<p class="15bIsiAbstractBInggris">This study aims to determine the effect of working mothers and the role of fathers on children's learning achievement in Pasir Buncir Bogor. The research method used is a grounded research method with RT (Rukun Tetangga) respondents and community leaders who are in RW 01 (Rukun Warga). The results of this study indicate that parents are very important for each of their children, but because of busy parents who work many children who do not get full attention. Based on the results of data analysis it can be concluded that parents, fathers and mothers still have a large role and responsibility for the growth and development of their children. Given the magnitude of the problems faced by children in their growth and development, it is only natural that parents provide more optimal attention, guidance, and supervision to their children.</p><p class="15cKeywordsBInggris"> </p><p class="16aJudulAbstrak"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p class="16bIsiAbstrak">Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ibu bekerja dan peran ayah terhadap prestasi belajar anak di Pasir Buncir Bogor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode grounded research dengan responden RT (Rukun Tetangga) dan tokoh masyarakat yang berada di RW 01 (Rukun Warga). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa orang tua sangat berperan penting bagi setiap anaknya, namun karena kesibukkan orang tua yang bekerja banyak anak yang kurang mendapatkan perhatian sepenuhnya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa orang tua, ayah dan ibu tetap memiliki peran dan tanggung jawab yang besar terhadap pertumbuhan dan perkembangan putra-putrinya. Mengingat besarnya permasalahan yang dihadapi anak dalam masa pertumbuhan dan perkembangannya maka sudah sewajarnya jika para orang tua memberikan perhatian, bimbingan, dan pengawasan yang lebih optimal kepada anak-anaknya.</p>

Abstract: This study aims to investigate the regeneration of endek weaving craftsmen in Klungkung, Bali. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. The research location is in Klungkung, Bali. The technique of collecting data through interviews was conducted on four groups of informants, namely business owners, craftsmen, children of craftsmen, and community leaders. The data analysis technique used is the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, namely: data reduction, data display, and verification. The results showed that regeneration attempts have not yet been successful due to several factors, including: 1) the younger generation’s lack of interest in weaving, 2) the number of promising job alternatives, and 3) the lack of love and pride in the younger generation for endek woven fabric products. The regeneration process functions through outreach carried out by networks of family, friends, and neighbors.Keywords: regeneration, socialization, weaving Mengungkap Regenerasi Pengrajin Tenun Endek di BaliAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui regenerasi pengrajin tenun endek di Klungkung, Bali. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian berada di Klungkung, Bali. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dilakukan terhadap empat kelompok informan yaitu pemilik usaha, pengrajin, anak pengrajin, dan tokoh masyarakat. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yaitu: reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya regenerasi belum berhasil karena beberapa faktor, antara lain: 1) kurangnya minat generasi muda dalam menenun, 2) banyaknya alternatif pekerjaan yang menjanjikan, dan 3) kurangnya rasa cinta dan bangga pada yang lebih muda. generasi untuk produk kain tenun endek. Proses regenerasi berfungsi melalui sosialisasi yang dilakukan oleh jaringan keluarga, teman, dan tetangga. Kata kunci: regenerasi, sosialisasi, tenun

