Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Al-Mu’awanah merupakan lembaga pendidikan Islam yang mampu bertahan di tengah-tengah perkembangan zaman. Lembaga ini telah melewati berbagai macam ujian serta perkembangan diberbagai bidang. Dibalik berkembang dan majunya suatu lembaga tentu dibelakangnya ada seorang pemimpin yang mampu mengendalikan serta menggerakan roda organisasi sehingga pada akhirnya tujuan yang telah dirumuskan telah tercapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Tipe Kepemimpinan Ustadz Iwan Hermawan dalam Mengembangkan Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Al-Mu’awanah, cara Pengambilan Keputusan dalam suatu permasalahan, dan bagaimana Human Relation (Hubungan antar manusia) Santri dengan Ustadz Iwan Hermawan dalam Mengembangkan Pondok Pesantren. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, hasil penelitian ini adalah Tipe kepemimpinan Ustadz Iwan Hermawan merupakan tipe demokratis dan kharismatik, Ustadz Iwan Hermawan memberikan kesempatan untuk seluruh santri agar dapat bekerjasama mengembangkan dan memajukan Pondok Pesantren, beliau memiliki krakter yang kuat, kepribadian yang teguh toleransi yang tinggi, dan memiliki kewibawaan, pengambilan Keputusan ustadz dalam suatu permasalahan selalu mengedepankan asas musyawarah mufakat, memberikan kesempatan kepada santri untuk berpendapat, menerima kritik saran dan masukan dari siapapun untuk kebaikan dan kemajuan Pondok Pesantren. Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Al-Mu'awanah is an Islamic educational institution that can survive in the midst of the times. This institution has passed various tests and developments in various fields. Behind the development and advance of an institution certainly behind him there is a leader who is able to control and move the wheel of the organization so that ultimately the objectives that have been formulated has been achieved. This study aims to determine the Type of Leadership Ustadz Iwan Hermawan in Developing Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Al-Mu'awanah, how to Make Decision in a problem, and how Human Relation (Relations between humans) Santri with Ustadz Iwan Hermawan in Developing Pondok Pesantren. The method used in this research is descriptive method, the result of this research is Ustadz Iwan Hermawan's type of leadership is a democratic and charismatic type, Ustadz Iwan Hermawan provides opportunity for all students to work together to develop and advance Pondok Pesantren, he has strong krakter, high tolerance, and have the authority, decision-making ustadz in a matter always put forward the principle of consensus mufakat, giving opportunity to students to argue, accept criticism suggestions and input from anyone for the good and progress of Pondok Pesantren.

The objectives of this study to examine the significance of relationship between the characteristics of the president of the Republic of Indonesia, the president’s decision making and the president’s changing responds on development performance in Indonesia based on young generation cohort.  Through this research, will be obtained the  recommendation for the formulation of an ideal national leader model according to the times.  This research implements a descriptive method. The datas were analyzed using structural equations.  The character of the president is not confirmed that it have a significant direct and indirect correlation with development performance.  There decision making pattern corelated with development performance at the 10 percent significance level.  Decision making by the president is based on successive factors, they are as follow: group decision making, decision making with Delphi techniques and participatory decision making.  The analysis of the changing response was confirmed to have a relationship with the development performance at a significance level of 10 percent. Sensitivity factors that have a substantial influences are: technological changes respond, sensitivity to national & global economic changes respond, and sensitivity to social respond change and sensitivity to respond change in general.

