This study aims to examine: (1) the relationship between parenting style with moral values, (2) the relationship between habits of watching educational television with moral values, and (3) the relationship between parenting style and habits of watching educational television with moral values among the fifth grade elementary school group of Puren Condongcatur Depok Sleman. This research is a nonexperimental quantitative. The research sample is 149 students of the fifth grade elementary school group of Puren Condongcatur Depok Sleman. The results showed: (1) There is a positive and significant relationship between parenting style with moral values indicated by r 0.812 > rtable 0.159 and p < 0.05. (2) There is a positive and significant relationship between habits of watching educational television with moral values indicated by r 0.731 > rtable 0.159 and p < 0.05. (3) There is a positive and significant relationship between parenting style and habits of watching educational television with moral values indicated by r 0.841 > rtable 0.159 and F 176.828 > Ftable 3.06.

One of negative behavior that is mostly done by adolescents is bullying, this behavior is prevalent in the school enviroment. Generally, the factor that influence bullying behavior are family factors, shool factor, peer factor. The focus was on the influence of parenting style because it has a correlation between parenting on an aggressive behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of parenting to bullying behavior in Bolangitan 1 N Senior High study approach. The total population was 48 respondents. The result of study by using the Chi Square statistical tes tah there is a significant relationship between parenting of bullying behavior in Bolangitan N 1 School with a value (p value: 0,000). It can concluded there is a significant relationship between parenting style towards bullying behavior in Bolangitan 1 Senior High School. It suggest that counseling can be held about bullying behavior and its response to adolescents.

This study aimed to explore the relationship between the parenting style and discovery of learning disabilities in early childhood education. The study used a sample of Egyptian parents to investigate the parenting style followed in the family. Also, the study investigated the family awareness and interest in the discovery and treatment of learning difficulties. The results indicated that there was a significant relationship between parenting style and discovery of child’s learning difficulties in the early stages. The results also showed that there was a significant relationship between positive parenting styles and discovering of learning difficulties. However, there was a negative relationship between negative parenting styles and discovery of learning difficulties in early childhood. The study recommended the need to provide appropriate training and guidance programs of positive parenting and avoid the negative methods of raising children.

Previous findings indicated that greater parental involvement will lead to better educational outcomes (Hoover-Dempsey & Sandler, 1997). This research aims to examine the relationship between parental involvement and student’s academic achievement. A quantitative survey design was employed in the study. The samples were 150 families/parents of primary 3 students in a primary school at Johor Bahru. Pearson’s r correlation was used to examine the relationship between parental involvement and student’s academic achievement. However, contrary to previous findings, the results showed that there was no significant relationship between parental involvement and student’s academic achievement (n= 110; r= 0.175; p>0.05). In spite of the inconsistency, we found there is a significant relationship between the construct of parental self-efficacy and student’s academic achievement.

This investigation examined the relationship between the proximity of critical textual information and selected metacognitive behaviors of elementary-age LD students. Twenty-nine LD students were presented six passages in which information critical to the solution of text-based inferences was either systematically dispersed or centralized within the text. Following a comprehension measure, interrogatory probes were administered to assess three self-reported metacognitive behaviors: (a) awareness of text difficulty, (b) attributions of text difficulty, and (c) strategy usage. Chi-square analyses revealed that textual proximity was independent of LD subjects' ratings and attributions of passage difficulty; however, a significant relationship was found between text proximity and strategy deployment. Subjects who received collapsed versions of passages reported higher percentages of text-based strategies (41%), whereas over 50% of the dispersed condition subjects' responses reflected no strategy use. Analysis of strategy efficacy (i.e., relationship between strategy application and comprehension) further reinforced the significant effect of text proximity on strategy application.

With the rapid growth of smartphone use, problematic mobile game use among youth has become an increasingly salient social concern in South Korea. In this study, we empirically explored the relationship between parenting behavior and adolescents' problematic mobile game use. On the basis of the developmental perspective, we focused on students in 3 different age groups (N = 1,018: elementary school, n = 401; middle school: n = 333; high school, n = 284) and observed noticeable differences according to age group. According to the hierarchical multiple regression results, overexpectation was positively related to problematic mobile game use in all 3 age groups. However, affection was negatively related to problematic mobile game use only in the elementary school group, and monitoring was negatively related to problematic mobile game use only in the high school group. Implications of the findings are discussed.

