Religion must be a source of social order and inner peace as something that glamorize and glorify, and make a civilized man. Implementation of religious teachings should be a guideline for human life in order to achieve happiness together. However, in doing social life of human society faced with three problems, namely inability, powerlessness and uncertainty. So today, especially in Bandung, often socio-religious conflict played by the followers of the religion itself. Ironically, the religious teachings of the estuary is often seen as a conflict. This is the dissonance between theory and facts, causing a mismatch. Thus, the researchers want to analyze to these problems, by focusing research on socio-religious conflict resolution in Bandung, whether the function of religion as a cause of conflict or even as conflict resolution.

Cultural studies seeks to understand and explain how culture relates to the larger society and draws on social theory, philosophy, history, linguistics, communication, semiotics, media studies, and more to assess and evaluate mass media and everyday cultural practices. Since its inception in 1960s Britain, cultural studies has had recognizable and recurring interactions with Marxism, most clearly in culturalist renderings along a spectrum of tensions with political economy approaches. Marxist traditions and inflections appear in the seminal works of Raymond Williams and E. P. Thompson, work on the culture industry inspired by the Frankfurt School in 1930s Germany, challenges by Stuart Hall and others to the structuralist theories of Louis Althusser, and writings on consciousness and social change by Georg Lukács. Perhaps the most pronounced indication of Marxist influences on cultural studies appears in the multiple and diverse interpretations of Antonio Gramsci’s concept of hegemony. Cultural studies, including critical theory, has been invigorated by Marxism, even as a recurring critique of economic determinism appears in most investigations and analyses of cultural practices. Marxism has no authoritative definition or application. Nonetheless, Marxism insists on materialism as the precondition for human life and development, opposing various idealist conceptions whether religious or philosophical that posit magical, suprahuman interventions that shape humanity or assertions of consciousness, creative genius, or timeless universals that supersede any particular historical conjuncture. Second, Marxism finds material reality, including all forms of human society and culture, to be historical phenomenon. Humans are framed by their conditions, and in turn, have agency to make social changing using material, knowledge, and possibilities within concrete historical conditions. For Marxists, capitalist society can best be historically and materially understood as social relations of production of society based on labor power and capitalist private ownership of the means of production. Wages paid labor are less than the value of goods and services produced. Capitalist withhold their profits from the value of goods and services produced. Such social relations organize individuals and groups into describable and manifest social classes, that are diverse and unstable but have contradictory interests and experiences. To maintain this social order and its rule, capitalists offer material adjustments, political rewards, and cultural activities that complement the social arrangements to maintain and adjust the dominant social order. Thus, for Marxists, ideologies arise in uneasy tandem with social relations of power. Ideas and practices appear and are constructed, distributed, and lived across society. Dominant ideologies parallel and refract conflictual social relations of power. Ideologies attune to transforming existing social relations may express countervailing views, values, and expectations. In sum, Marxist historical materialism finds that culture is a social product, social tool, and social process resulting from the construction and use by social groups with diverse social experiences and identities, including gender, race, social class, and more. Cultures have remarkably contradictory and hybrid elements creatively assembled from materially present social contradictions in unequal societies, ranging from reinforcement to resistance against constantly adjusting social relations of power. Five elements appear in most Marxist renditions on culture: materialism, the primacy of historical conjunctures, labor and social class, ideologies refracting social relations, and social change resulting from competing social and political interests.

