students in their future professional activities to effectively apply a variety of computer technologies in the study of mathematical models of inverse problems.

Background Anosmia and hyposmia have many etiologies, including trauma, chronic sinusitis, neoplasms, and respiratory viral infections such as rhinovirus and SARS-CoV-2. We aimed to systematically review the literature on the diagnostic evaluation of anosmia/hyposmia. Methods PubMed, EMBASE, and Cochrane databases were searched for articles published since January 1990 using terms combined with Medical Subject Headings (MeSH). We included articles evaluating diagnostic modalities for anosmia, written in the English language, used original data, and had two or more patients. Results A total of 2065 unique titles were returned upon the initial search. Of these, 226 abstracts were examined, yielding 27 full-text articles meeting inclusion criteria (Level of evidence ranging from 1 to 4; most level 2). The studies included a total of 13,577 patients. The most utilized diagnostic tools were orthonasal smell tests (such as the Sniffin’ Sticks and the UPSIT, along with validated abridged smell tests). Though various imaging modalities (including MRI and CT) were frequently mentioned in the workup of olfactory dysfunction, routine imaging was not used to primarily diagnose smell loss. Conclusion The literature includes several studies on validity and reliability for various smell tests in diagnosing anosmia. Along with a thorough history and physical, validated orthonasal smell tests should be part of the workup of the patient with suspected olfactory dysfunction. The most widely studied modality was MRI, but criteria for the timing and sequence of imaging modalities was heterogenous.

Globalized information has become one of the most important factors in increasing the productivity of an enterprise, and information technologies are a prerequisite for its effective functioning. The purpose of the article is to assess the state and determine the prospects for the development of the use of computer technologies in the accounting and analytical work of Ukrainian enterprises. The main aspects of the introduction and use of modern computer technologies in the accounting and analytical work of enterprises were investigated. The phenomenon of computerization of accounting was highlighted as one of the most important areas of increasing the efficiency of enterprises in modern market conditions, largely due to the processes of economic and digital globalization. A comprehensive assessment of existing accounting software products was carried out, the main functional capabilities of computer programs for conducting accounting and analytical work of enterprises were analyzed and their average cost of implementation was determined. It was determined that the automation of the accounting and analytical process allows the enterprise to save its own resources and to receive benefits. Among these are saving time, making tasks more efficient, and having more accurate analytics. Other than these, however, reducing costs is one of the significant benefits that companies and accounting firms experience as they embrace the latest technologies to optimize processes. Considerable attention is paid to the list of software requirements for automation of accounting, analysis and audit of enterprises. A number of main problems faced by enterprises at the stage of development, use and implementation of computer programs in the accounting and analytical process have been identified. The trends and prospects for the use of software in the accounting and analytical work of Ukrainian enterprises were determined. Current accounting trends tell us one thing: digitization is as ubiquitous in the accounting sector as it is anywhere else, but human roles remain just as relevant. Another development that will define accounting practice in the future is the growing acceptance of remote work in the field.

Introduction. When solving problems of transcomputational complexity, the problem of evaluating the rounding error is relevant, since it can be dominant in evaluating the accuracy of solving the problem. The ways to reduce it are important, as are the reserves for optimizing the algorithms for solving the problem in terms of accuracy. In this case, you need to take into account the rounding-off rules and calculation modes. The article shows how the estimates of the rounding error can be used in modern computer technologies for solving problems of computational, applied mathematics, as well as information security. The purpose of the article is to draw the attention of the specialists in computational and applied mathematics to the need to take into account the rounding error when analyzing the quality of the approximate solution of problems. This is important for mathematical modeling problems, problems using Bigdata, digital signal and image processing, cybersecurity, and many others. The article demonstrates specific estimates of the rounding error for solving a number of problems: estimating the mathematical expectation, calculating the discrete Fourier transform, using multi-digit arithmetic and using the estimates of the rounding error in algorithms for solving computer steganography problems. The results. The estimates of the rounding error of the algorithms for solving the above-mentioned classes of problems are given for different rounding-off rules and for different calculation modes. For the problem of constructing computer steganography, the use of the estimates of the rounding error in computer technologies for solving problems of hidden information transfer is shown. Conclusions. Taking into account the rounding error is an important factor in assessing the accuracy of the approximate solution of problems of the complexity above average. Keywords: rounding error, computer technology, discrete Fourier transform, multi-digit arithmetic, computer steganography.

The article is devoted to the definition of the content and the system of expert activity in the field of computer technologies, which is based on the results of determining the general system of expert activity. Expert activity should be understood as the implementation by authorized agents on the basis of special knowledge in the field of science, technology, art, crafts, etc. Studies of objects, phenomena and processes in order to provide scientifically substantiated conclusions on the diverse issues that arise in the process of life of society. Such a definition of expert activity includes both judicial and non-judicial expert examination. At present, more than 500 laws are adopted in Ukraine, which in one way or another concern the conduct of expert assessments (most of them are valid at 2019). But no any among that laws directly devoted to the expert work in the field of computer technology. So the system and content of the expert work in the field of computer technology should be established, based on knowledge of the object of expertise – computer technology. It is considered as synonymous with the concept of “information technology” or “information and communication technologies”. Information technology – it is a purposeful organized set of information processes using computer facilities, which provide high speed data processing, rapid information search, dispersal of data, access to information sources regardless of places of their location. The system of expert activity in the field of computer technologies includes examinations belonging to a group of judicial (engineering, commodity, forensic, etc.) and non-judicial (scientific and scientific and technical expertise; examination of issues of quality and conformity of goods (products) to certain requirements; examination of issues of information security; examination of issues of environmental impact and the environment of human life, etc.), as well as presented by different kindsand species examinations that have different goals focused on the study of computer technology in their various aspects and provides solutions to diverse issues.
