Education is a very important thing in human life. The progress of a nation depends on the education of the nation. This means that if the education of a nation can produce quality people physically and mentally, the nation will automatically progress, be peaceful and peaceful. This research is qualitative in nature with inductive thinking logic and the type is case studies, to obtain this data through interviews, observations, questionnaires and documentation. The sample of this study was 20 parents of students, this research activity is to describe intensively and in detail about the symptoms and social phenomena under study. Thus this study uses a descriptive analysis approach because the results of this research are descriptive data in the form of written or oral words and the results of research on parents of students who are the object of research to be observed as well as other matters relating to the problem under study. Data analysis is performed through three activities that occur simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions or verification. The results of this study indicate the main reason for parents interested in enrolling children in Izzuddin Integrated Islamic High School because of the application of the Islamic religious education system implemented by Izzuddin Integrated Islamic High School and there are also accompanying factors such as school modernization, easy access or because of the boarding. Expectations of parents of students sending their children to Izzuddin Integrated Islamic High School so that their children can understand religious teachings well not only theoretically but must be applicable.

Islamic Religious Education is an important and inseparable part of the educational curriculum in Indonesia. Besides being an obligation for its adherents, Islamic learning can instill the values of faith and make students possess noble morals (akhlakul karimah). This study aims to examine and discuss how the implementation process of Islamic education in instilling noble morals in students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah (Islamic Junior High School). This study uses a qualitative approach with data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing as the data analysis. The sample of this study was the principal of the madrasah, vice-principal, students, and teachers of Islamic education in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Makassar. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that through the implementation of Islamic Religious Education, the students could possess noble characters. There are eight behaviors that are applied to instill the noble characters, namely habituating the smiles, salaam, and greetings, mutual respect (tolerance), sunnah fasting on Monday and Thursday, performing the Duha prayer, performing dhuhr prayers, reciting the Quran, congregational prayer, and getting used to alms giving (infaq). These eight commendable behaviors are recommended for teachers and principals to be applied in their respective schools.

Abstract: A value and character based curriculum is the core of the curriculum from time to time which is designed to answer the challenges of the times. In this paper, the author wants to examine the application of value-based and character-based curriculum in Christian Religious Education learning to the spiritual intelligence of public high school students in Tana Toraja. This is considered important because in the implementation of a value-based and character-based curriculum it has less impact on the spiritual intelligence of state high school students in Tana Toraja. The method used in this paper is qualitative research with descriptive analysis method. This study concludes that the curriculum developed in Christian religious education learning is still general in nature, which is designed in general in a universal context which is then developed according to a particular context. The curriculum in the context of Christianity in learning values and character in Christian education is only one source, namely from the Bible and applies to everyone in all places, as for the value in character building in relation to this spiritual intelligence, namely the value of love which is the main command of God, readiness to hear. and slow to speak, the value of holiness is not defiling oneself with various temptations and the values of the fruit of the Holy Spirit, namely love, joy, peace, patience, generosity, kindness, loyalty, gentleness and self-control.Keywords: values, character, spiritual intelligence  Abstrak: Kurikulum berbasis nilai dan karakter adalah inti dari dari kurikulum dari masa ke masa yang di desain untuk menjawab tantangan jaman. Dalam tulisan ini, penulis ingin mengkaji pemberlakuan kurikulum berbasis nilai dan karakter dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen terhadap Kecerdasan spiritual siswa SMA Negeri di Tana Toraja. Hal ini dianggap penting oleh karena dalam pemberlakuan kurikulum berbasis nilai dan karakter kurang berdampak bagi kecerdasan spiritual siswa SMA Negeri di Tana Toraja. Dalam tulisan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan analisis dekriptif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa, kurikulum yang dikembangkan dalam pembelajaran pendidikan Agama kristen masih bersifat umum, yakni dirancang secara umum dalam konteks universal yang kemudian dikembangkan sesuai konteks tertentu. Kurikulum dalam konteks kekristenan dalam pembelajaran nilai dan karakter pada pendidikan Kristen hanya satu sumber yakni dari Alkitab dan berlaku bagi setiap orang disegala tempat, adapun nilai dalam pembentukan karakter dalam kaitannya dengan kecerdasan spiritual ini yakni nilai kasih yang merupakan perintah utama Tuhan Allah, kesiapan untuk mendengar dan lambat untuk berkata-kata, nilai kekudusan yakni tidak menajiskan diri dengan berbagai godaan jasmani dan nilai-nilai dari buah Roh Kudus Kata Kunci: Nilai, karakter, kecerdasan spiritual

