This research aims to determine (1) internal factors, which become the strengths and weaknesses of rice farming in Kuri Caddi village (2) External factors, which become the opportunitie sand threats of rice farming inKuriCaddi. (3) Strategy development of rice farming in coastal area of Kuri Caddi, Sub-district of Nisombalia, District of Marusu, Regency of Maros. The result of this research identifies that there werefour aspects of internal and external factors that influenced the development of rice farming in Kurri Caddi, which were strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.The strengths consists of (1) the available workers (2) cultivable land (3) farming experiences(4) farmer’s productivity. The weaknesses consists of (1) Uncertified seed (2)unbalanced fertilizer use(3) bad-timing tillage and (4) farmers are reluctant to use new farming innovation.The opportunities consists of (1) the emergence ofnew forms of employment, (2) group of farmerthat provide the distribution of farming supports and facilitiesand (3)strong community self-help. Threats consists of (1) problems of road transportation facilities (2) natural disasters and  (3)attack of pests and diseases. Strategy development that can be new innovations such as by using certifies and implementing the jajar legowo system, with achieved score 5,49. Abstrak Penelitian Pengembangan Strategi Pengelolaan Sanggar Srengenge Mas, Bantul, DIY bertujuan mengidentifikasi strategi yang digunakan selama ini dalam mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Di samping untuk menganalisis faktor internal dan eksternal serta memformulasikan pengembangan strategi yang digunakan Sanggar Srengenge Mas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi empat tahap. Tahap pertama menentukan lingkup penelitian yang terdiri dari objek penelitian dan subjek penelitian. Langkah kedua, melakukan teknik pengumpulan data. Langkah ketiga menentukan variabel yang mencakup faktor internal (kekuatan dan kelemahan) dan faktor eksternal (peluang dan ancaman). Langkah keempat atau terakhir, melakukan analisis data dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan matrik IE, Sanggar Srengenge Mas berada di posisi V, yakni Hold and Maintain (pertahankan dan pelihara). Strategi umum yang dipakai adalah penetrasi pasar dan pengembangan produk. Hasil penelitian kedua, berdasarkan kuadran analisis SWOT Sanggar Srengenge Mas berada di kuadran I sehingga diperlukan pemilihan strategi berupa penggunaan setiap kekuatan untuk menghadapi setiap ancaman dengan mendukung strategi ofensif guna menciptakan peluang. Hasil penelitian ketiga, berdasarkan hasil Kuadran Analisis SWOT Sanggar Srengenge Mas menunjukkan posisinya berada pada kuadran I yaitu Ekspansion mendukung strategi ofensif. Abstract Research on the Management Strategy Development of the Srengenge Mas Studio, Bantul, DIY aims to identify the strategies that have been used so far in achieving the stated objectives. Besides analyzing internal and external factors and formulating the development of strategies used by Srengenge Mas Studio. The research method used includes four steps. The first step determines the scope of the study which consists of the object of research and research subjects. The second step is to carry out data collection techniques. The third step determines variables that include internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats). The fourth or final step is to analyze the data using qualitative methods using SWOT analysis. The results of the study are based on the IE matrix, Sanggar Srengenge Mas is in position V, namely Hold and Maintain (keep up and maintain). The general strategies used are market penetration and product development. The results of the second study, based on the SWOT analysis quadrant Srengenge Mas Studio, were in quadrant I, so a strategy was needed in the form of using each force to deal with each threat by supporting an offensive strategy to create opportunities. The results of the third study, based on the results of the Srengenge Mas SWOT Analysis Quadrant, show that their position is in quadrant I, namely expansion, supporting offensive strategies.

Banyuwangi Regency is an area that has a variety of tourism potential either natural, cultural and artificial potential. One of the tourist attractions with its natural potential is Blimbingsari Beach. Blimbingsari Beach is one of the tourist attractions located in Banyuwangi Regency which is famous for its distinctive culinary fish. Currently tourists visit Blimbingsari Beach is still small compared to other tourist attractions. Tourism potential in Blimbingsari Beach is able to attract many tourists to visit by developing its tourist potential. This study used primary data sources obtained directly by observation and interviews, and data analysis techniques used in this study is a SWOT analysis which is a qualitative analysis tool that is done by examining internal and external factors. SWOT analysis compares the external factors which are opportunities and threats with internal factors which are strengths and weaknesses. The results of this study shows that the development of Blimbingsari beach tourism potential can still be developed further through existing potential. Blimbingsari beach managers should promote more so that Blimbingsari beach is known to many people. Keyword: Strategy Development, Potential, Beach, Tourism

The title of this study is the Strategy of Increasing Consumer Food Loyalty in CurupCity, Rejang Lebong Regency (Case Study in "Henvian" Typical Food Industry). Thisresearch is based on the importance of strategies in increasing business and consumerloyalty to products sold.Strategies to increase business and consumer loyalty can bedone with a SWOT analysis. Place of this research is the "Henvian" shop that sellstypical Rejang lebong food. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative.Informants in this study were people who were considered to know for certain about theHENVIAN Specialty Food Store in Curup City, Rejang Lebong Regency. The dataanalysis technique used in this study is a SWOT analysis to determine the strengths,weaknesses, opportunities and threats in a typical Rejang Lebong food business.By using SWOT analysis techniques that consist of strengths (weakness), weaknesses(weakness), opportunities (opportnity) and threats (threath). The results of this studycan be concluded that the internal factors that are the strength of the marketing strategyare the quality of the product that is good at a price affordable to the public andtourists, service that is friendly and responsive to consumer needs, as well astechnological advancements that facilitate the promotion of business. Internal factorsthat are a weakness are often lack of stock, there are some products that do not meet thestandard packaging, the product shelf life is short, employees do not use uniforms.External factors that become opportunities are a fairly high economic community,abundant raw materials while external factors that are a threat are the manycompetitors, an unstable economy, the price of basic needs increases. Based on theresults of the SWOT analysis of internal and external factors, the strategy used is toimprove product quality by improving the appearance of packaging and quality ofcontent and quality of service by providing uniforms to employees and providingstandards of service to consumers. .Keywords: Strategy, Consumer Loyalty, SWOT

