O objeto de estudo de que tratou esta pesquisa diz respeito às memórias de professores colaboradores do Programa Ensino Médio Inovador (PEMI) da Escola Estadual Frederico José Pedreira Neto da rede pública de ensino de Tocantins, localizado na cidade de Palmas-TO. O PEMI - Programa Ensino Médio Inovador - PEMI foi instituído pela Portaria nº 971, de 9 de outubro de 2009, no contexto da implementação das ações voltadas ao Plano de Desenvolvimento da Educação – PDE. Consiste de uma série de ações articuladas entre os estados brasileiros e o Distrito Federal em parceria com instituições públicas e privadas de educação, incluído os Institutos Federais e o Sistema S da indústria e comércio. Utilizou-a metodologia da historia oral para as três narrativas orais degravadas em formato textual para compreender as motivações pedagógicas e emocionais dos professores entrevistados durante suas vivências com o uso de Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação e Games em seu trabalho diário como educadores no ensino médio. Portanto, este artigo busca responder estas perguntas, lançando um desafio sobre a investigação do uso das TDICs e dos games a partir da análise das memórias de professores participantes do programa Ensino Médio Inovador (EMI) da Escola Frederico José Pereira Neto em Palmas, Tocantins.   PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Games, Tecnologia, Educação, História, Memória.   ABSTRACT The study object of this research concerns the memoirs of collaborating professors of the Innovative Higher Education Program (PEMI) of the Frederico José Pedreira Neto State School of the Tocantins Public School, located in the city of Palmas-TO. The PEMI - Innovative Higher Education Program - PEMI was instituted by Administrative Rule no. 971, of October 9, 2009, in the context of the implementation of the actions directed to the Education Development Plan - PDE. It consists of a series of actions articulated between the Brazilian states and the Federal District in partnership with public and private educational institutions, including the Federal Institutes and the S System of industry and commerce. He used the oral history methodology for the three oral narratives depleted in textual format to understand the pedagogical and emotional motivations of teachers interviewed during their experiences with the use of Information and Communication Technologies and Games in their daily work as educators in high school. Therefore, this article seeks to answer these questions by launching a challenge on the investigation of the use of TDICs and games based on the analysis of the memories of teachers participating in the Frederico José Pereira Neto High School Innovative High School program in Palmas, Tocantins.   KEYWORDS: Games, Technology, Education, History, Memory.     RESUMEN El objeto de estudio de que trató esta investigación se refiere a las memorias de profesores colaboradores del Programa Enseñanza Media Innovadora (PEMI) de la Escuela Estadual Frederico José Pedreira Neto de la red pública de enseñanza de Tocantins, ubicado en la ciudad de Palmas-TO. Este trabajo tiene el propósito de reflexionar acerca de la génesis del proyecto educativo impulsado por el Gobierno del Distrito Federal (GDF) –el cual ya está en marcha atendiendo el nivel medio superior a través del Sistema de Bachillerato del Gobierno del Distrito Federal, y el nivel superior con la creación de la Universidad de la Ciudad de México (UCM)–, considerando los documentos oficiales que registran su creación, así como algunas de las reacciones que suscitó en  distintos actores vinculados al tema de la educación, en un primer momento, este proyecto.AbstractThis work proposes to reflect on the genesis of the educative project prompted by the Federal District Government (GDF), Mexico City, which is nowadays working at the secondary higher education level through the High School System of the Federal District Government, and at the higher education level with the creation of the Universidad de la Ciudad de México (UCM), considering the official documents that register its creation, as well as some of the first reactions that arouse from this project in different areas linked to the topic of educational.

The article gives an overview of the scientific forum "Caspian Region 2021: Ways of Sustainable Development" held on May 26-28, 2021 in the city of Astrakhan on the basis of the Astrakhan State University. The brief overview introduces the main directions of the forum related to the priority vectors of the Caspian macro-region development, touching upon the issues of cooperation in the scientific and educational sphere on the scale of the Great Caspian Sea, the development of the transport and logistics cluster, integrated safety and security in the context of the economic, cultural, environmental and geopolitical components, youth policy and education development issues. The International Scientific Forum "Caspian Region 2021: Ways of Sustainable Development" united leaders of the science system, higher education and youth policy, leading scientists, experts of higher education and will become the driver of the Year of Science and Technology in Russia. More than 20 events took place within the framework of the Forum: panel discussions, a national conference with international participation, a meeting of the Commission on Science, Research and Technology of the Association of State Universities of the Caspian Countries, a joint meeting of the Council of Rectors of Universities of the Southern Federal District and the North Caucasus Federal District, a meeting of the Caspian Discussion Club, round tables, excursions, presentations, lectures on relevant topics.

