This article aims to discover the competence of early childhood teachers in developing early grossmotor skills based on academic qualifications and find out the improvement efforts. This library researchiwith qualitative descriptive approach, was conducted as from September 2016 through January 2017.The data obtained from internet and other resources were processed and analyzed qualitatively. Theresults indicate that the competence of early childhood teachers whose academic qualification of earlychildhood education is adequate, although there are differences in quality based on the study program.The competence of teachers whose academic qualification of other relevant educational and psychologicaldegrees is not sufficient because their provision of knowledge is also lacking. This research recommendsto revise the existing regulations stated in the Government Regulations and Ministry Regulations relatedto the provision of the early childhood teachers. The purpose of this study were (1) to know the perception of PGPAUD students toward early childhood education in Ponorogo District. (2) to know the obstacles of early childhood education in Ponorogo Regency based on perception of PG-PAUD students Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive involving 30 students. Data collection was done by interview technique. The interview was conducted directly to the students of PGPAUD Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo. The results of this study are 1) PGPAUD student perception on the implementation of early childhood education in Ponorogo regency in general has not run well according to national standards of early childhood education. 2) the obstacles of early childhood education in Ponorogo District are a) there are some teachers of PAUD who have not S1 PGPAUD, the welfare of early childhood teachers are still low, facilities and infrastructure is not adequate, and mininya assistance from the government, both central and local.

Teaching is an educator activity in the learning process, which aims to develop the potential that students have in the form of knowledge, skills, and attitudes. Since the Covid 19 pandemic, the government has issued a policy of "Belajar Dari Rumah" (BDR) as an effort to overcome the spread of the virus. Teaching in accordance with BDR policy makes educators at private universities in Jambi city who do not have a Learning Management System (LMS) conduct teaching management in accordance with their expertise and knowledge. This study aims to describe the experience of educators in universities who do not have LMS in managing teaching during the Covid 19 pandemic so that learning can run according to learning objectives using a qualitative descriptive approach, involving ten educators with different scientific fields and courses. This research uses a qualitative research method involving ten educators from private universities in Jambi who do not have LMS. Data have collected through observations, interviews, and documents. The data collected have analyzed through the stages of reducing data, displaying data, and drawing conclusions in accordance with research objectives. The data analyzed is using the technique validity of data through data triangulation. The study found that the management of educator teaching in private universities in Jambi city who do not have LMS is implemented BDR policies during the pandemic period following the established implementation rules without leaving the meaning of learning and learning process standards that have set out in government regulations through the stage of teaching management. Early Childhood has a variety of interests, one of them is the fondness of watching television shows that are animated cartoons. At an early age, children have a strong tendency to mimic everything they see. This becomes important considering that a lot of animated cartoon films are shown and are often seen by children which certainly affects the character and personality of children.This study aims to determine the values of character education forearly childhood contained in the animated film "Nussa". In carrying out this study using a qualitative descriptive approach by analyzing the contents of four randomly selected episodes. The results of this study found that educational valuescharacters for early childhood contained in the four episodes of the animated film "Nussa" are very diverse, among the character values contained such as religious, hard work, independent, friendly and communicative, honest, caring socially, creatively, disciplined, rewarding achievement, and responsibility.

  Character education is considered very important to instill in children from an early age. Given the importance of forming these character values, character education can be developed by teachers by implementing character education through role playing methods. The formulation of the problem that the researchers proposed was how to implement character education for early childhood through the role playing method aged 5-6 years in An-Nahl Bandar Lampung Kindergarten. The purpose of this study was to find out about how the implementation of character education through the method of playing the role of early childhood in An-Nahl Bandar Lampung Kindergarten.This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach involving 1 teacher and the number of 14 children while the object of the research is the implementation of early childhood character education through role playing methods aged 5-6 years at An-Nahl Bandar Lampung Kindergarten, data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation.The results of the study show that the implementation of character education through role playing methods is as follows with the steps: (1) The Teacher Gathered the Children to Give Direction and Rules of the Play, (2) The teacher discusses the Tools that Will Be Used by Children to Play, (3 ) The Teacher Shares the Assignment to Children Before Playing According to Groups To Not Fight, (4) Teachers Gather Children To Be Guided, Give Rules In Games, Accompany And Calculate Children, (5) Educators Only Watch Or Accompany Children In Role Playing, (6 ) Children Play As They Are, Children Can Switch When Bored. Based on the results of the study that the development of the character education of children who have not yet developed (0), began to develop (5), developed according to expectations (6), developed very well (3). This research describes how the teacher processes in implementing child character education and can be used as an alternative source in the process of implementing character education for early childhood.

Solo is one of the two Cities in Indonesia that received the highest award of District / City Worthy Children's implementation from President JokowiWidodo as the City of Eligible Children. The success of Solo to get the award of Decent Child's City can not be separated from the leadership FX.HadiRudyatmo as the Mayor of Solo. The objectives of this research are: (1) To know and explain the leadership of FX.HadiRudyatmo in realizing the Solo of Decent City, (2) To analyze and analyze the factors that make Solo Municipal Children's Favorite and (3) to know and analyze the actors who contribute greatly in Solo Kota Decent Children. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach that explains the results of research, assessment and other references reinforced by empirical data conducted through interviews and observation. The results showed that the leadership of FX.HadiRudyatmo in realizing the Decent City Solo is very democratic but the egosektoral among the Organization of Regional Devices in realizing the Solo Municipal Decent Children is still high and there are still problems that can not be resolved even though Solo gets the predicate Solo Kota Major Main is the number of children who exposed to HIV / AIDS is still high and the availability of child data information management system. Recommendations given to the Government are to build more intense communications and improve routine coordination among the Regional Device Organizations through scheduled meetings amongst the WTO, promoting socialization and education to all levels of society on HIV / AIDS as well as the creation of a web data base on child data.Keywords: Leadership, Head of Region, District / City Eligible Children

