This paper is based on field materials from the beginning of the 21st century and describes the peculiarities of perception of the temple holiday (khramovoi or prestol’nyi prazdnik) - Prokopy Day (July 21) in the village of Bolshelug in the Komi Republic. Compared to oral stories of the 1920s and 1960s, there are variations in its later celebration. Various statements are made regarding the number of days the holiday is celebrated (from July 19 to 24), as well as the order of visiting in the village and in nearby villages. In the absence of reliable information about the practice of celebrating Prokopy Day which had been established in the village by the 1930s, attempts were made to “privatize” the feast day and to put into practice folkloric descriptions of the once common ritual. Having become the main village holiday, Prokopy Day also began to incorporate various new ritual practices and customs (omens, prohibitions and prescriptions). This process developed against the background of the fact that in Bolshelug the church was consecrated to St. Nicholas the Wonderworker and Archbishop of Myra, although St. Nicholas Day folklore has remained mostly overlooked.

This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive approach. This study describes the ability to understand mathematical concepts that owned of students with Schoology media. Research subjects is three students selected by purposive sampling based on conditions and situations that occured during the current co-19 pandemic. The data collection used consists of tests of understanding the ability of mathematical concepts. Based on the results of research showed that the ability to understanding students' of mathematical concepts with Schoology-assisted able to provide understanding of material polyhedron of cubes and cuboids by the average results of students getting value 91,67. Where the first student is able to reach an understanding indicator of mathematical concepts from given by agreeing to the concept, classifying objects according to certain properties, giving concepts in various forms of mathematical representation, explaining the relationship between one concept with another concept, and applying the concept in problem solving . While the second and third students can only reach four indicators from the second indicator given. Data collecting techniques are carried out by in-depth interviews, observations, and library studies. The results showed that the five Javanese elderly studied underwent all stages of the theory of Elisabeth Kübler-Ross but the sequence was different. Four of the five research subjects already had an attitude of acceptance caused by a weak physical condition due to various decreases in the function of their organs. Australia as one of the countries that signed the Convention of Refugee 1951 has an obligation to apply principle of non-refoulement in the handling of refugees and asylum seekers entering its territory. However, the issue of national security and domestic turmoil caused Australia to continue use restrictive policies in dealing with refugees and asylum seekers, especially those who came by the sea (boat people) and did not have official documents. They are called Illegal Maritime Arrivals (IMA). Giving the term “illegal” causes no distinction between IMA and smuggling/trafficking criminals. This paper aims to explain the existence of dilemma in the management of refugees especially in Australia in handling IMA. This research uses qualitative methods with secondary data sources from books, journals, articles and other sources related to the problem being studied. By using the concept of securitization approach in the paradigm of constructivism, this paper argue that the restrictive policies adopted by Australia as a form of protection of national interests. Australia experiences a dilemma in applying the principle of non-refoulement and protecting its national interests. This is challenge in the management of global refugees.

This study aims to describe students' mathematical problem-solving abilities based on mathematical dispositions at Riyadlul Mukhlishien Middle School. This type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects used were 21 students of class VIII A. The data sources of this research are in the form of questionnaires, test descriptions and interviews. The results of the questionnaire were used to classify the level of students' mathematical dispositions. After that, two students from each category of mathematical disposition were selected to be the subject of tests and interviews. The results of tests and interviews of mathematical problem-solving abilities were analyzed based on the mathematical disposition of the students. The results of this study indicate that the mathematical disposition of SMP Riyadlul Mukhlishien students is divided into three categories, high, medium and low. Students who have mathematical problem-solving abilities in the high mathematical disposition category are able to meet the indicators of mathematical problem-solving abilities well and write them down completely. Students who have mathematical problem-solving abilities in the moderate mathematical disposition category are able to meet the indicators of mathematical problem-solving abilities but do not write them down completely. Students who have mathematical problem-solving abilities in the low mathematical disposition category are less able to meet the indicators of mathematical problem-solving abilities because they do not write them down completely and still experience errors in calculations
