Purpose of the study: This study aimed to explore the association between the role of parliament and perception of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) paradigm for curbing corruption in Peshawar. Methodology: A stratified random sampling technique was used to gather information from 320 sample respondents through an interview schedule. The gamma and chi-square test was applied to determine the association between dependent and independent variables. Main Findings: Parliament’s role was termed as of paramount importance in curbing corruption. There was a significant association between the vital function of parliament in curbing corruption (P=0.000), introduce new anti-corruption laws (P=0.016), parliament assure the accountability of executives (P=0.003), parliament should work with other institution (P=0.034), Public Account Committee’s role is admirable in parliament (P=0.815), non-accountability of powerful (P=0.022), parliament should introduce a strict law (P=0.017) and perception of the NAB paradigm for reducing corruption. Applications of this study: The results of this research work can be applied to all watchdogs’ institutions for its policymaking. The originality of this study: The study is unique because the information was aggregated directly from the people in the research area.

Leprosy elimination in several areas in Indonesia still late. It caused by knowledge, social and economic factor of Multi Drug Therapy (MDT) treatment. Leprosy treatment is very important to eliminate cases of leprosy because leprosy can be cured by taking medication regularly. If patient of leprosy take medication irregularly, leprosy bacteria can become resistant, so the symptoms will be persisted and even worse. This study was aimed to analyze the factors related with compliance of taking medicine by patient of leprosy in Disctrict Pragaan Sumenep. This study used cross sectional approach. The number of sample in this study were 40 patients who were taken with simple random sampling. Chi-square test in Statcalc of epi-info was used to know the relation between independent variables and dependent variable with (α = 0,05). Based on study result, there was asscociation between knowledge about leprosy with compliance of taking medicineby patient of leprosy (p = 0,012)). There was association between family support with compliance of taking medicineby patient of leprosy (p = 0,003).There was association between stigma with compliance of taking medicineby patient of leprosy (p = 0,000). There was association between the role of health workers with compliance of taking medicineby patient of leprosy (p = 0,014). There was asscociation between availabiliy of MDT with compliance of taking medicineby patient of leprosy (p = 0,006). The conclusion of this study was knowledge about leprosy, family support, stigma, availability of MDT were factors that related with compliance of taking medicineby patient of leprosy. Effective socialization will give patient motivations to be obedient of taking medicine. Keywords: compliance, leprosy, multi drug therapy.

The role of teacher in higher education is very complex. It is recognized that academicians have a greater responsibility to pursue excellence in several directions including leadership, academic management, teaching skills, pursuing scholarships, research and knowledge exchange, supervision, and many more to maintain their professional status.  Academic practice is a term to encompass all these sides. The main objective of the study is to take the views of the teachers about the participation in different learning opportunities and to see their effect for sustainable professional development of university teachers. All the teachers of public sector universities in Islamabad and Rawalpindi encompass the population of the study. Using purposive sampling technique, data was collected through questionnaires. Chi-square test through SPSS was applied to analyze the data.  Data was presented in the form of tables, percentage with graphs and the results were interpreted accordingly.

Safety Driving is the basis for further driving training that pays attention to the safety of drivers and passengers. Safety Driving is influenced by human factors such as age, education, length of work, knowledge, vehicle factors such as passenger load capacity, environmental factors in this condition of road and weather. The purpose of this study is to know the factors relating to correlation safety driving of travel driver at PT. Libra Wisata Transport Pekanbaru year 2019. This research is a quantitative study of analytics with a cross-sectional approach. This research was conducted on June 20-25, 2019 with the population in this research is the travel driver of PT. Libra Wisata Transport Pekanbaru, which was 40 people using the Total Sampling technique. independent variables are age, employment, education, length of work, knowledge, and driving completeness, while the dependent variables are the behavior of Safety Driving. The instruments used in data collection are questionnaires. Data analysis is conducted with the analysis of univariate and bivariate with Chi-Square test. The results of the research can be a relationship between age, employment, education, duration of work, knowledge and completeness of driving with the behavior of Safety Driving. It is suggested to the travel to be able to conduct training on Safety Driving to the all of driver, and conduct evaluation on the implementation of Safety Driving training, so that the results of the training can make the driver Act securely In driving. In addition, the driver is expected to always obey the ordinances of the traffic provisions.