This study was conducted to find out 1) how the learning habits of fifth grade students in Ganggug 1 Elementary School, Jonggat Subdistrict, Central Lombok Regency, 2) how is the learning outcome of class V students, and 3) is there a significant relationship between learning habits and the learning achievement of fifth grade students in Cluster 1 Elementary School. The method in this study is the correlation method. The population in this study were class V  which numbered 117 with a sample of 54 students. The sampling technique is done by random sampling. Data collection techniques in this study by observation, questionnaire, and documentation were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis. The analysis prerequisite test includes data normality test and regression linearity test. Hypothesis testing includes Product Moment correlation test. The results showed that: (1) the learning habits of fifth grade students with a percentage of 43% were classified as high; (2) student learning achievements with a percentage of 55% classified as very high; (3) there is a significant relationship between study habits and learning achievement indicated by the existence of tcount <t table (0.02 <0.05) and significance of 0.05, the correlation in this study is classified as moderate. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant relationship between study habits and learning achievement, and is classified as moderate. Suggestions teachers must pay attention and monitor student learning achievement by giving guidance and motivation so that more enthusiasm in learning and students can get used to learning optimally.   Abstrak Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui 1) bagaimanakah kebiasaan belajar siswa kelas V di SDN Gugus 1 Kecamatan Jonggat Kabupaten Lombok Tengah, 2) bagaimanakah pestasi belajar siswa kelas V di SDN Gugus 1 Kecamatan Jonggat Tahun Pelajaran Kabupaten Lombok Tengah, dan3) apakah ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kebiasaan belajar dengan prestasi belajar siswa kelas V di SDN Gugus 1 Kecamatan Jonggat Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Metode dalam penelitian ini dengan metode korelasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas V SDN Gugus 1 Kecamatan Jonggat yang berjumlah 117 dengan jumlah sampel 54 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi yang dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Uji prasyarat analisis meliputi uji normalitas data dan uji linieritas regresi. Uji hipotesis meliputi uji korelasi Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kebiasaan belajar siswa kelas V dengan persentase 43% tergolong tinggi ; (2) prestasi belajar siswa dengan persentase 55% tergolong sangat tinggi; (3) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kebiasaan belajar dengan prestasi belajar ditunjukkan dengan adanya thitung <ttabel (0,02<0,05) dan taraf signifikansi 0,05, korelasi dalam penelitian ini tergolong sedang. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kebiasaan belajar dengan prestasi belajar, dan tergolong sedang. Saran guru harus memperhatikan dan memantau prestasi belajar siswa dengan memberi bimbingan dan motivasi agar lebih semangat dalam belajarnya serta siswa dapat membiasakan diri belajar secara optimal.

