Permasalahan lingkungan menjadi polemik bagi masyarakat. Ragam masalah lingkungan menjadikan masyarakat berpikir bagaimana mengatasi permasalahannya sehingga dapat menjaga kelangsungan alam. Satu diantara permasalahan lingkungan adalah peningkatan intensitas sampah dan pengelolaan sampah berbasis lingkungan. Adapun langkah konkret pengelolaan sampah dengan menggerakkan aktivitas 3R (reduce, reuse, dan recycle) melalui bank sampah. Artikel ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan aktivitas pengurus dan nasabah yang menerapkan aktivitas 3R yang mampu meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan masyarakat. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian. Tiga tahapan pengumpulan data dan analisis menghasilkan data jenuh mengenai aktivitas 3R di bank sampah gemilang. Hasil penelitian mendeskripsikan bahwa masyarakat mampu melakukan pemilahan dan pengolahan sampah dan mengubah pandangan masyarakat terhadap sampah yang dahulunya menjijikkan menjadi menjanjikan. Bagi masyarakat keberadaan bank sampah gemilang memberikan edukasi terhadap perilaku sadar lingkungan secara konsisten. Hal ini dikarenakan masyarakat sudah bisa memilih sampah rumah tangga sebelum dibuang ke Tempat Pembuangan Sementara (TPS) sampah.

The aim of this research is to reveal the efforts of preventing student delinquency through communication within the three education centers (school, family, and community). Three education center communication is a process of interaction performed by the educational stakeholders as a strategic effort to increase the role of schools, families and communities in educational management. The informants of this research were students, teachers, parents, and community leaders. Data were analyzed using interactive analysis which consisted of four stages, namely: data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing / verification. The results of the research show that the efforts include revitalizing the three education center communication systems pertaining to the role in delivering and receiving messages in the school, family, and community environment.

The Village

Realizing prosperity in the community needs to be supported by a good development management. In the governance system, it is necessary to have governance behaviour that is honest, open, responsible and democratic. In the community structure, a mechanism providing opportunities for the community in the decision-making process for public interests needs to be developed. This study discusses the role of the village head in empowering village communities. This study used a community-based approach so that the community knows in detail concerning the role of the village head in the Framework for the Implementation of Village Autonomy based on Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning Village. The results showed that village head must have a fair and wise attitude in carrying out his duties and obligations. Besides, the village head must give an easy access to the community in providing assistances. Yet, the most important thing is that, as a leader, the village head must be able to provide a good example for their subordinates so as to create maximum results and good community environment.�Mewujudkan kesejahteraan di masyarakat, perlu didukung oleh manajemen pembangunan yang baik. Dalam tatanan tata pemerintahan, perlu untuk memiliki perilaku tata kelola yang jujur, terbuka, bertanggung jawab dan demokratis, sementara dalam tatanan masyarakat suatu mekanisme perlu dikembangkan yang memberikan peluang bagi masyarakat dalam proses pengambilan keputusan untuk kepentingan bersama. studi ini membahas bagaimana peran kepala desa dalam memberdayakan masyarakat pedesaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kepada masyarakat sehingga masyarakat tahu lebih detail tentang Peran Kepala Desa dalam Kerangka Pelaksanaan Otonomi Desa Menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 6 tahun 2014 tentang Desa. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu dalam melaksanakan tugas dan kewajiban Kepala Desa mereka harus mempunyai tingkah laku yang adil, bijaksana dan tidak mempersulit dalam memberikan layanan kepada semua masyarakat. Namun yang lebih penting lagi bahwa sebagai seorang pemimpin harus bisa memberikan contoh untuk bawahan sehingga mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal dan terciptanya persatuan komunitas yang baik.

The title of the research is The Role of Parents in Shaping the Character of Children in the Globalization Era in Masigit Village, Citangkil Village, Cilegon City. In the current era of globalization, there are many influences, both positive and negative. This negative influence must be avoided because it can affect a person's habits, attitudes, and behavior. Character education is one of the important things that must be applied in the family environment. Parents must reflect good attitudes and habits in interacting in the family environment and in the community environment. This is important for fostering good attitudes and habits in children. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the role of parents in improving children's character in the era of globalization, Masigit Village, Citangkil Village, Cilegon City. What factors can influence the formation of children's character in the era of globalization, Masigit Village, Citangkil Village, Cilegon City. What efforts are made by parents in shaping children's character in the era of globalization in Masigit Village, Citangkil Village, Cilegon City. This study aims to determine the role of parents in shaping children's character in the era of globalization in Masigit Village, Citangkil Village, Cilegon City. The subjects of this study were 6 parents and 6 children in Masigit Village, Citangkil Village, Cilegon City. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data analysis in qualitative research is by doing data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of this study indicate that the role of parents in Masigit Village, Citangkil Village, Cilegon City has been good in shaping children's character in the era of globalization.

ABSTRACTGovernments are challenged by the need to ensure that ageing populations stay active and engaged as they age. Therefore, it is critical to investigate the role of mobility in older people's engagement in out-of-home activities, and to identify the experiences they have within their communities. This research investigates the use of transportation by older people and its implications for their out-of-home activities within suburban environments. The qualitative, mixed-method approach employs data collection methods which include a daily travel diary (including a questionnaire), Global Positioning System (GPS) tracking and semi-structured interviews with older people living in suburban environments in Brisbane, Australia. Results show that older people are mobile throughout the city, and their car provides them with that opportunity to access desired destinations. This ability to drive allows older people to live independently and to assist others who do not drive, particularly where transport alternatives are not as accessible. The ability to transport goods and other people is a significant advantage of the private car over other transport options. People with no access to private transportation who live in low-density environments are disadvantaged when it comes to participation within the community. Further research is needed to better understand the relationship between transportation and participation within the community environment, to assist policy makers and city and transportation planners to develop strategies for age-friendly environments within the community.