Introduce: The events that often occurs in toddler is inability to perform the toilet training. It is because the parents are less active in their role. The purpose of this study is to know the relationship of parental role with the ability of toilet training for toddler in Permata Bunda Early childhood education at RW 01 of Jati Selatan 1 village Sidoarjo. Study design is analytic with cross-sectional approach. The population were all parents and toddler. Number of sample were 24 respondents taken by simple random sampling technique. Data were collected by questionnaire and observation. The independent variable is role of parents and the dependent variable is the ability of toddler performed toilet training. The data obtained were processed by SPSS 17.0 use chi-square test with significance level α (0.05). The results of study of role of parents indicate that a half of parents (50%) had lack of parental roles and the capabilities of toilet training for the toddler mostly (54.2%) were not able to perform toilet training. Based on chi-square test found p = 0.001 < 0.05, which means that H0 is rejected so there is relationship of parental role with the ability of toilet training for toddler. Conclusions of this study is the better role of parents, the better the ability of the child. Suggested to parents to understand the learning readiness of children in toilet training so it can maximize child learning and toilet training capabilities.

Introduction: During teenage will experience many changes both physically and psychologically. To deal with the changes that occur, teenage require readiness, both physically and psychologically. The role of the mother is one of the factors that affects readiness in facing the changes in puberty of the teenage. The purpose of this research was to know the correlation between the mother’s role and the readiness of teenage girl in facing the change of puberty of 8 until 12 years old at the elementary school Methods: This research type was quantitative with descriptive correlational design using cross sectional approach. The number of samples used were 37 respondents. Sampling technique used in this research was the purposive sampling technique with the data analysis using chi square test. The study was done in August 2017.Results: From the statistical test results obtained p-value of 0.001 (α <0.05) with a value of contingency of 0.485.Conclusions: There was a correlation between the mother’s role and the readiness of adolescent girls in facing the change of puberty at class II and Vat the elementary school with correlation of both variables in strong and unidirectional category.

One of cause accidents is human error, which reflected in the dangerous behavior of driving a bus. Errors and violations can cause an accident to the driver itself and will harm the people around him. Based on everyday phenomena, it can be seen that many motorists violate traffic signs. This behavior of breaking traffic signs is one example of aggressive driving behavior that can endanger other road users. This study aims to explain the factors associated with unsafe driving action on Bus Sampri Driver in Medan Route - Dolok Sanggul. This research is an observational analytic survey using cross sectional design. The research was conducted at PT. Samosir Pribumi Transport Medan in October 2017-April 2018. The population in this study were all Bus Sampri drivers, Medan Dolok Sanggul Route and all passengers with the Medan-Dolok Sanggul destination. The sample in this study were 64 people where 32 people came from bus drivers and 32 people came from passengers who were taken using quota sampling technique. The research instrument uses a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using chi-square test with a confidence level of 95% (alpha = 5%). The results showed that there was a relationship between duration of work (p = 0.024), work period (p = 0.024), rest period (p = 0.024), work schedule (p = 0.035) with unsafe driving action. Drivers are advised to maintain health so that they do not experience physical or psychological health problems, be careful in driving and obey traffic signs so as not to endanger passengers.

Terrorism has immensely affected the lives and standard of living of common masses across the country. Such a menace gave birth to numerous apprehensions and affected lives of subject masses and adversely impacted the institutions. The current study tends to investigate the impacts of war against terrorism/militancy on children’s education, specifically on their academic performance in District Swat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. Data has been collected from 200 children of class 9th and 10th in the target area using stratified random sampling technique through interview schedule. Besides, the analysis has been performed through SPSS, using Chi-Square test where findings of the study show that militancy and terrorism have multiple and diverse impacts upon students’ academic achievements and learning performance in the form of grading, marks’ attainment, enrollment and behavior.

