Introduction: Pregnant women living in industrial areas are exposed to higher levels of toxic substances, pollutants, and other chemicals; this is exacerbated by the pandemic conditions. Improving the nutritional status of pregnant women can be pursued through nutritional education for pregnant women. This study aimed to determine the differences in nutrition fulfilment patterns of pregnant women, before and after nutrition education.Methods: This study used quasi-experimental research with a one group pre post-test design. The samples were 51 pregnant women in industrial areas. Treatment in this study was nutrition education by empowering health cadres. The instrument of this research is an observation sheet that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis used a statistical paired t-test.Results: Knowledge of pregnant women increased by 5.21% after treatment, and behaviour increased by 5.2%. The t-test showed that the the nutrition education model for pregnant women in industrial areas could significantly increase the knowledge (p-value = 0.000) and improve the behaviour (p-value = 0.000) of pregnant women.Conclusion: Nutrition education for pregnant women provided by health cadres is proven to increase knowledge of pregnant women about nutrition and behaviour of fulfilling nutrition during pregnancy in a pandemic situation. During the pandemic, pregnant women can increase knowledge related to nutrition fulfilment through the assistance of health cadres without worrying about being exposed to viruses from care providers.

Pregnant women are a very vulnerable group to nutritional problems. The lack of knowledge, attitude, and behavior towards nutrition is the main cause of KEK (chronic energy deficiency) in pregnant women. The purpose of this study was to design an android-based application based on a needs analysis to improve nutritional knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women about KEK. The research method was qualitative research, while the design used a combined method between Research and Development (R&D) and Pre-Experiment methods with one group pre-test and post-test designs. The results of the data analysis showed that the knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of pregnant women increased by 72%, 78%, and 39%, respectively. The p-value of the McNemar test results for the variables of knowledge, attitude, and behavior was 0.000 <? (0.05), indicating there were differences in the knowledge, attitude, and behavior of pregnant women before and after using the application (p <?). It was concluded that nutrition education with Android-based application media influenced the knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of pregnant women, that is, to increase the knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of pregnant women about KEK in Meo – Meo Public Health center, Baubau City.

<p>Low consumption of vegetables and fruit causes an increased risk of chronic diseases such as cancer, heart disease, and diabetes. The results showed that the majority of pregnant women (52.9%) rarely consume vegetables and fruit in sufficient quantities as recommended. Therefore, it is necessary to provide education about the importance of vegetables and fruits consumption, one of which is through the Information Motivation Behavioral Skill (IMB) approach. This study aims to determine the effect of health education with the Information Motivation Behavior Skill (IMB) approach to increasing knowledge and consumption patterns of vegetables and fruits in pregnant women. This research is a quasi-experimental study with pre-post test design with control groups conducted in pregnant women in the city of Bandung with 60 samples using the observation sheet and questionnaire instruments. Data analysis used the chi-square test. The result of this study indicates that there are significant differences in knowledge and patterns of consumption of vegetables and fruit in pregnant women between the control and treatment groups with a p-value&lt;0.05. Information Motivation Behavior Skill (IMB) Health Education Model approach has a role in increasing the knowledge and consumption patterns of vegetables and fruits in pregnant women.</p>

Half of the women in Indonesia experience menstrual pain / dysmenorrhoea, 54.89%, experience various disorders including abdominal pain, cramps and back pain. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of acupressure, ginger drink and the difference in giving acupressure and ginger drink to reducing the intensity of menstrual pain / dysmenorrhea in young women at SMK Swasta PAB 5 Klambir Lima 2020. The design of this study used a quasi-experimental pre and post test with a sample of 30 students who were divided into two groups. Each group was given acupressure and ginger drink in the morning and evening during menstruation from day one to day two. Respondents were assessed for pain before and after the intervention was given. The results of the Shapiro-Wilk normality test contained Sig data (p <0.05). The Wilcoxon test has a p-value of 0.002 (p <0.05), which means that acupressure is effective in reducing the intensity of menstrual pain / dysmenorrhea, there is a p-value of 0.001 (p <0.05) which means that ginger is effective against reducing pain intensity. menstruation / dysmenorrhea, there is a p-value of 0.034 (p <0.05), which means that there is a difference in the effectiveness of acupressure and ginger drink in reducing the intensity of menstrual pain / dysmenorrhea. There is an effectiveness of giving acupressure, ginger drink, and there is a difference in giving acupressure and ginger drink on the intensity of menstrual pain / dysmenorrhea on young women. It is hoped that the school will provide ginger drinks and acupressure measures to young women who experience menstrual pain / dysmenorrhea so that they can participate in learning activities at school.

