During the COVID-19 pandemic, all people in Indonesia must limit social interaction. In addition, this social restriction rule requires shopping centers to close, making consumers have to switch to making purchases online. This study aims to measure the most fit overall interaction relationship between the characteristics of shopping motivation and online promotion on compulsive buying. Primary data was obtained from a questionnaire that was filled out online by 246 respondents domiciled in Jabodetabek who met the requirements, namely buying clothes in April-July 2020. The data were analyzed using the F test and beta-beta coefficient test to determine the suitability and influence of each aspect. The test results show that hedonic shopping motivation has no suitability and is not influenced by online promotion of compulsive buying. The three dimensions of shopping motivation have compatibility and are directly influenced by online promotion, namely utilitarian motivation, peer influence, and social comparison. The three dimensions of motivation are influenced by online promotion, the dimensions of the discount size and time restriction. Based on this, the discount size and time restriction promotion methods are the most effective online promotion strategies to attract buyers.

This study aims to examine the effect of trust, service quality, hedonic shopping motivation on the interest in transacting using lazada application. The population used in this study is community using lazada application. The method of data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. The testing technique used is validation and reliability tests and uses data analysis techniques in the form of classic assumption tests and multiple linear regression tests.. The hypothesis in this study was tested using t test and f test. The results of the study showed that all variables were declared free of interference from existing classical assumptions.From the results of multiple linear regression test results f obtained Fcount of 17.665> Ftable of 2.60 then Ho is rejected and Hi is accepted means that simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between variables of trust, service quality, hedonic shopping motive towards interest in using the lazada application. The partial test shows the results that all independent variables have a positive effect on the interest in transacting using the lazada application.Keywords : Trust, Service Quality, Hedonic Shopping Motivation, Interest in Transacting

<p><em>The phenomenon of students who raise nominal tuition bills to parents is rife so it needs further search for consumptive behavior among students. This study aims to determine the effect of hedonic shopping motivation on consumptive behavior in Accounting Education Study Program students at a University in Madiun. This research uses quantitative methods and online questionnaires as a tool for primary data collection through google form. The sample method used is a saturated sample. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that hedonic shopping motivation had a positive effect on the consumptive behavior of Accounting Education students. Students are more interested in buying goods because of discounts, satisfying services and affordable prices.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em>Fenomena berupa mahasiswa yang menaikkan nominal tagihan biaya kuliah kepada orang tua marak terjadi sehingga perlu penelusuran lebih lanjut mengenai perilaku konsumtif di kalangan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belanja hedonis terhadap perilaku konsumtif pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Akuntansi di sebuah Universitas di Madiun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kuesioner online sebagai alat pengumpulan data primer lewat perantara media <em>google form</em>. Metode sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh. Bersumber pada hasil uji hipotesis, didapati bahwa motivasi belanja hedonis berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi. Mahasiswa lebih tertarik melakukan pembelian barang karena adanya diskon, pelayanan yang memuaskan dan harga yang terjangkau.</em></p>

<p>The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the effect of sales promotion and store atmosphere on hedonic shopping motivation and impulsive buying of Hypermart consumers in Manado City. The method used in this research is explanatory survey method; with 175 consumers who shop at Hypermart in Manado City as sample with convenience sampling technique; primary data with data collecting technique using questionnaire instrument with Likert scale and structural equation modeling analysis technique with Lisrel 8.80 program. The result of this research shows that sales promotion has positive and significant effect on hedonic shopping motivation; store atmosphere has positive and significant effect on hedonic shopping motivation; sales promotion has positive and significant effect on impulsive buying; store atmosphere has positive and significant effect on impulsive buying; and hedonic shopping motivation has positive and significant effect on impulsive buying of Hypermart consumers in Manado City. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect oprice, service quality, and customer relationship management on the purchase decision of Asuransi Astra Garda OtoMedan, JL.ImanBonjol. The data used are primary data obtained from the answer of 85 respondents by accidental sampling method. Data collection techniques used in this study used a questionnaire and interview technique. Data analysis techniquesin the study used linear regression, classic assumption  tests, hypothesis testing (t test and f test) and the coefficiecnt of determination. Hypothesis testing results indicate that partially (t) obtained value for t count price of 2,833 > t table 1,658 and sig value obtained 0,005<0,05 which means that price has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions in using Astra Insurance services (Garda Oto). Partially obtained value for service quality tcount 5.152 >ttable 1.658 and sig value obtained 0.000 <0.05 which means that service quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions in using Astra Insurance (Garda Oto) services, partially obtained value for customer relationship management t count 8.878 > 1.658 t table and the sig value obtained is 0.000 <0.05 which means that customer relationship management has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions in using Astra Insurance (Garda Oto) services, for the F test results obtained calculated F value = 77.769 > f table (2.69), and a significance probability of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that simultaneously prices, service quality and customer relationship management have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in using Astra Insurance Services (Garda Oto). The research aims to develop the valid and reliable measurement instruments of entrepreneurship intention in vocational secondary school students. Multi stage random sampling was used as the technique to determine sample (300 respondents). The research method used research and development with confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). Result of confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) at the second order with robust maximum likelihood method shows that valid and reliable instrument with the acquisition value of loading factor is more than 0.5 (> 0,5) and a significance value of t is more than 1,96 (> 1,96). Reliability test results shows that the value of the combined construct reliability (CR) of 0.97and a variance value extract (VE) to 0.52 is greater than the limit of acceptance CR ? 0.70 and VE ? 0.50. The conclusion of the measurement instruments of entrepreneurship intention with three dimensions and 31 items met the standards of validity and reliability in accordance with the instrument development process.

