The learning process focuses on results and only includes educational innovation in the pedagogical realm. The rapid development of technology allows educational actors to not only focus innovation on one criterion but on several important factors that can improve the development of students’ knowledge and skills (Owusu & Larbi, 2018). Collaboration between the learning methods used by teachers and learning media, especially web-enhanced courses, is expected to improve students’ cognitive abilities. This study used simple descriptive methods and linear regression to examine the optimization of students’ cognitive abilities through a web-enhanced course. The data were obtained from questionnaires that were filled out by 45 teachers of SMK Pawytan Daha 1 Kediri. The web-enhanced course improved the students’ level of understanding. From this research, it can be concluded that the world of education, especially teachers, should include learning methods and media to support the optimization of student’ cognitive abilities. Keywords: Learning Methods, Web-Enhanced Course, Student Cognitive

Background: The roots of Polygonum multiflorum (PM) are a well-known traditional Chinese medicine, widely used to treat a variety of conditions in Southeast Asia, South Korea, Japan and other countries. It is known that Polygoni Multiflori Radix Praeparata (PMRP) may enhance the efficacy and reduce the toxicity of PM. However, reports of adverse reactions, such as hepatotoxicity, caused by PM or PMRP, have continuously appeared around the world, which increased the known risks of the medication and gradually attracted extensive attention of many researchers. The chemical constituents of PM that cause hepatotoxicity have not been distinctly elucidated using the traditional phytochemical screening. Recently, with the rapid development of metabolomics, there has been a growing need to explore the potential hepatotoxic components and mechanism of PM. Methods: The metabolites and metabolomics of PM were searched by the Web of Science, PubMed, Google scholar and some Chinese literature databases. Results: A brief description of metabolites and metabolomics of PM is followed by a discussion on the metabolite-induced toxicity in this review. More than 100 metabolites were tentatively identified and this will contribute to further understanding of the potential hepatotoxic components of PM. Meanwhile, some toxic compounds were identified and could be used as potential toxic markers of PM. Conclusion: This review mainly outlines the metabolites and metabolomics of PM that have been identified in recent years. This study could help to clarify the potential hepatotoxic components and metabolic mechanisms of PM and provide a scientific reference for its safe clinical use in the future.

Globalization is an era marked by the rapid development of science and technology, so it can change the world fundamentally. Globalization era knows no geographical boundaries between countries are due to the limit is no longer able to stem the distribution of information that is increasingly diverse. One of the negative impacts of the globalization era is the shifting of local values (cultural) and religious values. Through globalization, various ideologies that conflict with local and religious values have affected some of mankind. Seeing the various realities, there must be concrete steps to overcome them. One is to maximize value education in schools so as to have a positive impact on the behaviour of learners inside and outside of school. The headmaster as a leader in school has a very important role. The strategy used by a headmaster in implementing values education in schools affect his level of understanding and practice. Especially influence on the level of awareness of students in the practice of noble values, both of which are in institutions or outside the institution, whether formal or non-formal. The use of the right strategy will produce value as desired.

Under the impact of COVID-19, research on behavior recognition are highly needed. In this paper, we combine the algorithm of self-adaptive coder and recurrent neural network to realize the research of behavior pattern recognition. At present, most of the research of human behavior recognition is focused on the video data, which is based on the video number. At the same time, due to the complexity of video image data, it is easy to violate personal privacy. With the rapid development of Internet of things technology, it has attracted the attention of a large number of experts and scholars. Researchers have tried to use many machine learning methods, such as random forest, support vector machine and other shallow learning methods, which perform well in the laboratory environment, but there is still a long way to go from practical application. In this paper, a recursive neural network algorithm based on long and short term memory (LSTM) is proposed to realize the recognition of behavior patterns, so as to improve the accuracy of human activity behavior recognition.

Abstract Pesantren are often associated with backwardness and traditionalism in everything: facilities, technology, learning methods, and even the curriculum. For now, it seems like the traditional term for pesantren is no longer relevant enough. The pace of movement in the era of renewal marked by the rapid development of technology has demanded pesantren to make adjustments. However, on the one hand, when viewed from the direction of change, the reform efforts pursued by pesantren are not to erase the old tradition, but merely to add something new so that the old tradition and conditions can be maintained while accepting the presence of a new one. On the other hand, the reform efforts undertaken by pesantren have implications for the fact that the typical values of the pesantren are fading away.

