This research is motivated by the presence of students who are less able to adapt to the situation or problem that is being faced, so that it has an impact on their learning achievement. The purpose of this study is to describe: 1) Internal factors that affect student achievement. 2) External factors that affect student achievement. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The study population was 247 students selected by purposive sampling technique with 45 participants. Based on the research results obtained as follows: 1) Internal factors that affect student achievement are in the low category 2) External factors that affect student achievement are in the low category. The results of this study are recommended for guidance and counseling teachers to develop special programs related to improving student learning achievement so that students can achieve the desired achievement.

This study aims to analyze (1) learning achievement, emotional intelligence and social support of parents, (2) the contribution of emotional intelligence and social support both individually and collectively to student achievement behavior. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The study population was 436 students of SMK Country 3 Padang. The research sample was 209 students who were selected by purposive sampling technique. The instrument uses a scale of emotional intelligence, and social support from parents and the results of the students' mid-semester value recap. The research data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, simple regression, multiple regression. The results of the study proved that: (1) emotional intelligence contributed 31.5% to student achievement, (2) parents' social support contributed 27.6% to student achievement, (3) emotional intelligence, shared parent social support contributed on student achievement as much as 33.4%. The implication of the results of this study can be used as input for making guidance and counseling service programs in improving student learning achievement.

This study aims to determine the student achievement of male and female students on the subyek Evaluation of learning and to determine of Differences in student achievement FTIK IAIN Palu on the subject evaluastion learning by gender. The approach used is descriptive quantitative. While the population in this study are all students. The sampling technique is done by using proportional random sampling technique. With the number of students 60 people then the sample = 37 students of FTIK IAIN Palu. Technique of collecting data by using test and observation while data analysis using T test.From the research, 1) the average of learning achievement in the subject of male students' learning appraisal from 19 male students who are the sample in this research is 79,42 means good category. Meanwhile, from 18 female students who became the sample of the study, the average of learning achievement in the subject of female students' learning evaluation is 77 means either. 2) There is no significant difference Student Learning Achievement FTIK) IAIN Palu On the subject Evaluation Learning Based on Gender with t value equal to = 0,0267 with t table with dk 35 with error level 5% is 0,062.

One alternative to reduce the unemployment rate in Indonesia is to foster entrepreneurship in college students because this is expected to be an educated young entrepreneur who is able to start his own business, and be able to open up jobs for others. The formulation of the problem include: what are internal factors (income, self-esteem, motivation) and whether external factors (family environment, surrounding environment, education, and opportunities) influence the interest in entrepreneurship of STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung students ?. This study aims to determine internal factors (income, self-esteem, motivation) and external factors (family environment, surrounding environment, education, and opportunities) affect the entrepreneurial interest of STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung students. The approach used is a quantitative approach to the type of associative research. The population and sample in this study were students of STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung which consisted of 50 students who had taken Entrepreneurship courses and students who had been entrepreneurs. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique. The data source is primary data. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The measurement uses a Likert scale. The next stage, the results of the questionnaire were analyzed with multiple linear regression which serves to prove the research hypothesis. The data that has met the validity test, reliability test, and the classic assumption test are processed to produce a regression equation. Based on the results of the study showed that internal and external factors partially had a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung students. With an adjusted R2 value of 0.407 so the magnitude of the influence of internal and external factors on entrepreneurial interest is 40.7% while the remaining 59.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.Keywords: Factors, Interests, Entrepreneurship, STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung

The objective of this study was to identify learning styles of students. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with survey method. The variable in this study is a single variable , namely the identification of student learning styles. The study population is students of Guidance and Counseling FKIP Pattimura University totaling 388 people. Samples were used as samples in the amount of 10% of the population of 39 people. The sampling technique using Simple Random Sampling. Learning styles questionnaire prepared based on the opinion of De Poter & Hernacki is used as a data collection tool. Learning styles identified as visual learning style, auditorial learning style, and kinesthetic learning style. Data analysis techniques in this study is the descriptive statistical analysis methods. Based on the survey results revealed that students of guidance and counseling FKIP Pattimura University has a tendency to one learning style. Of the 39 students found that 6 students had a tendency visual learning style, 20 students have a tendency to auditory learning style, 1 student has a tendency kinestheticlearning style, and 12 students have a tendency to mix between learning styles and learning styles visual auditorylearning styles.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the intensity of parental guidance and infrastructure to the students' motivation and their implications for student achievement Smk Ulil Albab Cirebon Depok. The purpose of this study are: 1) To find a picture of student achievement, the intensity of parental guidance, facilities and students' motivation to learn; 2) To determine the effect intensity of parental guidance and infrastructure to student motivation and its implications on learning achievement. The method used is descriptive survey method verification. Data collected through questionnaires. In this study were used as the student population is Smk Ulil Albab Cirebon Depok many as 1556 people. The sample was 318 people. By using a sampling technique that is proportional random sampling. Based on the calculation and analysis of data, it can be concluded that: 1) Overview of learning achievement Students medium category, the intensity of parental guidance category is, the infrastructure category is, and student motivation sedang.2 category) there is a positive influence on the intensity of parental guidance and infrastructure on the students motivation. 3) There is no positive effect of the intensity of parental guidance on motivation to learn. 4) There is a positive effect of infrastructure study on motivation to learn. 5) There is no positive effect of the intensity of parental guidance, infrastructure and learning motivation on learning achievement. 6) There is no positive effect of the intensity of parental guidance on learning achievement. 7) There is no positive effect of infrastructure on student achievement. 8) There is no positive effect of learning motivation on student achievement.

