The formation of a healthy lifestyle and a healthy lifestyle in the work of various activities, developing a program that includes appropriate measures to correct the functional state of employees of nervous and emotional labor, is currently one of the essential areas of occupational health. The study aims to assess the prevalence of behavioral risk factors for health disorders and the effectiveness of measures to correct overstrain in pedagogical and medical workers, depending on the personal level of anxiety. The researchers conducted comprehensive physiological and hygienic studies. We described behavioral risk factors, awareness of health-saving issues based on a questionnaire (346 teachers), a professional graphical assessment of the intensity of efforts. Psychophysical studies help to study the states of various functions of the central nervous system and the cardiovascular system, psychological testing, and general physical performance (GPP) according to the RWC170 test when evaluating the implemented model of motor activity and assess the effectiveness of relaxation in the shungite room. We performed static processing of the data obtained using statistical programs EpiInfo 3.5.2., Statistica 10, Microsoft Excel 2010 using adequate methods of statistical analysis. The study of the prevalence of the factors risky cheek of life for the health of teachers revealed insufficient physical activity (61.1% (95% CI 54.7-67.2)), inadequate sleep duration (46.1% (95% CI 40.0-52.4)), eating disorders (16.2% (95% CI 11.9-21.5)) tobacco smoking (15.8% (95% CI 11.5-20.9)). The developed and implemented regime, which increases the volume of motor activity to 8-9 hours a week instead of 3-4 hours, contributed to an increase in resistance to stress effects, a decrease in the percentage of identified teachers with a low level of physical fitness. A high degree of nervous and emotional tension in the work of general practitioners, the possibility of infection with COVID-19 leads to the formation of a high level of anxiety in a significant part (63.7-72.2%) of medical workers, which indicates the purposefulness of a psychological correction measure. The conducted production studies have shown the usefulness of using in programs for correcting the functional conformity of pedagogical and medical workers, an increase in motor activity using physical culture and sports, and relaxation in the shungite room.

The leaders of the modern world economy reached a high level of development during the period of industrial capitalist production. At present, in the world, machine production follows the path of minimizing and universalizing machines (systems, industries), robotization, computerization, digitalization, the formation of artificial intelligence, etc. All this is not de-industrialization, but a new stage in machine production, hyper-industrialization, building a new economy and introducing digitalization. Moving machine production from developed countries to third world countries does not mean de-industrialization of parent producer countries at all. It means their further development. In Ukraine, these complex processes are inadequately perceived, industry, mechanical engineering, for various reasons, have undergone total destruction through changes in forms of ownership, loss of strategy and development prospects, which is fundamentally wrong. In studies, insufficient attention is paid to the functioning of machine-building enterprises in “falling”, collapsing markets, there is no unambiguous and adequate understanding of what should be attributed to mechanical engineering, there is no clear classification of sub-sectors of mechanical engineering or business associations (industry, industry, sub-sector, complex, cluster). The variety of machine building classifications makes it difficult to assess economic activity objectively. The purpose of the article is to develop proposals for restoring the leading role of the industry in the technical re-equipment of the domestic economy production, its way out of the ongoing systemic crisis, based on the analysis of how the mechanical engineering functions as a driver of industrial and social development of industry and economy. It is shown that mechanical engineering provides a high level of labor productivity, production culture, science, contributes to the further deepening of labor cooperation. It was revealed that the most intellectually and professionally prepared part of the middle class was formed in mechanical engineering. The article examines the evolution of mechanical engineering over the years of the formation of the state, comparison with a number of industrial countries. The necessity of prioritizing the development of mechanical engineering for the formation of a modern self-sufficient economy is proved, the main directions of management including collaborative, structural and organizational regulation of the industry and the introduction of nature-like processes are outlined. The expediency and possibility to develop highly specialized industries in Ukraine and the cultivation of "hidden champions" have been substantiated.

