This study aims to find out if there’s a positive relationship between welfare and the work performance. The hypothesis research test by Product Moment correlation to get the correlation coefficient and to determine the conclusions used Student-t formula. The results obtained that correlation coefficient is 0.08 with the t-test 6.67. While t-table with a significance level of 5% and dk = 34 is 1.70, this means that t-count is higher than t-table so the alternative hypothesis Hi accepted and Ho hypothesis was rejected. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive correlation between welfare and work performance. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan positif antara kesejahteraan dengan prestasi kerja. Uji hipotesis penelitian dengan korelasi Product Moment untuk mendapatkan koefisien korelasi dan untuk menentukan kesimpulan digunakan rumus Student-t. Hasil didapat koefisien korelasi adalah 0,08 dengan harga t didapat 6,67. Sedangkan t tabel dengan taraf signifkansi 5% dan dk = 34 adalah 1,70, ini berarti t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel sehingga dapat menerima hipotesis alternatif Hi dan menolak hipotesis Ho. Kesimpulan penelitian ini terdapat korelasi positif antara kesejahteraan dengan prestasi kerja. Kata kunci: Kesejahteraan dan Prestasi kerja

The research is aimed at proving or determining correlation between skimming skill and reading comprehension achivement of the students of high school. The collection of data was carried out by questionnaire, the data was analyzed statistically by Person Product Moment Correlation of coefficient correlation preceded by Lillifors normality test as prerequisite analysis ( Lo < L-table ). The research found that ; 1) Based on Person Product Moment Correlation, reveals r = 0,969, while the r-table for degree of freedom(df) = (N-2) = 40 and the significance level 5% (0,05) is 0,304. Therefore the Null Hypothesis (Ho) which expresses that there is no significant Correlation Between Skimming Skill and Reading Comprehension achievement is rejected, and the alternative Hypothesis (Ha), which expresses that there is significant Correlation Between Skimming Skill and Reading Comprehension Achievement can be accepted. 1) There is a significant correlation with t-test (t-count) is 98,80 and degree of freedom (df) n-2 = 40, at level 5 % (0,05) sig ( two tail test), t-table is 2,326 t-count > t –table ( 98,80 > 2,326, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It means that the correlation has positive correlation. 2) The degree of correlation based on the table of coefficient correlation (r) is 0.969. the interval coefficient relation is between 0,80 and 1,00, so the correlation is very strong.

LEARNING EFFECTIVENESS IMPROVEMENT THROUGH ACADEMIC SUPERVISION AND WORK DISCIPLINE STRENGTHENINGThe purpose of this study was to empirically determine  the enhance of teaching effectiveness. Research respondents were permanent teachers of private high schools in Bogor City. The number of samples were 131 teachers who were established by using proportional random sampling technique. The method used was the correlational method. Hypothesis testing was carried out by using parametric statistical analysis in the form of linear regression analysis, correlation analysis, and partial analysis where a significance level of α = 0.01 and α = 0.05. The research came up with three conclusions. Firstly, there was a very significant positive relationship between academic supervision and the teaching effectiveness where the correlation coefficient of ry1 = 0.824. Secondly, there was a very significant positive relationship between work discipline and the teaching effectiveness, where the correlation coefficient of ry2 = 0.66. Thirdly, there was a very significant positive relationship between academic supervision and work discipline together with the teaching effectiveness, where the correlation coefficient of ry.12 = 0.84. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the teaching effectiveness can be enhanced by strengthening academic supervision and work discipline. Results of the SITOREM analysis indicated that several priority indicators need to be improved, such as; assessment of work results, problems solving assistance, self-control during working, teachers’ willingness to carry out obligations, sucessfullness in conducting learning activity, and successfulness in managing learning activity. Based on the results above, it can be concluded that the teaching effectiveness can be enhanced by strengthening academic supervision and work discipline.

