This study was to investigate the factors that influence new college of education principals during transition. The study employed descriptive research design and data was collected from ten respondents from public colleges in Ghana. The findings showed that actions and decisions of the principals during their transitions were influenced by four categories of factors which were: internal factors, internal individuals, external factors and external individuals. However, the actions and decisions were influenced more by internal and external factors and individuals rather than the principals’ personal beliefs and philosophies. Practically, the findings of the study opens up the decision influencing factors in transition and serves as a guide for college leaders and other school leaders in transition. The study recommended that new principals should pay attention to internal and external factors and individuals as they set transition goals, priorities and actions to help align interests and reduce resistance to any change situation that may result from the transition.

This research is motivated by the number of traffic violation cases carried out by the community in Bangka Belitung. Many traffic violations carried out by children. This study aims to determine the number of traffic violators based on the level of education of the people in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province in 2016, thus it can be seen the number of traffic violators at certain levels of education in the Bangka Belitung region. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. This descriptive research is used to describe an event or event and social phenomenon in factual and systematic. This method is used to explain the data contained in the table by using descriptive explanations. The data used is secondary data. The results showed that the highest violations in Pangkalpinang City compared to other districts. Based on the data obtained, the high school level in the city of Pangkalpinang becomes the highest number of traffic violators. Many factors cause violations among students, namely internal and external factors. Internal factors come from within the individual, while external factors are found in the surrounding environment. Need appropriate handling to overcome the occurrence of various traffic violations among students. The method taken can be preventive and repressive.   Keywords: BPS, students, minor violations.

O presente estudo tem como objetivo geral identificar os fatores internos e externos que interferem no clima organizacional dos escritórios de contabilidade do oeste de Santa Catarina. Os procedimentos metodológicos utilizados para a obtenção das respostas basearam-se em uma pesquisa quantitativa e descritiva, operacionalizada por aplicação de um questionário de Likert 5 pontos, por meio da técnica survey. A amostra é composta por 66 colaboradores e gestores dos escritórios de contabilidade pertencentes a região de abrangência da Agência de Desenvolvimento Regional de Itapiranga- SC. A pesquisa identificou que o perfil dos entrevistados é formado em maior parte pelo gênero feminino, com idade média de 33 anos, e, em sua maioria, formação superior completo. Resultou-se então, em avaliações positivas em relação aos fatores internos, sendo que em relação ao fator vida profissional, apresentou-se a variável com a maior média e em relação a assistência aos funcionários, mostrou-se a variável com a menor média. Quanto aos fatores externos, a maioria também apresentou médias positivas, em que, a variável que obteve menor média refere-se ao regime político nacional.  Finalizando, conclui-se que o clima organizacional dos escritórios de contabilidade da região oeste catarinense, tanto nos fatores internos, quanto externos, pode ser considerado bom, entretanto, alguns pontos ainda precisam ser melhorados, principalmente em relação a assistência aos funcionários, como os seguros de vida, auxílio alimentação e assistência médica e dentária.Palavras-Chave: Clima organizacional. Setor contábil. ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE: A STUDY IN THE ACCOUNTING SECTOR OF WESTERN SANTA CATARINAAbstract: The present study has as general objective to identify the internal and external factors that interfere in the organizational climate of the accounting offices of the west of Santa Catarina. The methodological procedures used to obtain the answers were based on a quantitative and descriptive research, operationalized by application of a 5 point Likert questionnaire, using the survey technique. The sample is composed of 66 employees and managers of the accounting offices belonging to the region of scope of the Agência de Desenvolvimento Regional de Itapiranga-SC. The research identified that the profile of the interviewees is formed mostly by the female gender, with a mean age of 33 years, and referring to training, the majority have completed higher education. The result was positive evaluations in relation to the internal factors, and in relation to the professional life factor, the variable with the highest average was presented in relation to assistance to the employees, the variable with the lowest average was shown. As for external factors, the majority also presented positive averages, where the variable that obtained lower average refers to the national political regime. Finally, it can be concluded that the organizational climate of accounting offices in the western region of Santa Catarina,  both internal and external, can be considered good, however, some points still need to be improved, especially in relation to employee assistance, such as life insurance, food aid and medical and dental assistance.Keywords: Organizational climate. The title of this study is the Strategy of Increasing Consumer Food Loyalty in CurupCity, Rejang Lebong Regency (Case Study in "Henvian" Typical Food Industry). Thisresearch is based on the importance of strategies in increasing business and consumerloyalty to products sold.Strategies to increase business and consumer loyalty can bedone with a SWOT analysis. Place of this research is the "Henvian" shop that sellstypical Rejang lebong food. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative.Informants in this study were people who were considered to know for certain about theHENVIAN Specialty Food Store in Curup City, Rejang Lebong Regency. The dataanalysis technique used in this study is a SWOT analysis to determine the strengths,weaknesses, opportunities and threats in a typical Rejang Lebong food business.By using SWOT analysis techniques that consist of strengths (weakness), weaknesses(weakness), opportunities (opportnity) and threats (threath). The results of this studycan be concluded that the internal factors that are the strength of the marketing strategyare the quality of the product that is good at a price affordable to the public andtourists, service that is friendly and responsive to consumer needs, as well astechnological advancements that facilitate the promotion of business. Internal factorsthat are a weakness are often lack of stock, there are some products that do not meet thestandard packaging, the product shelf life is short, employees do not use uniforms.External factors that become opportunities are a fairly high economic community,abundant raw materials while external factors that are a threat are the manycompetitors, an unstable economy, the price of basic needs increases. One alternative to reduce the unemployment rate in Indonesia is to foster entrepreneurship in college students because this is expected to be an educated young entrepreneur who is able to start his own business, and be able to open up jobs for others. The formulation of the problem include: what are internal factors (income, self-esteem, motivation) and whether external factors (family environment, surrounding environment, education, and opportunities) influence the interest in entrepreneurship of STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung students ?. This study aims to determine internal factors (income, self-esteem, motivation) and external factors (family environment, surrounding environment, education, and opportunities) affect the entrepreneurial interest of STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung students. The approach used is a quantitative approach to the type of associative research. The population and sample in this study were students of STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung which consisted of 50 students who had taken Entrepreneurship courses and students who had been entrepreneurs. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique. The data source is primary data. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The measurement uses a Likert scale. The next stage, the results of the questionnaire were analyzed with multiple linear regression which serves to prove the research hypothesis. The data that has met the validity test, reliability test, and the classic assumption test are processed to produce a regression equation. Based on the results of the study showed that internal and external factors partially had a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung students. With an adjusted R2 value of 0.407 so the magnitude of the influence of internal and external factors on entrepreneurial interest is 40.7% while the remaining 59.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.Keywords: Factors, Interests, Entrepreneurship, STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung

