This study aims to determine the role of inclusive schools on the growth and development of children with autism. This research is a literature study by reviewing book references, journal articles and social media if necessary. From the data that has been collected, the next step is to analyze it so that conclusions can be easily drawn. The results show that Autism is a developmental disorder in children who are unable to communicate and express their feelings and desires. Usually this disorder is seen before the age of 3 years. People with Autism really need educational services that can accommodate, complete, the facilities and infrastructure they need, such as in inclusive schools. In inclusive schools, children with autism can learn independently and develop their ability to communicate and develop social interaction skills, namely communicating well with their peers. So that for people with autism, the role of inclusive schools is needed by handling, facilities and infrastructure in an effort to develop the development of autistic children.Keywords: Development, autism, early childhood

The increase in product market share cannot be separated from the connectivity of the marketing system and media used. Marketing channels play an important role in increasing sales both in the short and long term. This study aimed to determine the role of social media in increasing the market share of MSME products in Pematangsiantar City. The research design used a literature study and field study models using a qualitative approach with a one-shot model. The research location was in 8 districts in Pematangsiantar City. The population in this study were MSME players scattered in 8 districts in Pematangsiantar City. The samples were collected using a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling technique, so that a total sample size of 240 respondents were obtained. Moreover, the data analysis technique used in this study was data analysis with a data reduction model that was obtained from data collection and data display. The results of this study concluded that the use of social media was very dominant in MSME players in the micro sector and Instagram was one type of social media that was often used. Furthermore, the results of the study also suggested that the time factor was the basis for MSME players using social media as a medium for promoting their products.

Business competition is also very tight, this company tries to attract consumers to buy its products by carrying out promotional strategies through the role of an influencer, such as artists, fashion bloggers, fashion stylish, and others, in this way is expected to increase sales. This study aims to see an overview of digital marketing communication strategies through the role of an influencer applied by Little PEP Jaya. Based on the research theme, a suitable research method for digging up the data or information needed uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in research are through semi-structured interviews conducted with informants who are closely related to the theme of this research, including influencers and management staff at Little PEP Jaya. research findings the researcher also conducted a literature study, either through communication books or through online sources relevant to this research. The results of this study are Little PEP Jaya's digital marketing communication strategy planning through influencers using Instagram social media as a medium for disseminating information. In planning the marketing communication strategy, Little PEP Jaya has communicators, namely influencers according to the character of the product, they have an age segmentation that is in accordance with the Little PEP Jaya brand image, namely children's and young parents' clothing, In the implementation of marketing communication strategies through influencers, Little PEP publicity Jaya asked for a message to be conveyed by communicators, namely influencers, those who designed it by adjusting the personality of the Influencers, but did not have a deadline.

This study aims to identify the role of programing languages in building or developing a digital platform in accordance with the specifications of the needs desired by the community or users of the digital platform. The methodology of qualitative data description and literature study by Seeking information from various literatures and reference source related to the topics discussed. The data obtained is then analyzed and then concluded “so that result are obtained” from the topic. From this research, it can be concluded that programming languages play an important role in the development of a digital platform from browser, social media, to digital platform used for education.

In recent years, the landscape showing a conservative tendency in religion hassignificantly increased. The Islamic Conservatives in Indonesia experienced unexpected and quite surprising growth and development, and perhaps reached its peak in the last 3-5 years. The negative excesses of this conservative tendency are quite worrying and have the potential to disrupt the sustainability of democracy and the integrity of the nation. This research seeks to elaborate efforts to mainstream moderate Islam which is the main agenda of the government (Ministry of Religion) as a step to counter conservative understanding and see how the role of educational institutions there. This research is a qualitative research focusing on the literature study and using a descriptive-analysis approach. The results of this study indicate that in an effort to mainstream moderate Islam, educational institutions play a significant role although not the only determinant. This role can be realized through several aspects such as curriculum and learning processes in educational institutions, supervision and guidance of programs or activities outside the curriculum of educational institutions starting from elementary to high levels, as well as through educational institutions policies.

Social media constitute new social spaces where the topics of death, loss, and mourning are increasingly encountered and negotiated. Users might either engage in mourning practices themselves or be confronted with other users’ mourning during their everyday social media use. The omnipresence of mourning in social media poses challenges to the users and increases the need for norms on how to engage in online mourning practices and how to react toward expressions of grief and mourning. This article systematically reviews 25 internationally published journal articles on norms guiding mourning practices and (non-)reactions toward these practices in social media. Three different types of norms related to different forms of practices are identified in the review. Results show that norms for mourning in social media are in flux and consistently negotiated between users. However, norms for mourning in social media often adhere to traditional norms that are adapted and reconfigured.

