Learning is essentially a process of interaction with all situations around individuals. Learning can be viewed as a process directed to the goals and processes of doing through various experiences. Learning is also a process of seeing, observing, and understanding things. In the learning process there are two activities that interact, namely learning activities and teaching activities.Learning is an active activity of learners in building meaning or understanding. Activity learners in undergoing learning activities is one key to success to improve learning outcomes. Optimal learning outcomes are the main goals to be achieved in the learning process. To optimize the learning outcomes of learners required methods and learning models in accordance with teaching materials. The learning process can be done in school, at home, or in the place of study guidance. For learning in school, learners are exposed to a number of subjects, one of them is biology subjects. Biology is one of the subjects received by students in high school. Biology is the study of the structure contained in living things. More simply can be said that biology is closely related to daily life. What we experience, what we do, why it happened and why. Subjects in the subject of biology are generally theoretical, but also the ability of learners to understand the concept to link learning with daily life. One of the biology subject matter in the form of conceptual or theoretical understanding is tissue in plants.

The subject of aqidah-akhlaq has a contribution in providing motivation to students to practice the values of religious belief (monotheism) and moral behavior in daily life. In this study, supporting factors in the implementation of the learning process of this subject at Islamic senior high schools (MAs) were the factors of the teachers and the environment. The research is concerned with, firstly the delivery of the teaching and learning process on the aqidah-akhlaq subject at MAs, and secondly the supporting factors of teachers in the learning process of the aqidah-akhlaq subject in MA students. This research used a qualitative approach with descriptive research method. Meanwhile, the data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Research subjects were MA teachers who were in the West-South Aceh covering 5 regions: Aceh Jaya, West Aceh, Nagan Raya, Southwest Aceh, and South Aceh. The results showed that (1) there were several steps in the learning process carried out by the teachers, i.e. preparing lesson plans, delivering subject consisting of two aspects: firstly varied teaching methods and secondly varied learning media, conducting an assessment of learning outcomes, and performing follow-up efforts through individual approaches to deal with problematic students, and (2) in terms of supporting factors from both parents and society, it showed that some were supportive and some others did not care of their children.

The researcher tried to implement the JIGSAW type of learning cooperative model fo recovering this problem. After conducting the research by implementating JIGSAW type of learning cooperative model in science subject, the researcher found that the students learning result can be increased 36,34%. Whereas 46,66% of students can fulfill MMC 70, before treatment and 83% after treatmen. It was also about the students learning activities can be improved till 8,3%, from 73% up to 81,3% at the end of second cycle. It is mean that JIGSAW type of learning cooperative model can increase the students learning result and their learning activities effectively. Learning is a system that aims to help the learning process of students, which contains a series of events that are designed, arranged in such a way as to influence and support the learning process of students (Firdaus, 2012). According to Nasution (2000) the learning process is an interaction / process of communication between the teacher and students and between students and students. Intertwined communication should be reciprocal communication created in such a way, so that the message conveyed in the form of the subject matter will be effective and efficient. Students as the subject of learning must play an active role in learning. the activeness of students is assessed from their role in learning, such as asking questions, answering questions, giving responses and others. In addition, the activeness of students is a form of independent learning, namely students trying to learn everything about their own will and ability / business, so that in this case the teacher only acts as a mentor, motivator and facilitator. Therefore, the teacher needs to create an atmosphere of learning that can foster an attitude of collaboration between students and other students. The main problem in learning in formal education (school) today is the low absorption of students. The learning process to this day is still dominated by teachers and does not provide access for students to develop independently through discovery in the process of thinking. According to Dimyati and Mudjiono (2002) the dominance of teachers in the learning process causes students to be passively involved, students are more waiting for the presentation of the teacher rather than looking for and finding their own knowledge, skills and attitudes they need during the learning process. Therefore, it is necessary to apply new learning strategies that can make students actively participate in learning. One active learning strategy developed by Silberman (2011) is true or false active learning strategies. The learning steps in the true or false active learning strategy will activate students from the beginning of learning which will stimulate students to think and motivate students to play an active role in learning activities so that the teacher does not dominate the learning process. This strategy is marked by the teacher making statements that are in accordance with the subject matter, half right and the other half wrong. Then students discuss in their groups to state whether the statement is true or false. By discussing students can exchange opinions. According to Silberman (2011) by listening to various opinions, students will be challenged to think. our brain will do a better learning process if we discuss information with other people. When the learning process is passive, the brain cannot store information properly. In answering questions, students are required to give reasons why they answer correctly and why they answer wrongly. This is so that students do not guess when answering and will make students better understand the material. Then the results of the group discussion will be presented in front of the class, students are given the opportunity to ask questions, answer questions and respond or give opinions. This will activate students more in learning and can train students' courage. According to Silberman (2011), learning activities carried out with the activities of students themselves will cause a knowledge to be more meaningful and can last a long time in memory of students so that the learning outcomes achieved will be better. Based on the results of the study obtained values from the first and second cycles in a row - according (77.33%), and (80.00%).

The era of technology-based information encourages the world of education to take advantage of the process of learning activities. The best thing during the Covid-19 pandemic, the learning process is transforming from face-to-face learning in class to online-based. However, school factors, management, students, culture, and others affect the learning process, in the sense that it needs readiness in its implementation. The purpose of the study was to analyze the readiness of the application of the e-learning learning model in the subject of Geography. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The focus and sub-focus of this research is the readiness to apply online learning in the subject of Geography. The results showed that the components in the application of e-learning, namely the principal, subject teachers were ready to carry out the learning. This is indicated by the fulfillment of readiness indicators, including schools that prepare supporting facilities and infrastructure, teachers who undergo information technology training and can apply them in subjects. Indicators that are not met are students who have difficulty accessing internet services, and getting internet credit or study quotas, but students have been able to adapt to e-learning learning activities. The fulfillment of most of the indicators for the implementation of e-learning, shows that SMA Negeri 1 Kumelembuai, South Minahasa Regency is quite ready to implement e-learning in geography subjects.
