Praktek Kerja Lapangan merupakan suatu sistem pembelajaran yang dilakukan di luar proses belajar mengajar di sekolah dan dilaksanakan di industri. Maka dipandang perlu dilakukan penelitian tentang keefektifan pelaksanaan Praktek Kerja Lapangan berbasis industri sehingga nantinya didapat sebuah rekomendasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan di industri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, menganalisis pelaksanaan, mengetahui hasil dan mengetahui keefektifan pelaksanaan Praktek Kerja Lapangan yang berbasis industri yang diterapkan pada kompetensi keahlian teknik Audio Video. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Perencanaan meliputi; tujuan yaitu institusi pasangan, naskah kerja sama, pembekalan, kesesuaian dengan kompetensi dan untuk kesiapan yaitu ketersedianan sarana dan prasarana, kemampuan, dan kemauan, mengendalikan emosi, kritis, menyesuaikan diri, dan berambisi untuk maju. Pelaksanaan meliputi disiplin, kerja sama, inisiatif, tanggung jawab, etika, pembimbingan dan kelengkapan dokumen. Hasilnya yaitu penguasaan ketrampilan, sertifikat,  dan perilaku budaya kerja industri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanan Praktek Kerja Lapangan berbasis industri kompetensi keahlian Teknik Audio Video sudah efektif serta bermanfaat demi keberhasilan program pendidikan dan pelatihan Field Work Practice is a learning system that is done outside the process of teaching and learning in schools and implemented in industry. So it is deemed necessary to do research on the effectiveness of the implementation of Industrial Field Work Practice so that later obtained a recommendation in accordance with the needs in the industry. The purpose of this study is to describe the planning, analyzing the implementation, knowing the results and know the effectiveness of the implementation of Industrial Field Work Practice that is applied to the competence of audio video engineering expertise. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. Planning includes; The purpose of partner institutions, cooperation scripts, briefing, compatibility with competence and for preparedness that is the availability of facilities and infrastructure, ability, and willingness, controlling emotions, critical, adjust, and ambition to move forward. Implementation includes discipline, cooperation, initiative, responsibility, ethics, guidance and completeness of documents. The result is the mastery of skills, certificates, and behavior of industrial work culture. The result of the research shows that the implementation of Industrial Field Practice based on the competence of Audio Video Technique expertise has been effective and beneficial for the success of education and training program.

Port infrastructure development is the main role to expand fishery. Therefore, Indonesian government pays attention in sailing products, where establishing fish market leads the appropriate program of government. And, Gorontalo is one of city with a coastal area and estuary with a fish landing and marketing site or Pangkalan Pendaratan Ikan (PPI).  The Field Work Practice was held at Gorontalo City, District Hulondhalangi, Under the Guidance of the Department of Marine and Fisheries Gorontalo City Gorontalo province for thirty-six days from the date of January 18 to February 22. The results showed in this field practice is the flow of fish landing on PPI Gorontalo city has a shortage in the recording process and the results are less comprehensive infrastructure, the PPI Gorontalo city, there are 3 kinds of models of marketing channels.

This study aims to evaluate the field work practice program (PKL) at the Christian Vocational High School 2 Magelang. This research is qualitative evaluative research, the technique of data collection is done by: observation, interview and documentation, this research uses the CIPP model (context, input, process, product). The results of the study are: (a) aspects of the context: this field work practice program is needed by students of the Christian 2 Vocational School of Magelang, the quality of students is very necessary. One way to improve the quality and achievement of students is through the PKL program; (b) input aspects: supporters of the PKL program are with implementation plans, schedules, implementation mechanisms, teachers, staff, funding, facilities and infrastructure both in schools and in the industrial world; (c) process aspects: Magelang 2 Christian Vocational School implements PKL programs in accordance with the regulations of the Directorate of Vocational High Schools. Where the process of implementing PKL program must be carried out well and involve students participating in PKL, schools and the industrial world as a place to carry out PKL; (d) product aspects: the field work practice program at Magelang Christian Vocational High School 2 Magelang proved to be useful for improving students skills and achievements.Keywords: program evaluation, field work practices (PKL), CIPP.

