Transportation Department Provincial of South Sulawesi which has 365 employees is a government institution in a unit within the government of Makassar City in the field of transportation service. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of competence and compensation on employee performance. This study uses a causal approach and to analyze the influence of independent variables (knowledge, skill, attitudes, and experience) on the dependent variable (employees performance) using data quality test methods, classical assumption test, descriptive statistical test, multiple regression test and hypothesis test. The structured reseach questionnaires to 78 respondents, the result of research suggests that all independent variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance and significant effect on employee performance and partially skilled variable (X2) is the most dominant variable has a positive and significant influence on the transportation department of South Sulawesi Province.

The right man in the right place and the right man behind the right job. The placement of employees becomes very important to improve employee performance including ASN in the government office of Mare Subdistrict, Bone Regency. The purpose of the study is to see the influence or role of employee placement factors on the performance of ASN employees. Apakh has a significant influence. The research was conducted on a number of ASNs in the government office of Mare District of Bone Regency. The method of data collection is done by saturated survey method (census). The method of data analysis is to use a hypothesis test, which is a t-test to see the influence of independent variables, namely placement (X) on dependent variables, namely ASN performance (Y). The results of the study obtained that the placement factor had a significant effect (real) on the performance of ASN in the District Office mare Bone Regency. This is evident from the results of the t test where the placement variable (X) has a significance value (Sig.=0.001<0.05) and is also shown from a t-calculated value (4.015) greater than the value of t-table (1,667).

In today's era of globalization being enforced by today's rapidly increasing knowledge and innovation, advice is progressively blurring the limitations of the types of work for people. The title of thiis researrch is The Effect of Multiple Role Conflict and Worrk Enviironment on Emplloyee Perforrmance (Case Study of Employee Indomaret, Bengkulu City). Thiis type of researrch is a quantitative descriptive research type, the object of this research is per Indomaret area in the city of Bengkulu, namely the Hybrid area, Panorama, West Circle, KM 6.5, Derivation, Padang teak, Tanah Broken, Suprapto, Rawa makmur and Kampung Bali. With the metthod of collectiing datta by means of observation, distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. The number of respondents in thiis sttudy were 50 people. By using data analysis techniques using Multiiple Liinear Regressiion Analysiis Test, and Hypothesis Test, namely test t and test f.The resullts of thiis sttudy can be concluded that the multiple role conflict variable has a negative and signifiicant effeect on employee performance, meaning that employee performance can increase if the dual role conflict can be suppressed or reduced, while the worrk enviironment variiable has a posiitive and signifiicant efefect on employee performance, meaning that employee performance can increase. if the workplace has a safe and comfortable environment and is supported by good air circulation.

Human resources are an important factor in globalization to face competition among organizations. Leadership style can be defined as an individual ability to be able to organize, direct, motivate employees to be able to help run an organization. The quality of a leader can be recognized if he can influence, direct and improve employee performance in carrying out all assigned tasks. Rewards will usually be given to employees who have contributed to advancing the company in accordance with the standards set by management. The sample used in this research is 34 employees who have become Civil Servants at the DPRD Office of Seluma Regency. Data collection using a questionnaire and the method of analysis used is multiple regression. Before the regression test was carried out, the validity and readability test would be carried out on the data used in the study. From the hypothesis testing, it is found that the leadership style variable (X1) and the reward variable (X2) have a partially significant relationship to employee performance (Y). The amount of the determinant coefficient is 0.590, which means that the independent variables X1 and X2 will be able to influence the dependent variable Y by 59% while the remaining 41% is influenced by other variables outside of this study. While simultaneously the variables X1 and X2 have a simultaneous effect on variable Y

This research is descriptive qualitative. Classical assumption test was conducted to determine the normality of the data obtained and multiple linear regression test. In addition, a hypothesis test was conducted which consisted of t test, F test and R2 test. The results of the multiple linear regression equation are as follows: Y = 0.255 + 0.627X1 + 0.314X2. The results of the t-test for the location variable tcount value is greater than ttable value 7.996>1.991 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and the value of the tcount price variable is greater than the t-table value 4.018>1.991 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of the F test obtained Fcount > Ftable, Ftable value = 3.12, Fcount = (363.771> 3.12) and the level of significance (0.000 < 0.05) it can be concluded that the independent variables are Location (X1) and Price (X2) together the same positive and significant effect on the variable Consumer Decision (Y). The results of the R2 test show that the value of Adjusted R Square = 0.902 or 90.2% of the price and location variables affect consumer decisions in choosing a house.

