Abstrak: Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi sumber-sumber nilai-nilai karakter kewargaan multikultural yang menjadi basis nilai pembinaan karakter kewargaan multikultur dan menyajikan model pembinaan karakter kewargaan multikultur dalam program kurikuler berdasar identifikasi kebutuhan di Madrasah Aliyah di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi dokumentasi, focus group disscussion bersama para guru dalam MGMP PKN MA se-Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, dan observasi pelaksanaan pembentukan karakter kewargaan multikultural di sekolah sampel. Guru yang terlibat berjumlah 30 orang dari 21 sekolah. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa dokumentasi rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, panduan observasi, dan panduan FGD, sedang analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik deskripsi kualitatif. Hasil penelitian memaparkan pembentukan karakter kewargaan multikultural di MA dan upaya mengharmonikan identitas Islam dan kebangsaan di MA. Penguatan integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dan kebangsaan ke dalam wajah multikultural pendidikan Islam Indonesia modern perlu dielaborasi lebih lanjut. This study also presented a model of multicultural citizenship character building in the curricular program based on the identification of the needs in Madrasah Aliyah in Yogyakarta. The study used the documentation study, a focus group discussion with teachers in the association of civic teachers of Madrasah Aliyah in Yogyakarta, and observations of the implementation of the multicultural citizenship character building in the sample school. There were 30 teachers from 21 schools involved. The instruments uesd were in the form of the lesson plans, observation guidelines, and focus group discussion guidelines. The data were analyzed using the qualitative descriptive analysis. The findings showed the multicultural citizenship character building in Madrasah Aliyah and the efforts to harmonize the Islamic and nationalism identities in Madrasah Aliyah. The integration of the Islamic and nationalism values into the modern Indonesian Islamic education needed to be elaborated further. This research develops a model of characteristic training and character education management to produce academic, profession, and vocational (potential teacher and teacher) teachers who have superior competence in disseminating noble character of the nation. By using Researh & Development approach, this research uses Padepokan Character locus PPKn FIS Unnes Department. The subjects of the study were the newly graduated Unnes students, the young teachers in Semarang City and Central Java Province. The factual model of training management and the development of character education that runs so far contains weaknesses in various aspects, from planning, implementation, to evaluation of activities. On the basis of the analysis of a number of weaknesses of the factual model is then carried out the reconstruction of the conceptual model departs from the review of ethical factors and emotic factors. Conceptual model is then refined again by accommodating the results of focus group discussion with the stake holders and utilize the potential and resources owned by the character padepokan Unnes Political Education and Citizenship. This model has incorporated various aspects of the training, from the refinement of the factual model greed, the consideration of ethical factors and the emotional factors, as well as the aspirations and needs of the stake holders, so it is feasible to experiment in the wider domain.

This research was motivated by the  competitions phenomenon between  universities  to get the public/stakeholders trust. That’s the public trust have more influence on development of educational institution. Based on those phenomena, Researcher chose the Magister Program of  PAI (Islamic Education) IAIN (State Islamic Institution) Surakarta as field of research. The Magister Program of PAI (MPAI) as new program must built good image for stakeholders.This research was conducted to reveal the perception of Stakeholders on the Magister Program of PAI IAIN Surakarta. This research used qualitative design to analyze  data. The data was obtained through  interview and Focus Group Discussion (FGD), and used the triangulation technic to obtain the data’s validity .The results of this research are the stakeholders internal judged that, 1. MPAI can accommodates the hopes of the graduates of S1,  and teachers in the surrounding area can continue their studies to Magister program; 2. the vision, mission and MPAI curriculum will be able to respon community demans in the future; 3. MPAI still does not have adequate  facilities yet; 4  some stakeholders see that most of the MPAI lectures had the feasibility standard to teach at MPAI; but others don’t agree with the judge.   Key word: Perseption, Stakeholders.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenis program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk serta dampak dari program tersebut terhadap masyarakat lokal di Kabupaten Cilacap. Sebagai perusahaan yang kerap menjadi badan usaha terbesar di lingkungannya, Holcim sadar akan tanggung jawabnya terhadap masyarakat. CSR adalah bentuk regulasi diri sebuah perusahaan yang diintegrasikan dalam model bisnis. Salah satu kegiatan CSR Holcim adalah pemberdayaan masyarakat di wilayah salah satu plant Holcim yaitu Kabupaten Cilacap. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam melakukan analisis adalah melalui studi literatur, wawancara, observasi, kuesioner, dan Focus Group Discussion dengan para pengurus, kader, dan anggota masyarakat. Sedangkan responden yang menjadi sampel penelitian adalah 25 posdaya yang berdiri sebelum program CSR PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk dengan jumlah responden 111 orang, dan 11 posdaya yang merupakan bentukan PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk dengan jumlah responden 37 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis kuadran. Berdasarkan analisis dari variabel yang telah diamati, hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jenis program CSR yang dilakukan PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk terhadap masyarakat Kabupaten Cilacap adalah berupa gerakan pemberdayaan masyarakat dan desa dalam bentuk Posdaya. Program ini berdampak pada terjadinya perbaikan dalam hal kepengurusan Posdaya serta kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat. Selain itu PT. Holcim Indonesia, Tbk melakukan pendampingan secara berkelanjutan serta evaluasi terhadap kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan. Kata Kunci: Corporate Social Responsibility, Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Posdaya, Keberlanjutan The purpose of this research is to know the types of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program done by PT.Holcim Indonesia Tbk as well as the impact of the program on the local communities of Cilacap district. As one of the largest business entity in its environment, PT Holcim,Tbk aware of its responsibility towards the society. CSR is done by PT Holcim, tbk, as a form of self-regulation that is integrated in their business model. One of their CSR is done by empowering community in the region. This research is conducted in one of the Holcim plant in Cilacap district. The analytical methods used in this research are: studying the related literature, interviews, observations, questionnaires, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with the Executive Board, cadres, and community members of Posdaya. The research sample are 25 Posdaya that are established before PT Holcim Indonesia CSR program Tbk directed to the society with the total number of respondents are 111 people, and 11 Posdaya which were formed by PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk, with the total number of respondents are37 people.The data gathered then analyzed using descriptive analysis and quadrant analysis.The result of this research shows that the type of CSR programs done by PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk. on Kabupaten Cilacap society are: The type of CSR done in the form of community empowerment movement that called as Posdaya. The program done by PT Holcim Tbk has an impact on the improvement of the managerial skills of the Posdaya organizing comitee, and the empowerment program is also improving the economic independence of the member of Posdaya as well as the district community. In addition, PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk provides guidance on an ongoing basis to the Posdaya management and provides evaluations on the activities carried out by Posdaya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan implementasi  penilaian pada Kurikulum 2013; (2) mengidentifikasi hambatan dan keberhasilan pelaksanaan penilaian pada Kurikulum 2013, (3) memberikan rekomendasi kepada Pemerintah dalam mengambil kebijakan pelaksanaan penilaian pada Kurikulum 2013. Populasi dalam evaluasi ini adalah sekolah di Indonesia jenjang sekolah dasar dan menengah. Penentuan sampel dengan purposive sampling, yaitu sekolah jenjang sekolah dasar dan menengah di 15 provinsi di Wilayah Indonesia Bagian Barat, Wilayah Indonesia Bagian Tengah, dan Wilayah Indonesia Bagian Timur. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dokumentasi, dan Focus Group Discussion(FGD). Data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Model ini digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kesenjangan antara kriteria yang telah ditetapkan dengan pelaksanaan program di lapangan. Hasil penelitian dibagi tiga tahap, yaitu: (1) perencanaan, disarankan kepada pemerintah untuk melakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan membuat kisi-kisi dahulu baru membuat soal-soalnya, bukan yang dilakukan sebaliknya, juga pelatihan analisis instrumen penilaian dan membuat rubrik untuk soal uraian; (2) pelaksanaan, disarankan kepada pemerintah untuk menyederhanakan pedoman penilaian pada Kurikulum 2013, melakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan penilaian kompetensi sikap, untuk jenjang SD perlu diberikan pelatihan teknik penilaian pada pembelajaran tematik, dan membimbing guru melakukan kegiatan analisis instrumen dan revisi butir soal; (3) pelaporan, disarankan pengambil kebijakan mengkaji kembali  penggunaan rentang nilai 1-4 pada penilaian pengetahuan dan keterampilan.Kata kunci: penilaian