The aim of the researcher is to describe the Development of PowerPoint-Based Learning Media with Music to Improve Social Studies Learning Outcomes for 5th Graders at SDN 105326 Bangun Rejo. This research is a type of research with a development model or Research and Development (R&D) with a research product, namely PowerPoint-based learning media. Based on the results of inferential statistical analysis using the t test formula, it can be seen that the value is 43,640. With a frequency (dk) of 31 – 1 = 30 at a significance level of 5%, it is obtained = 1,571. Therefore > at a significance level of 0.05, the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted, and on the T-test, the Sig value is 0.000, which means that there is an influence in using Powerpoint-Based Learning Media with Music on the student learning outcomes in social studies subjects, especially on the subject of regional culture in Indonesia class V SDN 105326 Bangun Rejo. The results of the analysis above which show the influence of Powerpoint-Based Learning Media Unified Music are in line with the results of observations made, besides Cronbach's Alpha is obtained 0.820 which is Cronbach's Alpha > 0.7, then the data of Media-Based Learning Powerpoint Padu Musik is considered reliable or valid.

This study is a correlational design with the aim of finding out if there is any  positive correlation between the students’ interest in reading poetry and their  ability to analyze poetry at SMA Kartika I-2 Medan. The study was conducted at SMA Kartika I-2 Medan. The product moment correlation formula was used to determine the correlation between the students’ interest in reading poetry and their  ability to analyze poetry.  The hypothesis was tested by comparing the value of  rcount to rtable on the degree of freedom (df) = 30 - 2 = 28 with α = 0.05 significance level and df = 28 (0.361). It was found that  rcount was higher than rtable  (0.726> 0.361), and thus null hypothesis was successfully rejected. The result of the study shows that  there was any positive correlation between the students’ interest in reading poetry and students’ ability to analyze poetry at the eleventh grade students of SMA Kartika I – 2 Medan. The correlation coefficient was 0.726, and the regression line was Y = 12.07 + 0,948x. The contribution of the students’ interest in reading poetry to their ability to analyze poetry is 47.29%. Keywords: Ability, Analyze, Correlation, Interest, Poetry

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment on employee morale in the Agriculture Office of the City of Bima. The criteria set by the researcher as the sample in this study were the employees of the Civil Service Office (ANS) at the main service with a total of 61 people using purposive sampling technique, namely the method of selecting samples based on certain criteria. Based on the results of data processing using SPSS version 23.0, the following results were obtained: This type of research is associative with a population of 52 employees based on the Slovin formula. The constant value is positive at 22.559 and the oefficient of organizational commitment variable is 0.378, so the regression equation can be written: Y = 22.559 + 0.378X, and the correlation coefficient (R) = 0.222. This means that the variable organizational commitment (X) in explaining the morale variable (Y) is in the low category. R Square value of 0.049. This means that the contribution of the organizational commitment variable (X) to morale (Y) is 0.49%, while 46.5% is influenced by variables outside of this research model. For the t-test, two parties reject the alternative hypothesis (Ha) which states that organizational commitment has no effect on morale in the agricultural department of the city of Bima (H0 is accepted).

This study aimed at shed light on the topic of training and its importance in relation to human resources, to identify the methods of success and failure of training programs, to highlight the role of training in improving the performance of human resources and to know the principles on which training is based. The study assumed that there is no significant relationship between training and productivity of workers at a level of statistical significance (α<0.05) , and that there is no significant relationship between training and quality of work at the level of statistical significance (α<0.05) , and that there are no statistically significant differences at the level of significant significance (α<0.05) in employees in the public and private sectors about The effect of training in raising the efficiency of workers. The population of this research consisted of a number of employees in the public and private sectors, and the study sample consisted of a random sample of 50 employees in the public and private sectors. The questionnaire tool was used in the current study, and the statistical method of spss was used using arithmetic averages, standard deviations and variance, The descriptive and analytical approach was used in this study for its suitability to study the phenomenon, and the study concluded that there is no statistically significant relationship at a significance level (0.05) in the responses of the study sample individuals about no significant relationship between training and productivity of workers, and that result confirms the correlation coefficient (Thus the study rejects the first hypothesis that there is no significant relationship between training and productivity of workers, and accepts the alternative hypothesis that there is no significant relationship between training and productivity of workers, and it became clear that there is a statistically significant relationship at a level of significance (0.05) in The responses of the study sample individuals about no statistically significant differences at the level of significant (α<0.05) in the views of employees in the public and private sectors. Especially about the effect of training in raising the efficiency of workers, as the correlation coefficient amounted to (-0.071). The study recommended that employees in the public and private sectors must be given some skills necessary to develop their administrative competencies. Stability must be increased for workers at work, which leads to raising the morale of the trainees. Employees in the public and private sectors are positive towards work and those working with them. Employees in the public and private sectors must be kept abreast of developments in the fields of knowledge related to their work.