Abstract: Conflict is an integral part and has a wide variety of types in all aspects of people's lives. This is the responsibility of education because of the potential it possesses to prevent conflicts. Therefore the education of conflict resolution is a suitable idea to resolve conflict issues. The Medina constitution is a monumental work in the history of human life that becomes the spirit of how to create a harmonious life amid diversity. The interpretational method of Medina Constitution is legal hermeneutics which has three meaning areas such as text, context, and contextualization of text meaning to the context. The underlying theory in this research is the theory of conflict resolution education which has three areas to handle conflicts, such as social contradiction changes with structural approaches, improvement of relationship behavior and social interaction, and encouragement of attitude change. The Medina Constitution has fundamental values in social life, namely: togetherness, unity, freedom, religious tolerance, mutual help, justice, equality of rights and obligations, social honor, national defense and peace, piety, amar ma'ruf nahi munkar, and leadership. The contextualization of principles in the Medina charter on conflict resolution education can be discovered relevantly in the following three aspects; structural, behavioral improvement, and attitudinal changes in social relations.الملخص: الصراع هو جزء لا يتجزأ من حياة الإنسان ويتخذ أشكالا مختلفة وهو يحدث في جميع جوانب حياة الناس. هذه هي مسؤولية للتربية ، لأن للتربية القدرة على منع النزاعات ، لذا فإن التثقيف في مجال حل النزاعات هو الفكرة الصحيحة لمعالجة مشكلة الصراع هذه. أما بالنسبة للروح المأخوذة من ميثاق المدينة التي  هي عملاً ضاخما في تاريخ الحياة البشرية حول كيفية خلق حياة متناغمة في تنوع الاجتماعية . إن طريقة تفسير ميثاق المدينة هي التأويل القانوني الذي له ثلاثة جوانب من المعنى ، أي النص ، السياق ، و سياق معنى النص. النظرية الأساس لتطوير هذا البحث هي نظرية تربية حل النزاعات التي لها ثلاثة مجالات للتعامل مع الصراع ، وهي: التغيرات في التناقضات الاجتماعية مع المقاربات الهيكلية ، تحسين سلوك العلاقة والتفاعل الاجتماعي ، وتشجيع التغييرات في المواقف. يمتلك ميثاق المدينة مبادئ في الحياة الاجتماعية ، وهي: التعاون والوحدة والحرية والتسامح الديني ومساعدة الضعفاء والعدالة والمساواة في الحقوق والواجبات والاحترام الاجتماعي والدفاع عن الدولة والسلام والتقوى والامر بالمأروف ونهي عن المنكر  والقيادة. أما فيما يتعلق بوضع المبادئ في ميثاق المدينة في مجال حل النزاعات ، فيمكن إيجازها في ثلاثة جوانب ، هي: المنهج الهيكلي ، السلوكي ، والتغيرات في المواقف في العلاقات الاجتماعية.Abstrak: Konflik merupakan bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dalam kehidupan manusia dan mengambil bentuk yang beraneka rupa dan hampir menyeluruh di segala aspek kehidupan masyarakat. Hal ini merupakan tanggung jawab pendidikan, karena pendidikan memiliki potensi untuk mencegah terjadinya konflik, maka pendidikan resolusi konflik merupakan gagasan yang tepat untuk menyikapi persoalan konflik ini. Adapun ruhnya diambil dari Kosntitusi Madinah yang merupakan karya monumental dalam sejarah kehidupan manusia tentang bagaimana menciptakan kehidupan yang harmonis di tengah keberagaman. Metode penafsiran Konstitusi Madinah adalah legal hermeneutika yang memiliki tiga wilayah pemaknaan, yaitu teks, konteks, dan kontekstualisasi dari makna teks terhadap konteks. Teori yang menjadi dasar pengembangan penelitian ini adalah teori pendidikan resolusi konflik yang mempunyai tiga wilayah penanganan konflik, yaitu perubahan kontradiksi sosial dengan pendekatan struktur, memperbaiki perilaku hubungan dan interaksi sosial, dan mendorong perubahan sikap. Konstitusi Madinah memiliki nilai-nilai mendasar dalam kehidupan sosial, yaitu kebersamaan, persatuan, kebebasan, toleransi beragama, tolong menolong dan membantu yang lemah, keadilan, persamaan hak dan kewajiban, hormoni sosial, bela negara dan perdamaian, kesalehan, amar ma’ruf nahi munkar, dan kepemimpinan. Adapun kontekstualisasi prinsip-prinsip dalam piagam Madinah dalam pendidikan resolusi konflik dapat ditemukan relevansinya dalam tiga aspek, yaitu struktural, perbaikan perilaku, dan perubahan sikap dalam hubungan sosial.

