ABSTRACT- This study aims to examine the external environment of slondok companies related to bargaining power used by slondok entrepreneurs with 2 Porter powers, namely bargaining power of buyers and suppliers as well as alternative strategies used by slondok entrepreneurs in increasing bargaining power of slondok. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The research method used is case study. The data used are primary and secondary data. Methods of data collection by interview. Participant selection technique with purposive sampling. Validity test and reliability test using source triangulation. Based on the results of research related to the strength of Porter in slondok company shows that the bargaining power of buyers is high, the bargaining power of the suppliers is as well as the alternative strategy applied is Porter's generic strategy. Kata kunci-agroindustri; industri kecil; kekuatan Porter; strategi generik

One of the government effort in accelerated development is believed to be done with maximum natural resource management, sustainable, and without any conflict. This 2800 ha of land conflict happened between rural citizen in sub regency Tapung Hulu and PTPN V Kebun Sei Kencana. The aim of this research is to find out information about social network and land conflict in rural communities in Senama Nenek vilage. This research is done within November 2015 until March 2016. Research method is using survey method and research sample for community leaders (12 people by census) and ordinary citizen (113 people by Snow Ball). The data that needed is primary and secondary data, the analysis used SPSS and UciNet program. The result showed that there are 12 actors involved in this conflict which are : 8 actors that maintain customary land (Ishk, Myya, Mkwr, Frds, Abms, Ahyn, dan Tmsn) and 4 actors uphold interests of the company (Abcn, Sprn, Sjls, dan Srdi).

Fraudulent criminal acts that have been regulated in the Criminal Code (KUHP) with various modes, one of which is fraud by shamans with a multiplied money mode has made law enforcers increasingly have to rack their brains to be able to prove it. This study aims to examine and analyze law enforcement by the judge in decision No.61 / Pid.B / 2019 / PN.Blora with consideration of the criminal elements. The research method used is a sociological juridical approach. The specifications of the study were conducted using descriptive analytical methods. The data used for this study are primary and secondary data. The data consists of primary data and secondary data using field research methods, interviews, and literature studies. Based on the research it was concluded that the case ruling number 61 / Pid.B / 2019 / PN Bla with a fraud case with shamanism practices in the mode of duplicating the judge's money considering that the Defendants have been indicted by the Public Prosecutor with alternative indictments, so the Panel of Judges paid attention to the facts The aforementioned law decides on the first alternative indictment as regulated in Article 378 of the Criminal Code Jo Article 55 paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code by considering the elements of that article.Keywords: Criminal Law Enforcement; Fraud; Multiple Money.

This study aims: (1) to determine the morals of students in SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. (2) to determine the implementation of Islamic Personal Development (BPI) in building the morals of students at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. (3) to find out the results of the Islamic Personal Development (BPI) in building the morals of students at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. The purpose of this study was to determine the morals of students, the implementation of Islamic Personal Development and to find out the results of Islamic Personal Development in fostering the morals of students at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. This study used a qualitative research method with a case study approach. This study used data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation study. The data used are primary data obtained directly from respondents regarding the implementation of Islamic Personal Development. Meanwhile, secondary data in the form of theories and other supporting data were obtained from literature and school archives documentation. All of these data are materials to describe the implementation of Islamic Personal Development (BPI) at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The morals of the students at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City are good enough. (2) Implementation of Islamic Personal Development in fostering the morals of students at Inspiratif Al-Ilham Elementary School, Banjar City, namely through coaching which includes guidance by exemplary, guidance with habituation and guidance with advice (3) The results of the Islamic Personal Development (BPI) in fostering the morals of students at the Inspiratif Al-Ilham Elementary School, Banjar City are quite good, where students have been able to show behavior according to the existing indicators, including being able to carry out congregational prayers and prayers. sunnah dhuha and qiyamullail, reciting dhikr after every prayer and so on.

This study aims to find out how the East Java BAZNAS is in the empowerment of disability communities in Sidoharjo Village, Jambon District, Ponorogo, East Java, and to look at the problems that exist to find a solution together. The descriptive qualitative approach with the case study method is the research method used. Using interviews with informants, namely, people who are trusted by BAZNAS to distribute and monitor what is needed by the community and he is also an officer of the Kesra sub-district in Sidoharjo Village. The secondary data comes from journal articles, textbooks and other literature. The results of the study were that the BAZNAS program was very instrumental in helping the community in Sidoharjo Village. Assistance is given aiming to empower people with disabilities; in reality, it fails in the middle of the road. For this reason, community participation is needed considering that human resources are vital to assist them because they can still be empowered as long as they are patient, especially those with mild and moderate disabilities.Keywords: East Java Baznas, Community Empowerment, Disabled Persons, Disability Community Empowerment

The purpose of this study is to estimate the amount of Bukit Barisan Coffee's operating profit that is reflected in the contribution margin, breakeven point, margin of safety (MOS),  degree of operating laverage (DOL) and calculate profit target in next period.  The research method used is a case study. The analysis used is cost-volume-profit analysis (CVP). The data used are primary and secondary data. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the profit was IDR 18,323,806 / month with a production of 896 kg / month, a contribution margin of IDR 21,028,250, a break even point of IDR 6,630,105 and 115 kg of ground coffee, a MOS value of IDR 44,921,895 and a DOL value of IDR 1.15. The planned profit target of IDR 20,156,186 can be achieved if  sell 974 kg of coffee or get sales of IDR 55,757,635. To achieve the profit target, an alternative scenario is used to increase sales volume by 10% and a fixed selling price.