Technology that develops along with social changes so that it has an impact on human life, including educational institutions in the family. The study in this study is a field with a phenomenological nature. This study aims to examine the PAI high school and vocational high school Muhammadiyah teachers in Banjarmasin City about the values given by parents as religious teachers to their children. The results showed that; First, the values given by parents as PAI teachers in Banjarmasin City in providing education in the family are to give the values of faith, faith and sharia. Second, the challenges are so great for parents as teachers in providing education to their children, so parents provide additional religious education to their children, which is to enter the boarding school with a full day school learning system.

This study aimed to describe the happiness of couples with a marriage age above 50 years. The informants consisted of two pairs of husband and wife with a marriage age above 50 years. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. Data collection techniques in this study used observation and interviews with data analysis techniques consisting of data codification, triangulation, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the study show that married couples feel happy shown by having an attitude of gratitude and sincerity for all that is owned or through it from young to old age. The two pairs of subjects believed that in carrying out human life, God's protection was needed and there was God's intervention so that the desire to draw closer to God was stronger in the two pairs of subjects. The factors that influence the happiness of a married couple are (a) the purpose of marriage (b) commitment (c) communication (d) romanticism (e) utilization of time together with spouse (f) religion.

Learning interaction is a reciprocal relationship between students and educators, between students, students with learning resources, and students with the learning environment in teaching and learning activities to achieve goals. In learning interactions also occur social interaction and communication. The purpose of this study, first, is to analyze the interaction of learning of autistic students in Islamic Religious Education subjects at Sekolah Dasar Negeri 30 Palembang, including; learning interactions between Islamic Religious Education teachers and autistic students, and learning interactions between students in general and autistic students. secondly, to analyze the constraints of the learning interactions of autistic students in Islamic Religious Education subjects at Sekolah Dasar Negeri 30 Palembang. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach, and the type of research used in this study is a case study, data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study used the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.

<p><em>Every teacher must have work motivation as a motivate from intrinsic and extrinsic to increase their jobs. Teacher work motivation can get from their headmaster. Headmaster have effectiveness communication to their teacher at school. Effectivenes communication is important to create the culture of organization at school with harmonious. Contribution of headmaster is important to have good school with positive energy and comfortable. Aim the research is to describe how the headmaster in using effectiveness communication to increase teacher work motivation at SDN Mekarjaya 30 Depok. The method of this research is descriptive. Data was collected by in the interview, observation, and literatue study. Data analysis was performed by data reduction, data presentation and conclusion on verifications. The results of this research are headmaster in SDN Mekarjaya 30 Depok implemented the effectiveness communication to the teacher. It can see from the good choosen channel by headmaster to get effectiveness communication, headmaster  understand teacher’s personality and character.  Beside that headmaster using body language as a emphasis about the information to easy understand And teacher give the feed back with emphaty and have work motivation.</em></p><em></em>