This study was conducted to determine: (1) the correlation between job satisfaction and turnover intention of employees of PT. X Jambi, (2) the correlation between job stress and turnover intention of employees of PT. X Jambi and (3) the correlation between job satisfaction and job stress on employees of PT. X Jambi. The results of the study are (1) between job satisfaction and turnover intention has a negative correlation was weak and not significant, it is shown by the value of the correlation coefficient of -0.295 and opportunities are not mutually correlated 0.065 greater than the maximum terms are correlated by 0.025. It can be concluded between job satisfaction and turnover intention has not had a meaningful relationship, (2) the correlation between job satisfaction and job stress also has a weak positive correlation was not significant, it is shown by the value of the correlation coefficient of 0.024 and opportunities are not mutually correlation of 0.882 is greater than the maximum terms are correlated 0.025, (3) the correlation between job stress and turnover intention has a significant positive relationship, it is shown by the value of the correlation coefficient of 0.381 and opportunities are not mutually correlated by 0,015 less than the requirement maximum mutual correlation of 0.025. The purpose of this research is to know the description of liquidity, profitbility and firm’s values and the effect of liquidity and profitability of firm’s value at Company Sub Sector Building and Contruction listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research design in this research is a library research and technique analysis in this research as: assumption classic test, qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysisThe regression is Ŷ = 8,871 – 4,778X1 + 13,343X2. Correlation coefficient of r = 0,654 and RSquare of 42,7 %. Simultaneous test results is Fcount>Ftable (11,947>3,29) or significance level 0,000<0,05 means liquidity and profitability has significant effect on firm’s value at Company Sub Sector Building and Contruction listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The t-test results show liquidity has tcount<ttable or 4,471>2,03693 or significance level 0,000<0,05, means liquidity has significant effect on firm’s value at Company Sub Sector Building and Contruction listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The t-test results that profitability to tcount>ttable (3,451>2,03693) or significance level 0,00<0,05, profitability has significant effect on firm’s value at Company Sub Sector Building listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange.The result of this research suggests that company should improve managment should pay more attention to liquidity and profitability as a way to enhance shareholder value in addittion. Keywords: Liquidity, Profitability, and Firm’s Value

The aim of this study is to improve the learning of English with a speech variable using the TED Talks Application. The quantitative approach is the technique used in this research. The design used in this quantitative study is a quasi-experimental design, which utilizes a pre-test and post-test design culture. The population in this study was 20 grade XII students of SMK Muhammadiyah Parung, Bogor in the academic year 2020/2021. Pre-test and post-test data were analyzed using SPSS 25 version. The results of the study showed that the students pre-test score was 64.70 and after treatment, the students post-test score was 87.60. The results of this study also clarified that the t-test in the paired sample test in which tobtained was 28.56 and the crucial tvalue at significance level (p)=0.05 was 2.093, which means that t-test in which the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H1) accepted. The writer finding might summarize that the student’s post-test results are higher than the student’s pre-test results. In other words, the use of TED Talks is useful in the 12th grade of vocational high school for students who speak English.

Students are required to learn in solving problems in the form of tasks taken. This study aims to find the effect of recitation methods to improve physics learning outcomes and physical learning outcomes in grade VIII students MTs Nunggi. The method used is experimental research. The results showed that the students' activity in the experimental class was very active (average score 3.67) and the control class was quite active (average score 2.33). Teacher activity in the experimental class has been very active (average score 3.67) and in the control class is quite active (average score 2.16). Student learning result data that in experiment and control class is processed using t-test equation. The t-test value is 2.79 at the 5% significance level of 2.79 and the t-table (t-test> t-table). Therefore the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. We conclude that the method of recitation for improving physics learning outcomes in grade VII MTS Nunggi has an effect of 13.63%.