Indonesia Manajemen hubungan masyarakat adalah sebuah fungsi manajemen yang didalamnya meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengorganisasian dan evaluasi terhadap hubungan masyarakat. Hubungan masyarakat sangat penting keberadaannya didalam suatu organisasi. Dengan adanya manajemen yang baik maka humas di perguruan tinggi akan terlaksana secara efektif dan efisien. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini menfokuskan pada dua hal yaitu; 1) Bagaimana fungsi manajemen humas dalam menarik minat masyarakat di IAIN Madura, 2) Bagaimana pola komunikasi humas di IAIN Madura, 3) Bagaimana respon stakeholders terhadap humas di IAIN Madura. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang dilakukan di Institut Agama Islam Negeri Madura. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Tahapan analisis data dilakukan dengan penyajian data, redusi data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data melalui meningkatkan ketekunan dan Member check. Hasil penelitian ini; 1. Fungsi manajemen hubungan masyarakat dalam menarik minat masyarakat. (a) perencanaan meliputi, perencanaan fisik, perencanaan fungsional, perencanaan secara luas, dan perencanaan dikombinasikan, (b) pengorganisasian humas dibagi sesuai dengan tupoksi, (c) pelaksanaan hubungan masyarakat, melakukan kerjasama dengan pihak internal dan eksternal kampus, malakukan promosi melalui media massa dan menggunakan peran alumni, (d) evaluasi hubungan masyarakat dilakukan disetiap akhir kegiatan. 2. Pola komunikasi humas, a) internal, melakukan rapat dan musyawarah, b) eksternal, melalui kerjasama, media massa (cetak dan online). 3. Respon stakeholders terhadap humas IAIN Madura, a) respon dosen, b) respon mahasiswa, c) respon tokoh masyarakat. Kata kunci: Manajemen Humas, Minat Masyarakat.   Inggris Public relations management is a management function which includes planning, implementing, organizing and evaluating public relations.  Public relations is very important presence in an organization.  With good management, public relations at universities will be carried out effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this study focuses on two things namely;  1) How is the function of public relations management in attracting public interest in IAIN Madura, 2) How is the pattern of public relations communicationIAIN Madura, 3) How is the response of stakeholders to public relations IAIN Madura. This study uses a qualitative approach conducted at the Madura State Islamic Institute.  Data collection techniques using interview, observation, documentation.  Stages of data analysis are performed by presenting data, data reduction, and drawing conclusions.  Checking the validity of the data through increasing perseverance and member checking. The results of this study;  1. The function of public relations management in attracting public interest.  (a) planning includes, physical planning, functional planning, broad planning, and combined planning, (b) organizing public relations is divided according to the main tasks and functions, (c) implementing public relations, collaborating with internal and external campus, conducting promotion through media  mass and using the role of alumni, (d) evaluation of public relations is done at the end of each activity.  2. Public relations communication patterns, a) internal, conducting meetings and deliberations, b) external, through cooperation, mass media (print and online).  3. As time has developed, many e-commerce platforms exist in Indonesia, so that competition in maintaining consumer loyalty on an e-commerce website often occurs. This study aims to determine the effect of e-price and e-trust on e-loyalty and the role of e-trust in mediating it. The research method used is quantitative and using questionnaire. The population used in this study are consumers who have ever shopped online through the Indonesian online marketplace who are domiciled in the province of Bali. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling and accidental sampling and a sample of 120 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and path analysis. The result of this research is that Shopee is e-commerce with the biggest enthusiasts in Bali. E-price and e-trust have a positive and significant effect on e-loyalty, and e-price has a positive and significant effect on e-trust, e-trust can mediate the effect of e-price on e-loyalty. This research is expected to be able to provide input to further researchers, e-commerce providers, sellers who sell in e-commerce, and customers. Providing reasonable prices, security in transactions, trust in online vendors, will certainly increase consumer loyalty, either by not moving to other e-commerce and recommending it to others.

Point of Interest (center of attention) becomes important for identity on product labels for Sokaraja fried getuk packaging. On each label, Sokaraja fried getuk uses a different center of attention from one label to another. This study aims to determine the role of the center of interest in the fried getuk label. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research by extracting data from primary and secondary sources such as interviews and literature studies. Through the perspective of the theory of graphic elements and design principles as the unit of analysis for the label of getuk goreng Sukaraja. Based on data analysis, it was concluded that the Sokaraja Fried Getuk Label has the characteristics of traditional visual elements and is dominated by red. Aspects of typography tend to be serif, sans serif, and script, using symmetrical and asymmetrical compositions. Design principles such as unity, proportion, balance, rhythm, and emphasis are visual elements that are composed quite well.

To implement the good corporate governance as it was expected, especially in the BUMN Tbk. in Indonesia, it is important to optimize the  role of internal audit. The purpose of this research is to explore the influence of internal audit partly and simultaneously on the good corporate governance at the state-owned companies (BUMN Tbk) in Indonesia. The data used in this research were primary data collected by questionnaires. The data analysis for hypothesis testing was the path analysis. This research done with research method of census by 13 at the state-owned companies (BUMN Tbk.) in Indonesia.  The data used in this research were primary data collected by questionnaires. Result of this research indicates that audit factors partly and simultaneously has influenced significantly to exercise on the good corporate governance at the state-owned companies (BUMN Tbk.) in Indonesia.

The research problem is what is the form of the community's role in preserving springs and what factors influence the community's role in preserving springs in Budo Village, Wori District, North Minahasa Regency. The research method used is qualitative research with the informants are the government, community leaders, and residents. The results of this study indicate that: The forms of the role of the people of Budo Village play a role in preserving the springs in the village, including 1) by providing motivation and direction to residents, 2) giving the advice to preserve the springs, 3) maintain cleanliness and sustainable 4) maintain survival and provide assistance funds, 5) Be active in community service activities and provide assistance as needed, 6) Take part in preserving springs and being active in site arrangement activities. Some factors encourage or influence so that the need for efforts to conserve springs in Budo Village, Wori District. The factors meant include 1) springs as village assets, 2) springs as a source of life, 3) water as necessities, 4) water is very important for the population.

