Mobile Money is an innovation that has transformed e-business in the Cameroonian context. This study examines the factors that enhance the adoption and use of mobile money in Buea, capital of the South West Region of Cameroon. The theoretical framework used is the diffusion of innovation. The qualitative approach is adopted, with 10 mobile money operators and 10 mobile money users interviewed using a structured interview protocol. Results show that participants prefer adopting and using mobile services because they are easy to use, convenient, readily accessible, and have less charges compared to the traditional banking system. Telecommunications companies should therefore, continue to consider less charges and bonuses as a strategy to increase penetration and adoption of mobile money services. Likewise, the instructions and language essential to effect Mobile Money operations like internet and airtime purchase should remain simple.

The zakat on business is one of the main contributors to the zakat collection in Kedah. Despite the increasing number of Muslim entrepreneurs, the total collection for the zakat on business has yet to reach the target. The efficiency of the zakat collection mechanism is among the factors that influence the proceeds of zakat. Accordingly, this paper is aimed at exploring the implementation of proactive mechanisms to intensify the zakat collection by the Kedah State Zakat Board (LZNK). This study applied a qualitative approach, in which the data were collected through interviews using structured interview protocol and document analysis. The findings showed that there were various proactive mechanisms practiced by LZNK. These include a campaign to visit business complexes and premises to reach out to those Muslim entrepreneurs even during outside office hours, the development of innovative zakat collection mechanism using information technology such as the online zakat payment platform, frequent promotions, and appeals in social media, the offering of a refund-distribution mechanism to corporate payers, implementing high impact projects and zakat aid schemes, as well as indirect zakat plea through various channels. The implementation of proactive mechanisms has successfully contributed to the increase of zakat collection on business although it has yet to reach the target collection. Moreover, this proactive mechanism demonstrates the high commitment of LZNK towards their responsibility for the religion and society, especially the Muslim entrepreneurs.

Citizenship is the exercise of the fundamental rights of people in spaces of participation, opinion and commitments, which can not be violated by any health condition in which the individual is. This research aims to interpret the process of construction of citizenship in hospitalized children, was developed through the qualitative approach, ethnomethodological method, synchronous design, with a sample of three students hospitalized in a health institute specializing in childhood, was used Observation technique and a semi-structured interview guide were obtained as results that hospitalized children carry out their citizenship construction in an incipient way, through the communication interaction they make with other people in the environment where they grow up.

Hospital pedagogy implies the presence of the teacher in the environment in which the sick student is to accompany him in his process of cognitive, affective and social development and contribute the elements of understanding to his current condition and in that sense, the educational process is becomes the support for the construction of the identity of chronic hospitalized students. This research aims to understand hospital pedagogy as a support in the construction of identity in chronic hospitalized students, Lima, 2017, qualitative approach, ethnomethodological method, non-participant observation technique, the semi-structured interview was used and the stories were submitted to the analysis of domains and analysis of categories that allowed the understanding of the cultural scene and the sense of identity and the interpretation of how they construct their identity through practices and values, which are acquired through interaction with their environment; relatives, doctors, nurses, auxiliaries, volunteers and friends.

