This study aims to determine the financial management of Muslim families in the District Puger Jember. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach, this research is descriptive qualitative research with case study method where the research concentrates intensively on a particular object studied as a case, domain, data collection using interview, and observation. using analytical techniques Types of cultural themes. The unit of analysis in this research is income management, need management, dream and desire management, surplus and deficit management, and contingency management. Result obtained from this research, Fisherman Income Management is fisherman and non fisherman. Expenditures become: food expenditure, capital, and education spending. This expenditure is in accordance with what the fishermen want is to increase their productivity and their children to school. Allocation to surpluses, fishermen prefer to invest in gold and savings jewelry and as a contingency fund. In the deficit allocation, fishermen use strategies by reducing expenditure, increasing income, or owing.Keywords: management,finance, financial management, family finance

ABSTRAK Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen humas radio Rama FM Bandung dalam meningkatkan pemasang iklan dari mulai tahapan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan sampai dengan pengawasan, metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk mengetahui karakteristik  dengan cara berinteraksi secara langsung dan mendalam mengenai sebuah program dan ringkasan yang digambarkan pada konteks di atas mendasari untuk menggali dan mendeskripsikan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dijalankan oleh radio Rama FM Bandung dalam meningkatkan pemasang iklan. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualittaif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kegiatan manajemen humas radio Rama FM Bandung dalam meningkatkan pemasang iklan dimulai pada tahapan pertama yaitu perencanaan pembuatan proposal, inovasi program, pengemasan iklan dan penyampaian iklan. Tahapan kedua yaitu pengorganisasian dengan komunikasi, membentuk team, pertimbangan tugas, dan persetujuan dari pimpinan. Tahapan ketiga yaitu pelaksanaan sesuai tugas, presentasi, pelaksanaan tugas sesuai susunan, pelaksanaan kegiatan. Tahap keempat yaitu pengawasan koordinasi, kinerja team yang bertugas, program yang berlangsung, dan pengawasan proses sebagai bahan evaluasi. Kata Kunci : Manajemen Humas; Meningkatkan; Pemasang Iklan. ABSTRACT This writing aims to determine radio public relations management Rama FM Bandung in increasing advertisers from the stages of planning, organizing, implementation to supervision, this research method uses a case study method to determine the characteristics by interacting directly and deeply about a case and summary illustrated in the above context underlying to explore and describe the activities carried out by radio Rama FM Bandung in improving advertisers. The analysis of this study uses descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the radio public relations management activities of Rama FM Bandung in increasing advertisers began in the first stage, namely the planning of making proposals, program innovation, packaging of advertisements and delivery of advertisements. The second stage is organizing with communication, forming teams, considering assignments, and approval from the leadership. The third stage is the implementation of tasks, presentations, implementation of tasks according to the arrangement, implementation of activities. The fourth stage is monitoring coordination, the performance of the team in charge, the ongoing program, and monitoring the process as an evaluation material. The main problems for vegetable farmers are low technology and intensive use of pesticide, therefore farmers cannot produce vegetables with good quality continually. By applying agribusiness partnership it is expected the farmers would be able to overcome the limitation of technology and capital for small farmers attainment a good quality of vegetables, and problem of marketing. This study was aimed to analyze benefit involvement of farmers in agribusiness partnership. Collective case study method was used in five agribusiness companies and one co-operation which applying partnership of agribusiness in West Java: i.e. Bogor, Cianjur, Bandung, and Garut. The population are farmers around company and co-operation, the unit of analysis is farmers household counted of the 285 farmers. Involvement of farmers in partnership has effect on the improvement of farmers income, the use of technology (production and handling), appropriate pesticide use use, labor absorption, and capital usage. Involvement of farmers in partnership also has effect on continuity of farmers business.

One of the problems that appear in village financial management is the issue of its implementation in the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget. The implementation is not in accordance with the provisions of Permendagri 113 of 2014 concerning village financial management due to the lack of common understanding, views, and commitments from village financial organizers. The purpose of this study was to determine the reality of the implementation of financial management of the village of Dauh Peken in Tabanan District, Tabanan Regency based on Permendagri 113 of 2014 on village financial management. The research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, research data obtained through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. This study was analyzed using the Case Study method. The results of the study indicate that the Dauh Peken Village has not fully complied with the provisions of the regulation in financial management during the implementation of the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget. This requires synergy between the district and sub-district governments in terms of assistance and supervision of village finance providers.   Keywords: Village finance, regulations, village finance providers.

