Validitas dan kepraktisan suatu produk merupakan bagian terpenting dari penelitian pengembangan, terlebih karena kajian yang dibawa bersentuhan dengan kearifan lokal sehingga penting untuk dilakukan. Penelitian ini merupakan R&D (Research & Development). Tujuan penelitian yakni untuk mengetahui validitas dan kepraktisan modul pembelajaran kimia yang dikembangkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni penelitian pengembangan dengan model Plomp. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yakni angket (lembar validasi dan kepraktisan produk). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yakni Descriptive Statistics Approach. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan modul dinyatakan valid (3,45) dan kepraktisan ditunjukkan dari kemampuan guru mengelola pembelajaran dengan rata-rata 92,89 pada kriteria “sangat tinggi”, serta rata-rata angket respon siswa sebesar 39,90 pada kategori “baik”. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa modul ajar yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi kriteri sehingga produk ini dinyatakan layak untuk diimplementasi pada pembelajaran kimia. Kesimpulannya bahwa, modul kimia berbasis lahan basah dengan teknologi Augmented Reality (AR)-Sparkol bisa menjadi media pembelajaran kimia yang inovatif agar siswa memahami materi kimia secara nyata, efektif, dan ilmiah. The validity and practicality are the most important part of development research, mainly because the studies carried out are in contact with local wisdom, so it is essential to do this. This research is R&D (Research & Development). The purpose of the study was to determine the validity and practicality of the chemistry learning module developed. The research method used is development research with the Plomp model. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire (validation sheet and product practicality). The data analysis technique used is the Descriptive Statistics Approach. The results showed that the module development was declared valid (3.45), and practicality was shown from the teacher's ability to manage learning with an average of 92.89 on the "very high" criteria and the average student questionnaire response was 39.90 in the "good" category. " These results indicate that the developed teaching module has met the criteria so that this product is declared feasible to be implemented in chemistry learning. The conclusion is that the wetland-based chemistry module with Augmented Reality (AR)-Sparkol technology can be innovative chemistry learning media to understand chemistry in a real, effective, and scientific way.

<p><strong>Abstract:</strong> This study aims to develop a picture story book based on Augmented Reality (AR) application. The sample in this study were experts who assessed the validity and practicality of the media. This study use a Research and Development approach with the Borg &amp; Gall model. This study used to purposive random sampling technique. The data in this study were collected with questionnaire techniques. The data analysis technique used to descriptive statistics. The results showed that the learning media in the form of Augmented Reality-based picture story books were declared valid and practical to used in mathematics learning. So, this learning media can be used to accommodate Z generation students in mathematics learning.</p><strong>Abstrak:</strong><em> </em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan buku cerita bergambar dengan bantuan aplikasi <em>Augmented Reality</em>. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu ahli penilai kelayakan dan kepraktisan media. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development dengan model Borg &amp; Gall. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling purpossive random sampling. Data pada penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan teknik angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran berupa buku cerita bergambar berbasis <em>Augmented Reality</em> dinyatakan layak dan praktis untuk digunakan pada pembelajaran matematika. Dengan demikian, media pembelajaran ini dapat digunakan untuk mengakomodasi siswa generasi Z pada pembelajaran matematika.

