This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial experience and motivation on the success of students of the Jambi University Entrepreneurship Student Program (ESP). This research uses the ex post facto method. The subjects in this study were students who received ESP Program funding in 2018, totaling 50 business groups. Data were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively using multiple regression. Statistical test results show the accuracy of the model as a predictor of 44 percent. The experience of entrepreneurship has a positive and significant effect on the success of student ventures. Entrepreneurial motivation does not affect the success of student ventures. Simultaneously entrepreneur experience and entrepreneurial motivation have a positive and significant effect on the success of student ventures. The results of this study recommend that ESP program managers be more selective in determining students who receive start-up business funds to be more productive and efficient. Future research should examine other factors that influence the success of student efforts to produce more comprehensive studies as a basis for policy.

Free Throw Shooting Effectiveness in Basketball Matches of Men and Women Points scored in a basketball match by successful shooting of free throws have a significant share on the total team's score. Free throw shooting in basketball is a specific individual activity of an individual equally important in both men's and women's categories. The aim of the work is to contribute to the knowledge on the successfulness of free throw shooting in men and women in competition basketball matches of the Slovak Basketball Association in various age categories. The main task was to process data in both categories and to compare them mutually. Ex post facto research methodology was used. Methods of documents analysis, percentage of effectiveness and non-parametric Mann-Whitney U- test were employed. The rate of success of free throw shooting was detected and compared separately in men's and women's categories. We mutually compared the rate of success in all age categories. In men's categories the shooting successfulness was slightly oscillating. In women's categories the presumption of a fluent increase in the percentage of free throw shooting successfulness was not confirmed. When comparing the successfulness of men's and women's teams in various age categories, a statistically significant value in favour of women aged 13-14 years and 15-16-years, as well as in favour of men aged 18 and older extraleague players was recorded. In future research we propose age differentiation of the observed men and women in adult category, to analyze in details the reasons for the percentage growth or decrease observed, the rate of success of free throwing especially in youth age categories.

<p>Between Budget and Budget State Local Income in equality especially lower budget from<br />the budget, and 50%-60% Budget spent for paying employees the reasons is the lack of<br />participation of citizens to fund the management of the state by paying the zakat (Muslim)<br />jizyah (non-Muslim). The purpose of this study was to determine the response and attitude of<br />the towns people Madiun to pay Zakat/jizyah as a source of state budget/budget. This research<br />was conducted in Madiun by taking a sample of three villages of nine districts. The method is<br />quantitative with ex-post facto design, collection document and questionnaire data and data<br />product moment correlation analysis (T test). Results zero hypothesisis accepted because<br />t0(0.059) is smaller than tt(1.96) level significansi 5% or 1% (2.59), this shows that a person's<br />response to the zakat/jizyah as a source of state budget/budgetis proportional. Or no difference<br />in the attitude of paying zakat/jizyah, both of whichare clear about the function of zakat, is<br />being, or less. Respondents who understand the positive response is proportional to attitudes,<br />respondents were then negative response is proportional to the negative attitude; respondents<br />were not sure what it is a very negative response is proportional to the extremely negative<br />attitude or do not pay zakat.<br /><br /></p>

This study was an ex-post facto research, design to determine parental perception of the teaching of introducing sex education to adolescents in secondary schools in Cross River State, as the area of study. Two null hypotheses were formulated on the basis of the identified major independent variables of nature of parental perception and parental literacy status. A 15-item questionnaire was developed, validated and tested for reliability. It was then administered to 400 respondents (parents–200 male, 200 female) from 20 churches in the entire state (7 churches from central, 7 from south and 6 from north senatorial districts). The sample was selected by stratified cluster and simple random procedure. Data was analysed using the independent t-test. Results revealed that parental perception of the teaching of sex education to adolescents in secondary schools is significantly negative; no significant difference exists between literate and illiterate parents in their perception of the teaching of sex education to adolescents in secondary schools. It was concluded that parental perception of the teaching of sex education to adolescents in secondary schools is generally negative in Cross River State. Father absence is a trend that has been on the surge globally and locally, and its effects can be felt in children’s lives up to adulthood. This study sought to explore how father absence mediates sexual partner preference amongst women who would have grown without their biological fathers. This was achieved by comparing the sexual partner preferences of women who grew up without fathers against those who grew up with their fathers. A quantitative approach was taken, particularly employing an ex post facto research design. A one-stage cluster sampling strategy was used to select 392 women, who participated in this study. Of the 392 participants, 168 were women who had grown up in father-absent homes, whereas the remaining 224 had grown up with a resident father. A standardised instrument, the mate preference questionnaire, was used to collect data. This study revealed that father absence influences the preference of a sexual partner, particularly the age gap with the preferred romantic partner, physical aspects of the sexual partner and values about chastity. Women who grew up in fatherless homes showed a preference for good looks and masculinity in a romantic over issues such as good financial prospect and ambitiousness and industriousness. The most preferred characteristic expressed by women who emerged from father-absent homes was that the romantic partner should be a father figure. This study recommends that voluntary organisations that promote fatherhood programs should be set up to raise awareness on the importance of fathering. Moreover, future research should explore the impact of father absence amongst married women so as to ascertain if father absence affects relationships within a marriage.   Keywords: Partner preference, father absence, romantic partner, women, relationship.

