The aim of this article was to identify the role of good mutual relationships with offerors for final purchasers, as well as define the meaning of the perception of offerors in the scope of listening to purchasers’ opinions and profiting from purchasers’ readiness to cooperate for the specificities of the prosumeric activity. A deep analysis of the world literature was used to prepare the theoretical part of this paper. The results of this analysis confirm the existing cognitive gap and research gap regarding mentioned aspects, including energy market. Empirical studies were conducted to reduce identified gaps. The survey method was used to collect primary data. The collected data were subjected to quantitative analysis, during which statistical analysis methods and tests were applied (Pearson chi-square independence test, V-Cramer factor analysis, Kruskal–Wallis test (KW), and exploratory factor analysis). The results of the statistical analysis and testing allowed the three research hypotheses formulated to be checked. Between the significance of good relationships with offerors and their perception, a statistically significant dependence was identified for all groups of offerors. The perception of offerors was a feature differentiating respondents’ opinions about the significance of good relationships with offerors for the two following groups: producers and traders. Additionally, the perception of offerors was a feature differentiating forms of prosumeric activity of respondents only for three interpurchase behaviors. The results obtained have a visible cognitive and applicability value. They contribute to the theory of marketing, as well as possibly facilitating the formation of good mutual relationships between offerors (including offerors of energy) and final purchasers as key partners cooperating with offerors in the marketing process. The approach presented in this paper has not been studied and analyzed so far, either in theoretical or in practical terms. This fact confirms its originality and value.

Abstract Background and Aims Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is considered a global medical and public health issue. CKD takes a special place among non-infectious diseases because of its prevalence (6-20% according to different surveys and studies) and is associated with a poor life quality, complications and high risk of mortality. In recent years, there have been new biomarkers requiring more research in this area. One of these biomarkers is Fibroblast growth factor-23 (FGF-23) which is found as a bone derived hormone and might be a predictor of progression. However, the role of FGF-23 in CKD progression in children has not been adequately studied, especially on the early stages. Nowadays, the study of FGF-23 in children and the question of the clinical importance of this marker are relevant. Therefore, the aim of our study was to establish the role of FGF-23 in CKD progression in children. Method A prospective study was conducted on 73 children with different stages of CKD and 14 healthy individuals (control group) matched by age and gender. There were approximately equal numbers of patients in study groups. An average age was 9.61±1.05 years. Exclusion criteria: active inflammatory, bone, infectious, oncological, immunological diseases, taking steroids and vitamin D supplements. Laboratory measurements included all common clinical and biochemical indicators. Serum concentration of intact FGF-23 was assessed by using the ELISA method (Biomedica Medizinprodukte GmbH, Austria). Statistical analysis was conducted in MS Excel 2016 and SPSS 18.0. Results The normal range of FGF-23 for this kit was 0.1-1.5 pmol/l. The average value of FGF-23 in the control group was 0.69±0.12 pmol/l. Further studies in the groups with different stages of CKD revealed that FGF-23 concentration gradually rose in parallel with stages of CKD, and it reached the maximum on the last stage. It should be noticed that the level of FGF-23 concentration on the first stage of CKD was normal (0.73±0.14 pmol/l) and the comparison with healthy individuals revealed no significant differences. What is remarkable, despite the fact that the average value of the second stage patients was normal (1.36±0.2 pmol/l), there was a statistically significant difference with the control group (p=0.008). The levels of FGF-23 on the next stages were 2.52±0.52 pmol/l, 5.42±1.61 pmol/l, and 12.16±1.55 pmol/l, respectively. The differences were considerable and proved by statistical analysis (p<0.01). Conclusion Our study showed that there is an upward trend of FGF-23 as CKD progresses from early to advanced stages. The results on the second and third stages indicate that FGF-23 should be considered as one of early biomarkers of CKD progression in children. Thus, there is a need for more studies in this area.

