<span>Muhammadiyah is one of the largest religious organization in Indonesia that has stood more than a century and became an organization with the world's greatest asset, however up to now Muhammadiyah still does not have a definite format of economic movement. The dialectic of Muhammadiyah economic movement remains a fascinating debate. This study aims to examine the ideas of Muhammadiyah's economic format that have been outlined by Muhammadiyah figures, experts, and scholars in the form of writing to look for the intersection of thought into a single entity the main idea of Muhammadiyah Economic Format. This research using the method of the library research with the source data that is be retrieved from the secondary data that have been written by scholars, scientists, and experts of the Muhammadiyah economic movement have ever written about the format of Muhammadiyah economic movement. The results show that there are three groups of main ideas about the format of the Muhammadiyah economic movement, that is; <em>First</em>ly, Incorporated Movement, is incorporated in the management merger business which it strengthened networking either in vertical or horizontally. <em>Second</em>ly, Community economic empowerment movement, This movement emphasizes full structural involvement in economic empowerment by providing information on market opportunities, capital, business training, financial management and making business innovations. <em>Third</em>ly, the Comprehensive Economic Movement, namely; the Economic Movement that integrates Incorporated and Empowerment. Muhammadiyah's economic movement needs to be built in two directions by combining Incorporated and Empowering, through structuring and merging Muhammadiyah's business entities with economic empowerment of Muhammadiyah citizens.</span>

This study aims to analyze BMT's role in poor women's economic empowerment in the Cianjur Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using economic and sociological approaches. This research's data sources are primary data obtained from BMT and interviews and secondary data from library research. Furthermore, the data collection method is carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation for further analysis by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that BMT played a role in empowering the economy of women. Their income increases so that they can meet their daily needs and become more independent. Besides, they became smarter in managing finances and began to be actively involved in household decision making. Empowerment of women can improve women's welfare and independence in various aspects of life, particularly the economy. Applying the function of empowering women in microfinance institutions such as BMT is the right solution to improve the economy of the community, especially women

The purpose of this study found and described the Position of Commitment Making Officials in Regional Financial Management in Sidoarjo Regency in accordance with applicable legal regulations. This type of research used legal research. The method used qualitative approach. The approach in this study used normative juridical approach. Source of data used secondary data. Data collection is done by conducting library studies (Library Research). The results of the study explained that Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number 77 of 2012 concerning the Functional Position of Government Goods / Services Procurement Managers and Credit Figures and Joint Regulations of Head of LKPP and Head of State Civil Service Agency Number 1 of 2013 and Number 14 of 2013 had consequences law related to government procurement of goods / services. The regulation emphasized the requirements for the management of government goods / services, one of which was the Commitment Making Officer (PPK) was a Civil Servant (PNS) with a position as a career functional official who was included in the functional administrative clump.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the implementation and analyze the role of notary in a franchise agreement between PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pati with individual business entities, obstacles and solutions in the implementation of franchise agreement between PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pati with individual business entities and legal effects if the agreement A franchise between PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pati and individual business entities are not made by notarial deed.Method This research is empirical law research method, that is research based on implementation in effort to get primary data preceded by library research to get secondary data. The research was conducted at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pati, and the overall data obtained was analyzed qualitatively.The results showed that the implementation and analysis of the role of notary in a franchise agreement between PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pati and individual business entities are agreements that are not contradictory to the law, religion, public order and morality. This means that the franchise agreement is valid and therefore the agreement becomes a law for those who make it, and binds both parties and the agreement is a standard reciprocal agreement because each party has equal rights and obligations put forward the principle of win-win solution Which are mutually beneficial. The obstacles that exist are the frenchisee can do wanprestasi which result in frenchisor loss. The solution is a franchisee before deciding to franchise must adjust to the franchise recipient character.Against the legal consequences that arise as a transaction that breeds the agreement, the franchise invariably involves two parties with independent interests and sometimes opposites. The principle of profit maximization is also essentially a source of differences in interests and disputes that can occur between the two parties. This research aim to determine the regional finance management arrangements for the assets of regional public company originating from separated regional assets and the constraints in the execution of assets of Perumda BPR Bank Salatiga. This research uses normative research. The research was conducted by library research using secondary data, while the tool used was document study. The data that has been collected is analyzed qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that the Regional Financial Management of Regional Public Company (Perumda) assets is the authority and responsibility of the Regional Government represented by the Regional Head who is the owner of capital as well as the owner of Perumda and Barriers in the execution of the seizure of the assets of Perumda BPR Bank Salatiga because there is Article 50 of Law No. 1 of 2014 concerning the State Treasury which prohibits the execution of assets belonging to the region.

