Introduction. Educational robotics is a new learning technology and an effective tool for training engineering staff. Networking of educational organizations and enterprises expands their potential in the system of level engineering training. The main idea of the article is to create and test a local model of an effective networked educational system in the context of federal and regional concepts and programs that would meet the development trends of modern society and at the same time would allow the preparation of schoolchildren for real participation in practical activities. Materials and Methods. We conducted a theoretical analysis of foreign and domestic literature. The method of scientific modeling, namely, the creation of a graphic hierarchical model was applied to develop an integrated system of engineering education for schoolchildren. When organizing the practical use of the model, pedagogical design, comparative analysis of verification works, sociological tools and criterial formative evaluation are used. Results. Authors made an attempt of systematization of subjects and forms of lifelong engineering education at the stages from preschool to higher, based on research conducted over six years. It is defined that the subject of inter-agency coordination network between participants of educational organizations. A tool to ensure continuity in the transition to a new level of education, and the implementation of interdisciplinary component pre-engineering education are interdisciplinary programs, in particular, robotics. Implementation of programs on robotics is carried out through curricular and extracurricular activities, additional education program, vacation employment and other forms of work, provided resources as the base of the organization and network partners. The author’s summer program of the camp “Technosphere” was developed and approved with the day-time stay of children during the vacation period. The model of the Integrated System of Level Engineering Engineering for Schoolchildren was developed and introduced into the city’s education system. Discussion and Conclusions. The system of level engineering training, which combines the levels of education, additional educational programs and the potential of network interaction, allows to optimize all directions and forms of organization of the educational process. As a result of the study, a model of an integrated system of level engineering training at the stage of pre-school and primary general education was developed.

The aim of the article is to present a model of training engineers based on new approaches to engineering education, taking into account the modern achievements of psychology. The authors believe that the main reason for the insufficient level of engineering training is the discrepancy between the essence of the knowledge transferred to students (both form and content) to the specifics of engineering activity. Therefore, the most important task is to eliminate this contradiction. The basis of the proposed model of engineering training is the design of the educational process in the logic of engineering process in the development of innovative technology. This learning technology called “Simulation-Activity Technology of Engineering Training” (SATET) has been developed and tested at the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI in training engineersdevelopers of innovative technology. The foundations laid in the proposed technology of engineering training, and the mechanisms for its implementation can be considered as a start for the development of a new paradigm of training engineers.

The article reveals the basic concepts associated with robotics: robot, manipulative and mobile (autonomous) robots, robotics. The main directions of the implementation of robotics in the system of basic and additional education of children are considered: educational, competitive, design. The stages of the implementation of the direction of educational robotics, the approximate structure of a lesson in teaching children robotics are presented. The features of the organization of some competitions in robotics, types of tasks for tournament participants, organizational stages are described. The characteristics of the project direction in robotics, the approximate structure of the student's project are given. The importance of each of the considered directions of teaching robotics for the development of the student, its place in the system of general education and the system of additional education is indicated. All three described directions of robotics are in demand among children and parents, teachers, but, despite this, most often only competitive and creative design is implemented in the system of additional education. Unfortunately, in this case, a large number of children capable of robotics may not be identified for objective reasons, and, therefore, lost to engineering professions in the future. Thus, the modern system of basic education faces an acute task of introducing elements of educational robotics into the educational process.

