: First part of the paper assesses the physical-geographical locality factors of the agricultural production in the district of Nitra. Agricultural production in a typical high production region has been analysed (structure of the enterprises legal forms, focus of production, number of employees). The second part examines the types of the most important agricultural enterprises according to the selected economic indicators such as economic efficiency, labour productivity and relative employment. These indicators are the best ones to express the economic power of agricultural entities and farming efficiency.

The article is devoted to the analysis of some problems of organizational and legal forms of management in the agricultural sector. The main tendencies of development of organizational and legal forms of Ukraine in the aspect of deregulation of entrepreneurial activity and opening of the market of agricultural lands are determined. The role and significance, types, legislative and doctrinal approaches to determining the organizational and legal form of agricultural production are highlighted. On the basis of the analysis of legal literature, national legislation and practice of its application the problems of separate organizational and legal forms of conducting agricultural production (farms, collective agricultural enterprises, etc.) are analyzed. It is concluded that the principle of equality of ownership and management in agriculture is violated in Ukraine. In the planning system of state support for agricultural production, a policy is being implemented to provide greater independence to the subjects of the Russian Federation. The article examines the problem of correlation between centralization and decentralization (“regionalization”) when solving problems of support planning. The analysis of the mechanisms used in solving the problems of the development of agricultural industries, territorial support and support of various organizational and legal forms of management is carried out. It is concluded that it is necessary to use different mechanisms of interaction between federal and regional authorities, depending on the target orientation of the tasks. Proposals for improving the planning of state support have been substantiated.

В статье представлен анализ земельного фонда территории Краснодарского края, его распределение по категориям земель и угодьям за 2011-2020 гг.; рассмотрены основные землепользователи и характерные для региона основные организационно-правовые формы. Приведена характеристика и оценка природно-климатических (природно-сельскохозяйственных) зон края. Представлен анализ наиболее выращиваемых культур в аграрной сфере Южного федерального округа и региона: зерновых и зернобобовых, подсолнечника и сахарной свеклы, а также их вклад в аграрную экономику и производство сельскохозяйственной продукции страны. Отдельно рассмотрены высокоинтенсивные и редкие культуры, выращиваемые в регионе, возделывание которых в различных природно-климатических зонах Краснодарского края находится на разных уровнях экономической эффективности. The article presents an analysis of the land fund of the territory of the Krasnodar Territory, its distribution by land categories and land for 2011-2020; the main land users and the main organizational and legal forms characteristic of the region are considered. The characteristic and assessment of the natural-climatic (natural-agricultural) zones of the region is given. The article presents an analysis of the most cultivated crops in the agricultural sector of the Southern Federal District and the region: cereals and legumes, sunflower and sugar beet, as well as their contribution to the agricultural economy and agricultural production of the country. The high-intensity and rare crops grown in the region, the cultivation of which in different natural and climatic zones of the Krasnodar Territory is at different levels of economic efficiency, are considered separately.

In the early 1990s, when state and collective farms were undergoing a reorganization procedure, the most heated debate was about which organizational and legal forms are most suitable for agricultural organizations in a market economy. The article examines the dynamics of the development of such structures in the context of organizational and legal forms. In the course of the study, using materials from the Altai Territory, an assessment was made of the presence of animals belonging to various agricultural producers, the dynamics of their products and the level of production efficiency. An assessment of the economic efficiency of the activities of agricultural organizations in the Rodinsky and Romanovsky districts of the region is given. As a result of a comparative analysis, it was revealed that the most effective organizational and legal form is production in subsidiary plots of the population (citizens).