Character is a complicated issue, even considered an abstract problem. It is said to be abstract because the concept of manners is not yet operational. While good and bad standards for morals are in the objective view of God the Creator of man. If the character is ethics, it is very dangerous, because some of its value will be contrary to the moral lessons that exist in religious subjects. When both are taught (ethics and morals) then the threat is the students will later experience what is called a split personality, that is split personality. Students become confused because there are conflicting values, such as good values ​​in the sense of morals and good value in manners (call: ethics). There is no honest terminology of Arabic versions, honest English versions, false witnesses of Arabic and French versions, as there is no terminology about Arab or Turkish morality. This applies to humans when there is a pattern of intersection between ethical values ​​and customs: ethical values ​​derive from the "right" way (revelation), whereas customs are derived from the habits The purpose of this study are: 1) Describing whether or not the addition manners in the lessons of Islamic Religious Education. 2) Describe the material (content) in the lesson of Islamic Education and the intersection of Budi Pekerti based on traditional perspectives. This study uses "Library Research". The research data used is secondary data. Data collection techniques used are documentation. Data processing is done by conducting the activity of review, verification and reduction, grouping and systematization, and interpretation or interpretation so that a phenomenon has social, academic, and scientific value. From the results of the discussion concluded: 1) Based on the perspective of Islam, the lessons of Islamic Religious Education need not be added with the character, because in fact holistic education includes in the Islamic Religious Education. 2) The content of Islamic Religious Education should include aspects of Islam, ie Aqidah, Shari'ah and Akhlak which are taught in a balanced way, but the lesson of character can be combined as long as the adat is the custom of the Muslims.

The aims of this study was to explain the effect of employee engagement and work stress on job satisfaction and turnover intention at Aman Villas Nusa Dua-Bali. The type of data used in this study is qualitative and quantitative data, with data sources namely primary and secondary data. Data collection method is interview, distributing questionnaires to respondents and library research, while the data analysis technique used Smart PLS 3.2.8. The results of this study showed that employee engagement had a positive effect and significant on job satisfaction, work stress had a negative effect but not significant on job satisfaction, employee engagement had a negative effect and significant on turnover intention, work stress had a positive effect and significant on turnover intention, job satisfaction had a negative effect but not significant on turnover intention, employee engagement had a positive effect but not significant on turnover intention trough job satisfaction, work stress had a positive effect but not significant on turnover intention trough job satisfaction at Aman Villas Nusa Dua-Bali.

Reading is one of the important aspects in the communication process. Reading can make someone better understand the contents of the reading. In learning to make it easier for students to understand the contents of the reading it will be easier if it begins with the ability to determine the main ideas of the paragraph. Based on this, the researcher conducted a study by applying the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) learning model to the ability to determine the main idea of the paragraph at the fifth grade students of SD 003 Pulau Kopung. This study aims to determine the effect of the CIRC learning model on the ability to determine the main ideas of paragraphs of fifth grade students of SD Negeri 003 Pulau Kopung. This research method is a quasi- experimental Nonequivalent Control Group Design. This research was conducted in two classes, the VA class as the control class and VB class as the experimental class with 22 students in each class. The results of the study showed that the CIRC learning model influenced the ability to determine paragraph main ideas with the results of calculations derived from the gain index, the experimental class using the CIRC learning model got an increase in gain of 0.59 with the middle class and the control class with the normal learning model got an increase of 0.31 with medium class.

The objective of this research is to find out whether the application Preview, Read,Write, and Recite (PRWR) method improve student’s achievement in readingrecount text. This research applied classroom action research model. This studywas done in six meetings. The subject of this study was first year of SMAN 1Delitua. Primary data were collected by giving 20 questions of multiple-choicetest, the aspects contained in the tests focused on generic structure, main ideas,factual information, and Secondary data were collected by (interview, observationsheet, and questionnaire sheet. Based on analysis data, it was found that thestudent’s achievement improved. It could be seen from the comparison of result inthe orientation test and the cycle test I and II. There were only 9 students who hadpassed minimum criteria KKM in orientation test (75). The improvement showedthat in cycle I and II, based on the total average score it was 16 (42,4%) up to 26(78,7%) in cycle II, The secondary data gathered from interview, observationsheet, and questionnaire sheet, showed that students’ expression and enthusiasticalso improved. Thus, it was found that the applications of Preview, Read, Write,and Recite (PRWR) method in process of teaching improved students’achievement in reading recount text. It is suggested that English teachers applyPRWR method in teaching reading recount text.