Kedisiplinan belajar merupakan hal yang penting dalam  belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubugan kedisiplinan belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa. Menggunakan metode ex post facto  karena eksistensi dari variabel yang diteliti telah terjadi. Hasil penelitian menggunakan analisis statatistik deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata hasil kedisplinan siswa adalah 72,22 dan tergolong cukup tinggi, rata-rata hasil belajar matematika siswa adalah 77,97 tergolong tinggi. Hasil penelitian mengunakan korelasi Pearson Product Moment  menunjukkan nilai rhitung  0,799 lebih besar dari nilai rtabel untuk n = 36 yaitu 0,329berarti terdapat pengaruh kedisiplinan belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SD Negeri Nusa Harapan Permai Kota Makassar yang menjadi populasi. Hasil uji signifikan dengan α 5 % diperoleh thitung7,746 lebih besar dari ttabel 1,691, ini berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kedisiplinan belajar terhadap hasil belajar Matematika siswa di SD Negeri Nusa Harapan Permai Kota Makassar. Pada hakekatnya kedisiplinan adalah hal yang dapat dilatih. Penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan dalam melatih kedisiplinan siswa. Salah satu hal yang dapat dilakukan adalah membiasakan anak untuk mengaktifkan diri dengan nilai-nilai moral untuk  memiliki dan mengembangkan disiplin diri. Hal ini sesuai dengan teori Shochib. Discipline learning is an important thing in learning. This study aims to find out the hubugan discipline of learning on student learning outcomes mathematics. Using the ex post facto method because the existence of the variables studied has occurred. The result of the research using descriptive statistical analysis showed that the average of disciplinary result of students was 72.22 and quite high, the average of students' mathematics learning result was 77,97 was high. The result of the research using Pearson Product Moment correlation shows the value of rs 0,799 bigger than rtabel value for n = 36 that is 0,329 mean there is influence of learning discipline to student learning result at SD Negeri Nusa Harapan Permai Kota Makassar become population. Significant test results with α 5% obtained tcount 7.746 greater than t table 1.691, this means there is a significant effect of learning discipline on student learning outcomes in Elementary School Nusa Harapan Permai Makassar City. In essence, discipline is something that can be trained. This research can be a reference in training student discipline. One of the things that can be done is to familiarize children to activate themselves with moral values to own and develop self-discipline. This is in accordance with Shochib's theory.

The purpose of this study is to reveal the strength of employee's ability factors to understand environmental issues and leadership on the effectiveness of urban forest management employees. This research was carried out in the PT JIEP Pulogadung industrial area in Jakarta for three months, starting from June to August 2017. The research method used was ex post-facto or comparative causal relationship with 2 x factorial design 2. Results of research on urban forest conservation management activities between employees with the ability to understand high environmental issues are higher than those with the ability to understand the low environmental issues. The average urban forest conservation management that has the ability to understand high environmental issues is 141.93 higher than employees who have the ability to understand low environmental issues, namely 125.93. Furthermore, there is an interaction effect between the application of the ability to understand environmental issues and Leadership on the management of forest conservation of the city. The effect of the interaction is 41%. Urban forest conservation management activities between employees who have the ability to understand high environmental issues are higher than employees who have the ability to understand low environmental issues in the group with Transformative Leadership as evidenced from the tuckey test results, that Qcount> Qtable is 5.91> 4 , 11 Keywords: Employee Ability, Environmental Issues, Leadership

The headmaster's performance is influenced by several factors. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of education and training and managerial competence on the performance of school principals. The method used in this research is quantitative with an ex-post facto design. Sampling was selected in a multistage manner from 19 State Senior High Schools in North Luwu Regency. Data were collected through observation and questionnaires for further data analysis with multiple regression. The test results show the effect of education and training on the performance of principals with a coefficient of 43.7%, the effect of managerial competence on the performance of principals with a coefficient of 52.5% and the effect of education and training and managerial competence on the performance of principals with a coefficient of 52, 6%. Thus, it is concluded that the implementation of education and training, as well as managerial competence, affect the performance of school principals.

