This paper aims at investigating the students’ perspectives toward incorporating qur’anic interpretation into course materials of English for Business. This study is a qualitative survey. The subject of the study were 20 students of English subject in Sharia Business Management Study Program, Islamic Economic and Business Faculty, State Islamic Institute of Kudus, Central Java, Indonesia. The data were collected by spreading the questionnaire to the students and asked them to fill it. Then, the Likert Scale was implemented in analyzing the data. Result of this study shows that students have positive perspectives toward incorporating qur’anic interpretation into course materials of English for Business.

This study aims to prove that there is a difference of perception about ethics on tax evasion in UNISMA Bekasi students, based on selected study program and gender. The sample of this research is the students who have fulfilled the subject of taxation, at the Faculty of Economics (FE) and Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP). Using independent t-test, the results showed that there was no significant difference of perception about tax evasion ethics between FE and FISIP students. But significant differences the perception of tax evasion ethics occur between accounting and management students at FE. Significant differences also did not occur between male and female students

Da’wa that done by Da’i in Indonesia can not be detached from the efectivity of rethorical use. By shape the form of narration, choosing the nuances of the exact word meaning, also choosing the linguistic and interested word, will help da’i to get the interesting programmatic, so that can made and influence audiences to listen. The research method of this writing is descriptive qualitative analyziz. The data that used is a form of rethoric in the programmatic of oral da’wa of all da’i in Jakarta, West Java, and central Java. The research sources are the programmatic of oral da’wa that located in the published book and also recording. The collective data method are; reading, and repeatedly listening into the da’wa subject of da’i. Analyziz data technic are; understanding and interpretation. The result of this research is that in generally, the da’i used the literature linguistic style in delivering the subject of da’wa in shaping the proverb (amsal) and hikmah, whether came from Arabic or Indonesia. The linguistic that used by da’i, came from Al-Qur’an, Al-Hadist, wise word and from qaol Ulama dan Hukama.  The style of rethorical that used by KH.Zaenuddin MZ is to change belief, and in this term the da’i can change the attitude of audience. In a rethorical that used by Aa Gym is to inform, because many educational information that been accepted by aim to explain the things that has not known before. Meanwhile, the rethorical of UJE (Jefry alBukhory) has the unique style from other, because supported by his good voice while chanting the verse of Al-qur’an. Also, the rethorical style that used by Ahmad al Habsyi and Wijayanto that has similarity from the subject point, that used the beautiful style of locution by amtsal and hikmah---Dakwah yang dilakukan oleh para da’i di Indonesia tidak dapat terlepas dari efektifitas pemanfaatan retorika. Dengan menata bentuk-bentuk tuturan, memilih nuansa makna kata yang tepat serta memilih gaya bahasa dan kata mutiara  yang menarik akan lebih sempurna  bagi penutur untuk mendapatkan wacana yang menarik sehingga mampu mempengaruhi pendengar.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif analisis. Data yang digunakan berupa bentuk retorika dalam wacana dakwah lisan para da’i di  DKI, Jawa Barat, dan Jawa tengah. Sumber data penelitian  berupa wacana dakwah lisan yang terdapat dalam buku-buku yang telah diterbitkan dan rekaman. Teknik pengumpulan data, meliputi: membaca dan mendengarkan secara berulang-ulang materi  dakwah para da’i. Teknik analisis data, meliputi: pemahaman,dan  interpretasi. Hasil temuan, bahwa secara umum para dai menggunakan gaya bahasa sastra  dalam menyampaikan materi dakwahnya dalam bentuk peribahasa (amsal) dan kata mutiara (hikmah) baik berasal dari bahasa Arab maupun bahasa Indonesia. Gaya bahasa yang digunakan oleh para dai mayoritas bersumber dari Al Qur’an, Al-Hadist, kata-kata bijak dari qaol Ulama dan Hukama.  Bentuk retorika yang sering digunakan oleh KH. Zaenuddin MZ adalah to change belief, dan dalam hal ini penceramah mampu mengubah sikap.  Sedangkan bentuk retorika yang digunakan oleh Aa Gym adalah to inform (pendidikan) karena banyak informasi pendidikan  yang diterima dengan bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hal- hal yang belum diketahui sebelumnya.  Retorika UJE memiliki gaya khas dari yang lainnya, karena didukung  suaranya yang merdu menjadi pengikat hati ketika melantunkan cinta Allah dan Rasulnya. Demikian juga bentuk retorika yang digunakan oleh Ahmad  al Habsyi dan ustadz Wijayanto ada kesamaan dari sisi materi, yaitu menggunakan style gaya bahasanya yang indah dengan amtsal dan Hikmah

