Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik kepemimpinan Yayasan Pembina Masjid Salman ITB ditinjau dari aspek kepemimpinannya dan peranannya dalam konteks hubungan antar pribadi, informasi, serta pengambilan keputusan dalam proses kaderisasi mahasiswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif yang didasarkan pada pemikiran bahwa kepemimpinan dapat diukur dengan mempergunakan tolok ukur yang sesuai dengan jenis dan sifat kelompok yang dipimpin yakni tujuan organisasi. Analisis data dengan  analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peran kepemimpinan Yayasan Pembina Masjid dalam proses kaderisasi mahasiswa. Syarif Hidayat dipandang sebagai pemimpin yang autokratis, corak kepemimpinannya yang cenderung demokratik serta tidak terlepas perannya sebagai leading figure, serta pengambilan keputusan yang sangat berpegang teguh pada prinsip musyawarah. This paper aims to know leadership characteristic Yayasan Pembina Masjid Salman ITB viewed from the aspect of its leadership and its role in the context of interpersonal relationships, information, and decision making in the process of student cadre. The research method using descriptive method based on the idea that leadership can be measured by using benchmarks that match the type and nature of the group that is led the goal of the organization. Data analysis with qualitative analysis. The result of the research show the role of leadership of Yayasan Pembina Masjid in the process of student cadre. Syarif Hidayat is seen as an autocratic leader, his democratic leadership style as well as his role as a leading figure, as well as decision-making that strongly adheres to the principle of musyawarah.

This paper aims to analyze the role of the Election Supervisory Body and the obstacles faced in handling election crimes in Simalungun Regency. The research method used is descriptive method, while the data analysis technique uses descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of this study indicate that the rule of law regarding the role of the Election Supervisory Body in handling election crimes is stated in Law no. 7 of 2017 concerning General Elections, Election Supervisory Body Regulation No. 7 of 2018 concerning Handling of Findings and Reports of General Election Violations and Bawaslu Regulation No. 31 of 2018 concerning the Integrated Law Enforcement Center. The role of the Election Supervisory Body in handling election crimes in Simalungun Regency has not been fully able to carry out its role in handling election crimes. The obstacles faced by the Election Supervisory Body in handling election crimes are: there are often differences in perceptions in the Gakkumdu Center, there is a large enough opportunity to eliminate evidence, suspects are often uncooperative, and the lack of Bawaslu officers even though the task must be carried out, especially during elections. relatively much.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahuiperanan Aseuk Hatong dalam tradisi pertanian ladang di masyarakat Tatar Karang PrianganKabupaten Tasikmalaya yang religius Islami, tapi masih mempertahankan tradisi tersebut.Metode penelitian ini menggunakan studi fenomenologi Schutz. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa 1) Seni berkomunikasi: (kakawihan) dalam tradisi Aseuk Hatong adalah upayaharmonisasi antara petani dengan alam yang sedang kemarau melalui senandung ringan yangkontekstual. 2) Teknologi Tani: (Aseuk Hatong) adalah suatu alat untuk mengolah untuk tanahladang pada musim kemarau yang dibalut dengan estetika musikal sederhana khas petaniladang, hasil pengembangan teknologi yang tepat guna, menyenangkan, inovatif, fungsional,terjangkau, murah, dan ramah lingkungan. Dengan demikian, dapat dirumuskan bahwa TradisiAseuk Hatong di Tatar Karang Priangan merupakan media persuasif bertani di kala ngahuma(berladang) tidak dibarengi musim penghujan. Tradisi Aseuk Hatong juga merupakanpengembangan teknologi yang sangat memperhitungkan kearifan lokal yang berlaku.Kata kunci: aseuk hatong, kawih, komunikasi seni, teknologi tani, pertanian ladangABST RACTOur inability to deepen our own original knowledge results in disharmony of technologywith the needs in the field, including the Appropriate Technology (TTG) in agriculture. It istherefore that in any development it is often not harmonious with the needs of society. Theobjective of the research is to know the role of Aseuk Hatong in the agricultural tradition in theTatar Karang Priangan community of Tasikmalaya Regency whicht is religiously Islamic yetstill maintains the tradition. The research method is Schutz phenomenology study. The resultsof research show that (1) the art of communicating (kakawihan) in Aseuk Hatong tradition isa harmonious effort between farmers and the dry nature through mild, contextual humming.(2) Farm technology (Aseuk Hatong)is a tool to cultivate the soil, plowing the fields during thedry season by wrapping with simple typical musical aesthetics of field farmers as the resultsof appropriate technology development, fun, innovative, functional, affordable, cheap, andenvironmentally friendly. As the conclusion, it can be said that Aseuk Hatong Tradition in TatarKarang Priangan as a persuasive media farming during ngahuma (farming) not accompaniedby rainy season is a technology development that takes into account local wisdom occur.Keywords: aseuk hatong, kawih, art communication, farming technology