The article presents the features of the organization and conduct of the Olympiad work in mathematics based on the network interaction of various educational organizations. The network interaction of educational organizations in the article is considered as a complex mechanism for centralizing educational resources, contributing to the active involvement of several educational organizations at once in a single educational process, overcoming the considerable territorial remoteness of various educational organizations. There are small educational organizations that have limited material, technical, methodological and human resources for organizing and conducting, on the basis of creating a unified information and educational environment, various events, in particular Olympiads. Each educational organization included in a single network has access to all its aggregate resources and thereby increases its own teaching and educational potential, and students receive a wide range of educational services, due to which each of them can build their own individual educational route. The article also discusses the main directions of organizing and holding the Olympiad in mathematics based on the network interaction of educational organizations of different levels using TRIZ pedagogy (theory of inventive problem solving), LEGO pedagogy (development and formation of the student's personality based on design technology, or modeling). As the main tasks of organizing mathematics olympiads based on the technology of network interaction of educational organizations, the article discusses: increasing students' interest in mathematical disciplines, the formation of creative thinking, the development of the ability to solve non-standard problems, the dissemination of experience in using innovative models of organizing and holding mathematics olympiads. popularization of the Olympiad work among students and teachers of educational organizations of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania.

The article considers the issues of the processes of merging, consolidation, and unification of various educational organizations (preschool educational organizations and municipal general education schools) into educational complexes (on the example of Moscow and the Moscow region). The accumulated experience of the existence of educational complexes is summarized, the positive and negative aspects of the association of educational organizations in general education are described. Among some positive results, the availability and opening of additional high schools were noted; accessibility, openness and diversity of specialized classes; some "strong" schools managed to pull up more "weak" schools. Among the negative aspects of the association, the following are highlighted: the gap in continuity between various links: primary, secondary and senior; low psychological safety of participants in the educational process in educational complexes; the achievements of schoolchildren in different divisions of the educational complex and in different classes are uneven and can vary greatly; additional paid education for children is additionally costly for their parents; the possibility of undermining the psychosocial and age-related aspects of normal socialization and personal development of a student due to the heavy workload of academic subjects; disproportionate funding between the structural divisions of the complex; reduction of teacher rates; destruction of a unique director's corps (directors and his deputies within one school as an established team of professionals); loss of the individuality of the educational organization, established values and traditions; a preschool educational organization can become, as it were ,an "appendage" of the school; with a large number of children in the educational complex, the phenomenon of depersonalization can occur, students become a "gray mass" , etc. It is emphasized that not only economic and managerial efficiency is important, but also pedagogical. Education specialists need to take into account the existing shortcomings of already operating educational complexes in order, as a result, to achieve the goals and content of education, primarily for students.

The article deals with the problems associated with the formation of civic qualities and Patriotic feelings of schoolchildren by means of extracurricular activities. As an integral part of the educational process, extracurricular activities are a mechanism that reveals the internal logic and structural components of the process of civil and Patriotic education. In the process of implementing extracurricular activities, a General education organization must create the necessary conditions to develop basic value orientations. Therefore, when planning educational work, it is important to take into account the methodological foundations and principles of civil and Patriotic education. A significant expansion of students ' understanding of the essence of citizenship and patriotism is facilitated by events, the content of which is dominated by materials about the historical events of the country, state symbols, and traditional cultural values. From these positions, the organization and implementation of extracurricular activities of educational organizations, due to its educational potential, largely determines the orientation of students to their socialization, being the most important mechanism of civil and Patriotic education.

The digital transformation of education is one of the federal priorities of the Russian Federation, the implementation of which in the vocational education system is designed to provide effective training for the digital economy. The study of the digitalization process of secondary vocational education and the identification of the organizational and pedagogical conditions for its effectiveness is carried out on the basis of an interregional network of experimental sites - professional educational organizations that have been implementing online training programs for several years. Describes the problems and limitations associated with the introduction of online into the secondary vocational education system, as well as possible solutions. It is shown that distance learning technology can be used in the implementation of vocational education programs only in force majeure circumstances (forced self-isolation in the fight against a pandemic) with a significant loss in the quality of education and its practical orientation. The optimal form of introducing online courses in the educational process of secondary vocational education is the technology of blended learning, combining online work with contact forms of training. The key condition for ensuring the effectiveness of the digital transformation of the educational process is the development by teachers of a complex of general competencies, including: self-organization, remote motivation management, work with granular educational content.