In line with the rapid development of the times and the increasingly complex problems faced by the state, there has also been a development in government administration which has been marked by a shift in the paradigm of governance from Rule Governance. This situation makes the bureaucracy rigid, in an environment that is only limited to flowing the instructions or following instructions. The district government in an Asologaima District has the main task of carrying out part of the authority delegated by the district head in the fields of government, economy, and development, society, peace, and order as well as coordination.The method is sed is descriptive method. Bureaucrats as providers of public services must be able to provide quality services, the quality of service of bureaucrats to society is closely related to customer satisfaction or consumer satisfaction as the recipient of the service itself.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi manajemen sumber daya manusia pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang, dan mengetahui bagaimana hasil kinerja santri di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, studi dokumentasi dan wawancara.Hasil Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa peran manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja santri di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang yang diawali dengan pengolaan dalam bentuk fungsi perencanaan dan operasional yang baru.Terutama pengrekrutan jajaran assatidz yang berdedikasi dan berpendidikan tinggi masuk ke pondok pesantren pagelaran II. Sehingga keberlangsungan pesantren akan berinovasi dan pengendalian selalu sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen sumber daya manusia di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang telah dijalankan dengan baik dan menunjukan keberhasilan dalam upaya menyiapkan insan kamil. ABSTRAK It aims to know how to implementation of human resources management hut pesantren by fire ii, and find out How did santri's performance result in the pesantren pagelaran 2 Sumedang. The method used in this study is a descriptive method, data collection is done using observation techniques, a documentary study and debriefing. This study found that human resource management's role in optimizing santri's performance in pondok pesantren pagelaran 2 Sumedang. That begin with processing in the form of new planning and operational functions. Particularly recruits for the dedicated, highly educated assatidz went into the pagelaran 2 Sumedang. So martial arts have continued to innovate and control always conforms to the development of The Times. So it is inadmissible that the human resources management at pesantren pagelaran 2 sumedang has been well run and show that is successful in preparing for the perfect human being.

AbstrakMasalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu pentingnya strategi produk dalam menjalankan sebuah usaha agar mampu bertahan dan bersaing  dengan perusahaan lain yang sejenis dalam kondisi persaingan yang ketat dan perkembangan zaman yang sangat cepat. Strategi produk sangat diperlukan dalam mememenuhi tuntutan konsumen seperti meningkatkan kualitas, menciptakan merek, pelayanan serta jaminan terhadap produk yang ditawarkan agar usaha mampu berkembang. Limpapeh”s Kebaya adalah usaha yang sedang berkembang dan telah mampu memasarkan produk bordirnya hingga menembus pasar ekspor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi produk bordir di Limpapeh”s Kebaya, Kapalo Koto, Koto Tangah Simalanggang, Kota Payakumbuh. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriftif kualitatif, jenis data berupa data primer dan  sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisa model interaktif yang berkaitan dengan pokok permasalahan yaitu dengan model reduksi data, penyajian data dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yaitu strategi produk yang dilakukan di Limpapeh”s Kebaya adalah dimulai dari menciptakan produk bordir yang berkualitas, desain motif bordir yang up to date dan kreatif, menyediakan ukuran yang special, memberi merek pada produk bordir, memberi kemasan yang menarik (paperbag) dan serbaguna, pelayanan yang cepat, tepat dan ramah serta pemberian jaminan terhadap produk border.Kata Kunci: strategi produk, pelayanan, bordir. AbstractThe problem in this study is the importance of product strategy in running a business in order to be able to survive and compete with other similar companies in conditions of intense competition and very rapid development of the times. Product strategy is very necessary in fulfilling consumer demands such as improving quality, creating brands, services and guarantees for products offered so that businesses are able to grow. Limpapeh's Kebaya is a growing business and has been able to market its embroidery products to penetrate the export market. This study aims to describe the strategy of embroidery products in Limpapeh's Kebaya, Kapalo Koto, Koto Tangah Simalanggang, Payakumbuh City. The research method uses qualitative descriptive method, the type of data in the form of primary and secondary data. The technique of collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out with interactive model analysis techniques that are related to the subject matter, namely with a model of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the research, namely the product strategy carried out at Limpapeh's Kebaya, are started from creating quality embroidery products, up-to-date and creative embroidery motifs, providing special sizes, giving brands to embroidery products, giving attractive packaging (paperbag) and versatile, fast, precise and friendly service and guarantee of embroidery products. Abstract The Covid-19 pandemic has had a huge influence in almost all areas of life, affecting societies, economics and health care systems worldwide. The paediatric cardiology community is no exception. As the challenging battle with Covid-19 continues, professionals from the Association for the European Paediatric and Congenital Cardiology (AEPC) receive many questions regarding Covid-19 in a Paediatric and Congenital Cardiology setting. The aim of this paper is to present the AEPC position on frequently asked questions based on the most recent scientific data, as well as to frame a discussion on how to take care of our patients during this unprecedented crisis. As the times are changing quickly and information regarding Covid-19 is very dynamic, continuous collection of evidence will help guide constructive decision-making.