This study aims to gain a deeper understanding of the existence of the local social organization in conducting community empowerment. The experiment was conducted at Community Empowerment Institution (In Indonesia it is referred to as Lembaga Pemberdayaan Masyarakat/LPM). LPM Cibeunying as one of the local social institution in Bandung regency. Aspects reviewed in the study include the style of leadership, processes, and stages of community empowerment, as well as the LPM network. The research method used is a case study with the descriptive method and qualitative approach. Data collection was conducted against five informants consisting of the Chairman and LPM’s Board members, village officials, and community leaders. The results show that the dominant leadership style is participative, in addition to that, a supportive leadership style and directive leadership style are also used in certain situations. The empowerment process carried out per the stages of the empowerment process is identifying and assessing the potential of the region, problems, and opportunities-chances; arranging a participative activity plan; implementing the activity plan; and monitoring and evaluating the process and results of activities. The social networking of LPM leads to a social network of power in which LPM can influence the behavior of communities and community institutions in utilizing and managing community empowerment programs. From the research, it can be concluded that the model of community empowerment implemented by LPM Cibeunying Village is enabling, empowering, and protecting.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan adanya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawa dewan pelaksana pengelola masjid agung jawa tengah. Peneletian ini menggunakan metode sensus data dari 119 responden. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji parsial (uji t) variabel gaya kepemimpinan demokratisdi peroleh nilai t hitung 6,125 > 1,657 (t tabel) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, artinya gaya kepemimpinan demokratis berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah. Variabel disiplin kerja di peroleh nilai t hitung – 1,419 < 1,657 (t tabel) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,159 > 0,05 artinya disiplin kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa TengahBerdasarkan hasil uji F (simultan) diketahui bahwa F hitung > F tabel (20,337 > 2,68), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan atau bersama – sama gaya kepemimpinan demokratif dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif sigifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah. Hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2) terhadap variabel gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan disiplin kerja menunjukan pengaruh terhadap kinerja kariawan pada dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah sebesar 24,7%. Sedangkan sisanya (100% - 24,7% = 74,3%) dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis, Kinerja Karyawan Abstract This study aims to analyze and prove the influence of democratic leadership style and work discipline on the work performance of the executive board of managers of the Central Java Grand Mosque. This research uses census data method from 119 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of data analysis using a partial test (t test) democratic leadership style variables in the t value obtained 6.125> 1.657 (t table) with a significance level of 0.000 F table (20,337> 2.68), so that it can be concluded that simultaneously or together the democratic leadership style and work discipline have a significant positive effect on employee performance on the managing board of the Central Java Grand Mosque. The results of testing the coefficient of determination (R2) on the variables of democratic leadership style and work discipline showed an influence on the performance of caribou on the managing board of the Central Java Grand Mosque manager at 24,7%. This research is used quantitative approach and descriptive method. Instrument used by the research is skala Survey of Study Habits and Attitudes questionnaire to describing media social using by students and Likert Scale questionnaire to describing student’s political literacy. Data analysis using Rank Spearman Order.The result show that social media used by students 48% good, 26% fair, and 15% poor. Student’s political literacy are 36% good, 43% fair, and 21% poor. The role of social media in the development of student's political literacy is 54,79% affected by social media, and 45,21% affected by other factors.