pada Kurikulum 2013, rubrik untuk soal uraian, penilaian pada pembelajaran tematik, rentang skor 1-4 THE  IMPLEMENTATION  OF ASSESSMENT IN THE CURRICULUM  2013AbstractThe objectives  of  this study are (1) to describe the implementation of the assessment in the curriculum 2013, (2)to identify the obstacle and the success of the implementation  of assessment in the curriculum 2013, and (3)to make a recommendation for policy makers to improve the implementation of  assessment in the curriculum2013. The population of the study consist of the elementary schools, junior schools, and senior high schools in Indonesia. The sample was determined purposively, consisting of the elementary schools, junior schools, and senior high schools in 15 provinces in Indonesia. Data were collected through questionnaires and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Data were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative descriptive. The findings of this study are: (1) in the planning step, the recommendations were given to principals, teachers, and  head of educational districts to make socialization and workshop on developing assessment grid first, and then writing items not the other way around, and make a rubric first when writing the essay items; (2) in the implementation step, the recommendation were given to government to simplify the guidance of assessment in the curriculum 2013, to make socialization and workshop about the affective assessment, workshop thematic assessment for elementary teachers, and guiding teachers to revise and analyze the instrument; (3) in the report step, the recommendation were given to policy makers to look back at the policy of using the score range 1-4, for assessing knowledge and psychomotor domain.Keywords: assessment incurriculum 2013, rubric for essay items, assessment in thematic learning, score range 1-4

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menganalisis penanaman sikap hormat, dan disiplin pada anak usia dini. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam proses penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi, langkah-langkah dan tahapannya adalah studi eksplorasi, uji konseptual, uji coba operasional dengan tekhnik pengumpulan data wawancara, angket, observasi, dan Focus Group Discussion. Sedangkan analisis data yang dipergunakan adalah analisis deskripstif kualitatif untuk menjelaskan hasil studi lapangan, FGD, dan uji coba penyelenggaraan pembelajaran, serta analisis deskriptif kuantitatif sehingga tersusunnya naskah model pembelajaran dan buku aktivitas anak. Dari penelitian ini dapat ditemukan hasil sebagai berikut: 1) Hasil uji eksplorasi menunjukkan perlu alternative terkait penanaman karakter sikap hormat dan disiplin pada anak usia dini agar pola prilaku anak-anak memiliki karakter yang baik dalah hal hormat dan disiplin. 2) Berdasarkan hasil uji konseptual model penanaman sikap hormat dan disiplin diperoleh hasil bahwa model layak dikembangkan dan untuk diujicobakan lebih lanjut didalam sekolah mapun diluar sekolah secara konsisten, 3) Hasil yang diperoleh dari uji coba operasional model penanaman sikap hormat dan disiplin diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan, pemahaman, sikap dan perilaku warga belajar, 4) Telah tersusun naskah model penanaman sikap hormat dan disiplin yang layak digunakan sebagai alternatif pembelajaran.   Kata Kunci: Anak Usia Dini, Sikap Hormat dan Disiplin   Abstract This study aims to analyze the planting of respect, and discipline in early childhood. The method used in this research process is qualitative with a phenomenological approach, the steps and stages are exploration studies, conceptual tests, operational trials with data collection techniques for interviews, questionnaires, observations, and Focus Group Discussions. While the data analysis used is qualitative descriptive analysis to explain the results of the field study, FGD, and the trial of the implementation of learning, as well as quantitative descriptive analysis so that the drafting of learning models and children's activity books. From this study, the following results can be found: 1) The results of the exploratory test indicate the need for alternatives related to the planting of the character of respect and discipline in early childhood so that children's behavior patterns have good character is respect and discipline. 2) Based on the conceptual test results of the planting model, respect and discipline obtained results that the model is feasible to be developed and further tested in schools or outside the school consistently. 3) The results obtained from the operational trial of the planting model of respect and discipline obtained results that increased knowledge, understanding, attitudes and behavior of learning citizens, 4) A text model of planting model has been prepared with respect and discipline that is appropriate to be used as an alternative learning.   Key Words:  Early Childhood, Respect and Discipline

