To evaluate Islamic Bank for business continuity is usually measured by the Risk-Based Bank Rating (RBBR), But Islamic Bank as Islamic Business entities also need to be measured in terms of the Islamicity Performance. This study aims to analyze the comparison of Risk-Based bank Rating and Islamicity Performance of 11 Indonesian Islamic Banks and 11 Malaysian Islamic Banks. The Data collection in this research was done by collecting all the annual reports of Banks that has been created as sample over the period 2013-2018. The test result of the independent Samples T-test and Mann-Whitney Test show that there were no differences of Islamic Banks in Indonesia and Malaysia as seen from the aspect of FDR, ROA, CAR, and ZPR. While there were differences of Banks Health level and Islamicity Performance as seen from Earning (ROE) and Zakat Performance (ZPR) aspects.Keywords: Bank Helath Level, Risk-Based Bank Rating, Islamicity Performance, Syariah Banking

This study aims to compare and see the differences between foreign Islamic bank and non-foreign Islamic bank using method RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital). This study examines the comparison in business and social performance of four foreign Islamic banks and six non-foreign Islamic banks. The collection of data in this study was done by collecting all the annual reports of banks that has been created as a sample over the period 2011-2015.The test result of the Independent Samples T-test and Mann Whitney Test showed there was no differences in the business performance of foreign Islamic banks exchange with Non-foreign Islamic Bank exchange as seen from the aspect of Risk profile (FDR), GCG, and Earnings (ROA). The study is based on a total number of seven full-fledged listed Islamic Banks operating in Bangladesh. Secondary sources of data are used in this research. Data were collected from the Website of Bangladesh Bank and studying relevant literatures. This paper examines whether there is any differences of profit rate on deposits among different Islamic Banks. It also aims at finding whether there is any relationship between inflation and profit rate on deposits. Analyses have been done for two types of deposits accounts called Mudaraba Term Deposits Account and Mudaraba Savings Account. The results of the study reveal that, in case of Term Deposits the highest mean return is 11.06458% as offered by the First Security Islamic Bank Ltd. and the lowest mean return of 8.687500% is offered by Export Import Bank of Bangladesh Ltd. while in case of Mudaraba Savings Deposits the highest mean return of 6.583333% is offered by the First Security Islamic Bank Ltd. and the lowest mean return of 4.330417% is offered by Al Arafah Islami Bank Ltd. during the studied period. One sample t-test has been applied to find whether there is any significant difference in profit rate in different months and the study unfolds that the profit rate differs significantly in all the banks from month to month. The findings of Paired Sample t-test suggests that there is a significant difference in mean return between the Islamic banks in both of the Mudaraba Term Deposits and Mudaraba Savings Accounts in all the cases except for two pairs as the return on savings deposit does not significantly differ between Al Arafah Islami Bank Ltd. and Social Islami Bank Limited while it does not differ significantly between Social Islami Bank Limited and Islami Bank Bangladesh Ltd. in case of Mudaraba Term Deposits. Finally, the relationship between inflation and rate of profit is found insignificant in case of Mudaraba Saving Deposits while significant relationship has been discovered between Mudaraba Term Deposits and rate of inflation.IIUC Studies Vol.10 & 11 December 2014: 81-98

This study aims to determine the effect of profit sharing growth, liquidity growth, gross domestic product (GDP) growth, of mudharabah saving growth in general islamic banks. The variables studied are the influence of profit sharing rate, liquidity growth, gross domestic product (GDP) growth as independent variable and mudharabah saving growth as dependent variable. The population in this study are sharia islamic banks registered in Bank Indonesia (BI) and the amount of gross domestic productquarter-year period 2012-2016.The result of hypothesis testing (t test) shows that the profit sharing growth and gross domestic product partially has significant effect to mudharabah saving growth. Then the test result of liquidity growth partially has no effect and not significant to mudharabah saving growth. The results of simultaneous hypothesis test (test F), show that all independent variabels in this study has significant effect to mudharabah saving growth.