Government policies limiting personal contact for the sake of controlling the Covid-19 infection have led to reduced accessibility of face-to-face teaching and learning. This condition indicates a disturbance in the learning process. This study aimed to analyze the perceptions and behavior of lecturers in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic based on the Unified Theory of Assess The Faculty Of Acceptance And Use Of Technology (UTAUT). This research is a descriptive correlational analytic study with a cross-sectional approach involving 53 lecturers from Aceh and Medan private universities. UTAUT questionnaire used in data collection. Results showed that there is a relationship between performance expectancy and social influences with lecturers perceptions of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic with each p-value (0.002 and 0.005), there is a relationship between facility condition and behavioral intention with lecturers behavior in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic with p-value (0.015 and 0.000). However, there is not relationship between effort expectancy and lecturers perceptions of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic (p-value 0.179). Lecturers can carry out online learning optimally if it is supported by perceptions and adequate facilities for online learning to take place according to competency achievements. Researchers suggest to higher education leaders to provide adequate digital facilities and development of lecturer resources according to the digital era 4.0 and online learning system training.

With the current outbreak of the corona virus, all sectors must start to improve so that they can survive during a pandemic, including the education sector. The teaching and learning process carried out during a pandemic situation like this is carried out using an online system and distance learning. Teachers must be able to provide facilities so that students can absorb the material optimally. Another problem that arises is that not all teachers are able to implement the distance learning system and also using the applications or technologies that support distance learning system. To solve this problem, the school needs to get the training of how to make a distance learning system media and in this case the school cooperates with STMIK STIKOM INDONESIA (STIKI) for the training. The training materials provided are google classroom training, google form and training on making the learning videos. The results of the analysis were obtained from the pretest and posttest questionnaires which were described descriptively. After receiving the training, most of the teachers will switch to use the Google Classroom media instead of WA social media, because 100% of the teachers stated that Google Classroom is very helpful in supporting online learning. In addition, according to the posttest questionnaires, 8.3% of the teachers understand very well about the features contained in Google Classroom, 41.7% understand it well and 50% are understand it quite well, meaning that most of the teachers understand the use of Google Classroom. The training also received a good responses from SDN 2 Kawan School and it will be applied  to support their distance learning system.

Currently, the implementation of teaching and learning at SMP Negeri 1 Binjai Kwala Begumit was done in the classroom alternately. However, with the current condition of pandemic covid-19, the learning process no longer carried out fully in schools. The school has not been using information technology in the form of e-learning applications in the teaching and learning process. The school has difficulty in recording the existing teaching and learning process: assignments, exams, assessments, and other activities. Therefore the use of e-learning applications is now very much needed. With existing school facilities, such as internet facilities and the ICT teachers, training in developing and implementing e-learning for teaching staff become the best alternative so that learning process can be done properly.

In the past years, several machine-learning-based techniques have arisen for providing effective crop protection. For instance, deep neural networks have been used to identify different types of weeds under different real-world conditions. However, these techniques usually require extensive involvement of experts working iteratively in the development of the most suitable machine learning system. To support this task and save resources, a new technique called Automated Machine Learning has started being studied. In this work, a complete open-source Automated Machine Learning system was evaluated with two different datasets, (i) The Early Crop Weeds dataset and (ii) the Plant Seedlings dataset, covering the weeds identification problem. Different configurations, such as the use of plant segmentation, the use of classifier ensembles instead of Softmax and training with noisy data, have been compared. The results showed promising performances of 93.8% and 90.74% F1 score depending on the dataset used. These performances were aligned with other related works in AutoML, but they are far from machine-learning-based systems manually fine-tuned by human experts. From these results, it can be concluded that finding a balance between manual expert work and Automated Machine Learning will be an interesting path to work in order to increase the efficiency in plant protection.

