Community entrepreneurship training is one of strategies to improve community economic empowerment. Entrepreneurship training is carried out to improve the ability of the learners to develop their business. This program was carried out because the community's entrepreneurial ability in the CLC Assolahiyah in Karawang regency was still deficient. The aim of this research is to describe the identification of local resources in the development of entrepreneurship for community empowerment through training and mentoring the community entrepreneurship. The approach in this research is qualitative. Research method used is case study to describe local potential development in community empowerment. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation study. Data analysis techniques are interactive models, through the stages of data collection, data reduction, display data, conclusions, and verification. The result concludes that the development strategy of community entrepreneurial program begins with the identification of local potential resources, both natural resources and human resources. The results of the entrepreneurship training are the growth and development of productive skills, technical skills, physical skills, social skills, managerial skills, and intellectual skills of the learner’s entrepreneurship. The impact of developing local potentials in implementing entrepreneurship programs is increasing the empowerment of community entrepreneurship. The indicator is the increase of independence, community empowerment and economic income generation.

Teaching and learning in the school aim to enable students to gain knowledge and change behavior. Therefore, schools need to instil the values of social solidarity to respond to differences in society. Emile Durkheim's theories form the basis of the analysis of social facts about social solidarity. This study aims to describe the school's strategic steps in building social solidarity among students during online learning due to the impact of COVID-19 at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo. This research uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study. Data collection was taken through interviews and documentation. The data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model with data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion/verification. The technique of data validity by triangulation. The results showed that strategic steps in building the social solidarity of students during online learning include: (1) The school uses Moodle application to support online learning, which can control the teacher's learning activities; (2) The principal determines by instructing all teachers to a) Each learning hour uses virtual face-to-face using zoom or google meet followed by Moodle application, b) Creating integrated learning tools in forming social solidarity values, c) Using learning methods and models that emphasize group learning; and (3) Schools facilitate infaq online.

This study aims to determine and described the learning creativity of elementary school students using the number head together learning model. This research method is a literature review research method. The stages of this literature review are data collection, data reduction, data display, discussion, and conclusions. The results showed that from 17 articles published from 2010-2020 about the number head together learning model and learning creativity of elementary school students, there were 2 articles that matched these variables. The number head together learning model can increase the learning creativity of elementary school students. The novelty of this research is the connection between one article and another that discusses the same topic. The impact of the results of this study is the increasing number of literature review studies to reinforce existing theories.

Introduction: Morality is very important in human life because human humanity is formed when moral values are crystallized in him. Every human being is evaluated to the extent of the emergence of moral values in thoughts, speech, and behavior, the first manifestation of a person in society is that person's morality. To increase the impact of professional ethics, it is necessary to have patterns that are consistent with culture and society, and by recognizing them, the dimensions of safe behavior by accountants can be explored. Materials and Methods: This research is based on a combined method. Because in this research, both quantitative and qualitative approaches have been used in data collection and analysis, a combination of findings and conclusions. In the present study, data collection has been done through library and field research methods. Statistics consists of theoretical texts related to accounting professional ethics. In this study, using a researcher-made questionnaire, effective criteria based on previous research were identified and finally, 25 sub-components in the form of 5 indicators were identified as the most important factors of professional ethics. In this study, NVIVO software (in the content analysis section) Used. Results: According to experts, the components of professionalism and organization are more important than other criteria and affect the sustainable development of safe behavior and professional ethics of the accountant. Conclusion: By understanding the professional ethics of accountants and identifying its basic components in different dimensions and determining the importance of each of them, a specific framework or format for accountants to observe or not to observe professional ethics and the desire to act based on Design and implement a code of professional conduct to reduce unsafe behaviors and, as a result, reduce the incidence of accidents in the country's industries.