The article comprehensively investigates the phenomenon of play and its relationship with cultural and social categories such as ritual, ritual, customs, and traditions based on folklore and ethnographic materials of the Kazakh and Turkic peoples. Game culture as the most active means of cultural and social interaction in society, deeply rooted in all spheres of human life, is an integral element of the development of modern society. Folk customs and traditions are reflected in religion, arts, crafts, politics, science, military sports games, education, upbringing, economics, and entrepreneurship. The game, reflected in public life, affects socio-cultural activity, diversity in diversity, the transformation of concepts, and the future development of society. The article defines the ontological meaning and archetypal basis of the interaction of games and socio-cultural processes of our time, identifies the general attributes and originality of games. The manifestation of ancient beliefs in the games of a shaman is illustrated, their role in a specific ritual is revealed, the integration of play elements in the ritual complex, the versatility of the shaman's personality, the relationship between play elements and rituals are traced. The origins of the gaming culture go back to ancient beliefs, magic, cults, family rituals. For example, the youth games "Shivering Baba Baba", "White Storm" and "Hand Trap" recreate the opposition of winter and summer, old and new, young, the relationship between a girl and a boy. Mostly "summer", "new" and "young", "guy" win and win. These game elements, which were once an integral part of the ritual complex, were later combined and separated into a separate game. Each subsequent time they deviate from the original ritual. This tendency can be traced in many national games, the origin of which dates to the period of ritual folklore. The game "Kokpar", extremely popular among the Turkic peoples, is a national equestrian game. The name of the game comes from the "blue wolf" totem. The author of the article conclusively states that during a long hunt, a young man kidnapped a killed (wounded) wolf, the other participants in the game tried to catch him. As a result of the study, it is important to conclude that ritual and play are multifunctional, multilingual, differ not only in their symbolism, but also in how beliefs, religious motives and everyday life are reflected in them. Their ontological, epistemological, and axiological significance and ambivalence are great. The game has always been and remains a universal way of interacting with reality. Traditional ceremonies, games and holidays reflect the cultural component of the people, reveal the nature of the world. The game promotes cultural and moral priorities in the social environment, stereotypes related to age, gender, profession. Today, the game goes beyond the strictly limited framework of traditional ethnocultural phenomena, reflecting the socio-cultural situation, the system of relations and values, changes in human consciousness in the postmodern era. The game is cosmopolitan, sometimes artificial. The game culture, thus, is undergoing radical changes and is experiencing a crisis, which actualizes the need to increase moral values, moral foundations, preservation of the historical roots, and socio-communicative potential of the game culture. This, in turn, contributes to the stability and vitality of human and social life. <p><em>In human nature, apart from being individual beings as well as social beings who have their own culture. Culture arises in humans due to reason and thought in the human being itself. Humans will be able to live perfectly when they live together with other humans, in relation to other humans, certain norms or rules are needed. In the regulation, one of them was written about the procedure for honoring guests called Athiti Krama. Athiti Krama gives motivation in human life because through this human being can foster good relations between humans one with other human beings in harmony. The implementation of Athiti Krama can be found in societies everywhere in the world, both in the advanced society and the people who are still modest in their civilization.<br /> In social life, everyone should behave well so as to create happiness for themselves and the community, because in the teachings of Hinduism, Athiti Krama teachings are basically contained which can bring people to achieve harmony in social order in society. The basis of Athiti Krama's teachings is the ethics or morality that many of the Vedic scriptures have mentioned, one of which is Tri Kaya Parisudha. Considering the importance of Athiti Krama as a social guide in people's lives. So it should be known to be applied in the learning process in Pasraman Dharma Bhakti.</em><strong><em></em></strong></p>