Improving fine motor skills through billon science games in group B Al Munawaroh kindergarten Banjarsari.  This research is motivated by the results of observations and experiences of researchers that the ability of fine motor skills in children in group B Al Munawaroh kindergarten Banjarsari is still low.  With the limitations of the existing media in schools, monotonous learning activities, and the lack of stimulus carried out because institutions prioritize calistung for their students, in increasing fine motor skills becomes less than the maximum.  This study uses a single case experimental method with four children aged five to six years, two male sex and two female sex who are involved in fine motor skills research through billon science games.  The data collection technique used observation sheets, and documentation, while the data analysis technique used descriptive statistics.  The conclusion of this research is the application of billon science games to improve fine motor skills in group B TK Al Munawaroh Banjarsari.  The ability of fine motor skills of children before given intervention has not yet developed (BB), in intervention 1 begins to develop (MB), and intervention 2 develops as expected (BSH).  From this description it can be concluded that the application of billon science games can improve fine motor skills in group B TK Al Munawaroh Banjarsari.  Based on the conclusions of the results of this study, it is suggested: for kindergartens to be able to provide billon science games and various media that are more interesting to facilitate the improvement of fine motor skills of students, parents should be able to provide stimulus to children making games that facilitate the development of fine motor skills  child. Peningkatan keterampilan motorik halus melalui permainan sains billon pada kelompok B TK Al Munawaroh Banjarsari. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi hasil pengamatan dan pengalaman peneliti bahwa kemampuan motorik halus pada anak kelompok B TK Al Munawaroh Banjarsari masih rendah. Dengan keterbatasan media yang ada di sekolah, kegiatan pembelajaran yang monoton, serta kurangnya stimulus yang dilakukan karena lembaga lebih mengutamakan calistung untuk peserta didiknya, dalam peningkatan keterampilan motorik halus menjadi kurang maksimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode single case experimental  dengan partisipan empat orang anak berusia lima sampai enam  tahun berjenis kelamin laki-laki dua orang dan berjenis kelamin perempuan dua orang yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian keterampilan motorik halus melalui permainan sains billon. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan untuk teknik analisi data menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini  adalan penerapan permainan sains billon untuk peningkatan keterampilan motorik halus pada kelompok B TK Al Munawaroh Banjarsari. Kemampuan keterampilan motorik halus anak sebelum diberi intervesi belum berkembang (BB), pada intervensi 1 mulai berkembang (MB), dan intervensi 2 berkembang sesuai harapan (BSH). Dari uraian tersebut dapat ditarik kesimpulan penerapan permainan sains billon dapat meningkatkan keterampilan motorik halus kelompok B TK Al Munawaroh Banjarsari. Berdasarkan kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini, disarankan : bagi lembaga TK lebih dapat menyediakan permainan sains billon dan berbagai media yang lebih menarik untuk memfasilitasi dalam peningkatan keterampilan motorik halus peserta didiknya, bagi orang tua sebaiknya dapat memberi stimulus pada anak membuat permainan yang memfasilitasi perkembangan keterampilan motorik halus anak.

The research objective is to foster student learning activities through the TIE (Translation, Interpretation, Extrapolation) method. The research method used was descriptive correlational method. The research sample consisted of 75 people. The data instrument was in the form of a Likert scale questionnaire which consisted of the aspects of translation, interpretation, and extrapolation. Data analysis technique used descriptive statistics, Product Moment correlation, chi square normality, and Anova. The result of the study showed that the average score for translation was 3,767 which was in the high category; the average score for interpretation was 4,075 categorized as very high; and the exploration average score was 4,065 categorized as very high. Overall, it was at an average of 3,969 which was in the high category. If the translation, interpretation, and extrapolation activities were carried out properly,it could build up to 99,3% of learning activities. In conlcusion, the TIE method is important to apply in independent learning activities because it can stimulate students' cognition and psychomotor to achieve better learning quality. In addition, it can present insightful and experienced students.

This study aims to describe the application of the jigsaw cooperative model with comic strip media to increase students' activity and chemistry learning outcomes. This research method used classroom action research, including four stages of implementation, namely: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects in this study were students of class X TKJ 3 SMK Negeri 4 Gowa with a total of 35 students. The research instrument used observation, tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The results of this study indicate that the mean score of students obtained after the first cycle was 5.9 which was at moderate intervals. Descriptively the results of this study also revealed that the results of learning chemistry class X TKJ3 SMK Negeri 4 Gowa who took the jigsaw cooperative learning type using comic strip media in cycle II was 7.3 which was at high intervals. In cycle I, there were no students who got very high scores and there were still students who had scores in the low category, namely around 28.5 or about 10 students. In Cycle II, students who scored in the very high category were around 14.3 and no students who scored in the low or very low category were found. In general, it can be said that there is an increase in student learning outcomes through the application of the jigsaw cooperative learning model at SMK Negeri 4 Gowa.

