<p>This study aims to explore the management of strengthening the religious character education of mosque-based students in madrasas. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and study documentation. Data analysis used qualitative analysis at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Kota Bandung. The results showed that the management of mosque-based character strengthening students had fulfilled management principles and was able to instill student character through worship activities. The design of activities to strengthen mosque-based character education that has been carried out includes thaharah, <em>Duha </em>praying, <em>adhan, iqamah,</em> recitation of <em>asma alhusna,</em> tadarus al-Quran, lectures, midday prayers, remembrance, and prayers. This activity is effectively able to develop the character of obedience, responsibility, discipline, cleanliness, neatness, trustworthy, confident, caring, brave and polite.</p><p><strong><em><br /></em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Abstrak</em></strong></p><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi manajemen penguatan pendidikan karakter religius peserta didik berbasis Mesjid di madrasah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Kota Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen penguatan pendidikan karakter peserta didik berbasis masjid telah memenuhi prinsip manajemen dan mampu menanamkan karakter siswa melalui aktifitas ibadah. Desain aktivitas penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis mesjid yang telah dilakukan meliputi  thaharah, sholat Duha, adzan, iqamah, pembacaan asma alhusna, tadarus al-Quran, kuliah, sholat dzuhur , zikir, dan sholat. Kegiatan ini secara efektif mampu mengembangkan karakter kepatuhan, tanggung jawab, disiplin, kebersihan, kerapian, dapat dipercaya, percaya diri, peduli, berani dan sopan</em>

Karakter merupakan kepribadian yang khas pada diri seseorang yang terbentuk karena pengaruh lingkungan. Dalam gerak, iringan, dan kostum pada tari juga memiliki nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter pada Tari Topeng Getak di Rumah Seni Madhu Ro’om Pamekasan Madura. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan objek penelitian Tari Topeng Getak di Pamekasan, Madura dan nilai-nilai pendidikan yang terkandung di dalamnya. Pengumpulan data didapatkan dari observasi, wawancara dengan beberapa narasumber, studi pustaka, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif yang disajikan dengan teks bersifat naratif. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan tujuh nilai pendidikan karakter pada Tari Topeng Getak di Rumah Seni Madhu Ro’om. Adapun beberapa nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter pada Tari Topeng Getak yaitu (1) religius, (2) disiplin, (3) tanggung jawab, (4) rasa ingin tahu, (5) cinta damai, (6) demokratis, dan (7) cinta tanah air. Penerapan nilai-nilai tersebut dapat membantu peserta didik sebagai motivasi dalam latihan dan selalu diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Character is a distinctive personality in a person who is formed due to environmental influences. In motion, accompaniment, and costumes in dance also have character education values. This study aims to describe the values of character education in the Topeng Getak Dance at the Madhu Ro'om Art House Pamekasan Madura. This research uses qualitative research methods, with the object of research being the Topeng Getak Dance in Pamekasan, Madura and the educational values contained in it. Data collection was obtained from observations, interviews with several sources, literature studies, and documentation. The data analysis using qualitative analysis and is presented with narrative text. The study results obtained seven values of character education in the Topeng Getak Dance at the Madhu Ro'om Art House. The values of character education in Topeng Getak Dance are (1) religious, (2) discipline, (3) responsibility, (4) curiosity, (5) peace-loving, (6) democratic, and (7) love the homeland. Applying these values can help students as motivation in training and are consistently applied in everyday life.

This study aims to explain how the distribution of productive zakat in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra and how the effectiveness of productive zakat distribution in improving the welfare of mustahik in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive method, which is a problem that guides researchers to explore and photograph situations that will be thoroughly investigated, broadly and deeply. Data collection techniques with field research, while the tools used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study inform that in distributing productive zakat funds, Rumah Zakat is in accordance with Law No. 23 of 2011 concerning Management of Zakat. The distribution of productive zakat carried out by the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra through the Senyum Mandiri Program to mustahik in Medan Helvetia Subdistrict has been effective, because it can improve the welfare of mustahik, this is evidenced by the income of eight of thirteen mustahik people in total, five people whose income is fixed and four out of eight people whose income has increased has reached the level of muzaki.

The purpose of this study was to describe the increase in numeracy skills of 0-10 through the Abacus Media for Group B children in Integrated PAUD Nagallo Marannu, Puncak Jaya Regency, Academic Year 2017/2018. This research was conducted on group B children, amounting to 16 people. This research is an action research with the method of Kemmis and Taggart which consists of 4 stages, namely (plan, act, observe and reflect). This study consisted of 2 cycles, each of which consisted of 3 meetings. Data collection techniques using observation, field notes, and documentation. Data analysis using quantitative and qualitative. Quantitative data analysis was performed with statistical descriptions to compare pre-cycle to cycle II. Qualitative analysis is carried out by analyzing data from observations, field notes and verified documentation. The results showed that there was an increase in the ability to count numbers 0-10 through the abacus media with a score in the pre-cycle of 46.35% increasing to 66.66% in the first cycle and an increase of 82.29 in the second cycle with the very well developed category.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of character education on students' learning motivation at State Elementary School 019 Sungai Beringin, Tembilahan Indragiri Hilir Riau Indonesia. This research used a quantitative approach. A total of 74 students were selected to participate in this study using the proportional random sampling technique. Data collection techniques were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used was a simple regression test. Based on the results of data analysis on variable X, namely Character Education, it was found that 73.69% was categorized as strong. Then, based on the results of data analysis of variable Y, namely Student Learning Motivation, it was found that 77.39% was also categorized as strong. While the effect of character education on student learning motivation obtained Fcount ≥ Ftable = 20.92 ≥ 3.97, so Ho is rejected, which means that there was a positive and significant influence between character education on student learning motivation