<p>This study seeks to determine the impact of sales promotions on sales turnover in the airlines industry in Nigeria. Ex post facto and survey research design were adopted. Secondary data on average monthly passenger turnover covering a period of 25 years (1991-2015) were collected from the records of airport authority. A questionnaire was also administered to 450 air travellers to ascertain the extent to which sales promotions incentives stimulate them to travel by air within Nigeria. Frequency analysis, regression and t-Test methods of analysis were applied. The results show that sales promotions incentives significantly impacted sales turnover in the airlines industry; and air travellers prefer non-monetary sales promotional offers and off-line incentives to monetary and online offers. The study, therefore, recommends that the management of the airlines need to be more innovative in making promotion offers to air travellers so as to optimize the opportunity. Non-monetary and offline incentives offerings should be emphasized to meet the preference of air travellers. For future research, the study suggests that the focus can be on identifying other salient factors that motivate passengers to travel by air so as to boost industry sales.</p>

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan butir instrumen yang berkualitas berdasarkan tingkat validitas, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran, daya beda dan pengecoh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian ex post facto. Objek penelitian semua jawaban hasil tes calon mahasiswa baru tahun 2014-2016. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode Observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk validitas isi ditemukan nilai validitas isi (vi) sebesar 0,42 termasuk kategori sedang. Selanjutnya tampak bahwa nilai koefisien reliabilitas instrumen sebesar 0,514. Jumlah butir soal yang sukar sebanyak 57,5%, kategori sedang sebanyak 42,5% dan tidak terdapat soal kategori mudah. Selain itu, butir soal yang memiliki daya beda sangat baik sebanyak 5%, baik sebanyak 20%, perlu revisi sebanyak 13,75%, tidak baik sebanyak 61,25%. Sedangkan option yang tidak berfungsi dengan baik pada saat dijadikan sebagai pengecoh sebanyak 5 butir soal, akan tetapi terdapat 40 butir soal yang harus direvisi karena option pengecoh malah dianggap sebagai kunci jawaban oleh peserta yang pintar.Kata kunci: validitas, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran, daya beda,pengecoh,TAP ANALYSIS OF EXAMINATION INSTRUMENTS QUALITY AT UNIVERSITY BASED ON TAP APPLICATIONAbstractThis study is aimed at finding the items of quality instruments based on the level of validity, reliability, difficulty, differentiation, and distraction. This study was an ex post facto research. The object of research was all the answers of enrollment test results of prospective students in 2014-2016. The data were collected by using observation, interview, and documentation methods, and the data were analyzed using both qualitative and quantitative technique. The results of the research show that the value of the content validity found is 0.42, which belongs to medium category. Furthermore, it appears that the value of the instrument reliability coefficient is 0.514. The number of the question items which belongs to difficult category is 57.5%, medium category is 42.5%, and no item is in easy category. In addition, the percentage of the question items that belong to the category of very good, good, need a little revision, and not good, in terms of the items’ differentiation, are respectively 5%, 20%, 13.75%, and 61.25%. Further, the options that do not work properly when used as distractors are 5 items, but there are 40 items that must be revised because the distractive option is even considered as the key answer by smart participants.Keywords: validity, reliability, difficulty level, differentiation, distraction, TAP

El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo analizar el proceso de autorregulación académica en estudiantado universitario, según las estrategias de aprendizaje, emociones y creencias motivacionales percibidas por este. Se desarrolló un estudio de tipo empírico, cuantitativo, ex post facto. La muestra estuvo constituida por 83 estudiantes de universidad del primer año de la carrera de Psicología de Corrientes, Argentina. Se aplicaron tres instrumentos de medición para evaluar en una primera instancia la motivación y emociones de cada estudiante antes y después de efectuar una tarea determinada y en un segundo momento las estrategias de aprendizaje percibidas. En función de los objetivos y teniendo en cuenta las variables y sus dimensiones, se ejecutaron ANOVAS de un factor y MANOVAS para el análisis de datos. En los resultados obtenidos, se encontraron diferencias significativas en la ansiedad del estudiantado según el sexo y la edad, y la concentración para cumplir una tarea según el sexo. También se observaron diferencias significativas en la tarea elaborada según el procesamiento de información del alumnado, la competencia subjetiva percibida y la emoción centrada en el resultado que este presentó. The importance of student self-regulation was observed which is consistent with the reviewed literature. Self-regulation was perceived as leading to the attainment of goals via the cognitive and emotional pathways. Future research recommendations include increasing the sample size as well as including other variables to obtain a broader picture of the self-regulation process.