Abstract: Polytechnic has characteristic which prioritizes the application of practical aspects supported by appropriate theory. Blended learning can be applied in Polytechnic, but a scheme is needed to formulate the correct instructional model. The study objectives were to examine the type of instructional model on blended learning that suits with Polytechnic. The research was conducted by qualitative descriptive approach by Miles and Huberman through observation, in-depth interview, Focus Group Discussion and literature review. The research validity was done by transferability, confirmability, credibility and dependability test. It can be concluded that the instructional model is appropriately determined by the suitability of educational model, technique and method of learning, and also facilities and infrastructure readiness. The instructional model on Blended Learning in Polytechnic is the Rotation Instructional Model. The study had implications on the learning process in Polytechnic. The lecturers could use the schema to determine the suit instructional model for their courses.Keywords: Instructional Model, Blended Learning, Polytechnic, Vocational STUDI MODEL INSTRUKSIONAL PADA PEMBELAJARAN KOMBINASI DI POLITEKNIK Abstrak: Politeknik memiliki ciri khas pendidikan yang mengutamakan penerapan aspek-aspek praktis yang didukung oleh teori yang tepat. Blended learning dapat diterapkan di Politeknik, namun diperlukan sebuah skema untuk merumuskan instructional model yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengkaji jenis instructional model pada Blended Learning yang sesuai dengan karakteristik pendidikan Politeknik. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif model Miles dan Huberman, teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, Focus Group Discussion dan kajian pustaka. Keabsahan data dengan uji transferability, confirmability, credibility dan dependability. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa instructional model yang tepat ditentukan dengan mempertimbangkan kesesuaian antara model pendidikan yang diselenggarakan, teknik dan metode pembelajaran mata kuliah, serta ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran. Sesuai dengan pertimbangan tersebut maka instructional model pada Blended Learning di Politeknik adalah Rotation Instructional Model. Implikasi penelitian terjadi pada proses pembelajaran di Politeknik. Para dosen dapat memanfaatkan instructional model skema untuk menentukan instructional model yang tepat untuk mata kuliah yang diampu.Kata Kunci: Instructional Model, Blended Learning, Politeknik, Vokasi

AbstrakTim Litbang Yayasan Kolese Santo Yusup sudah memiliki draf roadmap pendidikan karakter. Draf yang sudahdimiliki hendak dikembangkan dalam modul-modul pelatihan pendidikan karakter untuk sekolah-sekolah yangbernaung di bawah Yayasan Kolose Santo Yusup. Untuk mewujudkan rencana ini, Tim Litbang Yayasan KoleseSanto Yusup mengajak kerjasama Tim Abdimas Universitas Ma Chung yang sebelumnya sudah ikut mendampingipembuatan draf roadmap pendidikan karakter untuk ikut terlibat di dalam pembuatan modul. Selama enam bulanTim Abdimas Universitas Ma Chung secara intensif melakukan pertemuan secara online bersama Tim LitbangYayasan Kolese Santo Yusup untuk mereview roadmap pendidikan karakter dan menyusun modul-modulpendidikan karakter. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah Focus Group Discussion dan Workshop.Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah: 1) Review roadmap pendidikan karakter yang sudahdisusun Tim Litbang Yayasan Kolese Santo Yusup, 2) Rancangan modul implementasi pendidikan karakter melaluimata pelajaran, 3) Rancangan modul implementasi pendidikan karakter melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Selainpendampingan, Tim Abdimas Universitas Ma Chung juga memberikan bantuan buku Modul Latihan KepemimpinanTingkat Dasar Metode Aksi Refleksi kepada anggota Tim Litbang Yayasan Kolese Santo Yusup sebagai contohuntuk pembuatan sebuah modul. AbstractThe Research and Development Division of Kolese Santo Yusup Foundation already has a roadmap ofcharacter education. This draft will be developed in order to issue character education training’s modules forschools under Kolese Santo Yusup Foundation. To realize this plan, The Research and Development Division ofKolese Santo Yusup Foundation collaborated with Universitas Ma Chung Community Service Team who hadpreviously accompanied the drafting of a character education’s roadmap to be involved in the module development.During six months collaboration, Universitas Ma Chung Community Service Team intensively held online meetingswith The Research and Development Division of Kolese Santo Yusup Foundation to review the roadmap andcompile the modules. Focus Group Discussion and Workshop were applied as methods during the communityservice activities. The results obtained from this service activity are: 1) Review of the character education roadmaphas been managed by The Research and Development Division of Kolese Santo Yusup Foundation, 2) The design ofthe module for the implementation of character education through subjects, 3) The design of the module for theimplementation of character education through extracurricular activities. Moreover, Ma Chung UniversityCommunity Service Team also provided a book of Basic Level of Leadership Training Modules and ReflectionAction Methods for members of The Research and Development Division of Kolese Santo Yusup Foundation asguidance for making a module.

