The current state of the problem of diselementosis in the territory of the Russian Federation is analyzed and a list of elements is identified, the lack of which in food and water has a negative impact on human health. The author substantiates the development of a technique for conditioning drinking water to achieve its physiological usefulness and prevent diselementosis among servicemen who serve in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation, where snowmelt is the source of drinking water. A salt composition was selected for conditioning low-mineralized water. For this, the initial stream of low-mineralized water is divided into two approximately equal secondary waters, and those mineralizing components that form sparingly soluble compounds are introduced into different secondary streams, which are then combined in a common tank. It is shown that for all the criteria studied, conditioned water meets the requirements of chemical safety Sanitary rules and regulations 2.1.4.1074-01, and also contains essential macro- and microelements in quantities corresponding to the standards of physiological potency of drinking water according to Sanitary rules and regulations 2.1.4.1116-02. The method of conditioning drinking water when it is introduced into the practice of water supply for servicemen of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation will improve the quality of drinking water by enriching with essential macro- and microelements, increasing its physiological usefulness, which will serve as an effective measure to prevent the morbidity of servicemen due to the imbalance of nutrient elements in the body.

This article discusses the current state of standardization in the Russian Federation in the field of application of ultrasonic testing using a phased array. Attention is drawn to the problem of the lack of national standards (especially terminological), which clearly hinders the active development and implementation of the PA UT method in practice. The basic principles of the classical technology of phased arrays are analyzed. Electronic linear scanning, electronic scanning and combined scanning. Combined scanning has several advantages: a high probability of detecting defects, high scanning speed, quick setup and calibration, quick data analysis and small file size in comparison with conventional sector scanning. Some difficulties were noted when trying to work with classical DGS-curves using the synthetic focusing methods SAFT or FMC / TFM with beam focusing at each image reconstruction point.

The article is devoted to the application of resource saving technologies as an important tool to achieve sustainable development at coal mining regions of the Russian Federation. The negative impact of coal-mining enterprises on the water and air basins of the regions, on withdrawal of fertile land continues to be unacceptably high. As a result the objective to preserve natural environment in these regions has gained high priority. Its solution requires development and implementation of fundamentally new, cost-effective and environment friendly underground and open pit coal mining technologies. It is shown that an effective solution of the problem, a radical contraction of resource consumption requires radical rethinking of the whole coal mining management and production system. The basic principles of “Lean thinking” methodology have been applied to structure the issue and to develop guidelines for coal-mining systems reengineering.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the current state and prospects for the development of eco-tourism in the Russian Federation. The potential for the development of eco-tourism in Russia, which has many natural objects of interest to tourists, is highly appreciated. A number of factors hindering the development of this type of tourism are identified, including: insignificant information support and promotion of Russia as a place suitable for tourist recreation, including nature-oriented, in foreign markets; unfavorable visa regime for tourists, which makes it much more difficult for foreign citizens to visit Russia; undeveloped tourist infrastructure; low level of service, mismatch of prices for offered tourist goods and services to their quality; low level of development of transport infrastructure, high degree of deterioration of the transport base and lack of comfortable tourist vehicles. Ways to reduce the negative impact of these factors on the development of eco-tourism in the Russian Federation are proposed. It is proved that these factors should be leveled not only by the enterprises of the tourism industry, but also by the state through the implementation of various state programs, as well as creating conditions for attracting foreign investment, primarily by improving the organizational conditions of tourism activities.

The subject of this research is the labor resources (employed, unemployed, and persons not in the labor force). The object of this research is the Russian Federation. The article reviews various opinions of the scholars on the concept of “labor resources”. As a result, the authors proposed the original perspective on the concept of labor resources. The article examines the essence of labor resources from the standpoint of national economy, as well as the structure of labor resources. The research materials on the dynamics of labor resources (labor force and persons who in the labor force) for the period from January 2019 to June 2020 are provided. The conclusion is made that the overall dynamics of labor resources of active working age is consistent, despite negative impact of COVID-19 pandemic upon the economy and seasonal (spring-autumn period) fluctuations related to the influx of workers involved in such seasonal activities as agriculture, fishing, mining industry, water and river transport, etc. The acquired data indicate on the possibility of insignificant reduction of labor resources of active working age in July, August and September 2020. The authors forecast the number of labor resources of the active working age for that period.

The aim: To summarize the literature data on abnormal uterine bleeding in adolescents. Materials and methods: This article presents an assessment of 32 literary sources from 2003 to 2018, which raise the issues of etiology and pathogenesis of abnormal uterine bleeding in adolescents. Abnormal uterine bleeding in adolescents (AUBA) is a risk factor for disorders of menstrual and generative function, hormone-related abnormalities in the reproductive age. Despite the progress made in the development of methods for the diagnosis and treatment of AUBA, the criteria for selecting a particular method of diagnosis and therapy have not yet been made sufficiently clear. Conclusions: AUBA is a complex polyetiological disease affecting all parts of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal-ovarian system. It has a negative impact on the girl’s health and quality of life. Abnormal uterine bleeding is a “signal” to the body of an organic or functional disorder. If this feature is ignored, the pathology can progress and lead to severeconsequences. The urgency of the problem of AUBA is further explained by the fact that this disease indicates the presence of serious disorder of the reproductive system, which in the future may be transformed into impaired reproductive function.

Tourism is one of the most profitable sectors of the economy, bringing up to 25% of GDP in developed countries. Unfortunately, external conditions are sometimes irresistible and have a direct positive and negative impact. This is exactly what happened in 2020. The year 2020 was a huge test for the entire globe and forced humanity to pay a huge price. In different parts of the world, the impact of Covid-19 and the subsequent protracted pandemic has been experienced in different ways. The peculiarities of the spread and further penetration of the virus are connected with the countrys’ economy, with the amount of resources that state governments had the opportunity to send to support the most affected industries and residents. Considering various industries, it is impossible not to mention the tourism sector, which has suffered enormous losses and required new directions in its development, the opening of fundamentally new sales channels and directions of movement, characterized by a significantly expanded geography across the country. Based on this, it is important to determine what is the current state and future prospects and trends in the development of the industry. What is the pace of recovery, and what lessons have we learned from the historic 2020 pandemic.

Pain is one of the most common reasons for patients scheduling or avoiding appointments in the dental office. This symptomatology which is commonly associated with fixed orthodontic treatment, may have a negative impact on the quality of life of the patient and may cause absences from periodic appointments. Interdisciplinary orthodontic treatment has a clear positive effect on psychological, functional, social health but also involves pain and discomfort, at least in the early stages or until the adaptability of the body occurs. The use of NiTi archwires during the first stages of treatment provides the development of physiological forces, but depending on each patient pain threshold, dental pain is perceived.