This research was conducted with the aim to be achieved, namely to find out how much influence online learning has on the learning motivation of 8th and 9th grade students in Islamic religious education subjects at SMP Plus Al-Ijtihad 2 Kutabaru, Pasar Kemis Subdistrict, Tangerang Regency. The research method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. A method that describes a phenomenon in the field with a data analysis approach. The instrument in this study is to use a questionnaire (questionnaire) and interviews as a source of data. And the sample used in the study used systematic random sampling. Respondents of this study amounted to 54 students. Based on the results of data processing and discussion that the effect of online learning on the motivation of students in Islamic religious education subjects can be proven by calculating the Product Moment correlation, the result is 0.557. In variable X online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic and variable Y student learning motivation in the PAI folder, there is an influence between variables X and Y, the correlation is moderate/sufficient in the coefficient interval 0.40-0.599. So it can be concluded that the effect of online learning on students' learning motivation in PAI subjects is 31.0% and the remaining 69.0% is influenced by other factors which may be family environment factors, the environment between friends and so on.

Purpose: This study aims to determine the role of big five personalities simultaneously and partially towards the tendency of hard adventure travelers. Research methodology: This study will also look at the five traits found in the big five personalities which tend to play a role in the hard adventure traveler. This research is a replication study of Kristin Scott and John C. Mowen with a quantitative approach involving 1,558 subjects with a purposive sampling technique. Big five personality was measured using the big five infentory scale, while the hard adventure type would be measured using a scale from Scott & Mowen. Data analysis of this study using multiple regression techniques. Results: The results showed that there is a role of big five personalities that is simultaneous towards traveler's hard adventure type of 7,6%, whereas partially openness, extraversion, and neuroticism trait had a role towards the type of hard adventure, where openness trait had the biggest role towards hard adventure type. Limitations: Based on the magnitude of the role generated in this study, there are still other factors that can influence traveler's decision making to choose the traveling type, so that these other factors are expected to explore more. Contribution: This research can be a reference in the development of tourist attraction marketing by taking into account visitors' personality types.

ABSTRACTOrganizational communication climate is one thing that really needs to be considered in an organization because after all the organizational communication climate has an influence on the sustainability of an organization, in order to make an organization that is in accordance with what is expected and aspired by the organization and includes members in it. Therefore, the researcher took the title "Analysis of Communication Climate in Employees (Quantitative Descriptive Survey on Employees of the Archives and Library Office of Kuningan Regency)". This research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study were employees of the Department of Archives and Libraries of Kuningan Regency, amounting to 42 people. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the overall communication climate went well, as seen from the 16 items dominated by the number 4 scale with 11 items and the number 3 scale with 5 items. Then it can be seen from the interval class test which is divided into 5 interval classes in the "good" class because there are 36 (85.7%) who are in the interval class range from 55 to 67 who fall into the "good" class and are one class level that is the highest is "very good". The research also shows that there is a good level of closeness between employees. The results of other studies were found on the values of participatory decision making which were seen as lacking. This is because all employees are not involved in decision making, especially when it comes to the top.Keywords: Communication Climate, Organization, Survey, Quantitative Descriptive  ABSTRAKIklim komunikasi organisasi merupakan salah satu hal yang sangat perlu diperhatikan pada sebuah organisasi karena bagaimanapun juga iklim komunikasi organisasi memberikan pengaruh terhadap keberlangsungan sebuah organisasi, guna menjadikan suatu organisasi yang sesuai apa yang diharapkan dan dicita-citakan oleh organisasi dan termasuk anggota di dalamnya. Oleh karena itu peneliti mengambil judul “Analisis Iklim Komunikasi Pada Pegawai (Survey Deskriptif Kuantitatif Pada Pegawai Dinas Kearsipan Dan Perpustakaan Kabupaten Kuningan)”. Penelitian yang dilaksanakan ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakan Kabupaten Kuningan yang berjumlah 42 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dari penyebaran kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa iklim komunikasi secara keseluruhan berjalan dengan baik terlihat dari 16 item didominasi oleh skala angka 4 sebanyak 11 item dan skala angka 3 sebanyak 5 item. Kemudian terlihat dari uji kelas interval yang dibagi kedalam 5 kelas interval berada pada kelas “baik” karena terdapat 36 (85,7%) yang berada pada range kelas interval dari 55 sampai 67 yang masuk kedalam kelas “baik” dan berada satu tinggkat kelas yang paling tinggi yaitu “sangat baik”. Dari penelitian juga memperlihatkan kedekatan pada tingkat baik yang terjalin di antara para pegawai. Hasil penelitian lainnya ditemukan pada nilai-nilai pembuatan keputusan partisipatif yang dilihat kurang. Hal itu dikarenakan tidak dilibatkannya seluruh pegawai dalam pengambilan keputusan terutama saat menyangkut pada bagian atas.Kata Kunci: Iklim Komunikasi, Organisasi, Survey, Deskriptif Kuantitatif