Trimester III is the period of pregnancy which is calculated from the gestational age of the 28th week to the 40th week. Psychological changes in pregnant women are estimated to occur 80%. third trimester. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of hypnobirthing, yoga and pregnancy exercise on the anxiety level of third trimester pregnant women at BPM Griya Bunda Ceria in 2020. Research method: quantitative research, using the shapiro wilt test method with pre-test and post-test approaches. in this study were all third trimester pregnant women who checked their pregnancy at BPM Griya Bunda Ceria Palembang. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by means of observation using a questionnaire sheet. The results: obtained from a total of 15 respondents. Based on the results of the Shapiro Wilt test, the p-Value is 0.05 where >α = 0.05 means that there is a significant influence between before and after hypnobirthing is done.statistically, the p-Value is 0,000, meaning that there is a significant effect between before and after yoga. Thus the hypothesis which states that there is an effect of yoga on the anxiety level of pregnant women in the third trimester which is statistically proven based on the paired shapiro wilt test, the p-Value is 0.00 in yoga, p-Value is 0.00 in pregnancy exercise, and the statistical test results are said to be related if the value The calculated p-Value <= 0.05 then Ho is rejected, meaning that it is significant, so the conclusion is that the two variables have a relationship, on the contrary, if the calculated p-Value> = 0.05, then Ho is accepted, meaning that the two variables have no significant relationship.

ABSTRACT: SEFT THERAPY (SPIRITUAL EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE) FOR ANXIETY IN DEALING WITH LABORBackground: If the concern and anxiety of pregnant women is not handled seriously, it will have an impact and influence on physical and psychological aspects, both on the mother and the fetus. Pregnant women who experience anxiety in the face of labor are afraid of being operated on, afraid of spending a lot of money, fear of not being able to care for their babies properly, fear of their baby dying, fear of pain during delivery. One of the techniques for dealing with anxiety is SEFT therapy.Objective: to determine the effect of Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) on anxiety in dealing with labor process.Methodology: this research is a quasi-experimental design with pre and post-test with control group design. The sample in this study was 25 trimester III pregnant women. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used the DASS 42 questionnaire. The results of the data normality test were normally distributed so that the data were analyzed using the paired t-test.Results: The results showed that the average score of maternal anxiety before therapy was 13.48 (moderate) while after therapy was 7.88 (normal). The bivariate test results obtained p value 0,000.Conclusions: Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) can overcome the anxiety of pregnant women in facing labor.Suggestions: It is hoped that this therapy can be applied in the practice of midwifery to care for pregnant women, especially pregnant women who experience trauma or have anxiety in their pregnancy. Keywords: anxiety, pregnant women, spiritual emotional freedom technique. ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Kekhawatiran dan kecemasan pada ibu hamil apabila tidak ditangani dengan serius akan membawa dampak dan pengaruh terhadap fisik dan psikis, baik pada ibu maupun janin. Ibu hamil yang mengalami kecemasan dalam menghadapi persalinan disebabkan karena ibu takut dioperasi, takut akan mengeluarkan biaya yang banyak, takut tidak bisa merawat bayinya dengan baik, takut bayinya meninggal, takut kesakitan saat persalinan. Salah satu teknik untuk menghadapi kecemasan adalah denga terapi SEFT.Tujuan: Mengetahui pengaruh Terapi Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) terhadap kecemasan dalam menghadapi persalinan.Metodologi penelitian: Penelitian ini merupakan quasi-experimental dengan rancangan pre and post test with control group design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 25 ibu hamil trimester III. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner DASS 42. Hasil uji normalitas data berdistribusi normal sehingga dianalisis data menggunakan uji paired t-test.Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa skor rata-rata kecemasan ibu sebelum terapi 13,48 (Sedang) sedangkan sesudah terapi menjadi 7,88 (normal). Hasil uji bivariate didapatkan p value 0,000.Kesimpulan: Terapi Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) mampu mengatasi kecemasan ibu hamil dalam menghadapi persalinan.Saran: Diharapkan terapi ini dapat diaplikasikan dalam praktik kebidanan perawatan ibu hamil khususnya ibu hamil yang mengalami trauma atau mempunyai kecemasan dalam kehamilannya. Kata kunci: Kecemasan, ibu hamil, Terapi Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique

The government has issued a new normal policy with the aim that people can continue to live productively by changing their lifestyle so as to prevent the transmission of COVID-19. One of the measures to prevent and manage COVID-19 is to increase immunity. Online seminars are one of the most important health promotion methods and can be done in the new normal era. This study aims to determine the effect of online seminars on the knowledge and perceptions of the general public. This study used a quasi-experimental pre and post-test design. The sample in this study were all participants who attended online seminars and filled out the pretest and posttest questionnaires. Univariate data analysis shows that the majority of respondents have a mean age of 29.41 years, most of them are women (58.8%), and are students or have not worked (44.7%). Most of the respondents had a good level of initial knowledge about increasing immunity in the face of COVID-19 (68.4%) and a sufficient level of perception of the new normal (49.1%) before attending online seminars. The bivariate data analysis shows that there is a significant increase in knowledge about increasing immunity in the face of COVID-19 in the new normal before and after attending an online seminar with a p-value = 0.000 (p-value <0.05). Online seminars are the right way to promote health in increasing knowledge about immunity to deal with COVID-19 and perceptions of the new normal in ordinary people.

Pregnancy is time when a person experiences many changes, both physically and psychologically, making them more vulnerable to stress. This case happens because pregnant women experience hormonal changes that affect psychological and physical conditions during the pregnancy process. This study aims to determine the effect of group therapy using supportive techniques coupled with the provision of information needed to reduce anxiety in pregnant women. The data collection methods used in this study were observation, interviews, Focused Group Discussion (FGD), as well as pre-test and post-test using the Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI). The research design using quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test without control, the sample in the study consisted of 7 pregnant women who had mild to severe anxiety levels. The results of data analysis using non-parametric test with the Wilcoxon test showed a value of z = 2.731 and a value of p = 0.018 (p <0.05). The results showed a significant decrease in anxiety scores before and after following the group therapy process. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an effect of supportive group therapy on pregnant women at the Srandakan Public Health Center.

Stunting adalah kondisi gagal tumbuh pada anak balita akibat kekurangan gizi kronis terutama pada 1.000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan (HPK). Provinsi Aceh merupakan penyumbang stunting cukup tinggi yaitu 40,3 %. (Riskesdas, 2018).  Pada Tahun 2018 Angka Stunting di wilayah kerja Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Aceh Barat sangat tinggi sebesar 43.2%. Penurunan stunting ditetapkan sebagai program prioritas nasional yang harus dimasukkan ke dalam Rencana Kerja Pemerintah (RKP). Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk membentuk dan mengintervensi Kelompok Preventif (KP) stunting yang terdiri dari 16 kader kesehatan kecamatan Meureubo dalam mencegah kejadian stunting pada 1000 HPK. Metode pengabdian melalui 3 pendekatan yaitu pembentukan, pelaksanaan, monitoring, pendampingan dan evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah edukasi oleh KP stunting dengan hasil uji statistic diperoleh nilai P-Value = 0,00. 85% kader telah mampu melakukan pengukuran antroprometri dengan tepat, dan 90% kader KP stunting mampu menjadi konselor dan motivator bagi khalayak sasaran KP stunting yang terdiri dari pasangan usia subur, ibu hamil dan ibu menyusui. Oleh karena itu, dinas kesehatan diharapakan terus memberikan dukungan kepada para kader KP stunting sehingga mampu menekan angka stunting. Kata kunci: Kelompok Preventif (KP), Stunting, Pasangan usia subur, Ibu hamil, Ibu menyusui ABSTRACT Stunting is a thrive failure condition of under five children due to chronic malnutrition problem, especially in 1,000 Days of Life (HPK). The province of Aceh was a high contributor to stunting, which was 40.3% (Riskesdas, 2018). Specifically, In 2018, Stunting Rate was 43.2% in working area of ​​the West Aceh District Health Office. It is classified as the higher number among the years. Therefore, Stunting reduction is determined as a national priority program that must be included in the Government Work Plan (RKP). The purpose of this program is to create and intervene the stunting Preventive Group (KP) consisting of 16 cadres of Meureubo sub-district in preventing the occurrence of stunting at 1000 Days of Life (HPK). The method used through 3 approaches, namely the formation, implementation, monitoring, assistance and evaluation. The result of program showed that there is a significant development of stunting preventive groups’ knowledge before and after education proven by pre-test and post-test score. 85% of cadres were able to take anthroprometry measurements correctly, and 90% of KP stunting cadres were able to be counselors and motivators for target audiences consisting of couples of childbearing age, pregnant women and nursing mothers. Therefore, the health department is expected to sustainably support stunting Preventive Group (KP stunting) so that the rate of stunting can be decreased comprehensively. Introduction: Increasing age in pre-senile, causes a deterioration abilities and physical changes, including the cardiovascular system. Blood vessels lose their elasticity thus be increased peripheral vascular resistance that results in hypertension. This study aims to gain an idea of the effect on the ability of pre-senile people’s psychoeducation in the management of hypertension. Method: Quasi-experimental, the pre-post test with control group design, psychoeducation intervention with a sample size of 72 people . Result: The results showed signifi cant difference of pre-aged knowledge and behavior before and after getting psychoeducation intervention in the intervention group (p-value = 0.000 knowledge, and behaviors = 0.000) . Whereas in the control group there was no difference in knowledge (p-value = 0.896), but there are signifi cant differences in behavior of pre-senile people (p-value = 0.049). There are differences in knowledge and behavior after they were given psychoeducation intervention (post-test ) in the intervention group and the control group (p-value = 0.001 knowledge , behavior=0.018). Discussion: Psychoeducation had effect on the ability of pre-senile in the management of hypertension, so this program can be applied to groups of Posbindu for pre-senile people throughout the areas of the city of Bogor.Key words: psychoeducation, skills, pre-senile, hypertension