This research was conducted to reveal the existence of Gong Buleuh Music in Sungai Penuh City Community, Jambi Province, this type of research is a qualitative research method of interpreting phenomena based on art issues in the Sungai Penuh community. The object of this research is the existence of Gong Buleuh music in the Sungai Penuh community of Jambi Province. Data collected through literature study, observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out based on ethnographic techniques. The findings of this study indicate that the existence of this Gong Buleuh music in the community plays an important role in the Kenduhai Sko ceremony. The uniqueness of an instrumental made of reeds in accordance with the ecological conditions of the Sungai Penuh city. Thus the existence of this Gong Buleuh music does not decline for the younger generation, of course, to explore its existence so that it is preserved by culture, especially Sungai Penuh City. Gong Buleuh music as a traditional art gives meaning to the life of the Kerinci community and its appearance has certain rules that must not be violated. If it is violated, there will be sanctions so that Gong Buleuh's music is a ritual in the Kenduri Sko ceremony. The Kenduri Sko ceremony, which is held once every ten years as a cleanser for heirlooms, is also a gathering place between layers of society. In this event without performing Gong Buleuh music, the ceremony is considered meaningless for the people of Sungai Penuh City. With the music of Gong Buleuh in the Kenduri Sko ceremony, the community can communicate with traditional and community leaders to officiate the opening of the Kenduri Sko.

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik kepemimpinan Yayasan Pembina Masjid Salman ITB ditinjau dari aspek kepemimpinannya dan peranannya dalam konteks hubungan antar pribadi, informasi, serta pengambilan keputusan dalam proses kaderisasi mahasiswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif yang didasarkan pada pemikiran bahwa kepemimpinan dapat diukur dengan mempergunakan tolok ukur yang sesuai dengan jenis dan sifat kelompok yang dipimpin yakni tujuan organisasi. Analisis data dengan  analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peran kepemimpinan Yayasan Pembina Masjid dalam proses kaderisasi mahasiswa. Syarif Hidayat dipandang sebagai pemimpin yang autokratis, corak kepemimpinannya yang cenderung demokratik serta tidak terlepas perannya sebagai leading figure, serta pengambilan keputusan yang sangat berpegang teguh pada prinsip musyawarah. This paper aims to know leadership characteristic Yayasan Pembina Masjid Salman ITB viewed from the aspect of its leadership and its role in the context of interpersonal relationships, information, and decision making in the process of student cadre. The research method using descriptive method based on the idea that leadership can be measured by using benchmarks that match the type and nature of the group that is led the goal of the organization. Data analysis with qualitative analysis. The result of the research show the role of leadership of Yayasan Pembina Masjid in the process of student cadre. Syarif Hidayat is seen as an autocratic leader, his democratic leadership style as well as his role as a leading figure, as well as decision-making that strongly adheres to the principle of musyawarah.

This study aims to find the implementation of organizational culture, in this case the Ministry of Religion of the Regency of Buleleng based on Hindu values. The research method used was qualitative with the location of the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Buleleng Regency. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and document studies. Data analysis techniques include (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation, and (4) conclusion drawing or verification. The implementation of organizational culture in the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Buleleng Regency especially in the Head of the Hindu Religion Affairs is inseparable from the role of the socialization of socio-cultural values themselves, both government leaders, traditional leaders, or family leaders. Theoretically, the process of institutionalizing values to society goes through several stages, including the stages known, understood, obeyed, and valued.

The kiai as a designer, implementer and controller of the course of education in the pesantren. Kiai determines the direction of a boarding school education. The attitude and character of the kiai determine the color of the pesantren education. This study is to describe particularly a role of Kiai in pesantren management patterns by promoting tolerance education as one of the Kiai's leadership styles in the pesantren. This research method uses qualitative methods with case studies. The data network was carried out by observation, interviews, documentation, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). While data analysis using data reduction, display and conclusion. As well this study found a new model of tolerance education which a model of kiai cantered  or  a Model of kiai. First kiai became advisor and planner  to set a education of tolerance  based on multicultural view.  Second, learning of tolerance delivered in the class integrated with the all the subjects, teachers should stated about tolerance during the class. And then the practice of tolerance accommodated by kiai including the community and santri activities as well kiai welcomed the tradition of community.