Gastritis is experienced by many Indonesians ranging from adolescence to old age. In Bone District in 2018 there were 20,792 cases and 60 deaths. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the occurrence of gastritis at ​​Puskesmas Biru in Bone Regency in 2019. This type of research is observational analytic using cross-sectional study design. The Population in this research were visitors to the general clinic of Puskesmas Biru during January – August 2019 with total of minimum sample is 235 people by using the sampling technique was accidental sampling. Research was held in Puskesmas Biru from October to November 2019. Data were analyzed univariate and bivariate using chi square test. The results of the study showed that the number of respondents suffering from gastritis was 79 people (33.6%). Chi square test results showed that the type of food (p=0.001), stress (p=0,000), and NSAIDs consumption (p=0,000) were factors associated with gastritis. While the frequency of eating (p=0.053), coffee consumption (p=0.787), and smoking habits (p=0.319) were not factors associated with the occurrence of gastritis. There is a relationship between the type of food, stress, and NSAIDs consumption with the occurrence of gastritis at ​​Puskesmas Biru in Bone Regency in 2019. Suggestions for the people to adopt a healthy lifestyle in order to avoid gastritis and to the next researcher to be able to develop research related to gastritis so that references related to the causal relationship of this disease can develop.

Abstract Natural landscape is an important resource for mountainous regions and play crucial role in tourism development. Tourism play a key role in economic development of a country. Developing tourist areas is the key to meet the expectations of mountain inhabitants, tourists, and the general public outside of mountainous areas. In order to know tourist perception, problems, and role of landscape & horticulture plants in the field of tourism. A research study entitled “Role of facilities available and un-available in attracting of tourist in swat valley Pakistan “The data was collected from the respondents through a questionnaire survey and analyzed using percentages, frequencies and Chi-square test (where applicable). The analyzed data revealed that most of the respondent (55 %) considered natural green environment as a reason for their visit and 67 % respondents wanted to visit with their friends and were satisfied with the tourist area, respectively. Most of the respondent (39 %) observed throwing of surplus food as major waste materials which turned the beautiful green environment into unattractive environment. Most of the visitors (52 %) dislike un-cleanliness of the locality, 74% respondents felt ill effect due to deforestation.53 % tourist disagree with the current maintenance of the locality by tourism department. The most missed facilities were non availability of dustbins and children playing areas. 75 % respondents agreed with the fact that most of the people (local inhabitants as well as tourist) were unaware with regard to maintenance activities of the area 15.7 % respondent agreed that road system should be improved to access most of the greenery in the locality, respectively to aware local people and tourist regarding maintenance of the locality will improve tourism in Swat valley. The studies need to be develop for the improvement of existing as well as artificial landscape of the tourist area (Kalam and Malamjabba) of Swat valley.

Pulmonary tuberculosis is a direct infectious disease caused by TB (Mycobacterium Tuberculosis) bacteria. The level of compliance with the use of pulmonary TB drugs is very important and requires a long time that is 6-8 months, because if treatment is not carried out regularly or is not compliant and does not correspond to the specified time then there will be resistance (resistance) of tuberculosis germs against drugs Widespread Anti Tuberculosis (OAT) or Multi Drugs Resistance (MDR). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between motivation, attitudes, the role of supervisors taking medication (PMO) in TB sufferers. The design of the study used an Analytical Observational design using the Cross-Sectional approach. The population in this study were all TB sufferers in Bulukumba District with a sampling technique using cluster sampling. The number of samples in this study were 60 respondents. Data were obtained through questionnaire sheets made by researchers to respondents. Data analysis used Fisher's alternative Chi-square Test, with significance level α = 0.05. The results of the data analysis show that the motivation variable p = 0.023, the attitude variable p = 0.012, and the role of the supervisor for taking medication (PMO) p = 0.017. So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between motivation, attitude, the role of supervisors taking medication (PMO) with adherence to taking medication in TB patients in Bulukumba Regency.