This paper argues that the ‘biopsychosocial’ model of the body highlights the importance of the psychosocial dimension for a better understanding of health and illness. Most importantly, by emphasising the fundamental relevance of values in the make-up of living systems, the biopsychosocial model radically challenges the common sense operation of evidence-based biomedical operations that bifurcate the body into the subjectivities of human perceptions and the non-subjective qualities of the nature of bodies. The biopsychosocial model protests against the manner by which only non-subjective qualities gain explanatory power in analysing, diagnosing and treating somatic and mental health issues. To accentuate the explanatory importance of values in understanding embodied human life, I will introduce Émile Durkheim’s seminal work about human society as a realitysui generisthat introduces the scientific realm for a ‘special psychology’ (Durkheim) to analyse ‘values’ as an emergent accomplishment of human social life. Still, as important Durkheim’s account is in understanding societal values, it is only partially valid for the biopsychosocial model since it iterates the common sense operation of bifurcation by dismissing individual perceptions as valid sources to gain knowledge about the realities of human social values. To avoid bifurcation and to give importance to the subjectivities of every mode of existence, I will introduce Tarde’s monadology that emphasises the value-laden psychosocial processes and societal organisation in understandingallbodies and things—human and non-human alike. A monadological reading of the body universalises the ‘biopolitics’ of human affairs and unfolds what I call the ‘cosmopolitics of existence’. With the shift from the biopolitics of human affairs to the cosmopolitics of existence this paper wishes to contribute to novel ways of thinking the biopsychosocial body beyond bifurcating mind and nature.

Reformational philosophy views reality structured as an original and meaningful order, created by God.1 Reality is open to systematic research and contemplation because it reflects a coherent order in its structures. It is this order that also gives human society a systematic character. Institutions, communities, relations, regulations, cultural patterns, social customs and manners, all held together in a more or less coherent manner, shape society in a regular way. In this article I will concentrate on patterns and conditions of social life that serve as a framework for human identity. Identity refers to social belonging: the conscious consideration of someone’s position in a given social order, like established communities, nations and families. We develop personal and collective identities in response to social and cultural patterns. It is impossible to gain an awareness of what it means to be a person without a structured social milieu. Being human means being part of a meaningful social order. My question is to what extent reformational philosophy — viewing reality as a meaningful order — provides a framework for the study of human identity. For an answer to that question I want to examine the social philosophy of Herman Dooyeweerd.

On the basis of the archetypic analysis of development trends of a conflictological paradigm the author’s model of minimization of conflict potential in modern society is offered. Institutional construction is the basis for model that is harmonized with a factor of societal identity.It is noted that the problems of social conflicts, according to data from monitor- ing studies of the Ukrainian school of archetype, are increasingly shifted into the sphere of interpersonal relations. It is stimulated by the progression in society of so-called self-sufficient personalities, the “subjectification” of the social space, and at the same time narrowing down to the solution of entirely specific situations in which there is a collision of the interests of two or more parties.Instead, in order to find the optimal solution for resolving the conflict, it is necessary to have interdisciplinary knowledge, in particular understanding of the deep nature of such conflicts. Collision of points of view, thoughts, positions — a very frequent phenomenon of modern social life. In order to develop the correct line of behavior in various conflict situations, it is important to adequately under- stand the nature of the emergence of the modern conflict and the mechanisms for resolving them in substance. Knowledge of conflict nature enriches the culture of communication and makes human life and social groups not only more calm, but also creates conditions for constructive development. It is proved that in modern life one can not but agree with the statement that an individual carries first re- sponsibility for his own life and only then for the life of the social groups to which he belongs. And while making decisions within the framework of modern mecha- nisms (consensus), the properties of human psychology such as extroversion, emo- tionality, irrationality, intuition, externality, and executive ability will not at least contribute to such a task.That is why in the author’s research attracted attention to the archetypal na- ture of the conflict — the primitive images, ideas, feelings inherent in man as a bearer of the collective unconscious.