In the current era of globalization, the importance of preserving the values contained in a culture must be done so as not to disappear along with the increasingly modern era and has been replaced with western culture. That is where the important role of parents is to introduce the culture inherited by previous people. Not only to preserve the local culture. The purpose of this study is that the culture of Tetesan and Taraban is maintained in the community environment. Data collection methods used are data collection, interviews and observations. The results of this research have religious and social values in the Taraban and Tetesan culture, not many people still preserve it. But in that culture there are benefits and good goals for future generations. Like the Tetesan culture which aims to mark a girl who has reached adulthood. For Taraban culture itself has a goal that girls who have entered the age of baligh, have an aura that can radiate when they are adults later with various expectations with the offerings that have been provided.

In the past until the 1990s in Sungai Liuk mamak had the obligation to carry out a ceremony when the niece of the first daughter of her sister married, named mulo cucu ayae ceremony. But nowadays that role of mamak in the implementation of mulo cucu ayae ceremony has undergone a change. The approach used in this research is a qualitative. The selection of inforants were done by porposive sampling, and thedata were analyzed by the techniques of Milen and Hubermes. Theresults indicate that the role of mamak in the mulo cucu ayae ceremony has undergone a change of role. The role is replaced by father of orang sumando. This research is motivated to find out the influence of mass media on students' political awareness. The role of mass media in the era of globalization provides a very large role in providing information to students, especially as a voter beginner or 17 years old. Through the media, information about politics is widely spread quickly and widely. The role of PPKn teachers in dealing with the influence of the mass media is the existence of political education provided to students in PPKn subjects. The results showed that at SMK Negeri 1 Cianjur the influence of the mass media on political awareness of students was very large. Technology has a very important role in this case social media, print media and electronic media which contains a lot of information and the role of PPKn teachers as educators in providing understanding to students so that they use mass media more wisely and aim so that the knowledge obtained can be used in community environment, in order to increase student participation, especially in any political activities. Thus, the influence of mass media can significantly increase political awareness (political awareness) of students and be democratic (democratic attitude).Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi untuk mengetahui pengaruh media massa terhadap kesadaran berpolitik siswa. Peran media massa di era globalisasi memberikan peran yang sangat besar dalam memberikan informasi kepada siswa khususnya sebagai pemilih pemula atau berusia 17 tahun. Melalui media, informasi mengenai politik banyak tersebar secara cepat dan meluas. Peran guru PPKn dalam menghadapi pengaruh media massa yaitu dengan adanya pendidikan politik yang diberikan kepada siswa dalam mata pelajaran PPKn. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di SMK Negeri 1 Cianjur pengaruh media massa terhadap kesadaran berpolitik siswa sangat besar. Teknologi memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam hal ini media sosial, media cetak dan media elektronik yang di dalamnya banyak memuat informasi dan peran guru PPKn sebagai pendidik dalam memberikan pemahaman kepada siswa sehingga memanfaatkan media massa dengan lebih bijaksana dan bertujuan agar pengetahuan yang diperoleh dapat digunakan dalam lingkungan masyarakat, guna meningkatkan partisipasi siswa khususnya dalam setiap kegiatan-kegiatan politik. Cases of STI (Sexually Transmitted Infections) and HIV / AIDS are quite common among adolescents. Various types of STIs and HIV / AIDS are very influential on a person's health level in general and reproductive health conditions in particular because in general, various STI and HIV / AIDS infections are directly related to the human reproductive system. Even HIV / AIDS can have an impact on death. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to knowledge of HIV / AIDS in adolescents. This research is an analytical survey research in which the research will be conducted is a research using cross sectional research method (cross-cutting) because in this study the independent and dependent variables will be observed at the same time. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the distribution of adolescent knowledge about HIV / AIDS at SMK Gema Gawita Tangerang in 2019, namely Not Good as many as 54 respondents (58.7%) and Good as many as 38 respondents (41.3%). The distribution of adolescent knowledge about HIV / AIDS based on gender was 46 respondents (50%) and 46 respondents (50%), based on The role of parents were 60 respondents (65.2%) and 32 respondents (34.8%) had a role. %), based on the Attitude of students who have negative Attitude as many as 45 respondents (48.9%) and positive ones as many as 47 respondents (51.1%), based on the environment where there are as many as 24 respondents (26.1%) and those who support 68 respondents (73.9%), based on Information Technology, there were 31 respondents (33.7%) and 61 respondents (66.3%) made use of it.

Limited ability of society both economically and managing space cause slum condition in Tambakrejo Urban Village. In the year 2015-2017 then done slum arrangement, but not yet reached livable settlement as environment condition which still not support based on condition and perception of society. Many found garbage that pollute the community environment. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of settlement arrangement to reach livable settlement in Tambakrejo Urban Village Semarang. The research method used in the form of quantitative approach, with descriptive analysis tool, likert scale and simple linear regression. Based on the research, founds that slum regulation in Tambakrejo Village has not reached livable, from 3 components that must be realized it only affect 2 aspects that is physical and social, while the economic aspect is still not influenced by the arrangement. Furthermore, people's assessment of 17 criteria of human settlement as convenience parameters, obtained 6 criteria influenced, among others, ease of access, satisfaction of infrastructure, infrastructure support activities, small home improvement costs, the role of socializing institutions, and guaranteed cooperation of government, private, and community.