This article discusses the problem of choosing the correct and effective organizational structure of enterprise management for its correct functioning. The existing types of organizational structures of enterprise management, which are used in practice today, are analyzed, and their positive, negative sides and the type of enterprises for which they can be used are revealed. Along with this, this article discusses and describes methods for choosing an organizational structure for an enterprise. Also, during the study, internal and external factors were identified that affect the choice of an organizational structure. Based on the analysis, a methodology for choosing the most effective type of organizational structure for enterprises was drawn up. The question of choosing an organizational structure is acute for every manager at the very beginning of the operation of an enterprise, because the quality of performance of functions, both of individual divisions and of the entire enterprise as a whole, directly depends on this. Among many types of organizational structures in this study, the types of organizational structures that are most adaptable to changes in external and internal factors are identified. This study provides methods and tools for selecting the appropriate organizational structure for any enterprise. At the moment, some methods, be it goal structuring or computer modeling, are not widely used, which in turn makes it difficult to choose an effective organizational structure for enterprise management. The choice of an effective organizational structure is an extremely urgent problem today for every entrepreneur, who is interested in the stable economic activity of his or her enterprise.

Murder is an inhuman crime, where the perpetrator of the crime kills with the intention of being planned in advance because it will kill other people's lives for a specific purpose, this crime is a crime of enmity between individuals and groups so that the victim is helpless, so the police investigator reveals his identity. Carefulness is needed. The problems discussed are what are the factors causing the crime of murder and how are the efforts to overcome the crime of murder. The research method used is normative juridical research. Data collection is based on literature study, based on the results of the research that the author has done, the factors that cause murder are internal and external factors. Internal factors, namely internal factors, and external factors, namely economic, environmental, and family factors. Efforts to tackle the crime of murder, namely penal and non-penal measures, are efforts to reduce the space for movement and opportunities for the committing of crimes. The suggestion in this research is that there is a need for cooperation between legal institutions and the government through police and military officers to prevent and cope with future premeditated murder, prosecutors and judges are requested to be able to prosecute and impose the maximum possible punishment on the perpetrators of the murder guided by the Criminal Code.

Business Competition encourages entrepreneurs to have competence in managing the business. Start-up businesses will grow if it is able to manage the internal factors and external factors well. This study focuses on internal factors from the perspective of companies consisting of four components, namely marketing, human resources, finance, and operations. The second focus of this study is the external factor of a business seen from the approach five forces Porter lists five essential components of the external factors, namely: barriers to entry in the industry, threat from substitute products, threat from suppliers bargaining power, threat from buyers bargaining power, Among existing industry and rival firms. The object of this study is a start-up business in the city of Surabaya. This study used descriptive qualitative method with the aim of optimizing the management view of internal and external factors in the success of a start-up business seen from the perspective of the company. Validation of the results using triangulation techniques using: parisipatif observation, interview, and documentation (photos and interviews) to the informant (object) research. The results showed the management of internal factors (marketing, human resources, finance, and operational) and external (barriers to entry in the industry, threat from substitute products, threat from suppliers bargaining power, threat from buyers bargaining power, and rival Among existing industry firms ) is an important component that must be optimized in order to support the success of start-up businesses.

The study aims to describe the type of learning difficulties and factors of the learning difficulties of students of class VII SMP N 4 Satu Atap Pakis in studying mathematics subjects on the set material. The type and approach in this research is a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques in this study are with diagnostic tests, polls, and interviews. From the results of the study came the conclusion that the difficulties of students of class VII SMP N 4 Satu Atap Pakis in the material set is a) difficulty understanding the question b) difficulty understanding the mathematical symbols and can not find the keywords of the problem, c) difficulties Transforming the problem, d) difficulties in completing the problem. While the learning difficulty factor is caused by two factors that are internal and external factors. internal factors include: a) lack of interest in students, b) lack of motivation to learn, c) lack of confidence to ask. External factors, among others: a) The class atmosphere is not conducive, b) the influence of handphone in the student concentration, c) lack of parental assistance in supervision at home.

ABSTRACT Vocational High School (SMK) S 8 Grakarsa Bengkulu which is located on Jl. Adam Malik Km 8, Kel. Sido Mulyo, Kec. Gading Cempaka, Bengkulu City. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The data collection technique in this study was by means of Observation, Interview, Questionnaire and Documentation, when teaching students the teacher went through (3) stages, namely the initial, core and closing stages of using learning media, knowing the concept of learning media, who used learning media, the stages of making learning media and internal and external factors that were found when video-based learning media were applied, in the implementation of learning in the room, students were seen to be active and enthusiastic in participating in learning because the teacher used video-based media by sending videos via android with an attractive display and media on when learning takes place, so that learning is interesting and good.