<p> </p><p class="06IsiAbstrak">Indonesian Muslims are faced with the realities of life that are multi-ethnic, religious, cultural and linguistic. It must be responded critically as early as possible. The understanding of diversity (multiculturalism) should truly be the foundation of all components of the Muslim community without exception for the students. Therefore this paper intends to answer 1) material content of Quran Hadith with a multicultural perspective at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Pontianak, and 2) Development and contextualization of Qur'an Hadith material in daily life. This research was categorized as field research and literature study. Data collection methods used were observation, interviews and document analysis. Data analysis was through two models, namely content analysis and Miles and Huberman's model which involved analysis steps, namely: data collection, data reduction, data display, and verification. The authors’ findings on this study are that the content of the Quran Hadith with a multicultural perspective in Madrasah Aliyah is carried out by expanding the reading, the meaning of the implementation of tolerance, social ethics, justice, deliberation / democracy concepts which are constructed from the Islamic universal values and moderation (washathiyah) so they can foster a tolerant and empathy (alturism) attitutes to human beings as a manifestation of an obedient servant.</p>

Abstract In this paper, a discriminant analysis, as useful tool to predict potential demand in Serbian motels, is presented. Through the presented literature review, it was determined that there is not a large number of surveys dealing with the needs and demand of transit tourists. Despite that, transit tourism is one of the priority forms of tourism for the Republic of Serbia in accordance with the established Tourism Development Strategy for the Republic of Serbia for the current period. Questionnaire survey as the main method for data collection is used. According to the results, 14 dimensions of potential guests’ expectations are extracted. The results of discriminant function analysis (DFA) present the impact of potential motel guests’ expectations on the main reason for travelling, while the results of canonical varieties analysis (CVA) present the impact of potential motel guests’ expectations on preferred services in Serbian motels.

The research is conducted in Banjar Berawa/Desa Adat Berawa, nort Kuta district, Badung Regency. The study purposes to know the impact of tourism growth to the society consumptive pattern in Berawa. The technique of the data collection use direct observation technique to the location, interviewing for informan, I.E.Bendesa Adat Berawa, Klian Desa Berawa, Klian Dinas Berawa, Klian Subak Tibubeneng Village, Local society, and documentation by taking photos. The data are analysed by using qualitative data analysis technique which are working based on data, searching and finding pattern, getting interesting data and deciding the data that will be ssuced. The technique of informants assigmnen is purposive sampling which is assigning the sample by using particular consideration so, deserves to be a sample. The data analysis includes with collection data, reduction data, displaying data, conclusion and  verivication. The result of the study shows the society point of view to the aconomy establishmemt of educational aspec of the society which is getting increase, society in Banjar Berawa are also starting to enterpreneurship by set up abussiness such as homestay and laundy. The point of view of society to the customary order is the society seens strong with the wealth that they have. This study evaluated the Program of Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) at SMP Negeri 1 Selo. This type of research was evaluative research with CIPP model which conducted based on Context, Input, Process and Product in the implementation of DRR Program. Data collection techniques were done using interviews, observation, and document study. Data analysis in this study included data collection, data reduction, data display and verification. This study used triangulation to validate the datas. The results showed: (1) in the Context of evaluation, the DRR Education Program at SMP Negeri 1 Selo is categorized as good, because it is in accordance with the needs of the school. The school is not only getting support from outside parties, but also having clear goals, backgrounds, and requirements for organizing. (2) In evaluating Input, this program answers the needs of school. The number of human resources involved and competent is sufficient. Facilities and infrastructure as well as funds are also adequate. The mechanism that the school has is clear and detailed. Program input is considered good. (3) In the Process, most activities (3-5 activities) can be carried out well. Human resources are fulfilled and functioning. Funding is available but inefficient and there is a lack of infrastructure. In general, the implementation has followed the mechanism. The DRR process at SMP Negeri 1 Selo is considered reasonable, (4) In the Product, most of the activities in DRR Program were achieved, the knowledge and the skills of school members were significantly improved but the attitude/concern of school members to disasters had not increased significantly and it had a considerable impact. Thus, the products were considered fair. Based on the results of the research, sustainability policy can be taken. The program should be continued with improvements of mechanism especially in the form of scheduling and plan of program sustainability and improvement of infrastructure facilities.

