Introduction. Libraries as information institution serves users by collecting, managing and disseminating information and knowledge. One of the important is by preserving cultural heritage. This study aims to describe role of libraries in preserving cultural heritage through publication of scientific articles on the topic of cultural heritage. Data Collection Methods. The paper used a systematic literature review with a qualitative approach. Data Analysis. Several stage involved in data analysis included planning, implementinging, and synthesising the search results Results and Discussion. Findings indicate there are seven selected journal articles discussing policies as obstacles in the preservation of cultural heritage and there are five articles containing the role of libraries  focusing on physical form and public education. Conclusion. Based on the selected scientific journal articles describing the role of libraries in Indonesia in preserving cultural heritage, the topics  focuses on education for community, procurement, maintenance of physical buildings, ancient manuscripts collections and cultural themes. Furthermore,constraints and challenges faced by libraries,including policies, create an impact on human resources, budget and infrastructure.

Introduction. One of the most valuable cultural heritage of the Indonesian nation's ancestors is the ancient manuscript. Ancient manuscripts can be found in every region in Indonesia, especially Indramayu. Most of the ancient manuscripts found in Indramayu have been kept at the Bandar Cimanuk Museum, Indramayu. Most of the ancient manuscripts in the Bandar Cimanuk Museum, Indramayu, are written by hand or in the original form before printing. Digitalization is the process of transferring document media from printed, audio, and video forms. Equipment used in digitizing activities includes software and hardware. In digitizing ancient manuscripts, there are 2 stages that must be followed, pre-digitization and organizing.Data Collection Methods. Using a qualitative methods and descriptive  approach with a case study category. Data Analysis. The survey data were descriptively analysed by using 3 steps there are reduction, presentation and conclutsin . Result and Discussion.The result of the process of digitizing an ancient manuscript is an ancient manuscript in digital format. The results show that after the ancient manuscripts in the museum have been digitized, they can provide information according to the needs of the manuscript users and can preserve the information contained in the ancient manuscripts found at the Bandar Cimanuk Museum, Indramayu.Conclusion. Based on the results that have been found in digitizing ancient manuscripts at the Bandar Cimanuk Museum, Indramayu, there are a number of stages that must be carried out, namely the pre-digitalization stage and the organizing stage.

This research to describe the strategy of Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic boarding school dealing with modernization challenges. The focus of his research is the strategy used by Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic Boarding School deal with the challenges of modernization? 2). the activities forms of the Boarding School's deal with it. 3). the supporting and obstacle factors in the implementation it. This study is a qualitative approach in the form of case study. Data collection methods are done through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data display and verification. Al Urwatul Wutsqo's Islamic boarding school strategy dealing with modernization is providing integrated education of faith and piety in accordance with the Qur'an and Hadith. The activities are to love Allah and the hereafter is amal sholih, thariqah, recitation, istighatsah, etc.

This chapter proposes a methodological framework for the use of qualitative research techniques in the evaluation of learning outcomes in Web-based courses. Topics include the use of alternative evaluation measures in Web-based courses and the appropriateness of a qualitative approach using WebCT course tools. The advantages of qualitative inquiry as an evaluative tool are considered and data collection methods are also discussed. The chapter also includes commentary on the unique role of the instructor as a qualitative researcher in Web-based interactions. Suggestions for the analysis , interpretation, and generalization of data are provided along with open, axial, and selective coding options. The chapter also includes consideration of critical limitations of the qualitative approach, including evaluator bias and transferability.