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengembangkan multimedia pembelajaran pada mata kuliah Pengetahuan Alat Pengolahan dan Penyajian Makanan yang layak digunakan pada mahasiswa program studi Tata Boga. (2) mengetahui efektifitas multimedia pembelajaran pada mata kuliah Pengetahuan Alat Pengolahan dan Penyajian Makanan program studi Tata Boga. Penelitian menggunakan model pengembangan produk Borg and Gall yang dipadu dengan model desain pembelajaran dari Dick and Carey. Metode penelitian ini terdiri dari dua tahapan, yang mana pada tahap I merupakan tahap uji coba produk yang terdiri dari: (1) validasi ahli desain pembelajaran, (2) validasi ahli materi pelajaran, (3) validasi ahli media pembelajaran, (4) uji coba perorangan, (5) uji coba kelompok kecil, dan (6) uji coba lapangan terbatas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) uji ahli desain pembelajaran berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (82,17%), (2) uji ahli materi berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (89,5%), (3) uji ahli media berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (85%), (4) uji coba perorangan berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (87%),  (5) uji coba kelompok kecil berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (86%), dan (6) uji coba lapangan terbatas berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (83,8%). Kata Kunci: multimedia, pembelajaran, pengetahuan alat pengolahan dan penyajian makanan Abstract: This study aims to: (1) develop learning multimedia in the subject of Knowledge Processing and Presentation Tools that are suitable for use in culinary study program students. (2) knowing the effectiveness of learning multimedia in the subject of Food Processing and Food Processing Program Knowledge and Processing Tools. The study used the Borg and Gall product development model combined with learning design models from Dick and Carey. This research method consists of two stages, which in stage I is the product testing phase which consists of: (1) validation of learning design experts, (2) expert material validation, (3) validation of learning media experts, (4) test try individuals, (5) small group trials, and (6) limited field trials. The results showed: (1) the learning design expert test was in very good qualification (82.17%), (2) the material expert test was in very good qualification (89.5%), (3) the media expert test was in the qualification very good (85%), (4) individual trials are in very good qualifications (87%), (5) small group trials are in very good qualifications (86%), and (6) limited field trials are at very good qualification (83.8%). Keywords: multimedia, learning, knowledge of processing and serving food

This research was done to know the factors’ influencing students’ motivation to speak in a group discussion. This research is qualitative survey, in which the subjects are the Third-Semester Students of English Education Study Program of Tanjungpura University in Academic Year 2018/2019. The subjects of this research were 25 students in class A. The data were collected through observation and survey. Based on the data the students are motivated enough in speaking class and the motivation are relatively high across the students but most of the students faced several speaking problems such as afraid of making mistakes, lack of confidence, and lack of motivation. In summary, the factors that influenced the students’ motivation to speak in a group discussion are the students' interest to the materials of learning, the students’ interest to the culture of the target language, and lastly the reinforced that the students receive inside/outside the teaching and learning process. All of the factors are related to types of motivation, such as, intrinsic, extrinsic, instrumental, and integrative motivation. The writer claimed that knowing and understand sorts of motivation is essential with the intention of making a better teaching and learning environment

To deal with all of business trends, the education institution has to prepare the students to be able to set up a business idenpendedntly through the subject of entrepeuneurship.  As it is regulated in Vision and Mision of study program and is also regulated in the curriculum of lectures. </em><em></em></p><p align="justify"><em>This research is aimed at to find out the correlation between the spirit of entrepeunership and motivation , Family background, and education level. Based on the research result, the finding showed that the spirit of entrepeneurship correlated with the motivation and family background. Based on the finding, it was also found that education level did not correlate with that the spirit of entrepeneurship. In regard with the findings, it is important to develop more the motivation of students to touch up the sperit of entrepenuership. </em><em></em></p><p align="justify"> </p><p><em>Key words: Entrepenuer, Students, Entrepeuneurship. </em></p>

The aim of the project was to optimize the company's inventory management and to suggest measures to minimize inventory and costs and maximize production in an effective and sustainable way. The effectiveness and sustainability of the logistics processes was focused on streamlining of inventory management through the actualization and improvement of existing system Kanban. In the context of sustainable development we propose the Kanban method because its principles are to eliminate waste and to ensure employees satisfied. In the centre of attention is the employee and the company should care for its satisfaction by means of enhancement of workplaces. The objective of this paper is to present characteristics of the Kanban method in theory and practice; it addresses actualization and improvement of the Kanban system and recommendations for future sustainable Kanban system. This study was aimed to identify the informality of request as politeness strategies used by the students of English Education study Program (English department) of Unrika Batam.The data was obtained from request spoken by the student of English department students. The data taken based on cluster sampling due the homogeneous data. The data was students of morning class of semester seven. This study concluded that The usage of bu, ma, mah (means mother)  five data and yah, pak, and pa (means father or daddy), the speaker respects to the hearer’s face by addressing her as mom. This considered her position is upper position; this does not threaten her face. This is used informally to her mother in relaxed situation. The usage of imperative sentences are four data when the hearer asks her young sister  to take the glass, then the subject asks her big sister to buy her dress, when she asks her young sister to take chilly and when the subject ask the money to pay rental house. This sentences forces her face’s hearer. This shows negative face. The last is speaker states “adek” young sister to her father means to soften request to her father due to the father will usually fulfill the young child.

