This study aimed to assess the corn silage used in 31 dairy farms in themunicipality of Patos de Minas, State of Minas Gerais, Brazil. Aquestionnaire was applied with questions related to the property, the silageprocess, and the use of roughage. A cluster analysis was then performed togroup the properties using the centroid method. Data were submitted toanalysis of variance in a completely randomized design. The continuousvariables and the discrete variables had their means compared using theTukey test and the chi-square test, respectively, with 5% probability of typeI error. Properties with low milk production were those with no technicalassistance; they tended to have nonuniform silo faces and manual removalof silage, resulting in higher silage loss.

The 2012 IMR Sidoarjo 24.27/1,000 live births is lower than East Java (28.31/1000). This success is due to some acceleration pogram IMR in the run of which is seriously IMD program (early initiation of breastfeeding) and exclusive breastfeeding. Breastfeeding is beneficial to maintain the resilience of the baby's body because it contains anti-infective agents. It is expected that all mothers can deliver their babies exclusively breastfed, but when when the control day 7, 50% of mothers had brought a bottle with formula milk for babies. Therefore, intensive efforts are needed to help new mothers breastfeed their babies normal order, one of them with oxytocin massage can help breast milk production. The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of massage oxytocin on milk production in mothers postpartum normal. This research method uses Quasy design experiments with quasi-experimental research design or the non-randomized design without posttest control group design. Sampling with purposive sampling. Samples of 40 people normal postpartum mothers who were divided into 2 groups, ie 20 massage respondents 20 respondents without oxytocin and oxytocin massage. The results showed the average age of mothers 20-35 years (92.5%), multiparous (70%). Based on the results of statistical analysis with the chi-square test showed that t value 9.22> t table 3.84 thus Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. Conclusion The majority of milk production in postpartum mothers is quite normal and there is a difference between postpartum maternal milk production after getting a massage and oxytocin. Massage oxytocin is one way to facilitate and increase milk production. Massage oxytocin is one example of an independent midwife and interventions easily been in treatment stimulates milk production.

The correlation between baby’s suck and breast milk production in breastfeeding mothers in RSI Jemursari Surabaya. The mothers feel reluctant to breastfeed their babies even though the exclusive breastfeeding has become a government’s propaganda. The pre-data taken from 15 breastfeeding mothers inform that 60% had a low breast milk production. Purpose of this study was to find out the correlation between baby’s suck and breast milk production in breastfeeding mothers in RSI Jemursari Surabaya. The design of study was analytic-observational done by applying cross sectional approach. The population involved all breastfeeding mothers as imumnunization visiting the hospital with their babies, totally 18 people, in which 17 respondents were taken by using probability sampling technique. The instrument used for collecting the data was a checklist. The variables used in this study were baby’s suck and breast milk production. The data were analyzed by using Chi-Square test with the significance level α = 0.05.The result of study showed that nearly all of the babies (94.1%) sucked correctly, whereas nearly all of the mothers (88.2%) had sufficient breast milk production. Moreover, the result of statistic test showed that p = 0.018 with the significance level α = 0.05 so that p < α. It also meant that H0 was rejected. The conclusion of study often the babies suck correctly, breast milk is produced. Hence, the breastfeeding mothers to still maintaining for breastfeed their baby with train them how to breastfeed correctly to increase breast milk production.

The present study aims to identify the potential deterrents of digital marketing communication while buying a car. Data was collected from 801 respondents from Delhi using area wise proportionate sampling. 75% of the respondents used at least one digital channel of communication while buying a car. There were 25% of the respondents who didn’t use digital channels of communication while buying a car and relied exclusively upon traditional channels of communication. The study analyzed the respondents believing only in traditional channels of communication while buying a car to know the deterrents impeding the usage of digital channels of communication. The study also aimed to identify the distinct customers segments using traditional channels of communication while buying a car. Data was analyzed with the help of chi-square test and cluster analysis. ‘Technicality’ of the medium followed by ‘lack of knowledge and time’ were identified as the major deterrents of digital marketing communication. Two customer segments were identified in the study that made use of only traditional channels of communication while buying a car. First segment comprised of respondents ‘above 40 years of age’ belonging to ‘business’ category. Second segment was composed of respondents in ‘service’ occupational category belonging to ‘26 to 30 years age’ group.

Summary The main aim of the considerations was to determine the factors determining the variability of milk production in selected macroregions of the European Union. The regions were selected on the basis of the analysis of the diversity of dairy farms FADN in the regions of the European Union, which was determined by the agglomeration cluster analysis using Ward method. In order to highlight the determinants of production there was factor analysis made. On the basis of the results of factor analysis there were factors that have a decisive impact on milk production in dairy farms from areas with a predominance of intensive production identified, and there was a possibility to find out which macro-regions of the European Union reached a relatively best and worst performance in terms of the distinguished factors.