The aim of this study is to assess the psychosocial factors of adolescents’ problem behavior. Within this research, the relationships among family structure, parental modeling, parental monitoring, and adolescents’ self-regulation were assessed. Data were collected by self-report questionnaires. The sample consisted of 150 participants aged 14 to 17. Sixty adolescents were in conflict with the law, and the other 90 adolescents who did not have such a contact with the legal system. Results show that more adolescents in conflict with the law live in single-parent families than their peers who do not have a similar experience. At the same time, adolescents living with single parents have a higher mean score of problem behavior and a lower mean score of parental monitoring. Correlational and regression analyses revealed that parents’ problem behavior models and parental monitoring are statistically significant predictors of adolescents’ problem behavior. In the present study, self-regulation was revealed to be a significant correlate of adolescents’ problem behavior, and that family factors mediate the relationship between self-regulation and problem behavior. Results also confirm the importance of an approach for the prevention of deviant behavior focused primarily on family supporting measures.

In this paper the author denotes some of the new legal provisions contained in the Law on juvenile offenders and criminal protection of juveniles of the Republic of Serbia, in the light of both the reintegration of juvenile offenders and future more active role of a victim of crime committed by a juvenile offender - the role that would contribute to victim?s empowerment. Likewise, the author points out the importance of alternative sanctions, i.e. procedures and measures that should enable diversion from the classic criminal procedure, or its suspension. The article signifies the importance of noncustodial measures as alternatives to institutional treatment, in terms of the new provisions contained in the Law.

In the structure of modern diseases, there are 50-75% of psychosomatic diseases. To understand the role of the emotional factor in the onset and progression of somatic disorders, as well as the opposite process – the emergence of psychological and emotional disorders as a response to an acute or chronic disease of internal organs – acquires a particular importance and relevance at the present stage of the causality of the disease. Individual features of the response of the human body to social, biological factors have common mechanisms of combined damage to the mucous membrane of the oral cavity and periodontal tissue. The severity of the damage to these organs and tissues is also determined by the psychological characteristics of individuals. These points are important not only for understanding the causality of the combined pathology of the periodontal and oral mucosa, but also for choosing the optimal tactics for treating such dental patients. The aim of the work was to analyze the role of psychosomatic correlations in the occurrence and development of the combined pathology of the periodontal and oral mucosa, determining the tactics of their treatment. 32 patients were involved in the examination with pathological changes of periodontal and oral mucosa. The essential role of the emotional component in the genesis of diseases was confirmed. Taking into account the psychosomatic nature of the pathology in the experimental group of patients, recommendations were given on diet therapy, psychotherapy, autogenic training. General medical treatment for internists and dentists was maximally individualized, taking into account the psychological characteristics of the response to the disease, differentiated according to the nature of the existing diseases, severity, pathology. After 6 months of follow-up, a stable, reliable positive clinical result was obtained in all patients in the experimental group and in 64% in the control group. Accounting for the state of psychosomatic relationships in the mechanisms of origin, development, treatment of diseases is extremely important. This approach in the supervision of dental patients who have combined changes in periodontal tissues, the oral mucosa allows achieving positive results of treatment, both in relation to the condition of the oral cavity, and for the body as a whole.

The article presents the first part of the study of psychological characteristics of persons who committed crimes of corruption. Law-abiding civil servants acted as a control group. The theoretical basis of the study was the value-normative theory of the criminal A. R. Ratinov's personality, so the main attention was paid to the analysis of the value sphere of corrupt officials. The systems of value orientations of corruption criminals and law-abiding citizens were analyzed and compared, the most and the least significant values for both groups and some individual features were determined. The results contradict the widespread traditional ideas about corrupt officials as Mercantile, self-interested people, who put material values in the first place. So, for corruption criminals the most important are the values: freedom, family, love, children, health, education, new knowledge, expanding horizons. Similar value preferences are typical for law-abiding citizens. The least significant values for corrupt officials are material security, entertainment, public recognition, experience of beauty, high demands and power.