This research aims to find out model of communication marketing as means to increasing the power of women’s UKM in informal sector of Yogyakarta. Research methodology in qualitative descriptive is used with collect data, focus group discussion (FGD). These research methodogy are service, food, and farm. Result of this research found model of communication marketing which is used media social methodology in informal sector to increasing the power of women’s UKM of Yogyakarta. This research extend give recommendation for women’s UKM of Yogyakarta to optimize their effort through social media such as facebook, twitter, instagram, and website.

<p>Sijunjung is one of regencies in West Sumatera which has great potential resources. However, these graces are not followed by the society’s thankfulness through performing Islamic values. Based on the fact, the researchers were interested to do a research related to Islamic education strategies in local culture perspective in Koto VII sub-district Sijunjung regency. The research was aimed at helping the society to be aware of making the best use of the potential things and thanks God through performing Islamic values and avoiding all God’s prohibitions. The research included some elements they were <em>Tali Tigo Sapilin</em> which consisted of <em>niniak mamak</em><em>, alim ulama </em>and <em>cadiak pandai</em>, the youth, and adults. The research was in Focus Group Discussion. The research finding was that Minangkabau philosophy in west Sumatera was in line with Islamic education strategies in <em>Kitabullah</em>.</p>

Perairan pada dua lokasi penelitian yaitu di Kepulauan Spermonde dan Laut Sawu dalam kondisi terancam keberlanjutannya akibat kerusakan lingkungan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh rusaknya ekosistem terumbu karang akibat pemanfaatan sumberdaya yang tidak ramah lingkungan. Pada kedua lokasi diketahui bahwa penggunaan bom ikan, potasium dan sianida masih banyak terjadi. Kapasitas adaptif menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kemampuan pengelola untuk mewujudkan tercapainya resiliensi sosial ekosistem terumbu karang yang dalam hal ini telah mengalami gangguan dan kerusakan. Atas dasar kondisi tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kapasitas adaptif pengelola kawasan perairan khususnya dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur kapasitas adaptif mengikuti model yang dikembangkan oleh Gupta et al. dan Furqon. Data primer diperoleh melalui focus group discussion sementara data sekunder diperoleh dari laporan berbagai instansi dan publikasi hasil penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik content analysis yang kemudian ditabulasikan dan dipaparkan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kapasitas adaptif pengelola perairan laut sawu lebih baik jika dibandingkan dengan pengelola kawasan perairan kepulauan spermonde karena didukung oleh eksistensi Balai Konservasi Kawasan Perairan Nasional (BKKPN). Kehadiran BKKPN terbukti memiliki arti strategis dalam hal peningkatan kapasitas intelektual, kapasitas sosial dan kapasitas politik. Selain itu juga membuat ruang koordinasi pengelolaan perairan yang lebih baik sehingga mengurangi terjadinya tumpang tindih kewenangan dalam pengelolaan kawasan perairan. (Adaptive Capacity of The Water Management Authorities in Endorsing The Social Resilience of Coral Reef Ecosystem)The water condition of Spermonde Islands and Sawu Sea is threatened by environmental degradation. The main problem is the damage of coral ecosystem caused by destructive fishing activities. In both locations, utilization of fishing bomb, potassium and cyanide is commonly used by the societies. Therefore this research was conducted to assessing the adaptive capacity of authorities involved in management. Adaptive capacity used to address the ability of authorities in obtaining ecosystem resilience. Method used in this research based on a framework developed by Gupta et al. dan Furqon. Primary data was obtained through focus group discussion, while secondary was collected from various institutions and research publications. Content and descriptive analysis are used to explore the performace of institutions. Results show that the adaptive capacity of authorities in Sawu Sea is better than in Spermonde Islands. Existence of Water Conservation National Office in Kupang has a strategic value in enhancing intellectual, social and political capacityies. It becomes an institution which synchronize water area management so that overlapping authority can be reduced.