One alternative to reduce the unemployment rate in Indonesia is to foster entrepreneurship in college students because this is expected to be an educated young entrepreneur who is able to start his own business, and be able to open up jobs for others. The formulation of the problem include: what are internal factors (income, self-esteem, motivation) and whether external factors (family environment, surrounding environment, education, and opportunities) influence the interest in entrepreneurship of STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung students ?. This study aims to determine internal factors (income, self-esteem, motivation) and external factors (family environment, surrounding environment, education, and opportunities) affect the entrepreneurial interest of STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung students. The approach used is a quantitative approach to the type of associative research. The population and sample in this study were students of STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung which consisted of 50 students who had taken Entrepreneurship courses and students who had been entrepreneurs. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique. The data source is primary data. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The measurement uses a Likert scale. The next stage, the results of the questionnaire were analyzed with multiple linear regression which serves to prove the research hypothesis. The data that has met the validity test, reliability test, and the classic assumption test are processed to produce a regression equation. Based on the results of the study showed that internal and external factors partially had a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung students. With an adjusted R2 value of 0.407 so the magnitude of the influence of internal and external factors on entrepreneurial interest is 40.7% while the remaining 59.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.Keywords: Factors, Interests, Entrepreneurship, STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung

This article discusses the problem of choosing the correct and effective organizational structure of enterprise management for its correct functioning. The existing types of organizational structures of enterprise management, which are used in practice today, are analyzed, and their positive, negative sides and the type of enterprises for which they can be used are revealed. Along with this, this article discusses and describes methods for choosing an organizational structure for an enterprise. Also, during the study, internal and external factors were identified that affect the choice of an organizational structure. Based on the analysis, a methodology for choosing the most effective type of organizational structure for enterprises was drawn up. The question of choosing an organizational structure is acute for every manager at the very beginning of the operation of an enterprise, because the quality of performance of functions, both of individual divisions and of the entire enterprise as a whole, directly depends on this. Among many types of organizational structures in this study, the types of organizational structures that are most adaptable to changes in external and internal factors are identified. This study provides methods and tools for selecting the appropriate organizational structure for any enterprise. At the moment, some methods, be it goal structuring or computer modeling, are not widely used, which in turn makes it difficult to choose an effective organizational structure for enterprise management. The choice of an effective organizational structure is an extremely urgent problem today for every entrepreneur, who is interested in the stable economic activity of his or her enterprise.

Murder is an inhuman crime, where the perpetrator of the crime kills with the intention of being planned in advance because it will kill other people's lives for a specific purpose, this crime is a crime of enmity between individuals and groups so that the victim is helpless, so the police investigator reveals his identity. Carefulness is needed. The problems discussed are what are the factors causing the crime of murder and how are the efforts to overcome the crime of murder. The research method used is normative juridical research. Data collection is based on literature study, based on the results of the research that the author has done, the factors that cause murder are internal and external factors. Internal factors, namely internal factors, and external factors, namely economic, environmental, and family factors. Efforts to tackle the crime of murder, namely penal and non-penal measures, are efforts to reduce the space for movement and opportunities for the committing of crimes. The suggestion in this research is that there is a need for cooperation between legal institutions and the government through police and military officers to prevent and cope with future premeditated murder, prosecutors and judges are requested to be able to prosecute and impose the maximum possible punishment on the perpetrators of the murder guided by the Criminal Code.

Business Competition encourages entrepreneurs to have competence in managing the business. Start-up businesses will grow if it is able to manage the internal factors and external factors well. This study focuses on internal factors from the perspective of companies consisting of four components, namely marketing, human resources, finance, and operations. The second focus of this study is the external factor of a business seen from the approach five forces Porter lists five essential components of the external factors, namely: barriers to entry in the industry, threat from substitute products, threat from suppliers bargaining power, threat from buyers bargaining power, Among existing industry and rival firms. The object of this study is a start-up business in the city of Surabaya. This study used descriptive qualitative method with the aim of optimizing the management view of internal and external factors in the success of a start-up business seen from the perspective of the company. Validation of the results using triangulation techniques using: parisipatif observation, interview, and documentation (photos and interviews) to the informant (object) research. The results showed the management of internal factors (marketing, human resources, finance, and operational) and external (barriers to entry in the industry, threat from substitute products, threat from suppliers bargaining power, threat from buyers bargaining power, and rival Among existing industry firms ) is an important component that must be optimized in order to support the success of start-up businesses.

This research is motivated by the number of traffic violation cases carried out by the community in Bangka Belitung. Many traffic violations carried out by children. This study aims to determine the number of traffic violators based on the level of education of the people in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province in 2016, thus it can be seen the number of traffic violators at certain levels of education in the Bangka Belitung region. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. This descriptive research is used to describe an event or event and social phenomenon in factual and systematic. This method is used to explain the data contained in the table by using descriptive explanations. The data used is secondary data. The results showed that the highest violations in Pangkalpinang City compared to other districts. Based on the data obtained, the high school level in the city of Pangkalpinang becomes the highest number of traffic violators. Many factors cause violations among students, namely internal and external factors. Internal factors come from within the individual, while external factors are found in the surrounding environment. Need appropriate handling to overcome the occurrence of various traffic violations among students. The method taken can be preventive and repressive.   Keywords: BPS, students, minor violations.

Swot analysis is a problem solving process in determining the best strategy for the progress of the organization by looking at aspects of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