The purpose of this paper is to describe the reality of youth in the millennial era about the challenges of the times or the influence of globalization. Threats to adolescents are very complex and how to optimize their strengths and opportunities. In this article try to discuss criminal cases that have occurred since 2014-2017 based on historical facts from the Directorate of Political and Security Statistics Indonesia, it turns out the results of the research are crime data and those who are exposed to crimes continue to increase from years previous. Therefore, the author tries to discuss the role of personal and social counselling as a model for developing or minimizing these crimes. The method used is the literature method and descriptive method. The literature method is the result of someone’s writing from the article and tries to distinguish the results from this article. While the descriptive method is data or results of research from one institution to another. The results of the analysis in this article use a group counselling approach in the view of Alfred Adler and require several stages, namely: a. the stage of forming and maintaining relationships, b. stage of analysis and assessment, c. insight stage and, d. back orientation stage.

GPS program was launched in order to improve people's active participation, creating awareness of the importance of protecting the environment, and build a new culture picking up trash. Communications and delivery of messages is done through socialization programs and social media, twitter. The purpose of this study to find out the Public Relations process that consists of collecting of facts and formulation of the problem, the planning and programming, the action and communication, and the evaluation of GPS program that has been done by the organizers. This study used descriptive method. Data collected were through interviews, observation and documents. The organizers of GPS program begins by listening to the comments that raised by external parties, also took to the field looking directly environmental conditions in Bandung to collecting the facts. Organizers prepared GPS program includes the introduction of the situation, goal setting, audience definition, selection of media and techniques of Public Relations, as well as budget planning. Action taken in the program organizers GPS is acting responsive and responsible, while communication in the program include Credibility, Context, Content, Clarity, Continuity and consistency, Channel, and Capability of the Audience. Evaluation program providers include evaluation for decision-making, evaluation of the achievement of objectives, evaluation of results and impact and evaluation of the implementation.

ABSTRACTOrganizational communication climate is one thing that really needs to be considered in an organization because after all the organizational communication climate has an influence on the sustainability of an organization, in order to make an organization that is in accordance with what is expected and aspired by the organization and includes members in it. Therefore, the researcher took the title "Analysis of Communication Climate in Employees (Quantitative Descriptive Survey on Employees of the Archives and Library Office of Kuningan Regency)". This research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study were employees of the Department of Archives and Libraries of Kuningan Regency, amounting to 42 people. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the overall communication climate went well, as seen from the 16 items dominated by the number 4 scale with 11 items and the number 3 scale with 5 items. Then it can be seen from the interval class test which is divided into 5 interval classes in the "good" class because there are 36 (85.7%) who are in the interval class range from 55 to 67 who fall into the "good" class and are one class level that is the highest is "very good". The research also shows that there is a good level of closeness between employees. The results of other studies were found on the values of participatory decision making which were seen as lacking. This is because all employees are not involved in decision making, especially when it comes to the top.Keywords: Communication Climate, Organization, Survey, Quantitative Descriptive  ABSTRAKIklim komunikasi organisasi merupakan salah satu hal yang sangat perlu diperhatikan pada sebuah organisasi karena bagaimanapun juga iklim komunikasi organisasi memberikan pengaruh terhadap keberlangsungan sebuah organisasi, guna menjadikan suatu organisasi yang sesuai apa yang diharapkan dan dicita-citakan oleh organisasi dan termasuk anggota di dalamnya. Oleh karena itu peneliti mengambil judul “Analisis Iklim Komunikasi Pada Pegawai (Survey Deskriptif Kuantitatif Pada Pegawai Dinas Kearsipan Dan Perpustakaan Kabupaten Kuningan)”. Penelitian yang dilaksanakan ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakan Kabupaten Kuningan yang berjumlah 42 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dari penyebaran kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa iklim komunikasi secara keseluruhan berjalan dengan baik terlihat dari 16 item didominasi oleh skala angka 4 sebanyak 11 item dan skala angka 3 sebanyak 5 item. Kemudian terlihat dari uji kelas interval yang dibagi kedalam 5 kelas interval berada pada kelas “baik” karena terdapat 36 (85,7%) yang berada pada range kelas interval dari 55 sampai 67 yang masuk kedalam kelas “baik” dan berada satu tinggkat kelas yang paling tinggi yaitu “sangat baik”. Dari penelitian juga memperlihatkan kedekatan pada tingkat baik yang terjalin di antara para pegawai. Hasil penelitian lainnya ditemukan pada nilai-nilai pembuatan keputusan partisipatif yang dilihat kurang. Hal itu dikarenakan tidak dilibatkannya seluruh pegawai dalam pengambilan keputusan terutama saat menyangkut pada bagian atas.Kata Kunci: Iklim Komunikasi, Organisasi, Survey, Deskriptif Kuantitatif