Abstract : Fanatic is a view that does not have a theoretical backing or a foundation of reality, but is deeply embraced so that it is difficult to straighten or change. Fanatic attitudes arise in the form of excessive trust in the teachings adopted. A fanatic person in the teachings that he professes rejects all the different forms of teaching from his beliefs. The problem is how is the method of guidance and counseling qurani in overcoming fanatical attitudes. Fanatic causative factors according to the Koran are internal factors and external factors. Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of the School Literacy Movement program on the Indonesian language learning achievement of grade IX students at SMP Negeri 10 Kendari. In this study using ex post facto method and sampling technique, namely stratified sampling. The instrument used was in the form of a questionnaire. Based on the results of the research data analysis, it is known that there is a significant positive effect between the School Literacy Movement program on the Indonesian language learning achievement of grade IX students of SMP Negeri 10 Kendari. Hypothesis test results show that the significance value (Sig.) Is 0.039. When compared with the probability value or α = 0.05, then 0.039 <0.05, which means that H₀ is rejected and Hₐ is accepted. If seen from the tcount value, it is obtained a value of 2.110> t table 1.994, so it can be concluded that the School Literacy Movement program variable (X) affects the Indonesian learning achievement variable (Y). This can also be seen from the results of the determination coefficient test which reveals the contribution of the School Literacy Movement program to Indonesian language learning achievement is 6.1%. Although the contribution made is still very low, if the program is implemented very well by looking at the factors that influence its implementation, the impact on Indonesian learning achievement can be increased. The factors that influence the implementation of the School Literacy Movement program consist of two factors, namely inhibiting factors consisting of the family environment and the lack of literacy officers, and supporting factors, namely the support from the school and the provision of adequate books. Factors that affect students' Indonesian learning achievement consist of internal and external factors. Internal factors that affect student achievement are psychological aspects consisting of reading interest and student willingness, while external factors that influence are the school environment and the existence of social media. Keywords: literacy movement; Learning achievement

This research aims to analyze the level of community participation in the development of the agropolitan area Cash for Works Program, analyzing internal factors and external factors that influence community participation; and analyze the relationship between internal factors and external factors of participation with the level of community participation in the development of the agropolitan area Cash for Works Program in Tasikmadu Village, Palang District, Tuban Regency. This study uses quantitative methods with survey techniques. The research location is in Tasikmadu Village, Palang District, Tuban Regency because there is an agropolitan area of star fruit plantation. The sampling technique by multistage cluster random sampling was 69 respondents. Data analysis using Spearman Rank correlation test. The results of the study showed: (1) Age of the community included in the category of age 36-55 years, with an average level of education graduating from high school / equivalent, land ownership area ≤ 0.3 ha, income level of the agricultural sector&gt;2.1 million, length live on average&gt;21 years, with the level of cosmopolitan including very low category and stakeholders including quite active category. (2) The level of community participation is included in the category of moderate participation and is on the consultation ladder. (3) Spearman's Rank correlation test shows that internal and external factors that are significantly related to community participation are the extent of land ownership, income level and the level of cosmopolitan, while age, education level, length of stay, and stakeholders are not significantly related.

Learning entrepreneurship is very important for special students in vocational high schools (SMK). However, there are still many students getting entrepreneurial grades under the standard (KKM). It can be said that student achievement in entrepreneurship subjects is low, this is inseparable from the factors that influence learning achievement such as: family environment, education costs, and reading interest. The research objective is to look at the effect of family environment and educational costs on student achievement both simultaneously and partially and to see the influence of family environment, education costs, and reading interest on learning achievement both simultaneously and partially. The population in this study was the entire class XI Pharmacy Pharmacy Ikasari Pekanbaru with 249 students. The sampling technique used Simple Random Sampling with a sample size of 153 students. The data in this study were secondary data obtained from school documents in the form of student daily test scores and primary data obtained from questionnaires filled out by students. The results showed that family environment and education costs had a positive and significant effect on learning achievement both 43.4% simultaneously and partially with a large coefficient of peht 43.6% and 39.7% and family environment, education costs, and reading interest positive and significant effect both simultaneously at 56.3% and partial with a peht coefficient of 16.5%, 13.2%, and 57.3%.

This study aims to find out how the influence of learning motivation on student achievement in school. This research is focused on the teacher's role in fostering student learning motivation. This motivation is very important for improving student learning achievement. Because as is well known, student motivation in learning is lacking. This will affect its success in learning. For this reason, there is a need for efforts by teachers to increase interest in learning and motivate students to be more enthusiastic about achieving in school. The approach taken in this journal research is the approach (library research) which uses literature as its object. From the research of several literatures, the results of this study indicate that learning motivation has an influence on student learning activities, especially on student achievement. The higher the student's motivation, the better the learning achievement. Vice versa, the lower the motivation of student learning, it will be difficult for these students to achieve achievement in learning. The teacher also has a very important role and has an influence on student motivation in school.