This paper discuss about the reclamation of Jakarta Bay from the perspective of ekofeminisme. The reason the writerchooses this issue, because of the need to emphasize the environmental aspect paired with ekofeminisme in development policy programs that have been done especially the development done over the ocean. The issues to be raised in this research question about how the policy of Jakarta Bay reclamation is viewed from the perspective of ekofeminisme as well as to know what factors push and obstruct Jakarta Bay reclamation policy. The research method used in this research is qualitative research method with case study approach. In order to obtain data in this study, researchers will use primary and secondary data sources. The results of this study indicate that the development of Jakarta Bay reclamation has not been in accordance with the perspective of ekofeminisme. This is because the reclamation of Jakarta Bay is still concentrated on economic matters only, and has not yet realized sustainable development. Thus, stakeholders are expected to apply an ecofeminism perspective to the Jakarta Bay reclamation development policy to avoid a global ecological crisis and environmental degradation. Feminism replied that the energy of femininity and not masculinity, has the potential to preserve the environment.

HighlightThe main facilities in Cilacap oceanic fishing port were identified and analyzed.Provide crucial information for the managers of the Cilacap oceanic fishing port with regards to developing the facilities.The predictions for the production of capture fisheries until 2027 in Cilacap oceanic fishing port have been analyzed to give the information to develop facilities capacity of the fishing port.AbstractFishing ports are an important factor in supporting various capture fisheries activ- ities in Indonesia. The number of vessels that landed fish at Oceanic Fishing Port (PPS) Cilacap during 2005-2013 increased by an average of 1.33% annually, which has implications for port capacity. It is important to know the capacity requirements for the basic facilities of the dock, and port pond at PPS, therefore that the activity of landing fish catches can take place properly. The purpose of this research is to not only get an overview of the current condition, and capacity of the main facil- ities at PPS Cilacap, but also to predict the production of fish caught until 2027. The research method is a case study. The data used in this study are primary, and secondary data obtained from PPS Cilacap. The results showed that the length of the landing dock in 2016 was 648.8m with the area, and depth of the port pool of 155,000 m2 and -2.5 m. The predicted requirement for the length of the landing dock until 2027 is 1,380.1 m, with the area and depth of the harbor pool of 239,612 m2 and -4.1 m. Based on the results, it shows that PPS Cilacap requires additional capacity of the dock, and port pool. Predictions of fish catch in 2022, and 2027 are 20,104,259 tons and 25,407,506 tons.

The purpose of the study was to find out the title role of Pesantren believer Cooperative Mandiri Sidoarjo towards economic empowerment and independence employee boarding schools. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach to the case study method. Data collection was carried out by interviews and direct observation to informants, namely those in charge of pesantren, cooperative and cooperative employees (santri). And secondary data collection comes from journals, text books and other literature. The result of this study is the Mukmin Mandiri Pesantren Cooperative plays a major role in enhancing the empowerment of cooperative employees (santri) and playing an optimal role in supporting the independence of the cottage. The economic empowerment of pesantren employees conducted by the Mukmin Mandiri Pesantren Cooperative is by making the Cooperative a work field, a place to apply knowledge and a place to increase income. As for the independence of the cottage, that is to become the main source of funding for Islamic boarding schools in carrying out operations and the sustainability of Islamic boarding schools. The purposes of this research are to analyze the added value of tapioca flour, identifying the internal and external environment, and formulate development strategies of tapioca flour agroindustry X in Kalirejo Sub- District. The research method is a case study and data used are primary and secondary data. The data are analyzed by using descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that tapioca flour agroindustry X provided added value of IDR4,475.03/kg of tapioca flour (63.28 %) in grade A; IDR4,084.74/kg of tapioca flour (61.16 %) in grade B; and IDR2,897.05/kg of tapioca flour (52.67 %) in grade C. The internal environment which is the strength of tapioca flour agroindustry X is a quality tapioca flour product and the weakness is the unskilled agro-industry workforce. The external environment which is the opportunity for tapioca flour agroindustry X is technology and the threat is the high product competitiveness. This study aims to determine the income of strawberry farming in the tourist attractions of D'Mooat and also want to know the value of R / C ratio. The data used are primary data and secondary data. This research was conducted in November 2018 until January 2019. The research method used was a case study by taking Mooat Village, which is the only village that cultivates strawberry plants in East Bolaang Mongondow Regency. Analysis of the data used is farm analysis and R / C analysis. The results of the research showed that the receipt of strawberries in one year at the tourist site D'Mooat of 8000 polybags was Rp. 162,000,000 with an expenditure of Rp. 57,721,500 so that it gives an income of Rp 104,278,500 or Rp 8,689,875 / month with an R / C value> 2,47. Strawberry farm income is profitable because it is 2.85 times greater than the minimum monthly wage in North Sulawesi Province.*eprm*