In the information society the status of information is changing: this main value of global civilization becomes an important resource of socio- economic, technological and cultural development. The rapid development of virtual technologies and the growing number of Internet users in Ukraine and in the world causes the new challenges to communication of each organization. The book publishers are also obliged to respond to these processes. However, the works devoted directly to publishers’ communication in the modern media space are still lacking in Ukraine. The objective of the article is to clarify peculiarities and conditions of the activities of Ukrainian book publishers in today’s media space which is an important issue today. It is analyzed the literature and sources on this issue and it is ascertained the theoretical and practical possibilities to take into account the trends in the world of modern media in the PR-activity of book publishers. Also the prospects for further scientific study and practical use of PR-communications in the activity of publishers are determined. The analysis of current changes in the modern information space allows us to trace the general tendencies: the new subject and object areas are formed; the number of subjects is expanded; the new formats of interaction within the system of communications of the organization and in society as a whole are created. That means that publishing house’s PR-communications are complicated by the emergence of new elements, such as active audience, social networks as communication channels, promotions on the Internet and others. PR communication in the Internet space is the most effective and inexpensive tool for interaction of publishers with active audiences. Thus, the activation of PR communication in the modern media space is associated with the emergence of the latest information technologies, online media as well as development of Internet. The use of online channels of Internet for communication with the target audience of publishing organizations has certain advantages over traditional media. At the same time, it is necessary to take into account the information saturation of media space, which complicates the way of PR-messages of book publishers to the reader.

A new species list of plants and lichens of Russia and neighboring countries has been developed for Turboveg for Windows, the program, intended for storage and management of phytosociological data (relevés), is widely used all around the world (Hennekens, Schaminée, 2001; Hennekens, 2015). The species list is built upon the database of the Russian website Plantarium (Plantarium…: [site]), which contains a species atlas and illustrated an online Handbook of plants and lichens. The nomenclature used on Plantarium was originally based on the following issues: vascular plants — S. K. Cherepanov (1995) with additions; mosses — «Flora of mosses of Russia» (Proect...: [site]); liverworts and hornworts — A. D. Potemkin and E. V. Sofronova (2009); lichens — «Spisok…» G. P. Urbanavichyus ed. (2010); other sources (Plantarium...: [site]). The new species list, currently the most comprehensive in Turboveg format for Russia, has 89 501 entries, including 4627 genus taxa compare to the old one with 32 020 entries (taxa) and only 253 synonyms. There are 84 805 species and subspecies taxa in the list, 37 760 (44.7 %) of which are accepted, while the others are synonyms. Their distribution by groups of organisms and divisions are shown in Table. A large number of synonyms in the new list and its adaptation to work with the Russian literature will greatly facilitate the entry of old relevé data. The ways of making new list, its structure as well as the possibilities of checking taxonomic lists on Internet resources are considered. The files of the species list for Turboveg 2 and Turboveg 3, the technique of associating existing databases with a new species list (in Russian) are available on the web page https://www.binran.ru/resursy/informatsionnyye-resursy/tekuschie-proekty/species_list_russia/.

The formation of comprehensive and in-depth notions of objects and phenomena in the world can be achieved when the mastery of knowledge and skills is carried out in a system realized in the context of integration of different scientific directions. One of the main issues in modern education is related to the contradiction - on one hand between the need to form the skills necessary for the orientation and adaptation of the personality in the dynamics of the globalizing world and on the other - the education which is largely based on unilateral acquiring of knowledge and skills within the different subject areas. This influences the development of a worldview and the formation of an adequate attitude towards the problems under consideration and the world as a whole. The knowledge and skills acquired today are often “locked” in the respective direction. The cross-curricular unity in the curriculum is of a recommended nature, but even if it is realized, it does not fully meet the need for a comprehensive and multifaceted consideration of global issues, as a result of which the student not only understands, reflects, but also applies the lessons learned in the process of creating a product - ideal or material. Combining the intellectual nature of the cognitive process with the practice activity are conditions in which the students are highly active and achieve better learning outcomes. Therefore, it is expedient for the different directions to correspond more closely to each other and to carry out effective cross-curricular integration. The concept of applying an integrative approach in the current paper is based on the idea of creating pedagogical conditions for reconciling the goals and expected outcomes of technology and entrepreneurship and natural sciences studied at the initial stage of the primary education. Integration can take place on two levels - knowledge and skills. We believe that the lapbook as an innovative didactic tool contains the necessary potential for effective realization of the educational goals in both directions in terms of achieving the expected results. In the course of its elaboration, new information is acquired in the field of engineering and technology, specific skills underlying the curricula of technology and entrepreneurship programs are developed. At the same time, a number of subjects from the learning content, which are considered from the natural science point of view, are enriched and perceived in a technological way, after which they find place in an attractive book - a lapbook, made by the students themselves. Its utilitarian value is multiplied by the personal contribution to its creation - not only as an object but also as content. The main topics that are of interest to the students are exploring and preserving nature, jobs, modern technical achievements, holidays and customs. As a result of the adequate integration of competences, tailored to curricula, a number of skills are formed, such as: skills for searching on their own, systematization and presentation of information, and application of the lessons learned in a new situation.