RESUMOObjetivo: Identificar o significado para o enfermeiro em prestar cuidados para pacientes com Depressão.  Materiais e métodos: Estudo exploratório e descritivo com abordagem qualitativa, a amostra foi de 12 enfermeiras, o cenário de estudo foram Unidades Básicas de Saúde e Estratégias de Saúde da Família, urbanas da cidade de Itajubá-MG. A coleta de dados foi por meio do roteiro de entrevista semiestruturada composta por questionário contendo uma pergunta inerente ao assunto. Resultados: Encontramos oito categorias como estigma da depressão, suicídio, dificuldade em lidar, tempo escasso, envolvimento familiar, aceitação da doença, acolhimento e dar medicamento, de acordo com os discursos dos sujeitos coletados na entrevista. Conclusão: Os enfermeiros não estão em contato direto com portadores de depressão no seu trabalho, não entendem que é sua tarefa identificar e encaminha-los para tratamento especializado. Sugerimos que outros estudos sejam desenvolvidos sobre essa temática.Palavras-chave: Depressão. Relação Enfermeiro-Paciente. Assistência de Enfermagem. ABSTRACTObjective: To identify the meaning for nurses when providing care for patients with depression. Materials and Methods: exploratory and descriptive study with qualitative approach, the sample consisted of 12 nurses, the study scenario was the urban Unidades Básicas de Saúde e Estrategia de Saúde da Família, in the city of Itajubá. Data collection was done through semi-structured interview guides consisting of a questionnaire containing a question related to the subject. Results and Discussion: we found eight categories as stigma of depression, suicide, coping difficulties, scarce time, family involvement, acceptance of the disease, host and give medicine, according to the speeches of the subjects collected in the interview. Conclusion: nurses are not in direct contact with individuals with depression in their work, do not understand that it is their job to identify and refer them to specialized treatment. : The fabaceae are rooted in rosaceae pods known as "vegetables" by the early botanists. They are the third family of angiosperms which includes 642 genus divided into about 18,000 species. The fabaceae family is known as the most important family of the ecosystem as it is indispensable in medicine, agriculture, industry and livestock. The Adenocarpus genus has about 50 species that are frequently found in tropical regions of Northern Africa, the southern part of West Europe and in the central and southern Italy. They are used in traditional medicine for the treatment of several diseases: such as microbial infections, leprosy, scabies, acne, malaria and other plants species are used in agriculture as insecticidal properties. Mainly Adenocarpus mannii species is well represented in the tropical regions of North Africa. It occurs in Angola, Mozambique, Malawi, Guinea, South Africa, Tanzania, and Burundi. In Cameroon, it is encountered in South West Region and West Region. Previous phytochemical studies led to the isolation of several classes of compounds such as flavonoids, alkaloids and triterpenes. Several studies report the phytochemical studies on genus Adenocarpus and chemotaxonomic markers of species of this genus. Herein, we outline all the botanical, pharmacological and phytochemical aspects of Adenocarpus mannii. A brief introduction about fabaceae and the genus Adenocarpus has also been included.

<h1><em>Abstract</em><em></em></h1><p><em>In this articel is to discuss the bad debts in the consumer finance companies and efforts to resolve what is used and the obstacles experienced. This articel is included into law research or empirical sociological descriptive, with a qualitative approach. The data collected by the author using a structured interview techniques, literature on primary and secondary data, and content analysis of secondary data sources. The cause of the debtor in default, which is a factor in bad faith since going to do the financing agreement, can not resolve the principal and interest installments corresponding time period specified in the agreement, as well as the funds are planned to pay principal and interest debt used for other purposes. Loan resolution most ideal according to PT Arthabuana Margausaha Finance branch Surakarta can through two efforts, the efforts of non-litigation and litigation. Barriers experienced while performing loan resolution efforts due to the debtor defaults include the presence of internal resistance and external barriers.For external barriers party finance company requesting internal and external parties to resolve these obstacles. Artikel ini termasuk kedalam jenis penelitian hukum sosiologis atau empiris yang bersifat deskriptif, dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data tersebut dikumpulkan penulis dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara terstruktur, studi literatur pada data primer dan sekunder, dan analisis isi untuk sumber data sekunder.Penyebab debitur melakukan wanprestasi, yaitu faktor itikad tidak baik sejak akan melakukan perjanjian pembiayaan, tidak dapat menyelesaikan angsuran pokok hutang dan bunga sesuai jangka waktu yang telah ditetapkan dalam perjanjian, serta dana yang direncanakan untuk membayar angsuran pokok hutang dan bunga digunakan untuk keperluan lainnya. Penyelesaiankredit macet paling ideal menurut PT Arthabuana Margausaha Finance cabang Surakarta dapat melalui dua upaya, yaitu upaya non litigasi dan litigasi. Hambatan yang dialami saat melakukan upaya penyelesaian kredit macet akibat debitur wanprestasi meliputi adanya hambatan internal dan eksternal. Untuk hambatan eksternal pihak perusahaan pembiayaan meminta pihak internal dan eksternal untuk menyelesaikan hambatan tersebut. Untuk hambatan internal pihak bagian perusahaan dikenakan teguran dan sanksi yang berlaku dari perusahaan pembiayaan konsumen.</p><p><strong>Kata kunci</strong> : perusahaan pembiayaan konsumen, kredit macet, wanprestasi</p>

The aim of this study was to analyze the meanings and experiences of early contact and breastfeeding of the postpartum women admitted at a Baby-Friendly Hospital. It is a descriptive, exploratory study, with qualitative approach, that was developed in a teaching hospital in the Northwest of Paraná state between November 2011 and January 2012, involving the participation of 16 postpartum women. Data were collected by means of non-participant systematic observation of the childbirths and semi-structured interview. The data collected were analyzed using the thematic content analysis. The results revealed that, soon after childbirth, the child-mother binomial provided the woman with a unique experience, triggering various sensations into the bio-psycho-social-cultural context of each one of the mothers, with feelings and meanings that favored the mother-child bond and the outset of breastfeeding.