The purpose of the article lies in the comprehension of theoretical aspects of distance learning as the most efficient cultural and organizational paradigm of educational field development, specific nature of its realization, and prospects for cultural and artistic education development. The methodology of the research is based on the application of methods of hermeneutic interpretation (to determine specific features of distance education in foreign and national higher education establishments), comparative analysis (with the purpose to discover reasons for active development and peculiarities of realization of distance education technologies in European and US higher education establishments), structural and functional method (to discover the role of distance education in a time of civilizational globalization and social isolation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic). The scientific novelty lies in carrying out a theoretical analysis of distance education development in European countries, the USA and Ukraine, determination of advantages and disadvantages of implementation of distance education in the educational environment, the discovery of priority ways of distance education development for cultural and artistic disciplines. Conclusions. The COVID-19 pandemic provided conditions due to which adoption of distance education technologies to the traditional education system – internal and external – became the only possible form of implementation of the education activity. The new conditions caused the creation of a brand new educational environment that determined potential ways of higher education development in the future. The conceptual framework of search and realization of a new educational strategy needs to take into account a paradigm basis for cultural and artistic education and science development that is possible on the condition of adoptive integration of information and communication technologies into the cultural and artistic field.

<p>The current research features employment of university graduates in the Siberian Federal District. The objective is to assess the quality of employment among higher education system graduates. The study is based on microdata obtained from a survey on employment conducted by the Federal Service of State Statistics (Rosstat). The methodology is based on a comparison of employment haracteristics (the level and profile of education, formal / informal, full / part-time employment) that reflect a possible demand for graduates on the local labour market. The main research methods are descriptive and regression analysis. The obtained results indicate that approximately one third of graduates fail to find work according to their specialty and perform jobs that do not require higher education. Every eighth graduate is employed in the informal sector. These figures indicate a lower quality of employment of graduates in the Siberian Federal District, compared with the average indicators for Russia. A regression analysis has showed that employment in accordance with the level and profile of education is determined mainly by individual characteristics of individuals. The best chances are in the field of medicine, the worst – in agriculture. The assumptions about<br />a high demand for specialists in the field of engineering and technology and a lower demand for specialists in economics and management have not been confirmed. These employment rates turned out to be approximately equal and correspond to average values. The obtained results can be used in the formation of programs of education development (primarily at the level of flagship universities) and improvement of educational programs.</p>

Introdução: As mutações ocorridas no mundo do trabalho evidenciaram, na contemporaneidade, novas formas de sofrimento e incapacidades das pessoas, demonstrando que a busca pelo cuidado terapêutico e pelos serviços de assistência à saúde refletem no contexto de vida dos trabalhadores. Objetivo: Caracterizar o itinerário terapêutico de um trabalhador acidentado no trabalho, diante da rede atenção à saúde do Distrito Federal e compreender quais as suas redes de suporte e apoio após o afastamento laboral. Método: Trata-se de um estudo de caso, realizado no Instituto Nacional do Seguro Social (Inss), com um trabalhador acidentado no trabalho, segurado do programa de reabilitação profissional do serviço. Os dados foram coletados por meio de entrevista semiestruturada e com a aplicação dos instrumentos diagrama de escolta e ecomapa para mensurar os impactos nas relações do trabalhador. A análise foi feita com base na análise de conteúdo e no fluxograma analisador, para compreender os caminhos percorridos pelo trabalhador na busca pelo cuidado. Resultados: Os achados revelaram uma ruptura no itinerário terapêutico e na continuidade na rede de atenção à saúde do trabalhador. As redes de suporte e apoio continuaram as mesmas e tão fortes quanto antes do acidente. Identificou-se ainda que o trabalhador acessa alguns recursos comunitários, mas os recursos individuais são os principais fornecedores de suporte. Conclusão: Conclui-se que compreender os itinerários terapêuticos permite uma reflexão sobre os potenciais, as problemáticas e os desafios presentes na rede de atenção e cuidado à saúde dos trabalhadores no Distrito Federal.AbstractIntroduction: Changes in the world of work has shown nowadays new ways of suffering and incapacities for people, represented by the pursuit of therapeutic and health care services in the daily life context of workers. Objective: To describe the therapeutic itinerary of one worker after a work accident in the face the health care system of Federal District, Brazilia, Brazil, and to understand what are the social support network after work leave. Methods: This is a case study, conducted at the National Social Security with a worker assisted by a program of occupational rehabilitation. Data was gathered through a semi-structured interview, and the instruments of escort diagram and ecomap to measure the impact on the worker relationships. Data analysis was performed using the qualitative content analysis, and also on the flowchart analyzer, to know the worker pathways for health care. Results: Findings showed that there was a disruption of the therapeutic itinerary and in the continuity of health care network of the worker. The social support network remained the same and as strong as before the accident. We identified that the worker accessed some community resources, but individual resources were the main support founded. Conclusion:  We concluded that to understand the therapeutic itineraries of the worker allowed us a reflection about the strengths, main problems and challenges on the health care network for the workers in the Federal District, Brazilia, Brazil.Keywords: Occupational therapy, Work, Workers Health, Therapeutic Itineraries.ResumenIntroducción: Las mutaciones ocurridas en el mundo del trabajo evidenciaron, en la contemporaneidad, nuevas formas de sufrimiento e incapacidades de las personas, demostrando que la búsqueda por el cuidado terapéutico y por los servicios de asistencia a la salud reflejan en el contexto de vida de los trabajadores. Objetivo: Caracterizar el itinerario terapéutico de un trabajador accidentado en el trabajo, ante la red atención a la salud del Distrito Federal y comprender cuáles son sus redes de soporte y apoyo después del alejamiento laboral. Método: Se trata de un estudio de caso, realizado en el Instituto Nacional del Seguro Social (Inss), con un trabajador accidentado en el trabajo, asegurado del programa de rehabilitación profesional del servicio. Los datos fueron recolectados por medio de entrevista semiestructurada y con la aplicación de los instrumentos diagrama de escolta y ecomapa para medir los impactos en las relaciones del trabajador. El análisis se hizo con base en el análisis de contenido y en el diagrama de flujo analizador, para comprender los caminos recorridos por el trabajador en la búsqueda del cuidado. Resultados: Los hallazgos revelaron una ruptura en el itinerario terapéutico y en la continuidad en la red de atención a la salud del trabajador. Las redes de apoyo y apoyo continuaron siendo las mismas y tan fuertes como antes del accidente. Se identificó también que el trabajador accede a algunos recursos comunitarios, pero los recursos individuales son los principales proveedores de soporte. Conclusiones: Se concluye que comprender los itinerarios terapéuticos permite una reflexión sobre los potenciales, las problemáticas y los desafíos presentes en la red de atención y cuidado a la salud de los trabajadores en el Distrito Federal.Palabras clave: Terapia Ocupacional, Trabajo, Salud del trabajador, Itinerario Terapéutico.