Possible directions of development of cooperation in the feld of pig breeding have been investigated in the article. The analysis of import and export of pig production in Ukraine in recent years has been carried out, which showed that today there is a need to improve integrated relations in the pig industry. The features of the cooperation process in highly developed countries (USA, Denmark, Netherlands, China, Poland) are highlighted. It is proved that the organization of a cooperative association can be accomplished by the acquisition of processing facilities at the expense of fnancial resources of the cooperative shareholders or the cooperative introduction under the terms of an equal member-shareholder of the meat processing enterprise. In order to increase the effciency of pork production in small farms with livestock up to 50 heads, it is advisable to involve them in competitive pork supply chains based on an agricultural cooperative for the production and marketing of pig production. It is substantiated that pig production cooperative can bring small agricultural enterprises together, individual agribusiness entrepreneurs, owners of private farms, processing enterprises and wholesale and retail establishments. Analysis of tendencies and features of development of cooperation in agriculture on the basis of a survey of managers and leading experts of agricultural enterprises for the production of pig meat, as well as generalizations of the results of studies of Ukrainian scientists give reason to recommend certain models of production cooperation in pig production: 1) the establishment of agricultural production cooperatives on the basis of high-value personal farms that hold three pig heads and more land use area more 1 hectare within a settlement that will integrate land in a single array for the purpose of mechanized cultivation and growing crops to feed pigs; 2) creation of highly concentrated agricultural production cooperatives on the basis of unproftable enterprises of the corporate sector of other organizational and legal forms of management with a clear separation of specialized structural units, which operate on the basis of internal economic calculation. In order to identify ways to improve the functioning of agricultural production cooperatives-producers, approaches to improving the management system are considered. The article deals with the study of the issue of cooperative and integration relations developmentin pig production industry. It was proved that integration, as well as cooperation, reflect basically the same process - production and economic cooperation of economic entities engaged in different types of production and economic activities. However, they are parts of the technological process aimed to improve the efficiency of final production or worksperformance and servicesprovision. It was found out that setting the conditions for effective development of pig farming in domestic agricultural enterprises requires strengthening the development of integration and cooperation on the basis of long-term partnerships for small, medium and large agricultural enterprises - pig products manufacturers. It is obvious that small farms with a pig population of up to 50 heads must intensify the process of cooperatives establishmentand cooperativesfunctioning improvement in order to increase the efficiency of pig production and ensure product competitiveness, especially in the domestic market. These farms need to be involved in competitive pork supply chains based on the organization of slaughterhouses, transportation process, products preparation for sale, use of local brands, pork processing based on regional traditions, organization of modern forms of wholesale and retail trade. The analysis of tendencies and features of development of cooperation in agriculture based on surveys involving heads and leading experts of the pig meat production as well as generalizations of researchresults of the Ukrainian scientists give the grounds to recommend certain models of production cooperation in pig breeding. These include establishing agricultural production cooperatives (APC) on the basis of highly marketable personal peasant farmsrising three pigs and more and owning over 1 hectare of landarea within one settlement. Cooperation can be used to unite land plots owned by APCs into a single array for the purpose of their mechanized cultivation and growing agricultural crops for pig feed. It also providesestablishing highly concentrated agricultural production cooperatives on the basis of unprofitable farms of the corporate sector of other organizational and legal forms of management with a clear division of specialized structural units operating on the basis of internal settlement. Thus, the development of integration processes has become of strategic importance, primarilydue to the need to stabilize the production process of pig products in agricultural enterprises, to restore broken industrial and economic relationships, parity of all industries and economic entitiesinterests. Pig producers are participants in integration processes and they aim to reduce the productionassociated risk, its dependence on climatic conditions, the spontaneity of the pig and feed productsmarket, the need to increase the productioncompetitiveness. Processing companies also seek to focus on obtaining stable incomes, which requires сreating a reliable raw material base and beingthe marketsparticipants. It was proved that incorporation of a large number of structural units with commodity relationsis the common feature of agricultural production cooperatives and vertically integrated structures. However, the difference between these organizational and legal formsis worth pointing noting - structural units of agricultural holdings are mostly legal entities while agricultural cooperatives do not have such a status. However, both of the above-mentioned organizational and legal forms of settlement use the cost component, i.e.transfer prices, which are similar to domestic onesin their economic nature. Therefore, the proposed approaches to the introduction of transfer pricing can be used both in agricultural production cooperatives and in vertically integrated structures. The article analyzes the peculiarities of legal relations in the sphere of agribusiness on the basis of research on agrarian relations, economic activity (entrepreneurship) and agro-industrial complex. A comprehensive analysis of relations in the field of business in the agricultural sector is given. Their object and subject composition is established, which is narrower than in agrarian-legal relations. It is emphasized that the object of legal relations in the field of agribusiness, the essence of which is expressed through action - different in content and character, is pluralistic in nature, which causes its multilevel and complexity. The subjects of legal relations in the said sphere are agricultural enterprises of various organizational and legal forms (farms, agricultural cooperatives, agricultural joint-stock companies, agricultural limited liability companies, agricultural private enterprises, etc.), as well as those providing agricultural production and production. products (enterprises in the field of information, logistical and logistical support. The same aspect explores the relationship between agribusiness and agro-industrial complex, which are not inherently identical concepts. The basis for their isolation is the orientation of business entities: in the agro-industrial complex - production and marketing, and in agribusiness - marketing.