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the vilages financial management system based on the aspects of planning, implementation, administration, reporting to village financial accountability according to applicable regulations to determine the supporting and obstacles factor in the village financial management.This study taken place at 5 village that is Batuanten, Cipete, Karanglo, Karangtengah, and Pernasidi villege in sub-distric Cilongok, distric Banyumas, West Java Province. This study can be categorized as descriptive qualitative research using case study method. Deep interview and direct observation on village financial management activities are used on this study.  The reruslt are showed that generaly village financial management on  Cilongok sub-district is good enough, but there is still room on improvement  in  administration,  reporting, and accountability phase. The support from Cilongkok sub-district team, Banyumas district government assist and the performance of village financial management are the supporting factor in good village financial management at Cilongok sub-district. While the limitations of human resource, inadequate of information system, and the incomplete of village financial management regulations are the obstacle factor. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis mekanisme pengelolaan keuangan desa dari aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penatausahaan, pelaporan sampai dengan pertanggungjawaban keuangan desa sesuai regulasi yang berlaku, sehingga dapat diketahui faktor pendukung dan hambatan dalam pengelolaan keuangan desa. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 5 (lima) desa di Kecamatan Cilongok, Kabupaten Banyumas, Provinsi Jawa Tengah yaitu Desa Batuanten, Desa Cipete, Desa Karanglo, Desa Karangtengah, dan Desa Pernasidi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer, yang dilakukan dengan wawancara secara mendalam dan observasi langsung pada kegiatan pengelolaan keuangan desa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum pengelolaan keuangan desa pada Kecamatan Cilongok sudah cukup baik, meskipun masih terdapat kekurangan terutama pada tahap penatausahaan, pelaporan, dan pertanggungjawaban. Faktor pendukung terciptanya pengelolaan keuangan desa yang baik pada Kecamatan Cilongok antara lain: dukungan tim dari Kecamatan Cilongok, dukungan dari Pemerintah Kabupaten Banyumas, dan kinerja pengelola keuangan desa. Sedangkan faktor yang menghambat pengelolaan keuangan desa pada Kecamatan Cilongok antara lain: keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, sistem informasi yang belum memadai, dan regulasi terkait pengelolaan keuangan desa yang belum lengkap. This study aims to understand the practice of government financial accountability in Kludan Village, Tanggulangin District, Sidoarjo Regency. Village finances are very interesting to study, because of the large amounts of funds released by the centre for the development and welfare of communities in the village. This study uses two forms of public accountability, namely vertical accountability and horizontal accountability. The use of these two forms of accountability is expected to be able to dig deep information for the village government. This study uses an interpretive paradigm with a case study method. The data used are primary data, obtained from interviews with informants and secondary data obtained from documentation owned by the village government. Village culture is also a tool used by researchers in making decisions when observing research carried out. This is because village culture also influences the way the community and village government think about making decisions. The results showed that the village financial accountability vertically and horizontally had been carried out in accordance with the rules of government on 113 of 2014. This was evidenced by the implementation which was carried out in a transparent, accountable, participatory as well as orderly and budgetary discipline. However, there is still a lack of mastery by village officials regarding the recording of accountability reports. The village government tends to have less accountability. This will have an impact on the level of trust of the village community and the welfare of the village environment.

This article aims to strike a balance between online games that have some negative impacts and offline games (which are paired with the term sports or games) in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study because the source of the data is from the uti-utian of the Angkola tribe which originates from a written document titled "Adat budaya Batak Angkola menelusuri perjalanan masa". The results revealed three categories of uti-utian namely: children's games, dexterity, and the device to block. Cultural themes resulting from these three categories include: being able to practice fitness, agility, positive social interactions (cooperation, honesty, sportsmanship, solidarity, solidarity, tolerance, patience, agility, being smart in looking for opportunities, clever in finding solutions), learning to appreciate victory, tolerant defeat, clear-minded, and the most important thing is to be happy in life. Thus, this study can still be developed in further research by deepening the comparison of the types of online games that continue to develop which are equivalent to the types of offline games based on deeper arguments.