Abstract : allegedly of postpartum mothers experiencing substandard milkproduction while nursing her baby. Physical and hormonal changes, cause discomfort which causes less current milk production. One of the causes of substandard milk production due to psychological factors, insecurity in the capital to meet the needs of the baby in breastfeeding. BPM research studies in Sri Umi Wahju DJati on postpartum mothers 20. 10 (50%) of people getting massage treatment Woolwich and 10. (50%) of people getting treatment rollingmassage (back). Partum mothers who do not breastfeed their babies, have the possibility ofgetting the baby is not immune either. Therefore, breastfeeding is very important to the growth and development of infants. Purpose study: to determine differences in Woolwich massage and rolling massage (back) to increase milk production in postpartum mothers. Methods: The study was conducted in BPM Sri Umi Wahju Djati followed by a visit homefor 3 weeks with a frequency of 15 minutes of massage. The study used a pre experimental approach to pre - and post without control. The study design is the measurement of milk production with observation sheets and questionnaires. Data were collected in August 2017. The total sample of this research is 20 respondents. Result: The data obtained are not normally distributed, statistical test using chi square test p value: 0,113, since the value of p>0.05 means there is no difference between Woolwich massage and rolling massage (back) toincrease milk production in mothers postpartum. Keywords: Woolwich massage, rolling massage(back), milk production

The objective was to evaluate milk production, N2-fixation and N transfer, forage yield and composition (under two cutting intervals) in a silvopastoral system (SPS) with Leucaena leucocephala-Megathyrsus maximus and M. maximus-monoculture (MMM) with crossbred cows in a completely randomized design. Forage yield in the SPS was 6490 and 6907 kg DM ha−1 for cutting intervals (CI) of 35 and 50 days. Forage yield for the MMM was 7284 and 10,843 kg DM ha−1, and forage crude protein (CP) was 29.0% and 26.1% for L. leucocephala, harvested at 35 and 50 days, respectively. CP for the associated M. maximus was 9.9% and 7.8% for CI 35 and 50 days, respectively, and for MMM was 7.4% and 8.4%, harvested at 35 and 50 days. Milk production was 4.7 kg cow−1 day−1 for cows grazing MMM and 7.4 kg cow−1 day−1 under SPS. Nitrogen fixation in L. leucocephala (%Ndfa) was estimated to be 89% and 95%, at 35 and 50 days, with an N2 transfer to the associated grass of 34.3% and 52.9%. SPS has the potential to fix and transfer important amounts of N2 to the associated grass, and increase forage CP content and milk production.

Every minute of one baby indonesia died because they did not to obtain breast milk (BM) in the first hour of birth, problems in the provision of breastfeeding can because production breastfeeding not out.One way to overcome the incomplete milk production is by doing a massage of oxytocin through the back. This message can relax the mother’s so that stimulate oxcytocin reflex and milk production also smoothly. The purpose of this research to know the influence of massage oxytocin through the back to production breastfeeding on the post partum. This research using design Quasy experimental that involves 30 respondents taken with systematic random sampling. Respondents divided into 2 groups, namely the control group were 15 respondents and group experimental were 15 respondents.Data collection use observation checklist.Data analyzed using chi-square test with a significant degree α ≤ 0.05. The results of statistical tests chi square obtained p value = 0,028 (α< 0,05)thus H1 accepted that mean there are influence massage oxytocin through the back to production breastfeeding on the post partum. The research at the clinic Permata BundaSubdistrict Babat that is the massage oxytocin through the back to production breastfeeding. Because massage oxytocin through the back can stimulate reflexes oxytocin hormone. Expected for health workers can provide health education about massage oxytocin through the back to the community so later expected all the community be able to apply massage oxytocin through the back to overcome it swift sailboat production breastfeeding.

Objective. To examine the association of self-efficacy, perception of milk production, and lactating women’s use of medication prescribed to increase breast milk in a cohort of 18–40-year-old mothers over six months.Methods. Mothers (n=76) attending community clinics completed the Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy Scale and the Humenick/Hill Lactation Scale, a measure of perceived milk production, three times.Results. Domperidone, a dopamine antagonist, was used by 28% of participants. On average, those using domperidone had lower self-efficacy scores than those not using it (P<0.05) and were more likely to have used formula (Pearson chi-square test statistic =6.87,df=1,P<0.05). Breastfeeding self efficacy and perception of milk production were positively correlated.Conclusion. Breastfeeding assessment conducted prior to prescription of galactogogues is recommended for mothers and healthy term babies. Following Baby-Friendly hospital protocols and increasing self-efficacy for lactating women may be most effective in sustaining breastfeeding. Risks and benefits of various galactogogues are discussed.