This study aims to describe the potential development of religioustourism at the tomb of Sheikh Abdurrahman Siddiq in Teluk DalamVillage, Kuala Indragiri District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, includingthe process of forming tourism objects, developing tourism objects,and the impact of their development. This research is a qualitativetype with a case study strategy. Data collection techniques byobservation, interviews, and documentation. Test the validity of thedata by triangulation of data sources and data collection techniques.Analysis of the data using interactive techniques. This study showsthat the formation of this tourist attraction stems from the collapse ofthe Indragiri kingdom. Sheikh Abdurrahman Siddiq, a Mufhti of theIndragiri Kingdom, built a mosque as a means of spreading Islam inthe Hidayat area. After he died, he was buried in Teluk Dalam villagein the courtyard of the mosque that was built. The tomb is sacred bythe community and used as a religious tourism object. Many peoplevisit for pilgrimage. For this reason, development is carried out,including the addition of tourist objects such as the SheikhAbdurrahman Siddiq Museum and the Mosque to make it morecomfortable. In addition, the addition of basic facilities in the form ofan entrance gate and a roof to protect the tomb. Complementaryfacilities are in the form of pilgrim rules and mosques. Supportingfacilities include parking lots, canteens, and clothing stores.However, there are several facilities that have not been developedoptimally, namely repairing basic facilities in the form of repairingentrances to tombs and mosques. Improvement of complementaryfacilities in the form of ablution places and toilets. The developmentof tourist information includes introducing tourism objects tooutsiders and to increase tourist visits. This can be done by usingbrochures, accessing google internet services. This development hasa positive impact on the local economy. It can be seen from thegrowth of various business fields, such as clothing stores, food stalls,street vendors, and entertainment.

The formation of national character which is mandated through education in schools at every level, but in its implementation has not given optimal results. The Strengthening Character Education Program designed by the government focuses on three main activities, namely Strengthening Class-Based Character Education, Strengthening Community-Based Character Education, and Strengthening School-Based Character Education. Strengthening Community-Based Character Education is intended to support and strengthen the character education that has been given in classrooms and schools. This study discusses local wisdom that is still adhered to by the indigenous people of Kampung Naga as a reinforcement for community-based character education. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are observation, interview, and documentation study. Data analysis is based on Miles & Huberman (2014), in the form of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the indigenous people of Kampung Naga reflect the main character values contained in Character Strengthening Education. These character values include religion, nationalism, cooperation, independence, integrity, and cooperation. The manifestation of these character values can be seen in their lives, both physically (in the form of houses, clothes, and furniture), social (life of social interaction, cooperation, deliberation system), and culture (certain arts and ceremonies). warning). Therefore, the indigenous people of Kampung Naga can be used as school partners as a learning resource for Strengthening Community-Based Character Education.

Empowerment is a process of empowering communities where the community is given an ability to manage all available resources to improve the standard of living of the community itself. One form of empowerment is like what has been done in PKBM Lutfillah and has been running since 2007. The problems that will be discussed in this paper are about how to implement community empowerment through Life Skills and Entrepreneurship Programs in PKBM Luhtfillah Pahandut Urban Village, Palangka Raya City, and whatever supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the Life and Entrepreneurship Skills Program at PKBM Lutfillah. The theory used in this study is using the theory of Edi Suharto (2011), namely: planned and collective activities; improve people's lives; priority for weak and disadvantaged groups; and carried out through capacity building programs. This type of research uses qualitative research methods where the purpose is to describe and analyze the implementation of Life and Entrepreneurship Skills Program in PKBM Luthfillah as well as supporting factors and inhibiting factors that influence the implementation of the program. Which in this study is data collection through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The analysis technique is through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results showed that in the implementation of Life and Entrepreneurship Skills Program in PKBM Luthfillah through 3 stages, namely the recruitment of prospective participants, implementation, and closure had been going well and the benefits had really been felt by participants both to improve their thinking skills but also able improve their lives by creating a new independent business. in addition to increasing their economic income, they are also able to change their mindset so that they are more critical in fulfilling their needs by not always relying on government assistance. Supporting factors that influence the implementation of the program are; availability of tutors, availability of funds, and availability of facilities. While for the inhibiting factors is; capture power, and time constraints.
