An assessment of the formation of general cultural and professional competencies of students of future teachers of the subject of physical education in the conditions of distance learning was carried out. A study was organized consisting in comparing the assessments of graduate qualification works of bachelors of physical education by sophomore students conducted as part of classes in the subject: "Fundamentals of scientific and methodological activities" at the Faculty of Physical Culture of Moscow State Regional University in May-June 2020, with the final assessments of the state certification commission. It was established that the shortcomings of distance learning, according to the students surveyed, include: an increase in the volume of homework, technical problems with electronic communication, a lack of live communication with teachers and fellow students and hypodynamy. The advantages of distance learning by students included: saving time and money for moving, conducting classes in a comfortable home environment, flexibility in training planning and the ability to learn new courses. A study of the homogeneity of a group of respondents found that according to examination estimates, students were divided into two groups (with high and low grades), and according to the attendance of classes into three groups of students: absentees who go through the lesson and attend constantly. At the same time, approximately 29% of the assessment in the exam is determined by the number of visits to classes. In the remote format, attendance significantly increased by 12% (t-criterion) from the initial to the quarantine period. It is also determined that 13% of the value of the final assessment of graduate qualification works is determined by the personality of the student expert in the sample under study, and not by the content of the applicant's report and presentation. As a result of cluster analysis, three clusters of expert students are identified, differing in levels of responsibility, social and cognitive intelligence. It was established that criterion-evaluation competencies in terms of assessing knowledge in the subject area of "physical culture" are formed in most students by the end of the second year. More than 80% of sophomore students begin to evaluate graduate work almost the same as members of the state certification commission

Taking into account the increased competition in the female discipline "hand-to-handcombat" today, a scientific theoretical substantiation of the long-term training of athletes inthis complexly coordinated sport is put forward in a number of urgent and timely tasks. Dueto the variety of techniques from different types of martial arts, a certain rigidity ofcompetitive fights, the training process in hand-to-hand combat has a number of features, andpreparation for specific competitive activity requires athletes to have a high level ofpsychological stability, physical fitness and technical-tactical skill. The analysis is part of a comprehensive study on the scientific and theoreticalsubstantiation of the long-term sports training of women specializing in the sport of "handto-hand fighting". Within the framework of the study, the characteristics of the organism of young athletes, the morphological and functional state, the possibilities of the cardiovascular, respiratory systems, the musculoskeletal system, physical performance were studied, as wellas the strengths and weaknesses of their physical fitness were revealed.According to the results of the study, it was stated that in the practice of women'ssports training in hand-to-hand fighting, a contradiction was formed between the public orderfor high physical conditions of athletes necessary for complex competitive activity and theinsufficient level of physical development and preparedness of girls for the upcoming specifictraining activity in the groups of initial sports training. The low efficiency of the approachesproposed by the current programs to the formation of appropriate physical fitness for furthertraining activities at the stage of sports specialization was revealed. The results obtained will form the basis for the scientific and theoretical substantiationof the content-technological approaches to the physical and special physical training of girlsat the stage of initial training in hand-to-hand combat.

An attempt is made to supplement and expand the understanding of the organizationof the training process of athletes (at the stage of initial training) with special means using thegame method. In a pedagogical experiment on 48 athletes (boys and girls), the effectiveness of theexperimental methodology was determined, including: blocks of outdoor games aimed at developingelementary and complex types of speed abilities; sets of conjugate development exercises (running+ jumping); relay races to prevent the formation of a “speed barrier” from hill to hill 6x40 meters, aswell as a relay race with a handicap of 4x50 meters, to increase motivation for training sessions, etc.Correlation analysis between the recorded indicators has been carried out.The effectiveness of the experimental method (p<0.05), aimed at developing the speed abilitiesof athletes of 10–12 years old, using the game method was revealed. Correlation analysis showedthat after the pedagogical experiment there was a change in the structure of correlations betweenthe studied indicators in both groups: during the training process, some connections disappeared, others appeared. Our studies allow us to assert that the use of more games for the development of speed andreaction speed will improve the results of short-distance runners without forcing special training(p<0.05).

The article deals with the modern problem of developing the endurance of girls aged16–17 years by means of fitness, the feasibility of using fitness as a modern type of physical activity.Endurance is one of the most important physical qualities needed in the rapidly changing realities ofmodern life-in physical and psychological aspects. Endurance is a multifunctional property of thehuman body and integrates a large number of processes that occur at various levels: from the cellularto the whole organism. The leading role in the manifestation of endurance belongs to the factors ofenergy metabolism and the vegetative systems that provide it, namely, the cardiovascular, respiratory, and Central nervous system. Endurance training has a beneficial effect on a person”s mental stability. It educates moral and volitional qualities, and especially forms patience and the preservation ofpsychological stability to the effects of external factors. In the modern world, these advantagesare especially important, because life activity in conditions of constant stress, the requirementsof accelerated adaptation, reaction, and the influence of external stimuli becomes difficult for aperson, sometimes unbearable and leads to” emotional burnout “and Manager”s syndrome”. Thehealth of the nation and future generations is largely determined by the health of women. Womenare a large and active part of the population of our country, performing both reproductive anda number of important social functions. Their high-quality performance requires a high level ofmental and General physical stability, namely endurance. Fitness is a progressive trend that integratesphysical activity, proper nutrition, adherence to healthy lifestyle, and is also interesting to younggirls as a modern youth direction of physical activity. The age of 16–17 years is part of the sensitiveperiod of girls “endurance development. A comprehensive assessment of the method of endurancedevelopment is based on changes in the level of General, coordination, strength and psychologicalendurance, changes in the indicators of the cardio-respiratory system and the psychological and emotional component. In order to test the working hypothesis, a natural open parallel pedagogicalexperiment was conducted. The method of endurance development based on a combination ofmeans and methods of classical aerobics, power aerobics, functional, jumping-running and recoveryexercises, combined in qualitative and quantitative composition, with a clear pattern of alternatingtypes of fitness classes and regular use of developed sets of exercises created for girls of high schoolage. According to the results of the experiment, it was found that the functional state of the subjectsimproved, and the necessary training and psychological effect was achieved. The presented analysisof the research results proves the effectiveness of the developed methodology for the developmentof endurance.

The article presents the results of studies devoted to the analysis of erroneous actionsof the climber at the time of passing the competitive route. During the three competitive seasonsof 2016–2018 the performances of women at major international tournaments in the disciplineof difficulty climbing were studied (n = 631). Studies have revealed the main errors made duringthe climbing, to classify them, to determine the signs of controlled and uncontrolled errors. It wasestablished that the controlled errors do not have a noticeable direct impact on the result, but havea negative impact on the main spatial and temporal characteristics of climbing.A fundamentally new method of quantitative assessment of technical and tactical errors hasbeen developed, based on the use of the time factor of erroneous actions. Calculations made usingthe new method that the average error rate for champions is 0.28 points, for prize-winners is 0.40,and for athletes taking a place below the 20th is 1.6 points. During the analysis of the collected data, the of connection with the result of the performance R = 0.81 was established and the nature of thedependence of this relationship was determined. The regression model is constructed, which allows to calculate the standard error value dependingon the length of the passed section and determine its location in the overall of the competitive process. The knowledge of the error value makes it possible to conduct a complete analysis of the sportsperformance, the lost part of the competitive as a result of the error and adjust the training processin order to minimize erroneous actions.