The use of technology to assist in the performance of daily activities and to carry out communication between individuals has become a necessary task in the face of technological advances. In the context of public institutions, the insertion of technology is also based on the possibilities of making the activities of this sector more efficient and better quality, in addition to allowing greater transparency and accessibility of information for society. For public managers, the information and communication technology tools allow for a more accurate assessment of the variables and possibilities involved in a decision-making process and, thus, to make better decisions in a sector whose main customer is society (users). Therefore, this paper aimed to analyze the use and acceptance of a decision support tool in a public educational institution called the Indicators Panel. For this, the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) was used, and the results were measured using the paraconsistent logic. The results indicate that it is possible to consider the use and acceptance of the decision support system in the public educational institution by reducing the propositions of the UTAUT Model in three factors: Usability, Performance, and Relationship. Regarding the UTAUT Model, it was found that the moderating variables of gender, age, and experience do not significantly influence the adoption of the decision support system. It is important to note that managers point the tool as very important for the development of their activities and emphasize that ease of use is one of the main points for the adoption of technology.

ABSTRACT - As an educational institution, Bina Sarana Informatika of course requires summary of information which is comprehensive and sustainable as a support to management in doing evaluation, planning and decision-making in the field of academic services. But the information system from operational data processing today can’t meet the needs, because it’s only able to produce detailed reports periodically. The research studies the development of a data warehouse for Call Center on The Division of Public Information of Bina Sarana Informatika in order to explore the strategic information contained in the operational database and present them in the form of summary information which is useful as input in improving the quality of academic services. By using a nine steps kimball approach, the research produce a data warehouse which is equipped with a web-based presentation application that can be easily accessed by all stakeholders of Bina Sarana Informatika. The development of data warehouse has been able to extract operational data into strategic information summaries that are useful to Bina Sarana Informatika management as supporting in doing evaluation, planning and decision-making in the field of academic services. ABSTRAKSI - Sebagai sebuah institusi pendidikan, Bina Sarana Informatika tentu membutuhkan ringkasan informasi yang komprehensif dan berkesinambungan sebagai penunjang bagi manajemen dalam melakukan evaluasi, perencanaan dan pengambilan keputusan di bidang pelayanan akademik. Namun sistem informasi yang berasal dari pengolahan data operasional saat ini tidak dapat memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut, karena hanya mampu menghasilkan laporan–laporan yang bersifat detail dan periodik. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengembangan data warehouse Call Center pada Divisi Informasi Publik Bina Sarana Informatika untuk menggali informasi strategis yang terdapat pada database operasional dan menyajikannya dalam bentuk ringkasan informasi yang berguna sebagai masukan dalam usaha peningkatan kualitas pelayanan akademik. Dengan menggunakan metodologi kimball nine-step, penelitian menghasilkan sebuah data warehouse dilengkapi dengan aplikasi presentasi berbasis web yang dapat diakses dengan mudah oleh seluruh stakeholder Bina Sarana Informatika. Pengembangan data warehouse telah mampu mengekstrak data operasional menjadi ringkasan informasi strategis yang berguna bagi manajemen Bina Sarana Informatika sebagai penunjang dalam melakukan evaluasi, perencanaan dan pengambilan keputusan di bidang pelayanan akademik.