The purpose of this research is to determine the optimal dose of the addition of red spinach powder to artificial feed on the brightness of clown loach. This research was conducted at Aquaculture Laboratory Building 4 Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences of Universitas Padjadjaran from April to May 2020. This research method is experimental with a Completely Randomized Design consisting of four treatments and three replications. The red spinach powder addition treatment used 0%, 2%, 4%, and 6% of the feed amount. The parameters observed are color value as primary data by using Toca Color Finder, while the growth, survival rate, and water quality as support data. Color assessment results were analyzed using the Kruskal-Wallis test, if there were significant differences, Z test would be performed. Growth data and survival rates were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). Because the F test results were not significantly different, the Duncan test was not carried out. The results showed that the addition of  6% red spinach powder is the best treatment with an increased color brightness value of 5,63.

The purpose of this study to determine how much influence of fixed asset investment vehicles against profitability CV. Parahyangan Express Karawang Branch. This research uses a descriptive verification method with a primary data source that is a financial report CV. Parahyangan Express Karawang Branch period 2007 to 2016. The result of this research is r average investment value CV. Parahyangan Express in the period 2007 until 2016 tends to decrease, the average value of profitability CV. Parahyang n Express in the period 2007 to 2016 tends to decline. Based on test results t comparison t arithmetic with t table showing 2.840> 2.093 t count more than t table. vehicle fixed asset investment has a significant effect on profitability in a CV. Parahyangan Express. The percentage of influence of fixed asset investment of 30% means 30 % development of profitability CV. Parahyangan Express is influenced by in-kind fixed assets while 70 % is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction of PT. Langit Membiru Wisata Bogor, to find out how big the influence and relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction. The sample used was 100 respondents taken through t-test or interviews, observations, and questionnaires at PT. Langit Membiru Wisata Bogor and the primary data source processed with SPSS 25. The t-test results show the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, this is evidenced by the variable (X) service quality and variable (Y) customer satisfaction has a value less than 0.05, namely (0.00 <0.05), this is proven with the value in the t test obtained t count 91.624> t table 5.293, so it can be concluded that the hypothesis can be accepted. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan PT. Langit Membiru Wisata Bogor, untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dan hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan dengan kepuasan pelanggan. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 responden yang diambil melalui uji-t atau wawancara, observasi, dan angket pada PT. Langit Membiru Wisata Bogor dan sumber data primer diolah dengan SPSS 25. Hasil uji t menunjukkan adanya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, hal ini dibuktikan dengan variabel (X) kualitas pelayanan dan variabel (Y) kepuasan pelanggan memiliki nilai lebih kecil dari 0,05 yaitu (0,00 < 0,05) hal ini terbukti dengan nilai pada uji t diperoleh t hitung 91,624 > ttabel 5,293, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis dapat diterima.

This study aims to determine whether the understanding of Risk Based Internal Audit, Whistleblowing System, anti-fraud awareness, and the application of the principles of Good Corporate Governance affect the prevention of fraud in Rural Credit Banks in Bali Province. This study uses primary data sources, using instruments in the form of questionnaires. The population used in this study were auditor internal and bord of directors from 134 Rural Credit Banks and the sample used was auditor internal from 57 Rural Credit Banks taken purposive sampling. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis that is multiple linear analysis using SPSS test equipment. t test results show that Risk Based  Internal Audit, Whistleblowing System, Anti-Fraud awareness, and the application of the principles of Good Corporate Governance each have a positive effect on Fraud prevention

Zakat is a popular Islamic weapon in shaping the welfare of society which has moral, social, and economic values. Economically, zakat balances social life by distributing wealth from rich people to poor societies. However, the greatness that is aimed to be realized was not sufficient in encouraging people to implement zakat itself, even for its value owners which is Moslem’s community. This is why the target of obtaining zakat in each region as well as national does not always achieved. This research tries to find answers that explain why people are willing to pay zakat. The development of the idea is carried out by taking all the indicators that indicate the willingness of people to pay zakat. The number of indicators reaches 52 statements. The research was developed with a causal design based on primary data. A total of 100 people were determined by cluster sampling who were involved in filling out questionnaires related to zakat behavior. The respondents came from all sub-districts in Palembang City. The data obtained is then processed using analysis factor in order to determine the choice factors that can be used as the basis for zakat behavior. The selected factors are then processed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that there are 12 factors that can be identified as the basis for zakat behavior. Following this, the test results proved that all factors influence zakat behavior and there are partially various results. Among these factors are knowledge, belief, external motivation, work, and institutions; they have been shown to significantly influence zakat behavior. As for promotion, persuasion, internal motivation, WOM, income, distribution, and individual sales, the results proved that they have insignificant effect to the behavior of zakat people. Among these factors, personal income and sales showed a negative influence.
