This study aims to determine the form of productive zakat distribution activities for empowering MSMEs in LAZISMU Gresik district and determine several factors that influence the effectiveness of these activities. This research used descriptive qualitative reseacrh method. Qualitative descriptive was used to descriptive and examine in depth the form of productive zakat distribution activites for empowering MSMEs in LAZISMU district and the factors that influenced the effectiveness of these activities. Them, the data collection technique was carried out by means of interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study were as follows. First, the activity that moved to increase community potentiol in the Economic field. There were certain rules that had to be followed In this activity. Among them were the distribution system, the form of zakat distribution, the distribution pattern, the criteria for productive zakat recipient groups to the stages or procedure for disturbing zakat potential beneficiaries. Second, there were several factors that influenced the productive zakat distribution activities for the empowerment of MSMEs in LAZISMU Gresik regency. Among them were goal setting, human resource search and utilization, achievement environment, communication process, leadership and decision making, and innovation.

A speech can also lead to a description of the principles of conversation. This also happened in Las Day Production's video “Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid”. This research aims to find out and describe the female characters’ utterances or the implicit forms of the in the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid" by Last Day Production. The approach in this research uses pragmatic and qualitative descriptive. The data collection technique in this study was using the note-taking technique. The data analysis techniques used in this study were data triangulation, theory triangulation, and source triangulation. Triangulation of data was generated by recording the speech of a female character in the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid" by Last Day Production. The theory triangulation refers to pragmatic theory, while the source triangulation is the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid" by Last Day Production, which is downloaded on YouTube. The research results in the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid” have 8 stories of female characters that contain implicatures.

Abstract. This research was conducted to determine the urgency of Dawud fasting for women from a physio-psychological perspective. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research, by making direct observations or observations. The target of this study is to determine the urgency of Dawud fasting in women from the perspective of physio-psychology and Sufism for students of the Jagad Alimussirry Islamic boarding school. The data collection technique was carried out by means of interview and literature review. Meanwhile, for data analysis, the  researcher used an interactive model from Miles and Huberman and to test the validity of the data,the researcher  used Triangulation technique. The results obtained that the habit of Dawud Sunnah fasting for women could make them accustomed to be able to introspect (muhasabah) their own mistakes, be patient and sincere, motivate oneself to think positively and optimistically, be empathetic towards others and adapt well to the environment. Dawud fasting is very important and suitable for the fair sex. By not leaving Lillahita'ala's intention to worship, it will automatically train a variety of things that can guide a women in facing every problems in their life as well as making a women special not only physically but also psychologically and spiritually.

ABSTRACT Vocational High School (SMK) S 8 Grakarsa Bengkulu which is located on Jl. Adam Malik Km 8, Kel. Sido Mulyo, Kec. Gading Cempaka, Bengkulu City. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The data collection technique in this study was by means of Observation, Interview, Questionnaire and Documentation, when teaching students the teacher went through (3) stages, namely the initial, core and closing stages of using learning media, knowing the concept of learning media, who used learning media, the stages of making learning media and internal and external factors that were found when video-based learning media were applied, in the implementation of learning in the room, students were seen to be active and enthusiastic in participating in learning because the teacher used video-based media by sending videos via android with an attractive display and media on when learning takes place, so that learning is interesting and good.