Inequality is one of the problems in Indonesia that cannot be immediately resolved. This condition is exacerbated by the lifestyle of the people who tend to be consumerism, control of the economic sector which is only centered on a group of people and the limitations of the state in realizing its obligations as mandated in the 1945 Constitution. So an institution is needed to help accelerate government programs in alleviating vulnerable groups through programs such as empowerment. and economic assistance. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study method at the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) in Mojokerto Regency. How to collect data using interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on this research, it was found that in protecting Vulnerable Groups the efforts made by BAZNAS Mojokerto Regency have so far been good, proven by the criteria for receiving BAZNAS assistance such as KKM, Mustahiq Consumptive, Mustahiq Criterion B, Mustahiq Criterion A. Meanwhile, in reducing gaps in the region Mojokerto BAZNAS Regency cannot be said to be able to reduce the current gap.

This research aims at determining the competence of Nazhir on its efforts to manage cash waqf to empower productive society. Analysis technic done on this study is descriptive qualitative with case study method where this research is done by doing direct observation, taking documentation and all the data provided, and interviewing all the related parties to this matter, so that the data gained are able to answer all the research questions. The result of this research show that Indonesian Waqf Board has done its duty in accordance with the Regulation no 41 year 2004 to manage and develop cash waqf properly, it needs human resources which are reliable, professional, knowledgeable in economics, perseverance, and having strong commitment. Therefore, cash waqf institution has a really strategic role on creating a productive waqf in Indonesia, therefore a training is needed to the waqf managers (nazhirs), a continuous socialization from academicians, ulamas, sharia economics practicians, either from seminar, training, preaches, or mass media articles.Keywords: Baitul Mal Wat Tamwil, Financing Fund, Prosperity, SME, Maqasid shariah

This study aimed to analyze the compatibility between the implementation of gender mainstreaming is implemented by the Regional Regulation No. 7 Year 2011. This research was conducted at the Department of Financial Management and Asset (DPKAD) city of Tanjung Pinang. This research was conducted using the case study method. The results of this study shows the implementation of gender mainstreaming in the town of Tanjung Pinang. However, the gender mainstreaming only in activities carried out and is not accompanied by a budget allocation so that gender mainstreaming, not in accordance with Regional Regulation No. 7 Year 2011 on Gender mainstreaming is endorsed by the government.Keyword: implementation regulation, PUG and PPRG Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesesuaian antara penerapan pengarusutamaan gender yang dilaksanakan dengan Peraturan Daerah No. 7 Tahun 2011. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Departemen Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset (DPKAD) Kota Tanjung Pinang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan implementasi pengarusutamaan gender di kota Tanjung Pinang. Namun, pengarusutamaan gender hanya dalam kegiatan yang dilakukan dan tidak disertai dengan alokasi anggaran sehingga pengarusutamaan gender, tidak sesuai dengan Peraturan Daerah No. 7 Tahun 2011 tentang Pengarusutamaan Gender yang disahkan oleh pemerintah.Kata Kunci: peraturan pelaksanaan, PUG dan PPRG

The background of this research is the existence of unemployed and poverity phenomenon. This phenomenon encourages researchers to take research that discusses about productive zakat management of national zakat institution of Al-Azhar, through Rumah Gemilang Indonesia as the solution. This research uses qualitative approach with case study strategy. Data collection is done through interviewing techniques with related parties and the documents concerned. Analytical techniques carried out in this research is the technique of source triangulation and descriptive qualitative analysis techniques.The results of this study indicate that the national zakat institution of Al-Azhar recieves funds from the donors. They distributed the funds to Rumah Gemilang Indonesia as one of their programs, that aims to empower the dhuafas through six months training with no charge of tuition fee. So the dhuafas can be freed from unemployed and poverty problems.Keywords: productive zakat management, national zakat institution, empowerment, dhuafa