Background : Anemia in pregnancy is currently a global problem in Indonesia because it can cause maternal death. The role of iron is very important for pregnant women and fetuses. The risk of anemia in pregnant women can cause postpartum bleeding, prolonged labor and infection during the puerperium. Disorders of fetal development can also be caused by iron deficiency. The importance of efforts to reduce the problem of anemia in pregnant women can be pharmacologically and non pharmacologically. Non-pharmacological treatment can be know as complementary or alternative therapy by  giving seaweed and honey  drinks. Consumption of foods containing Fe such as seaweed and consumption of food containing Fe absorption aids (Fe enhancers) containing vitamin C can increase hemoglobin levels in pregnant women.  Purpose: to determine the effectiveness of seaweed (Eucheuma Spinosum) and honey drinks on increasing haemoglobin levels in pregnant women.Methods : The research using a quasi-experimental research method with one group pre test-post test design. The sampling technique used was the non-probability sampling technique of "purposive sampling" with a sample of 30 pregnant women who were given 100 grams of seaweed drink and 25 grams of honey a day for 10 days.Results :  The results showed that there was a change in the mean before being given treatment (Pre test) of 10.4 gr/dl after being given an intervention (post test) of 11.4 gr/dl. Hemoglobin levels after treatment increased on average by 1 g/dl with p-value (0.001) (P <0.05).Conclusion : consuming seaweed and honey drinks has an effect on increasing hemoglobin levels in pregnant women. Keywords:  Haemoglobin, Seaweed , Honey ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Anemia pada kehamilan saat ini menjadi masalah global di Indonesia karena dapat mengakibatkan kematian pada ibu. Peranan zat besi sangatlah penting bagi ibu hamil dan janin. Resiko anemia pada ibu hamil dapat menyebabkan terjadinya perdarahan pasca salin, persalinan lama dan  infeksi pada masa nifas. Gangguan pada perkembangan janin dapat disebabkan juga karena kekurangan zat besi. Pentingnya dilakukan upaya mengurangi masalah anemia pada ibu hamil dapat secara farmakologi dan non farmakologi. Penanganan secara non farmakologi dapat kita kenal dengan therapi komplementer atau alternatif dengan pemberian minuman rumput laut dan madu. Konsumsi makanan yang mengandung Fe seperti rumput laut dan konsumsi  makanan  yang mengandung  zat pembantu penyerapan Fe (enhancer Fe)  yang mengandung vitamin C dapat meningkatkan kadar haemoglobin pada ibu hamil.Tujuan: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas minuman rumput laut (Eucheuma Spinosum) dan madu terhadap peningkatan kadar haemoglobin pada ibu hamil.Metode : penelitian ini menggunakan quasy experiment dengan one group pretest-post test design. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan teknik Nonprobability sampling jenis “Purposive sampling” dengan jumlah sampel 30 orang ibu hamil yang diberikan minuman rumput laut 100 gr dan 25 gr sehari madu selama 10 hari.Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perubahan mean sebelum diberikan perlakuan (Pre test) 10,4 gr/dl setelah di berikan intervensi (post test) 11,4 gr/dl. kadar haemoglobin setelah perlakuan  rata-rata meningkat sebesar 1 gr/dl dengan p-value (0,001) (P <0,05).  Kesimpulan : mengkonsumsi minuman  rumput laut dan madu memiliki pengaruh terhadap peningkatan kadar haemoglobin pada ibu hamil. Kata kunci: Haemoglobin, rumput laut, madu