Abstract: This study focused on forms of social pathology. Dua Garis Biru's novel tells a story about teenage life who commit deviation. The deviations committed by teenagers in Dua Garis Biru's novel are juvenile delinquency, dating, sexual relations before marriage, and early-age marriage. The deviant actions will give knowledge about the importance of sex education and the importance of communication between parents so that it can increase the discussion about sexuality to the children who are already teenagers. The method of the study was qualitative descriptive. The data collection technique was a literature study by collecting books and other sources related to the problems of the study. The results of the study show that Dua Garis Biru's novel show several forms of social pathology: Bima, who likes to skip school; Dara and Bima, who have dating until they have sexual relations before marriage; and Dara, who attempts to abort the fetus. Based on the results of the study, some suggestions are delivered to the readers and further researchers. For readers, they can take positive values from Dua Garis Biru's novel. For further researchers, it is expected that it can be used as a reference for the description of social pathology in Indonesian literary works. Novel Dua Garis Biru mengangkat cerita mengenai kehidupan remaja yang melakukan penyimpangan. Penyimpangan yang dilakukan oleh remaja pada novel Dua Garis Biru ini adalah juvenile delinquency, pacaran, hubungan seksual di luar nikah, dan pernikahan dini. perbuatan-perbuatan menyimpang ini akan memberikan pengetahuan mengenai pentingnya edukasi seks dan pentingnya komunikasi antara orangtua agar dapat meningkatkan diskusi mengenai seksualitas kepada anak-anak yang sudah beranjak remaja. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka, dengan cara mengumpulkan buku-buku dan sumber-sumber lain yang terkait dengan masalah penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa novel Dua Garis Biru menempatkan beberapa bentuk patologi sosial, seperti: Bima yang suka membolos, Dara dan Bima yang berpacaran sampai melakukan hubungan seksual di luar nikah, dan percobaan Dara untuk menggugurkan janin yang dikandungnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, beberapa saran disampaikan kepada pembaca dan peneliti selanjutnya. Bagi pembaca agar bisa mengambil pelajaran nilai-nilai positif dari novel Dua Garis Biru. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai referensi mengenai gambaran patologi sosial dalam karya sastra Indonesia. Language has an important role in everyday human life in society. Jargon is a kind of language that is only used by certain communities as daily communication among its members. The jargon used by the transgender community is very interesting to understand because the jargon has its own form and meaning in its disclosure and can find out how the variety of jargon-shaped language used by transgenders in hiding their secrets so as not to be known by the public. It is evident that not all users of other languages understand the jargon. In this study, the researchers analyzed the jargon used by the waria community in the salon. This study aims to determine the jargon and describe and understand the meaning of the jargon used by the transgender community in interacting orally. The source of the research data was obtained from the subject, namely the transgender women who worked at the Retah salon in Pamulang, who used jargon in their daily communication with transgender women and sometimes with their customers. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method, which describes and conveys data objectively. Describe the jargon terms of transgender language as the object of research. The data collection technique used is observation or see and note. The result of this research is the jargon used by waria in the form of transgender language vocabulary. Based on the results of the data analysis, it was found that 20 pieces of jargon used by transgender women in the salon were akika, rapose, capcus, endang gurindang, ink, sekong, belenjong, cucok, metong, hamidah, lekong, sapose, capcay, begindang, bala-bala, sindang. , lambreta, grasshopper, mesong, and mursida.Keywords: Waria, Jargon, Vocabulary

Communicating or interacting basically becomes human needs as social beings. The communication process occurs if there are speakers and opponents to say in it, both directly and written. The written communication process in the present era is a need that cannot be separated from people's lives. Various writing media continue to vary as the development of technology and communication facilitates the written communication process. The ease of written communication makes one can give comments or opinions to others. Some of these comments become new phenomena as a way of criticizing someone through written media so that the words or sentences used are not polite. Through this phenomenon, this study will discuss the violation of the principle or maxims of modesty that are in Joko Widodo's twitter comment column. The method in this study is descriptive qualitative. The data source is written data. The data collection technique uses the refer method, which is listening to the use of language in the comments column on Joko Widodo's twitter. The technique for collecting data is used, namely the recording technique. The researcher uses a recording device on the cellphone (cellphone) by means of screen capturing (screenshot) in Joko Widodo's twitter comment column, then the researcher records the data in the form of text and classifies it. The results of the study indicate that violations of maxims are found in the maxims of agreement. The causes of courtesy violations are due to several reasons, including: (1) disagreement with, (2) political contestation, and (3) feeling better.