Indonesia Manajemen hubungan masyarakat adalah sebuah fungsi manajemen yang didalamnya meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengorganisasian dan evaluasi terhadap hubungan masyarakat. Hubungan masyarakat sangat penting keberadaannya didalam suatu organisasi. Dengan adanya manajemen yang baik maka humas di perguruan tinggi akan terlaksana secara efektif dan efisien. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini menfokuskan pada dua hal yaitu; 1) Bagaimana fungsi manajemen humas dalam menarik minat masyarakat di IAIN Madura, 2) Bagaimana pola komunikasi humas di IAIN Madura, 3) Bagaimana respon stakeholders terhadap humas di IAIN Madura. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang dilakukan di Institut Agama Islam Negeri Madura. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Tahapan analisis data dilakukan dengan penyajian data, redusi data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data melalui meningkatkan ketekunan dan Member check. Hasil penelitian ini; 1. Fungsi manajemen hubungan masyarakat dalam menarik minat masyarakat. (a) perencanaan meliputi, perencanaan fisik, perencanaan fungsional, perencanaan secara luas, dan perencanaan dikombinasikan, (b) pengorganisasian humas dibagi sesuai dengan tupoksi, (c) pelaksanaan hubungan masyarakat, melakukan kerjasama dengan pihak internal dan eksternal kampus, malakukan promosi melalui media massa dan menggunakan peran alumni, (d) evaluasi hubungan masyarakat dilakukan disetiap akhir kegiatan. 2. Pola komunikasi humas, a) internal, melakukan rapat dan musyawarah, b) eksternal, melalui kerjasama, media massa (cetak dan online). 3. Respon stakeholders terhadap humas IAIN Madura, a) respon dosen, b) respon mahasiswa, c) respon tokoh masyarakat. Kata kunci: Manajemen Humas, Minat Masyarakat.   Inggris Public relations management is a management function which includes planning, implementing, organizing and evaluating public relations.  Public relations is very important presence in an organization.  With good management, public relations at universities will be carried out effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this study focuses on two things namely;  1) How is the function of public relations management in attracting public interest in IAIN Madura, 2) How is the pattern of public relations communicationIAIN Madura, 3) How is the response of stakeholders to public relations IAIN Madura. This study uses a qualitative approach conducted at the Madura State Islamic Institute.  Data collection techniques using interview, observation, documentation.  Stages of data analysis are performed by presenting data, data reduction, and drawing conclusions.  Checking the validity of the data through increasing perseverance and member checking. The results of this study;  1. The function of public relations management in attracting public interest.  (a) planning includes, physical planning, functional planning, broad planning, and combined planning, (b) organizing public relations is divided according to the main tasks and functions, (c) implementing public relations, collaborating with internal and external campus, conducting promotion through media  mass and using the role of alumni, (d) evaluation of public relations is done at the end of each activity.  2. Public relations communication patterns, a) internal, conducting meetings and deliberations, b) external, through cooperation, mass media (print and online).  3. This study aims to describe the values of the Tandhang dance, explain the role of the Tarara Studio, obstacles, and solutions to obstacles in the preservation of the Tandhang dance in Bangkalan Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive research. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used interactive analysis by Miles and Huberman. Tandhang dance has good values which are used as life guidelines for the Madurese, the role of the Tarara Studio is very good in preserving the Tandhang dance with training and staging, the obstacles faced are, delays, differences in ability, laziness, outside culture, differences in public opinion. The solutions taken were reminding, dividing groups, motivating oneself, attracting interest, and accepting differences of opinion. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai tari Tandhang, menjelaskan peranan Sanggar Tarara, hambatan, dan solusi dari hambatan dalam pelestarian tari Tandhang di Kabupaten Bangkalan. Kajian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis interaktif milik Miles dan Huberman. Tari Tandhang memiliki nilai-nilai baik yang dijadikan sebagai pedoman hidup orang Madura, peranan Sanggar Tarara sangat baik dalam pelestarian tari Tandhang dengan pelatihan dan pementasan, hambatan yang dihadapi yaitu, keterlambatan, perbedaan kemanpuan, malas, budaya luar, perbedaan pendapat masyarakat. Solusi yang diambil yaitu, mengingatkan, membagi kelompok, memotivasi diri, menarik minat, dan menerima perbedaan pendapat.

<p>This study aims to explain the basic values of madrasa management in Kudus, the values of developing madrasa in Kudus, and the excellent values of madrasa in Kudus. This research is a field study that uses a qualitative approach. Data collection uses interview, observation, and document study methods. Data analysis used the Spradley model, namely domain, taxonomic, compound, and cultural themes analysis. The result of this study explains that the strategic values in the madrasa lie in the basic values of the madrasa i.e. an educational institution whose main mission is to teach the islamic sciences. The next strategic values are the values of development which focus on a better quality learning model, namely curriculum, learning and output. Furthermore, the excellent values of the madrasa are focused on three values, namely the values of excellence in tafaqquh fiddin or mastery in the knowledge of Islam, the values of excellence in memorizing the Qur'an, and the values of excellence in the field of research. It is recommended that the madrasah aliyah  in Kudus also develop other strategic values to become excellent, such as international schools or ICT based schools.</p>