Purpose. The aim of the article is in-depth study of questions related to the features, methodological approaches and indicators of economic analysis and evaluation of the energy saving system in agricultural enterprises. Methodology of research. The methodological basis of the study is the dialectical method of scientific knowledge. The study used general and special methods, including abstract and logical (to outline the main factors, influencing the characteristics of energy saving in agricultural enterprises, for the author’s interpretation of the energy saving system in agricultural enterprises), deductive (to analyse the dynamics and areas of economic efficiency level increase of energy saving system); generalization (in the study of the possibility of implementing the latest technologies aimed to improve the energy saving system in agricultural enterprises). Findings. It is established that agricultural industries have a number of features, in particular: use energy for production, generate it. This feature is based on the fact that in the production process there are three fundamentally different types of energy: anthropotechnogenic (fossil); solar and soil energy. It was found that the process of energy conservation in agriculture should be formed by reducing fossil energy sources and by making fuller use of renewable solar energy and soil energy potential. An important feature of agriculture has been identified, which lies in its significant level of spatial dispersion, which causes significant costs for transport services of production processes and logistics. There is a significant difference in the principles of energy consumption, fossil energy is the main in industry and in agriculture - it plays a supporting role. There, natural energy forms the biological mass (harvest, live mass of animals). The author’s interpretation of the concept “energy saving of agricultural enterprises” is offered, which includes a system of measures (organizational, economic, technical and technological, ecological, legal and operational), coordinated action of which should be aimed at the rational use of energy in the process of agricultural production. The indicators of the group of economic analysis of energy saving in agriculture are determined: total energy capacity; energy armament; energy supply; electrical equipment of labour, etc. The key stages of energy saving research and tasks in agricultural enterprises are clarified. Grouping of methods of research of energy saving is offered. Originality. The author’s interpretation of the concept of “energy saving of agricultural enterprises”, definition of key stages of energy saving research and systematization of appropriate methods were further developed. Practical value. The introduction of research results into production will help increase the economic efficiency of agricultural production. The paper focuses on comparisons of the size of the labour force between cooperatives and other legal forms of enterprises in agricultural area. Precisely, the purpose of the paper is to analyse differences between cooperatives and other enterprises in the agricultural sector in the context of employment. An empirical analysis is done on the example of Polish agricultural production cooperatives (APC) and other farming entities. The paper brings answers to the following research questions: Do the agricultural cooperatives provide more employment than other farming entities? What was the level of employment in agricultural cooperatives and other farming entities and what will it be? How does the level of employment influence the profitability of agricultural cooperatives and other farming entities?The conclusions are made on the basis of an analysis of the “List of the 300 best agricultural enterprises” prepared by the Institute of Agricultural and Food Economics – the National Research Institute in Poland. The analysis includes the following types of agricultural enterprises: agricultural production cooperatives, government-owned companies, individual farms, private companies and other farming entities. The time range of this research covers the years 2009–2015. The comparisons are made using analysis of variance, extrapolation method and correlation analysis.The main finding is that there are no clear and significant differences between agricultural production cooperatives and other farming entities in terms of the level of employment, its impact on the overall profitability and partially on increase thereof. However, some of the entities are able to create a lot of jobs. Moreover, they can increase the return on sales by increasing the level of employment and maintain the existing jobs even in the time of a crisis.