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memahami secara komprehensif nilai-nilai humaniora dalam antologi puisi "Blues untuk Bonnie" karya WS Rendra. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan studi pustaka, dan teknik analisis data dengan analisis isi melalui kajian struktural semiotik. Hasil penelitian yakni antologi puisi Blues untuk Bonnie karya WS Rendra mengandung nilai-nilai humaniora yang terlihat melalui tanda-tanda semiotik berupa moralitas, simpati, empati, kasih sayang, kepedulian, kerjasama, dan toleransi. Temuan penelitian ini merekomendasikan bahwa masih banyak jenis-jenis karya sastra yang dapat dijadikan objek kajian dengan menggunakan pendekatan-pendekatan yang berbeda untuk mengungkap nilai-nilai pendidikan terutama pendidikan karakter bagi siswa dan mahasiswa. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan implikasi terhadap pengajaran sastra di sekolah lanjutan sampai perguruan tinggi dalam bentuk penyusunan bahan ajar atau pengembangan model pembelajaran apresiasi sastra sebagai alternatif pemecahan masalah pendidikan karater bangsa. Kata Kunci: Nilai-nilai humaniora, antologi puisi, kajian struktural semiotik Abstract The objective of this research is to understand comprehensively the humanities values in antology of poetry "Blues for Bonnie" by WS Rendra. The research used content analysis method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are used library study and data analysis techniques with content analysis through the study of structuralism semiotic. The result was the antology of poetry 'Blues for Bonnie" by WS Rendra contains humanities values seen through semiotic signs are morality, symphaty, empbaty, love, care, togetherness, and tolerant. The findings lead to the recomendation that there are still many kinds of literary works which can be the object of research by using different approaches for investigating education characters! values for students. This finding implicates to literary instruction in schools to universities in forms of teaching materials or literary appreciation instruction as one of the alternative problem solving of the nation character education. Abstrak: Kata mencuri perlu diteliti mengingat kata ini berkaitan dengan tindakan hukum yang dapat dikenakan kepada orang yang didakwa melakukannya. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kata mencuri dengan memanfaatkan teori semantik prototipe model Linda Coleman dan Paul Kay (1981). Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diisi oleh 40 responden. Analisis data menggunakan metode campuran (mixedmethod), yaitu analisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) prototipe kata mencuri didukung oleh tiga elemen, yaitu (a) me-ngambil barang orang lain tanpa izin; (b) mengetahui bahwa barang itu milik orang lain; dan (c) memanfaatkan barang itu untuk kepentingan pribadi; (2) elemen-elemen yang mendukung makna kata mencuri memiliki kadar yang berbeda: tertinggi b, kemudian c, dan terendah a. Hal itu menunjukkan bahwa faktor kesengajaan adalah elemen yang paling menentukan suatu tindakan dikategorikan benar-benar mencuri. KataKunci: semantik prototipe, kata mencuri, linguistik kognitifAbstract: The word mencuri (steal) needs to be studied because it is related to legal action that can be imposed on people who are charged doing it. This study aims to describe the word mencuri (steal) using the prototype model of Linda Coleman and Paul Kay (1981). Data collection used a questionnaire which was filled out by 40 respondents. Data analysis used mixed method, namely quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results showed that (1) the prototype of the word mencuri (steal) is supported by three elements; (a) taking other people’s belongings without permission; (b) knowing that the item belongs to some-one else; and (c) using the goods for personal gain; and (2) the elements that support the meaning of the word have different levels: the highest is a, then b, and the lowest is c. The results showed that the intentional factor is the most determining element of an action categorized as actually stealing.Keywords: prototype semantic, the word steal, cognitive linguistic

The development of local wisdom-based character education training modules is included in R & D research. This development research uses Sugiyono's development model with the following steps: (1) potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) product design, (4) design validation, (5) design revision, (6) product testing and (7) product revision. In this study, trials were limited to 10 teachers. Data collection with interviews, questionnaires and validation. Next, the data analysis uses the normality test, hypothesis test, likert scale. The results of the data analysis obtained normal data, in which the hypothesis test concluded that there was a difference between the pretest and posttest training, the questionnaire results showed a value of 3.2 was said to be feasible. Furthermore, the validation test obtained the number 77, 5% in the category worthy of being tested. This module consists of modules for trainers and modules for participants along with plans for implementing training. Principals are advised to carry out training with local wisdom-based character education training modules, for teachers it is recommended to participate in training.