Sektor pariwisata yang saat ini sedang banyak diminati masyarakat adalah konsep pariwisata pedesaan, seperti desa wisata. Di Gresik sendiri terdapat banyak sekali wisata yang dikembangkan oleh Pemerintah melalui Badan Usaha Milik Desa atau BUMDes seperti Desa Wisata Lontar Sewu di Desa Hendrosari. Berawal dari potensi desa yang apabila dikembangkan secara optimal dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat sekitar sehingga mampu meningkatkan perekonomian masyakat Desa Hendrosari. Sebab itu perlu untuk dilakukan penelitian lebih jauh mengenai pentingnya pemberdayaan masyarakat. Sehingga penting untuk dilakukan pemberdayaan masyarakat dimana di Desa Hendrosari terdapat sumber daya alam yang mumpuni untuk dikelola sehingga jika dikelola lebih baik bisa untuk menambah pendapatan desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan fokus penelitian menggunakan teori Pemberdayaan Masyarakat oleh Tim Delivery (Totok Mardikanto, 2013: 125-127). Karena pada awalnya dahulu desa hendrosari terkenal dengan desa penghasil minuman fermentasi sehingga konotasi dari Desa Hendrosari lebih ke arah negatif. Sehingga dengan adanya program kerja tersebut mampu mengubah image masyarakat tentang desa tersebut menjadi desa wisata. Masyarakat Desa Hendrosari mempunyai peran penting untuk melestarikan dan mengembangkan potensi yang ada seperti sumber daya alam dan sumber daya manusia. Sehingga mereka memiliki peran penting dalam tindakan pengambilan keputusan, mempengaruhi serta memberi manfaat bagi kondisi lingkungan yang ada disekitar. Pengelolaan yang baik menghasilkan tempat wisata yang dikenal dengan nama lontar sewu. Dengan adanya tempat wisata baru tersebut menghasilkan banyak pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengembangan desa wisata lontar sewu. Kata kunci :Lontar Sewu, Desa Hendrosari, Desa Wisata, Pemberdayaan Masyarakat,   The tourism sector which is currently in great demand by the public is the concept of rural tourism, such as a tourist village. In Gresik itself, there are lots of tours developed by the Government through Village-Owned Enterprises or BUMDes such as Lontar Sewu Tourism Village in Hendrosari Village. Starting from the potential of the village which, if developed optimally, can increase the income of the surrounding community so as to improve the economy of the Hendrosari Village community. Therefore it is necessary to conduct further research on the importance of community empowerment. So it is important to do community empowerment where in Hendrosari Village there are natural resources that are qualified to be managed so that if they are managed better they can increase village income. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with a research focus using the theory of community empowerment by the delivery team (Totok Mardikanto, 2013: 125-127). Because in the beginning, Hendrosari Village was known as a village that produced fermented drinks, so the connotation of Hendrosari Village was more negative. So that the existence of this work program is able to change the image of the community about the village into a tourist village. The Hendrosari Village community has an important role to play in preserving and developing existing potentials such as natural and human resources. So that they have an important role in decision-making actions, influence and benefit the surrounding environmental conditions. Good management produces a tourist spot known as lontar sewu. With this new tourist spot, it has resulted in a lot of community empowerment through the development of the Lontar Sewu tourism village. ABSTRACT This paper tries to explain and describe the position of UMKM in the Kepuh, Boyolangu Village, Banyuwangi, as an effort to reduce the unemployment rate, especially in the lower middle class and to see how the strategy of the UMKM founders in maintaining their position in all conditions. So it is hoped that readers can find out and analyze UMKM within the scope of the region as an effort to minimize unemployment and increase living standards. This paper use qualitative research method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Establishing UMKM is certainly not an easy thing, because the large number of workers does not guarantee UMKM, who is determined by the appropriate expertise and strategy. In addition, the Government has not been maximally perfect in overcoming problems and financial assistance for community UMKM which in reality is able to absorb many new workers, and has an impact on reducing the unemployment rate.

AbstractTo uncover the causes that give rise to a lack of student interest in participating in language activities. To uncover strategies to increase student interest in participating in language activities in Arabic Language Study Program Faculty of Education and Teaching in IAIN Bengkul5.In this study, researchers used a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection methods for this study by observation, interviews and documents. Language activities include teaching and learning activities every Wednesday, Weekly Arabic activities, vocabulary sharing activities, lectures, dramas. Lack of a clear curriculum led to the failure to achieve the objectives of this activity, the lack of relationship between teachers and students, the relationship between students and the students because many students does not make affect other students, the lack of discipline in the MLA, no media to learn.Key Word: Enthusiasm of students; Language activity; Teaching Arabic

This paper raises the issue of how the role of PA lecturers in solving problems of students of Islamic banking study programs majoring in Sharia and Islamic Economics. The method used in this study is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The source of important data in this study is the PA lecturer in the Sharia Banking study program which is also called the research informant. The results showed that students had many academic problems, including the problem of taking courses every semester there were pre and no conditions, shortages and excess credits, less cooperative or less familiar with their respective PA lecturers, problems, economics, family there are even personal problems that consult with PA lecturers. The role of PA lecturers in solving the problem of the students in the Islamic Banking study program is quite well, this can be seen from the role of PA lecturers as their student mentors in academic matters that lead to taking courses, as advisors who always remind students in several ways, such as ethical issues , not yet fluent in reading Al-Quran, and as a motivator who always gives motivation to a better future career, their parents' economic problems and their relationship to the late payment of semester fees and others. In general, PA lecturers in the Sharia banking study program have played a role as PA lecturers both as mentors, directors, advisors and motivators in the academic, social, economic and career fields.