<p class="15bIsiAbstractBInggris">This study aims to determine the effect of working mothers and the role of fathers on children's learning achievement in Pasir Buncir Bogor. The research method used is a grounded research method with RT (Rukun Tetangga) respondents and community leaders who are in RW 01 (Rukun Warga). The results of this study indicate that parents are very important for each of their children, but because of busy parents who work many children who do not get full attention. Based on the results of data analysis it can be concluded that parents, fathers and mothers still have a large role and responsibility for the growth and development of their children. Given the magnitude of the problems faced by children in their growth and development, it is only natural that parents provide more optimal attention, guidance, and supervision to their children.</p><p class="15cKeywordsBInggris"> </p><p class="16aJudulAbstrak"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p class="16bIsiAbstrak">Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ibu bekerja dan peran ayah terhadap prestasi belajar anak di Pasir Buncir Bogor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode grounded research dengan responden RT (Rukun Tetangga) dan tokoh masyarakat yang berada di RW 01 (Rukun Warga). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa orang tua sangat berperan penting bagi setiap anaknya, namun karena kesibukkan orang tua yang bekerja banyak anak yang kurang mendapatkan perhatian sepenuhnya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa orang tua, ayah dan ibu tetap memiliki peran dan tanggung jawab yang besar terhadap pertumbuhan dan perkembangan putra-putrinya. Mengingat besarnya permasalahan yang dihadapi anak dalam masa pertumbuhan dan perkembangannya maka sudah sewajarnya jika para orang tua memberikan perhatian, bimbingan, dan pengawasan yang lebih optimal kepada anak-anaknya.</p>

This study aims at investigating the relationship between cognitive biases and decision making from a sample of gifted secondary students. It also aims at identifying the level of students’ cognitive biases and decision making and the differences in these two areas based on different classrooms. Random sampling was used to collect data from 139 female secondary students from the gifted group. Their age ranged between (16-18) with an average of (16.6), A descriptive method was adopted in the study. The research tools used consisted of DACOBS David Assessment of Cognitive biases Scale (Vander Gaag. et al., 2000), translated and standardized by the present researchers, and Tuistra’s decision making scale for teenagers (Tuinstra, et al., 2000). The findings of the study show a negative correlation between cognitive biases and decision making. Also, there were no differences between cognitive biases and decision making scores based on different classrooms. The study also shows a low level of students’ cognitive biases and a high level of decision making. The study recommends activating the role of mentors and students' counseling, planning for the values and behaviors that need to be acquired by students by including them in the annual goals of the school administration and participating in societal awareness and education.