<p>This research examined the zakat agencies which concern to the education program. This research used library reserach. The documents used were the ins and outs of zakat agencies that have educational development programs. These documents were taken from the website of zakat agencies both BAZNAS and Dompet Dhuafa (DD). The data taken consisted of information, data, and news related to the alocation of zakat for education, education variations of education program, the type of zakat disbursement, and the path alocation in education. The data analysis was descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that BAZNAS gave scholarships from Elementary School – Undergraduate (Islamic Religious Higher Education and Public Higher Education) and in-country scholarships. DD gave scholarships for undergraduate – Post graduate (Islamic Religious Higher Education and Public Higher Education), in-country scholarships, overseas scholarships, middle and high school level, education for teacher and literacy school. Zakat agencies are very varied in the development of education especially in Dompet Dhuafa from upstream to downstream.</p>


This book presents the outcomes of the research project on “The New Silk Road: Implications for higher education and research cooperation between China and Europe.” It addresses questions regarding how academic mobility and cooperation is taking shape along the New Silk Road and what difference it will make in the global higher education landscape. It presents a rich collection of contributions by scholars from Europe, China, the USA, Russia, and Australia, combining perspectives from anthropology, computer sciences, economics, education, history, law, political science, philosophy, science and technology studies, sinology, and sociology. Introductory chapters present the global context for the NSR, the development of Chinese universities along international models, and the history and outcomes of EU–China cooperation. The flows and patterns in academic cooperation along the New Silk Road as they shape and have been shaped by China’s universities are explored in more detail in the following chapters. The conditions for Sino-foreign cooperation are discussed next, with an analysis of regulatory frameworks for cooperation, recognition, data, and privacy. Comparative work follows on the cultural traditions and academic values, similarities and differences between Sinic and Anglo-American political and educational cultures, and their implications for the governance and mission of higher education, the role of critical scholarship, and the state and standing of the humanities in China. The book concludes with contributions focusing on the “Idea of a University”; the values underpinning its mission, shape, and purpose, reflecting on the implications of China’s rapid higher education development for the geo-politics of higher education itself.