The purpose of this study is to trace the extent of the use of Bengkulen folklore in the process of teaching and learning rhetorical subject. The study is a descriptive research which tries to portray the exercise of teaching rhetorical subject in which Bengkulen folklore is included. This study applies qualitative approach. The research subject deals with the fifth semester students of class A from the study program of Indonesian Language Teaching (FKIP) of Bengkulu University in the academic year of 2016-2017. The study results in that student activities change into positive direction in learning by folklore. The application of folklore to the students can improve their skill in rhetoric or public communication. It can be seen from the grades they achieve and the extent of their finishing the subject. Based on the data analyzed, the result shows that there 21 students who receive grade up 70 and their fulfillment in learning reaches 90, 84%.

Uno de los principales objetivos en la educación es lograr que los estudiantes desarrollen la capacidad de trabajo en equipo. Esta capacidad potencia la socialización entre los estudiantes y la resolución de problemas complejos. Comúnmente, la creación de estos equipos es realizada por el docente de la asignatura, quien debe tener en cuenta múltiples criterios como la presencia de un estudiante líder y equipos heterogéneos. Cuando la asignatura tiene poco estudiantes, esta tarea suele ser fácil. Sin embargo, cuando se debe tener en cuenta a numerosos estudiantes, la tarea se torna compleja y por lo general no existe garantía de que los equipos creados cumplan con los criterios deseados. En este sentido, con el objetivo de favorecer el desarrollo óptimo de esta tarea docente, la presente investigación propone una solución computacional que automatiza la creación de equipos de trabajo de estudiantes. Específicamente, la tarea de la creación de los equipos se modeló matemáticamente como un problema de optimización de tipo combinatorio y multi-objetivo, que fue resuelto a su vez por un algoritmo evolutivo basado en los conceptos de Dominancia de Pareto. Para validar las propuestas, se realizaron varios experimentos computacionales que involucran escenarios reales, relacionados con la Unidad de Aprendizaje Inglés en varias carreras de la Universidad Técnica Estatal de Quevedo. ABSTRACTOne of the main goals for Higher Education is to educate students to work in teams. Such a skill not only improves their social behavior in the community, but also the ability for solving complex problems. Usually, the process of making teams is carried out by professor of the subject, who has to take into account several criteria (e.g. the presence of leader, heterogeneity of the team according the level of knowledge, sex, among others). When the subject has just few students, this task becomes easy. However, in the case of classes with a large number of students, this task becomes complex and there is no warranty about the accomplishment of the considered criteria. In that sense, the present work proposes a computational solution that automatizes the task of student teams building. Specifically, it was approached as a multi-objective combinatorial optimization problem, which was solved using a Pareto Dominance-based algorithm. In order to validate the proposal we performed several computational experiments involving real case studies from the English subject of three careers at the Technical State University of Quevedo. Results show that the proposed approach is able to build balanced teams according to the considered criteria.

The subject of this research is comprehensive instructional design plan of networked learning which integrated place-based education in elementary school and implementation’s subject is the fourth grade students of SD Negeri Karangrena 02, Maos, SD Negeri Slarang 02, and SD Negeri Slarang 04, Kesugihan, Cilacap, in Central Java. Sasaran uji coba terbatas adalah siswa kelas IV SDN Karangrena 02, Desa Karangrena, Kecamatan Maos, Kabupaten Cilacap, Provinsi Jawa Tengah, dan sasaran ujicoba luas adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Slarang 02, SD Negeri Slarang 04, Desa Slarang, Kecamatan Kesugihan, dan SD Negeri Karangrena 02 Desa Karangrena, Kecamatan Maos, Kabupaten Cilacap, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perangkat pembelajaran terpadu model networked terintegrasi place-based education di sekolah dasar sangat layak dan dapat digunakan di sekolah dasar serta dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa melalui proses pembelajaran yang berkualitas.  Kata kunci: Perangkat pembelajaran, pembelajaran terpadu model networked, place-based education, sekolah dasar.