<p>Learning material development in form of electronic module with scientific is solution to optimize student’s scientific thinking process in students. This electronic module development model uses ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development and Implementation, Evaluation). Scientific approach to suports accounting e-module development is tested to students of grade X Accounting of SMK PGRI 2 Malang. Data type used is qualitative and quantitative. Test design used in scientific approach to suports e-module development is experimental. Data collection technique in this development uses polling. Research data analysis technique uses percentage descriptive technique, while qualitative data in form of critics and suggestion can directly make conclusion. The type of research is research and development (R&D).Data collection technique was carried out using interviews and questionnaires while the data analysis technique was carried out using descriptive statistics. This study aims to 1 find out the process of designing the development of teaching materials on writing free poetry of class 13 students of SMP Xaverius Tugumulyo, 2 to describe the teaching material of free class 13 class 13Tugumulyo SMP poetry, valid and effective. The method used Research and Development research and used model Dick and Carey. Interview data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis technique. The questionnaire value is used to determine the quantitative data. The design feasibility conclusion is included in the good kategoti, with the percentage of 80 percent. Results from validation of content or material feasibility are included in either category, with percentage of 80 percent. Last validation of language with good category, with percentage 74,28 percent. The validation results of the overall team of experts are categorized well, with the percentage of 78.33 percent. Practicality of teaching materials can be seen seen from the calculation of the validity of the instrument with the results of 0.98, with the category of validity is very high. The effectiveness of instructional materials and significant relationships can be seen from the calculations using SPSS 20, with a result of 0.0001. The conclusion of the research and development of teaching materials writing free poems that researchers have developed has been an alternative use in the process of teaching and learning. The purpose of this study was to find out the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum in Bekasi Elementary Schools. The method used in this study is the survey method. The sample in this study was a physical education teacher who taught at the Bekasi Elementary School amount of 30 people. The instrument used by the questionnaire of teaching indicators which include: (a) preparation factors, (b) application factors, and (c) evaluation factors. Data analysis technique were descriptive statistics by using the SPSS Version 23 program. The result showed that the 2013 curriculum implementation of physical education teachers is viewed from 3 factors which are as follows: (1) Preparation shows the very high result as many as 32.6%, while as many as 14.8% answered very low, 7.3% answered low, 16.3% answered moderate, and 29.1% answered high, (2) Application shows the high result as many as 35.1%, while as many as 16.4% answered very low, 14.1% answered low, 12.6% answered moderate, and 21.9% answered very high, (3) Evaluation shows the high result as many as 41.9%, while 7.6% answered very low, 7.6% answered low, 11% answered moderate, and 31.9% answered very high. So, the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in Physical Education subjects in Bekasi is already good in the preparation factor and needs improvement in application and the evaluation.

This study aims to design and develop learning media based on augmented reality on hydrocarbon material and its validity to determine the media's feasibility and increase students' multi-representation ability. This research is a type of development research using Design Research and Development (R&D). The product validity test phase was carried out by two material experts and three media experts. In addition, testing was carried out on the responses of the participating students. The implementation stage of learning was carried out by class X TKJ 2 SMK Gondang Pekalongan with a total of 32 students. The data analysis technique used a questionnaire instrument and the technical descriptive statistical analysis. The results of this study are: (1) the development of augmented reality-based learning media on hydrocarbon material in the form of an android application consisting of five main menus, namely basic competencies and indicators, materials, AR camera, practice questions, and the identity of the researcher, as well as seven molecular cards of the structure chemical compound molecules; (2) validity assessment by material experts with an average score of 85% in the "very valid" category and the validity assessment by media experts with an average score of 94% in the "very valid" category; (3) the feasibility test results for using media in the implementation of learning obtained an average student response score of 78%, with the "feasible" category used as learning media. The increase in multi-representation abilities is shown by increasing student learning outcomes using multi-representation questions, including macroscopic, submicroscopic, and symbolic levels. The macroscopic level increased by 27.50%, the submicroscopic increased by 36.70%, and the symbolic level increased by 33.30%. The results of this study indicate that augmented reality-based learning media on hydrocarbons is very suitable for use in chemistry learning and has been proven to increase students' multi-representation abilities

The background of this research is that there are still teachers who show low performance. The problems that have been identified include teacher honorarium allowances. Therefore the aim of this study was to determine the effect of teacher honorarium allowances on improving teacher performance at the Al Amanah Islamic Education Foundation, Cibinong, Bogor. The research method used is a quantitative method. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis, quantitative analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed Teacher honorarium allowances (variable X) have a significant contribution and have a very high effect and the direction of a positive relationship to the variable increasing teacher performance at the Al Amanah Education Foundation, Cibinong, Bogor is 74.5% and 25.5% increase in teacher performance is influenced by other factors.