Aim of the research is to find out the Psychological adjustment among joint and nuclear families people willing to take divorce, both groups have 160 peoples. In one group has 90 joint and another group has 70 nuclear families people. The all subjects were simple randomly selected. Data were collected from Anand district. Scale was use for data collection is personal datasheet and Psychological adjustment Scale was developed by Bell (1905) and Gujarati-translated by Bhatt, (1994) was used. Data were analysis by ‘t’ test. Result show, There is no significant mean difference of psychological adjustment between joint and nuclear families people. There is no significant mean difference of the Psychological adjustment between low and high age people. There is no significant mean difference of the Psychological adjustment between low, medium and high total monthly incomes people.

Aim of the research is to find out the Work value among married and unmarried person’s. So investigator selected two groups one is married and other is unmarried persons, both groups have 200 persons. In one group has 113 married and other one groups has 87 unmarried persons. The all subjects were randomly selected. Data were collected from Ahmadabad district. Scale was use for data collection is personal datasheet and Work value scale developed by super (1970) and this scale was translated into Gujarati by Jalawadiya (2002), and data were analysis by ‘t’ test. Result show, There is no significant mean difference of Work value between married and unmarried persons. There is no significant difference of the Work value of joint and nuclear families. The high income persons work value is better than the low incomes.

The act of accuracy and prudence is very important in the company because is the factor that determines the sustainability of companies such as banking. This study aims to analyze the effect of Shariah Complaints towards the profitability of Islamic Banks in Indonesia. This research is quantitative using documentation method and library study in data collection. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with the criteria of Islamic commercial banks that publish annual-reports from 2013 to 2017 from 13 Islamic commercial banks (BUS) in Indonesia. The results of this study show that the Funding and Investment, Products and Services, Employees, Community or Social, Environmental, Corporate Governance simultaneously does not have influence significantly the ROE variable, but it does significantly influence ROA. This means that the wider the Islamic social reporting of Islamic banking, the greater the profitability of Islamic banking. In addition, high profitability will encourage managers to provide more detailed information, because they want to convince investors of company profits and its compensation for management.

The research aims to empirically examine the effect of Employee Conflict through the workplace of Islamic spirituality and Analyze Employee performance at Islamic Banks. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The total sample of 36 employees at the Islamic Bank in Indonesia. Data analysis techniques using linear regression and path path. The results showed that the Spiritual Workplace influenced the conflict of Islamic Bank employees. Conflict affects the performance of Islamic Bank employees. Spiritual Islamic Workplace affects the performance of Islamic Bank employees. Indirectly employee conflict through Islamic Workplace employees has a significant effect on the performance of Islamic Bank employees. The results of the study are expected to be an input for managers to reduce conflicts in the company with Islamic spirituality workplaces

This study aims to examine the compliance of AAOIFI sharia accounting standards disclosures in Islamic Banks in Indonesia and Malaysia in 2017 and 2018. This study measures compliance by looking at three Islamic banks' products in Islamic, mudaraba, and musharaka. Data was collected from the annual report of 12 Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia and 15 Islamic commercial banks in Malaysia for 2017 and 2018. The data collection method in this study is the documentation study. Analysis of the data used is descriptive statistics. This study found that the disclosure of Islamic banks related to murabahah, mudharabah and musyarakah is still relatively low. There was no difference in compliance levels between the two countries during the periods of 2107 and 2018. Among the three Islamic bank products, murabaha has the highest mean. In addition, Islamic banks in Indonesia as a whole have a higher level of disclosure than Islamic banks in Malaysia.

Based on the pre-test results of students’ sickle kick ability of pencak silat extracurriculer at Sma Negeri 15 Luwu is still relatively low, this study aims to determine the effect of the use of paired exercises in improving sickle kick capability. This study used OneGroup Pre-test - Post-test Design design with a sample number of 15 people. Data collection using a grid of performance measurement instruments skills, as well as dataanalyzed with the help of SPSS 25. Results research shows that paired exercises have an influence on sickle kick capability, this can be seen from the average post-test result of 80.2667 higher than the average pre-test result of 66.4667. And 16,307 t test and ttabel value of 2,145. As such Ha accepted and H0 rejected. This means there is a significant influence of paired exercises toward the students’ ability of sickle kickin the pencak silat extracurriculer at Sma Negeri 15 Luwu.