The purpose of this research is to help marketplace providers utilize E-commerce to improve their business. The method used in this study is a survey and literature study from research that has been done before. The results show that the role of the e-commerce market in online business transactions is useful to attract buyers. Starting from product marketing through media such as social media, websites, and advertisements. The role of E-commerce marketplace in online business transactions provides many benefits such as fast access to transactions, availability of goods, and ease of accessing the site.

Social media is actually used to improve social relationships and increase roles in various ways. However, on the one hand, social media is used as an arena for bullying to others and groups. The problem in this research is how the role of Christian faith. Using a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study approach, this research comes to the conclusion that believers must know the era of disruption in human social development, then understand the influence of social media on ethics, and examine how Christian faith views in the face of bullying. Holding on to the view that the Christian existence must be the salt and light of the world means that we must be prepared to live side by side with physical differences, ideas, and all other things.Persoalan yang terjadi dimana media sosial yang sejatinya digunakan untuk meningkatkan hubungan sosial dan meningkatkan peran dalam berbagai hal. Namun dalam satu sisi media sosial dijadikan ajang perundungan (bullying) kepada sesama maupun kelompok. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi literatur dapat dicapai tujuan penulisan dengan menyimpulkan bahwa iman Kristen dalam menghadapi perundungan di tengah disrupsi, dimana orang percaya harus mengetahui era disrupsi dalam perkembangan sosial manusia, lalu memahami adanya pengaruh media sosial dalam etika, dan mencermati bagaimana perundungan dalam pandangan iman Kristen untuk diterapkan dalam menghadapi penindasan. Sehingga ada peran orang percaya dalam menghadapi perundungan di era disrupsi. Orang percaya diharapkan mempunyai pandangan dalam menerima segala perbedaan baik fisik, ide, dan segala hal. The writing of this article contains an overview of the important role played by guidance and counseling teachers during covid-19. Currently, Indonesia is entering difficult phases because the Indonesian nation is not only dealing with the storm of the Covid-19 pandemic but also natural disasters. This disaster brought a traumatic experience for the victims. Healing for victims can indeed be done with a psychological approach, but strengthening faith is no less important. Based on this, the focus of research studies is on the role of religious institutions, particularly the Church, in handling victims of natural disasters. The role of the Church is seen in catechesis. In catechesis, the Church teaches the values of the gospel and confirms the faith of the people that the suffering experienced is not a curse from God. During a pandemic, catechetical work can be done by utilizing virtual spaces such as social media content. Social media is a means of proclaiming the faith that is easily accessible by the people. This kind of catechetical and theological method was initiated by Kosuke Koyama. According to Koyama, the right catechesis model must start from the concrete problems of the people. Based on this, this research study uses the literature study method. Literary sources were researched and analyzed so that a catechetical model was found that was appropriate to the social context of the Indonesian people who were being hit by natural disasters.

Ekonomi memiliki peran penting dalam tumbuh kembang masyarakat Islam yang mana sebagai penunjang kegiatan produksi dan konsumsi sekaligus sebagai ibadah yang membawa manfaat untuk banyak orang baik dalam jangka panjang ataupun jangka pendek. Logikanya jika kebutahan pribadi seseorang belum bisa tercukupi bagaimana bisa orang tersebut melakukan kegiatan produksi yang mana meskipun tidak harus membutuhkan modal yang besar tapi tentunya harus ada modal meskipun sedikit. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kajian pustaka, yaitu metodelogi pengumpulan data dari teori yang telah ada di jurnal, buku, maupun koran online. Kegiatan produksi dalam umat Islam dapat membuat kehidupan masyarakat Islam menjadi tumbuh ke arah pemerataan kesejahteraan. Karena dengan adanya produksi menjadikan masyarakat muslim bisa menggaji dirinya sendiri, tidak bergantung pada orang lain, mampu menciptakan lapangan kerja untuk orang lain, dan mampu untuk membantu memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat yang meningkat. Kata Kunci: Peran Ekonomi, Era Globalisasi, Kegiatan Produksi Abstract:Economics has an important role in the growth and development of Islamic society which supports production and consumption activities as well as worship that brings benefits to many people both in long or short term. Logically, if the personal’s needs cannot be fulfilled, how they can carry out production activities, although they do not have huge capital, at least, there must be a small amount of capital. The research method used in this study is the literature study, the methodology of collecting data from existing theories in journals, books, and online newspapers. Production activities in Muslims can make the life of the Islamic community grow towards equitable prosperity, because with the production of the Muslim community can improve their prosperity for themselves, not depends on others, also able to create jobs for others, and help meet the increasing of society needs.