<p><em>Hindu religious education can be started from an early age through the family line, in this case the child is given a training and learning every day by his parents. After age, knowledge should be related to the relationship with God, man with his fellow human beings and nature, so that children can understand their own religion, especially in the implementation of Hindu Religious Education at Inclusive School of SMP Negeri 3 Bangli, in BangliSubdistrict.</em></p><p><em>The problems to be discussed include (1) How Implementation of Hindu Religious Education at Inclusive School of Middle School Negeri 3 Bangli in Bangli Subdistrict? (2) What are the obstacles of Hindu Religion Education at Inclusive School of State Junior High School 3 Bangli in BangliSubdistrict? (3). What is the effort in overcoming the obstacles Hindu Religious Education In Inclusion School of State Junior High School 3 Bangli in District Bangli?The methods used to collect data are observation, interview, literature study, and documentation. Theories used to analyze the problem are: Functional Structured theory, Behaviorism theory, and Motivation theory The collected data has been analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis method with reduction step, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.</em></p><p><em>The result of the research shows (1) that in the implementation of Hindu religion education at inclusion school of SMP Negeri 3 Bangli basically refers to three important things namely planning, implementation and evaluation. (2) Constraints in the implementation of Hindu religion education at inclusion school of SMP Negeri 3 Bangli there are external and internal constraints (3). Efforts made in overcoming these obstacles is to optimize the existing human resources both teachers and education personnel by holding training or workshops related to services for children with special needs.</em></p>

The study sought to identify the various ways through which senior high school students in the Effutu Municipality explore existing careers. Also, the study sought to find out gender differences in career exploration level and career selfefficacy levels among students. Survey research design was used for the study. Data for the study were collected from 273 (145 male and 128 female) senior high school students, selected from three mixed schools. Two questionnaires were developed for the study to seek information on career exploration practices, students’ career exploration level, and career self-efficacy level. Descriptive and correlational statistics were used to analyse the data. Respondents’ scores on questionnaire were organized descriptively into frequency counts and percentages. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the main career exploration practice the students engaged in was field trip. Results of correlational statistics indicated that female and male students had a higher career exploration level and higher career self-efficacy level respectively. The study concluded that the students were not exposed to other exploration practices to enable them settle on appropriate career choices. It was recommended that school counsellors should consider other practices that involve when designing career exploration programmes to assist students explore existing careers.

The research aimed to describe the forms of the code mixing, switching, and interference at State Senior High School 6 (SMAN) Maros, Bontoa District, Maros Regency, Sulawesi Selatan. This was a qualitative descriptive research examining linguistic phenomena with the sociolinguistic approach Data resource were the speeches used by the teachers of the study programs of Religious Education, Natural Science, Social Science, Physic Education, Indonesian language, mathematics, and all the speeches of the students involving in the learning process which contained the code mixing, switching, and interference. Data were collected by the non-participative observation. While the data were also collected by the scrutinized technique of the free involving conversation, recording technique, and note-taking. The classified data were then analysed by the qualitative descriptive analysis method.The research result indicates that the code mixing forms are: verb, adverb, conjunction, reduplication, personal pronouns, and phrases, whereas the code switching is in the forms of independent clauses, coordinative clauses, and sentences. and the interferences are: addition of klitika, mi, pi, ji, phoneme removal, addition of phoneme, replacement of phoneme /i/ into /e/ and phoneme /u/ to /o/. The code mixing, switching, and interference occur in the learning process at State Senior High School (SMAN) Maros, Bontoa District, Maros Regency, Sulawesi Selatan. performed by the teachers, students from Indonesian language into Makassar dialect .

The ideal ratio between the number of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers and the number of students does not appear to be fulfilled in Sidoarjo district. There are still many schools that lack PAI teachers, although on the other hand there are also some schools that have excess PAI teachers. The purpose of this study was to identify the needs and placement of Islamic Education teachers in schools, as well as to find out various obstacles in the process of meeting the needs and placement of Islamic Education teachers in schools. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection through observation, interview and documentation techniques. Processing techniques through the stages of editing, coding, tabulating and interpreting data using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the high school level requires 9 PAI teachers, while the Vocational High School requires 11 PAI teachers. Various obstacles experienced in the process of placing and fulfilling Islamic Education teachers is the lack of study groups at several schools and the lack of coordination between the education office and the Ministry of Religion.