Este artigo analisa a modalidade de educação a distância em instituições de ensino superior de cursos de Tecnologia da Informação na região do Distrito Federal do Brasil. Para consecução deste objetivo, percorrem-se os três passos mencionados a seguir. Inicialmente, discute-se brevemente a legislação de ensino a distância no Brasil; em seguida, realiza-se uma compilação de trabalhos recentes da literatura que tratam do assunto; por fim, faz-se uma pesquisa de campo com discentes de cursos superiores de Ciência da Computação e Sistema de Informações na região do Distrito Federal. As principais contribuições advindas da realização deste trabalho são permitir identificar os problemas enfrentados na realização de cursos ou disciplinas nessa modalidade e, sobretudo, propor soluções de melhorias do processo como um todo. Palavras-chave: Educação a distância; Ensino superior; Aprendizagem. Performance Analysis in Distance-Learning Higher-Education Programs of Information Technology in Federal DistrictAbstractThis article analyzes the modality of distance learning in higher education institutions of Information Technology programs in the region of the Federal District of Brazil. Initially, it is briefly discussed the legislation of distance learning in Brazil; a compilation of recent literature works related to this subject matter is then carried out; at last, a field research is taken with students of programs in Computer Science and Information Systems in the region of the Federal District. RESUMEN: El presente artículo se propone comunicar el resultado del estudio llevado a cabo como parte de nuestra maestría en el marco del Máster en “Las TIC en Educación”, de la Universidad de Salamanca, en el año académico 2011/2012. El objetivo del estudio ha sido caracterizar el nivel de conocimiento tecnológico y pedagógico, la actitud hacia el uso de las TIC y el uso de las TIC por parte de profesores de Español como Lengua Extranjera (E/LE). Para tal fin, hemos diseñado un estudio descriptivo con una muestra de profesores de la red pública de enseñanza básica del Distrito Federal de Brasil. Para la recogida de datos ha sido elaborado un cuestionario específicamente para dicha investigación. Los resultados señalaron que había problemas contextuales de disponibilidad de recursos tecnológicos, alto volumen de trabajo, además, problemas relacionados con el nivel de formación en TIC del profesorado, los cuales dificultaban el uso adecuado y, consecuentemente, la integración de las TIC en la educación. Estimamos que se deberían considerar los resultados obtenidos en este estudio a la hora de planificar y ejecutar estrategias para la distribución de equipos tecnológicos para los centros educativos y la definición de programas de formación continuada de buena calidad a todos los profesores.PALABRAS CLAVE: Actitud de profesores hacia las TIC. The objective of this study is to characterize the level of technological and pedagogical knowledge, attitude towards the use of ICT and the use of ICT by teachers of Spanish as a Foreign Language. For this purpose, we designed a descriptive study with a sample of teachers of basic education in the public education network of the Federal District of Brazil. For data collection has been developed a specific questionnaire for this research. The results indicated that they contextual problems of availability of technological resources, high proper use and, consequently, the integration of ICT in education. Lastly, we identified that should be considered the results achieved in this study when planning and implementing strategies for the distribution of technological equipment for schools and the definition of continuing education programs of good quality to teachers.KEYWORDS: Attitude of teachers. Objetivo: analisar o perfil criativo de docentes e discentes do ensino superior de Enfermagem e discutir sua influência no cuidar. Metodologia: estudo exploratório-descritivo desenvolvido em dois Cursos de Graduação de Enfermagem, Distrito Federal, com 251 estudantes e 26 docentes, distribuídos em 4 grupos. Enquadramento conceitual oriundo de Teorias da Criatividade. Coletaram-se os dados, aplicando questionário validado contendo características do perfil criativo. Realizaram-se estatísticas de frequência absoluta e relativa. Resultados: curiosidade, espontaneidade, coragem e Persistência foram características do perfil criativo mais destacadas. Tais aspectos de pensamento e atitudes são indispensáveis aos profissionais atuantes na cultura dos cuidados. Conclusão: o ensino promotor da expressão criativa docente-discente desenvolve potenciais, habilidades e atitudes cuidativas.Descritores: Enfermagem, Educação Superior, Criatividade, Aprendizagem, Habilidade.TEACHER-STUDENT CREATIVE PROFILE: INFLUENCE IN NURSING TEACHING, SKILLS AND ATTITUDESObjective: to analyze the creative profile of higher education nursing teachers and students and discuss its influence in health care. Methodology: this is a descriptive-exploratory study developed in two Nursing Undergraduate Courses, Federal District, whose guiding question was: what are the creative characteristics declared by higher education nursing teachers and students? Its conceptual framework arises from Theories of Creativity. Data were collected by applying a validated questionnaire containing profile creative characteristics. Statistics of absolute and relative frequency were conducted. Results: Curiosity, Spontaneity, Courage and Persistence were the most highlighted characteristics of the creative profile. Such aspects of thought and attituds are indispensable to professionals working in the culture of care. Se realizaron estadísticas de frecuencia absoluta y relativa. Resultados: Curiosidad, Espontaneidad, Coraje y Persistencia fueron las características del perfil creativo más destacadas. Estos aspectos del pensamiento y actitudes son indispensables para los profesionales que trabajan en el cuidado de la atención.