PT. Bank Tabungan Negara, Tbk Manado is one of the branch offices of BUMN’s, which must implement Good Corporate Governance in accordance with GCG principles set by the Minister of BUMN PER-01 / MBU / 2011. Internal audit is one of the elements in GCG and has a role in overseeing the implementation of corporate management and overseeing any practices undertaken by the company. The implementation of GCG in the bank must follow the rules of BI and follow GCG guidelines by KNKG. Therefore, this study aims to determine the implementation of GCG at the bank and to determine the role of internal audit in realizing the implementation of GCG. This type of research is qualitative descriptive. The method of analysis used in this research is descriptive method with data collection technique such as interview, observation and documentation. The results of this study is Bank Tabungan Negara has implemented GCG according to applicable rules that is by implementing the principles of GCG.   Poverty and unemployment are problems that Indonesia is still facing today. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the national economy, including the MSME sector. Productive zakat distributed to MSMEs has the potential to help develop and form MSMEs mustahik in the era of the covid 19 pandemic. The implementation of zakat is important to see the potential of zakat in an effort to help mustahik to be more empowered to face the challenges of the times. This study aims to find out how to implement the distribution of productive zakat for mustahiq micro-enterprises during the pandemic, and to find out the obstacles faced by the Bogor City Baznas when distributing productive zakat during the pandemic. This research is a qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection technique used is the interview and documentation method. Interviews were conducted with the Baznas of Bogor City as the authorized party in the distribution of zakat. The results showed that the Bogor City Baznas distributed productive zakat in the form of business capital. The productive zakat is distributed to individual and group mustahik. The Bogor Berkah program is included in the productive zakat based on taklim majlis. The maximum limit for assistance provided is Rp. 2,000,000. Recipients of productive zakat are also required to give infaq every day from the results of their efforts. Constraints faced by the Bogor City Baznas at the beginning of the pandemic were the reduced number of muzakki who distributed their zakat, limited space for monitoring, and efforts to develop MSMEs that were difficult to carry out.

Some of the components of human resource management are job stress and job conflict. Job stress is important to pay attention to because it will have an impact on job satisfaction and job conflict to maintain relationships with colleagues. The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the influence partially or simultaneously job stress and job conflict on job satisfaction in grabbike driver-partners in Bandung. The method used is descriptive analysis and verification. The data collection technique used is a literature study and distributing questionnaires with 88 respondents. The analytical method used is path analysis using SPSS 24.0 software. Based on the results of the research, the following findings were obtained: job stress on grabbike partners can be said to be quite good, besides that, job conflicts on grabbike partners are quite good and job satisfaction on grabbike partners is quite good. Partially job stress affects job satisfaction and job conflict affects job satisfaction. Also, simultaneously job stress and job conflict affect job satisfaction. These results suggest drivers not to cancel orders if they get orders, and drivers should improve their performance by not making picky orders so that they will get a greater chance of getting stable orders.

This study aims to find out how the work program, the constraints, the role, the success rate, and the implementation of the program conducted by Pesantren Yatim Al-Hilal in empowering orphaned resources by building the community's caring participation for abandoned orphans. Place research conducted by the author that is in Pesantren Yatim Al-Hilal Village Rancapanggung Kec. Cililin Kab. West Bandung. The method used in this research is descriptive method, with data collection technique through documentation study, observation and interview. Because the research is qualitative, the data collected is then analyzed by selecting and classifying the data in order to facilitate the conclusion. Based on the results of research conducted on this Pesantren Yatim Al-Hilal, the authors found out that empowerment of orphans conducted by Al-Hilal pesantren by providing human resource development by improving both social and religious knowledge, by meeting the needs of life for orphans as the realization of the success of orphans in achieving their goals and can be useful for the nation, and the country. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana program, kegiatan, pelaksanaan, peran dan faktor pendukung serta penghambat yang dilakukan oleh Komunitas Gerakan Pemuda Hijrah dalam menyemangati Keagamaan para Pemuda. Tempat penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis yaitu di Komunitas Gerakan Pemuda Hijrah yang bermarkas di Masjid Al- Lathiif Jalan Saninten No. 2 Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara. Karena penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif, maka data yang dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis dengan memilih dan mengklasifikasikan data tersebut supaya mempermudah dalam penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap Komunitas Gerakan Pemuda Hijrah ini, penulis menemukan hasil bahwa komunitas Gerakan Pemuda Hijrah sangat berperan dalam menyemangati keagamaan para pemuda, terutama pengajarkan dalam hal keagamaan yang sifatnya mampu menjadikan sorang insan yang benar-benar bertakwa dan beriman kepada Allah SWT.