<p class="06IsiAbstrak">This paper aims to portray the role of Higher Education in mainstreaming Indonesian nationalism insight amid the dynamic issue of nationalism in society. It specifically focuses on the extent to which the insight is implemented in the Three Pillars of Higher Education or Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi at IAIN Pekalongan. The study used a descriptive-qualitative approach with data sourced from Renstra, academic instructional guideline, research and community service in 2017 and 2018, period that marks early years of IAIN Pekalongan after its conversion from STAIN. From data analysis, this reflective study argues that, first; the implementation of Indonesian nationalism insight in teaching has been effective only at the policy level. Second, its implementation in research is still limited, i.e. 11 of 134 studies (8.2%). Third, its implementation in community service has not been accommodated explicitly because the existing programs revolve around community empowerment in specific social and religious areas. The study also presents challenges analysis in the end of discussion.</p>

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of cash and credit sales administration at PT Sun Star Motor Malang in accordance with the existing Standard Operating Procedures. This type of research used in this study is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Data analysis techniques by finding and finding data, eliminating or reducing data, processing data, analyzing data, making conclusions and suggestions. The result is that the application of cash sales administration procedures at PT Sun Star Motor Malang is sometimes not in accordance with existing procedures. This is due to the accumulation of tasks performed by sales because of the quite important role of sales for consumers. If it is related to internal control, sales should not be able to accept cash because every sales transaction related to receiving cash is held by the cashier. Every receipt of money, both cash and non-cash from the buyer, will be made proof of receipt, for example receipts

Tujuan penelitian mengungkapkan konsep pelayanan prima, rancangan pemberian pelayanan, dan bentuk pelayanan KBIH Maqdis terhadap jamaah dalam meningkatkan kualitas bimbingan ibadah haji. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun langkah-langkah penelitian yang ditempuh; penentuan lokasi penelitian, pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan,  dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa konsep pelayanan prima KBIH Maqdis dalam meningkatkan kualitas bimbingan ibadah haji dilihat dari konsep pelayanan prima yang diterapkan KBIH Maqdis meliputi: kemampuan, sikap, penampilan, perhatian, tindakan dan tanggungjawab. Kemudian rancangan pemberian pelayanan prima KBIH Maqdis diantaranya: regulasi layanan, fasilitas layanan, peranan tim pengarah dan budaya pemberian pelayanan. Selain itu bentuk layanan KBIH Maqdis terhadap jamaah dalam meningkatkan kualitas bimbingan ibadah haji diantaranya KBIH Maqdis menyediakan pembimbing haji yang profesional dan materi bimbingan ibadah haji. The purpose of this study is to determine the concept of excellent service, the design of service delivery, and the form of KBIH Maqdis service to the congregation in improving the quality of pilgrimage guidance. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative approach. The research steps taken; determination of research location, data collection by using observation technique, interview, literature study, further documentation of data analysis by means of data reduction, data classification and drawing conclusion. From the result of the research, it is concluded that the concept of excellent service of KBIH Maqdis in improving the quality of Hajj guidance from the concept of excellent service applied by KBIH Maqdis include: ability, attitude, appearance, attention, action and responsibility. Then the design of service delivery prime KBIH Maqdis include: service regulation, service facility, role of steering team and culture of service delivery. In addition, the form of KBIH Maqdis service to pilgrims in improving the quality of haj pilgrimage services such as KBIH Maqdis provides professional hajj guide and pilgrimage guidance material.

The mosque is a religious infrastructure which mostly carries out activities related to devotion to Allah, because the function of the mosque has four main functions, namely as a place of worship, social, educational and economic. Therefore the mosque is not only a place to carry out worship to The Creator, but at the same time facilities muamalah activities. This study aims to determine, describe and analyze the optimization of the role of the al-Muhsinin mosque as a place of worship that is integrated with the service of the people as strengthening the economy of rural communities. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach with the method of observation and interviews with informants who were considered to understand the system applied to the Cisontrol village mosque-based economy. Data analysis used is interactive data analysis. The main purpose of the establishment of a mosque-based economy in the village of Kubang Cisontrol village is to meet the needs of the community for food needs before the month of Ramadan and various other goods so that it does not fall into the ribawi gorge