This is quantitative research with a correlational study method, with the research title Relationship of Fine Motor Ability as an independent variable and Continuous Writing Skills as a dependent variable. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between fine motor skills and the ability to write upright to be connected to the sub-themes of harmonious living at home. The subjects of this study were classes IIA, IIB, IIE, and IIF Papandayan State Elementary School, Bogor Tengah District, Bogor City, Odd Semester of the 2019/2020 Academic Year totaling 104 with a sample of 51 respondents. The data of this study were obtained using the Guttman scale questionnaire using definite choices such as yes or no for fine motor ability variables and using writing test assessments for the variable continuous writing skills. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between fine motor skills and vertical straight writing skills. This is based on statistical analysis which results in a correlation coefficient (rxy) of 0.714 and in the pattern of the problem becomes Ŷ = 39.42 + (0.476x) which means the level of relationship is relatively strong and a tcount of 7.14 is greater than the table with a real level of significance 0.05 of 2,404 and the table with a real level of 0.01 of 1,676 which means significant. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is a strong, positive and significant relationship between the relationship of fine motor skills with continuous writing skillsKeywords: Fine Motor; Writing Skills Upright.Abstrak Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode studi korelasional, dengan judul penelitian Hubungan Kemampuan Motorik Halus sebagai variabel bebas dan Keterampilan Menulis Tegak Bersambung sebagai variabel terikat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan kemampuan motorik halus dengan keterampilan menulis tegak bersambung pada sub tema hidup rukun di rumah. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kelas IIA, IIB, IIE, dan IIF Sekolah Dasar Negeri Papandayan Kecamatan Bogor Tengah Kota Bogor Semester Ganjil Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020 berjumlah 104 dengan sampel sebanyak 51 responden. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuisioner skala Guttman menggunakan pilihan yang pasti seperti ya atau tidak untuk variabel kemampuan motorik halus dan menggunakan penilaian tes menulis untuk variabel keterampilan menulis tegak bersambung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kemampuan motorik halus dengan keterampilan menulis tegak bersambung. Hal ini berdasarkan analisis statistik yang menghasilkan koefisien korelasi (rxy) sebesar 0,714 dan dalam pola permasalahannya menjadi Ŷ = 39,42 + (0,476x) yang berarti tingkat hubungan tergolong kuat dan diperoleh thitung sebesar 7,14 lebih besar dari ttabel dengan taraf nyata nyata 0,05 sebesar 2,404 dan ttabel dengan taraf nyata 0,01 sebesar 1,676 yang berarti signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang kuat, positif dan signifikan antara hubungan kemampuan motorik halus dengan keterampilan menulis tegak bersambung.Kata Kunci: Motorik Halus; Menulis Tegak Bersambung.

This study aimed to examined the relationship between social support and resilience among elementary school teacher. This study use a correlational quantitative approach to determined the relationship. A total of 100 teacher were participating in this study, and gathered using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) and Resiliencce Quotient Test. Pearson Product Moment with SPSS version 16.0 was used to test the hypothesis of the study. The results show that, r=0,706; p = 0,000 < 0,05. This results suggested that there is a significant relationship with positive concentration between social support and resilience among elementary school teacher.

This study examines the existence of a logical-mathematical intelligence relationship to the learning discipline of fifth grade students at SD Negeri Pagar Air Aceh Besar District. To answer the relationship between logical-mathematical intelligence on learning discipline, researchers use a quantitative approach to the type of associative research. The sample in this study was 40 fifth grade students of Pagar Air Elementary School. Data collection techniques using tests and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between logical-mathematical intelligence and learning discipline of fifth grade students of SD Negeri Pagar Air. This is indicated by the value of Fcount Ftable at the 5% significance level of 5.98 4.10 and the regression equation Ŷ = 76.02 + 0.99X which can predict the ups and downs of students' learning discipline. The magnitude of the influence of logical-mathematical intelligence with student learning discipline can be seen from the value of rxy = 0.370, r count is greater than rtable at a significance level of 5% ie 0.370 0.320, meaning that logical-mathematical intelligence contributes 13.69%. Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between logical-mathematical intelligence and the discipline of learning of fifth grade students at SD Negeri Pagar Air Aceh Besar District.

ABSTRACTThe research is aimed to determine the relationship of strengthening the gift of Christian education teacher with students learning motivation for class vi students of sd negeri 173105 tarutung, north tapanuli regency year 2019.  The research hypothesis was that there was a positive and significant relationship of strengthening gift of Christian education teacher with students learning motivation for class vi students of sd Negeri 173105 tarutung, north tapanuli the regency year 2019.  This study used quantitative inferential research methods. The research population was all grade VI students of SD Negeri 173105 Tarutung who were Christian, amounting to 56 people. The research sample is taken the entire population so that this study is a population study. The research instrument was a closed questionnaire. The questionnaire trial was conducted on 10 fifth grade students at SD Negeri 173131 Tarutung.The research data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical data analysis techniques with the following steps: 1) The relationship test found that r count r table was 0.673 0.266. It can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between Giving Strengthening with Learning Motivation of PAK Grade VI Students of SD Negeri 173105 Tarutung in 2019, 2) Significant test of the relationship is known that t count t table is 6.691 2,000. It can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship of strengthening the gift of Christian education teacher with students learning motivation for class vi students of sd negeri 173105 tarutung, north tapanuli the regency year 2019.