The purpose of this research was to Determine the purpose of Integrity, Objectivity, moral courage on the effectiveness of internal audit and to know senior management support as moderating the effect of integrity on the effectiveness of internal audit,senior management support as the moderating influence of Objectivity on the effectiveness of internal audit and senior management support moral courage as a moderating influence towards the effectiveness of internal audit. The type of research was associative research. The Data used was primary and secondary data. The population of this research was internal auditors at the government bank in western Ilir subdistrict Palembang with 38 respondents. The techniques of data collection was by distributing questionnaires. The Methods of data analysis used in this research was quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results of the research indicated resources Significantly integrity that influenced the effectiveness of internal audit. Objectivity Significantly influenced the effectiveness of internal audit and moral courage that Significantly influenced the effectiveness of internal audit. Senior management support was Able to Strengthen Integrity, Objectivity and moral courage towards the effectiveness of internal audit.

<div align="center"><table class="KisiTabel1" width="658" border="1" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0"><tbody><tr><td valign="top" width="453"><p><strong>Abstract: </strong>This study aims to determine and describe the shape of the teacher's imperative speech in learning and find out the factors that cause violations of the imperative politeness by the teacher towards students in learning. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with data in the form of teacher's speech in learning. Data collection techniques using listening techniques, note taking, and interviews, while data analysis techniques using qualitative analysis techniques. The results showed that in reality the teacher violated more politeness in language when using imperative speech to students. This can be seen from the number of utterances. Speeches were found as many as 120, while those that violated 102 speeches, 18 were speeches that obeyed politeness in language. The factors that cause the occurrence of imperative politeness violations committed by teachers are mostly caused by the lack of teacher understanding of the importance of imperative language politeness in learning.</p><p><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan wujud tuturan imperatif guru dalam pembelajaran dan mengetahui faktor yang menyebabkan pelanggaran kesantunan imperatif oleh guru terhadap peserta didik dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan data berupa tuturan guru dalam pembelajaran. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik simak, catat, dan wawancara, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada kenyataannya guru lebih banyak melanggar kesantunan berbahasa pada saat menggunakan tuturan imperatif kepada peserta didik. Hal tersebut dapat diketahui dari jumlah tuturan. Tuturan yang ditemukan sebanyak 120, sedangkan yang melanggar sebanyak 102 tuturan dan 18 tuturan yang mematuhi kesantunan berbahasa. Faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya pelanggaran kesantunan imperatif yang dilakukan oleh guru paling banyak disebabkan oleh kurangnya pemahaman guru akan pentingnya kesantunan berbahasa imperatif dalam pembelajaran.<strong> </strong></p></td></tr></tbody></table></div>

<p><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal konsep pola melalui media realia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tidakan kelas dilaksanakan selama dua siklus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah anak usia 4-5 tahun dengan jumlah 12 anak yang terdiri dari 7 perempuan dan 5 laki-laki. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara, tes, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif deskriptif komparatif dan analisis kualitatif model interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa melalui media realia, anak dapat menemukan pola ABC-ABC, melanjutkan pola AABB-AABB, meniru pola ABB-ABB, dan menyalin pola ABBB-ABBB. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan pada kemampuan mengenal konsep pola melalui media realia, yaitu persentase ketuntasan pada pratindakan sebesar 41,67%, peningkatan kemampuan mengenal konsep pola pada siklus I sebesar 58,33 ditandai dengan anak yang sudah memperhatikan guru dan menyelesaikan tugas dengan media realia. Peningkatan pada siklus II sebesar 83,33%, anak dengan mudah menemukan benda yang hilang pada pola ABC-ABC. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah melalui media realia dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal konsep pola pada anak usia 4-5 tahun. </p><p align="left"> </p><p><strong>Kata kunci: </strong>Konsep pola, media realia, anak usia 4-5 tahun</p><p align="left"> </p><p><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p><p><em>This study aim</em><em>ed</em><em> to improve the ability to recognize the concept of patterns through </em><em>real life materials</em><em>. This type of research is classroom action research carried out for two cycles. Subjects in this study were children aged 4-5 years with a total of 12 children consisting of 7 girls and 5 boys. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. Data analysis in this study uses comparative descriptive quantitative analysis and interactive model qualitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that through </em><em>real life materials</em><em>, children can find ABC-ABC patterns, continue AABB-AABB patterns, imitate ABB-ABB patterns, and copy ABBB-ABBB patterns. The results of this study indicate there is an increase in the ability to recognize the concept of patterns through </em><em>real life materials</em><em>, namely the percentage of completeness in pre-action by 41.67%, an increase in the ability to recognize the concept of the pattern in the first cycle of 58.33 marked by children who have paid attention to the teacher and completed the task with the </em><em>real life materials</em><em>. Increased in the second cycle of 83.33%, children easily find missing </em><em>object</em><em> in the ABC-ABC pattern.