Metabolic syndrome (MetS) which is caused by poor dietary habits and sedentary behavior is a serious global health problem. MetS is a cluster of risk factors, represented by central obesity, hyperglycemia, dyslipidemia, and hypertension. In the 21st century, MetS and associated comorbidities, including obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular diseases, are the major threats to human health. Practical dietary strategies, nutritional bioactive compounds and a healthy lifestyle are claimed to be efficient in the management of one or more components of MetS. Nevertheless successful management of MetS and commodities is still a major concern. Since hyperglycemia, inflammation and redox imbalance are intrinsically involved in the progression of MetS comorbidities, finding effective strategies that precisely target these systems is highly warranted. In this scenario, pharmacological and non-pharmacological approaches with or without dietary patterns, phytochemicals or exercise interventions are the practical strategies to combat MetS and associated diseases. However, designing and prescribing of optimal nutritional patterns and exercise regimens remains a big challenge to achieve the maximum beneficial effects. This thematic issue addressed the concerns and provided practical strategies to overcome the malady of MetS in the modern world.

Beer may not be the oldest alcoholic beverage, but it is definitely among the most popular alcoholic beverages in Serbia today. The authors conducted a survey in 2019, during three major beer festivals, on a total sample of 542 festival visitors. The authors set the goal of the research: sensory preferences, habits, knowledge of the beer production process and a healthy lifestyle influence the choice of beer type, in respondents older than 18 years. Further, the goal was to investigate the extent to which craft tourism can be developed in Serbia, and to be an aid in sustainable tourism development. SPSS software, version 26.00, was used for data processing. Descriptive statistical analysis determined the average values for all items from the given research groups. The authors considered that, for determining the group of factors, which may have the strongest predictor power in predicting beer choice, the best results can be given by Binary Logistic Regression. The logarithm of chances, chances and probabilities has also been determined whether in some future period all festival visitors over the age of 18 will be chosen for craft beer instead of factory beer. The obtained results show that visitors mainly consume craft beer, and that sensory tendencies play a leading role in preserving and creating quality, as well as attracting regular consumers and visitors to craft tourism. The importance of the research is undoubtedly seen in resolving the existing doubts about the quality of beer and creating a craft tourist market in Serbia. In addition, the research can improve the measures around the creation of a recognizable identity of the Serbian beer festival, on the wider tourist market.

One of the priority tasks of the Decentralization Reform is to create conditions for the mobilization of sufficient financial resources in order to ensure the functioning and development of the relevant territorial community and its local budget. The ultimate goal of the reform is to form self – sufficient territorial communities with financially sound budgets and a high level of financial independence. In such conditions, when local budgets ' own revenues are limited, the development budget plays a leading role in financing the community. The development budget is one of the indicators for assessing the quality of life in territorial communities because it provides financing for infrastructure and the quality of local services, which ultimately determine the growth of the local economy as a whole. However, the revenue side of the development budgets of local budgets in Ukraine, even taking into account certain positive changes enshrined in the new version of the Budget code, is not able to meet the financial needs of territories in budget investments in the current conditions. The modern world needs a new type of leader who develops a vision of the future for his / her followers and encourages them to be ready for it. These leaders ensure changes, they are not focused that much on the behavior of their followers / subordinates and on controlling their behavior. On the contrary, they are focused on the development of initiative and support becoming the servants of those they have to lead. The concept of servant l eadership is derived from the ideas of Robert K. Greenleaf. As R. Greenleaf states, it all starts with a natural urge – the desire to serve. The motto of this thought is "A good leader is primarily a servant". The task of the leader is to achieve common goals by ensuring the well-being of followers and subordinates. Servant leadership is an attempt to become better, to become the person others would gladly follow. Such an idealistic vision of a leader as a servant is fruitful and is paid off even in a very competitive business world. A servant leader builds an organized and creative team, and this type of leadership involves the development of organizational culture which demonstrates a high level of trust. Being a servant leader means to help people overcome obstacles and get the tools and resources they need to perform better; to be an example; to facilitate the work of others; to be willing to do what others do. This model of leadership implies a "flattening" of hierarchies: a boss is a friend who listens to those who are with him/her rather than a person who decides what is best for them. This type of leadership has the powerful potential in today’s globalized world. The article aims to analyze the concept of servant leadership. The authors have used an interpretive research paradigm and multidisciplinary analysis.