The formulation of the problem in this research is the effectiveness of education and training effect on Selling Skill of employees of Bank Aceh After Conversion amounting to 1220 that is on score "Very High". Does the effectiveness of education and training affect Selling Skill, Knowledge and work culture of Bank Aceh after Conversion employees? Selling Skill enters the "Very High" score ranking of 1,212, Knowledge enters the "Very High" score ranking of 1.220 and the Working Culture enters the score ranking "Very Height "of 1.213. This means that the three variables are very effective effect on employees of Bank Aceh Caban Idi East Aceh. Does the effectiveness of education and training affect the employee's work culture that has a very high impact of 1.213, this indicates that in addition to the knowledge that must be owned by employees must also have a good work culture in order to improve the performance of employees of Bank Aceh Branch Idi Aceh Timur. . Although Knowledge becomes the main point of the appraisal result, it remains that other variables should not be ruled out as they are interdependent in order to effectively improve the employee performance of Bank Aceh Branch Idi post-conversion. When viewed from the comparison between Education and Training on Selling Skill, Knowledge and Working Culture, it is known that Training is more effective than education that has a score of 1.222.This indicates that the Aceh Bank should more often provide training to employees in order to improve employee effectiveness Bank Aceh After Conversion. Apakah efektivitas pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh pada Selling Skill, Knowledge dan budaya kerja karyawan Bank Aceh Pasca Konversi yakni Selling Skill masuk ranking skor “Sangat Tinggi” sebesar 1.212, Knowledge masuk ranking skor “Sangat Tinggi” sebesar 1.220 dan Budaya Kerja masuk ranking skor “Sangat Tinggi” sebesar 1.213. Artinya bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut sangat berpengaruh efektif terhadap karyawan Bank Aceh Cabang Idi Aceh Timur. Apakah efektifitas pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh pada budaya kerja karyawan yakni terdapat pengaruh yang Sangat Tinggi sebesar 1.213, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa selain knowledge yang harus dimiliki oleh karyawan juga harus memiliki budaya kerja yang baik dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja karyawan Bank Aceh Cabang Idi Aceh Timur. . Walaupun Knowledge (Pengetahuan) menjadi poin utama dari hasil penilaian, akan tetap variabel-variabel yang lain tetap tidak boleh dikesampingkan karena semuanya saling keterkaitan dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja karyawan Bank Aceh Cabang Idi secara efektif pasca konversi.Jika dilihat dari perbandingan antara Pendidikan dan Pelatihan terhadap Selling Skill, Knowledge dan Budaya Kerja, maka diketahui bahwa Pelatihan lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan pendidikan yakni memiliki skor sebesar 1.222.Hal ini menandakan bahwa Bank Aceh harus lebih sering memberikan pelatihan kepada karyawan dalam rangka meningkatkan efektifitas karyawan Bank Aceh Pasca Konversi. Purpose With critical reviews of previous studies in workplace learning, this paper aims to investigate workplace learning for pre-service teachers’ practice and quality teaching and learning in technical vocational education and training: key to professional development. Design/methodology/approach The study adopted multistage sampling technique to select sample for the study. Empirical analysis was adopted to analyse the data collected from technical vocational education and training pre-service teachers. Findings The result of the study revealed that the constructs of social learning theory had a stronger linkage with the constructive teaching than traditional management. Originality/value This study emphasizes the need to adequately train pre-service teachers on instructional delivery processes, building strong relationship with learners and build the ability to organize and execute necessary actions required to successfully carry out a specific educational task in a particular context.

Vocational Education Teachers are one of the main important assets for workforce development. This study of the workforce of VET teachers in selected partner countries has two main goals. The aim of this research is to evaluate the level of teacher’s development and training programs and test as well, to inform national policymakers about the situation and the needs of the VET teachers and, secondly, to help monitoring the implementation and the change of the teacher professional development. The methodology to be used is based on qualitative research methods, including interviews und surveys. A major focus of the survey is to enable policy makers to understand what is required to bring along improvements in the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) quality, effectiveness and responsiveness, as well as factors affecting teacher effectiveness in general, such as their motivation and career structure. Professional development for teachers and trainers is widely recognized as a vital tool for the educational reform (Bicaj, 2013). Research shows that the professional development can enduring improve the quality of teaching and learning, enhancing the effectiveness of education and training and providing added value to students, teachers and employers. There is no doubt about the importance of the Continuing Professional Development of VET teachers. Kosovo has for many years developed extensive policies to address this issue, and currently these policies are being implemented.

The acquisition of reading skills is decisive for the academic achievement of students. However, learning to read is a complex process. With this in mind, several attempts have been made to find new educational approaches to enhance students' reading motivation. Considering the enormous potential of ICT for education and training, we have developed a digital repository of teaching and learning materials and a multiplatform application that runs on mobile devices: Letrinhas. This information system was designed to promote the development of reading and to provide tools for monitoring and assessing reading skills against the curricular targets set by the Ministry of Education. Letrinhas was evaluated by specialists and users and a high level of satisfaction was observed among students and teachers as time and effort spent to consolidate reading is considerably reduced with this application. This evaluation also enabled to identify features that will be available in the future.