State Civil Apparatus (ASN) as an element of the state apparatus is also implementing the administration of general administration and development administration serves as a powerful, effective, efficient and accountable government roadmap. On that basis, ASN is required to perform its duties professionally, responsibly, honestly and fairly and cleanly and free from corruption, collusion and nipotism through human resources development and development based on work performance and career system. In the study, the authors make independent variables consisting of career development (X1), job placement (X2) and motivation as (X3) while the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). of all variables are used multiple regression test. The results of the study illustrate that from testing t test conducted it can be concluded that the independent variables contained in the study have a significant and positive effect on the dependent variable. This means that the significant value of each variable has a value &lt;0.05. So that the improvement of work performance is influenced by career development, job placement and motivation.

This study aims to test and analyze how much influence Motivation and Competence on Employee Performance at PT Trinity Auto in Samarinda. The research method used in this study was observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature study using a Likert scale and the sample used was 63 samples. Data analysis tools used are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test. The results showed that motivation and competency simultaneously affect employee performance. From the results of the correlation test of 0.681 which has a strong relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The results of the coefficient of determination test which among the independent variables have an effect of 68.1% while the rest are influenced by variables outside this study. From the results of this study concluded that the Competence that most influences on employee performance is seen from the results of the t test with a value of 6,055. These results can prove that competence at PT Trinity Auto has an influence on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of spiritual motivation and work discipline on the performance of PT. DendymarkerIndahlestari. This study uses a quantitative approach that uses questionnaires in data collection techniques. To do the hypothesis test used simple regression techniques, simple correlation, multiple regression, coefficient of determination, t test and F test. All the analysis process, in its calculation is assisted with the application of SPSS 20.0. The results of the study, simultaneously the variables of spiritual motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2) on employee performance showed value, Fcount obtained was 39.565>Ftable = 3.30 and the significance level simultaneously significance was 0,000 <(α) = 0.05 df = n - k = 37 - 2 - 1 = 34 is equal to 3.28 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. the meaning shows that together (simultaneously) the independent variables, namely spiritual motivation and work discipline have a significant influence on the dependent variable, namely employee performance, so that the truth is proven and the hypothesis is acceptable. Conclusion, there is an influence of spiritual motivation and work discipline on employee performance. Keywords: Spiritual Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance

This research was conducted at PT Dwigunatama Bekasi, Indonesia, with the title "Theinfluence of the work environment on employee performance at PT Dwigunatama Bekasi,Indonesia". The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment onemployee performance at PT Gunatama Bekasi, and how big its influence. The research methodused is the field reserch and librarary reserch method with a correlational approach where inthe process of collecting data a direct observation is conducted on the company in the form ofobservation and questionnaire distribution. work environment is anything that is aroundemployees and that can affect employees. Employee Performance is the spirit of work that is thedesire and sincerity of someone doing a good job and being disciplined to achieve maximumwork performance. The linear regression test is y = 2.55 + 0.93 X and the correlation test is 0.90which means that the effect is quite strong. Test the coefficient of determination of 81% and theremaining 79.03% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test is t arithmetic 14.51 and ttable 2.010 means t arithmetic> from t table then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which meansthere is a strong enough influence between the work environment on Employee Performance.

This study was conducted to determine the effect of personal selling d an a dvertising against the sale of insurance policies either Prado or simultaneously, and how is the level of influence of personal selling and a dvertising PT Jasaraharja Puera Branch Mataram. A population of 2,625 customers, the sample using random sampling samples taken as much as 10% of the population from the calculation using the Solvin formula obtained a sample of 97 customers. This type of research uses quantitative research with a causal associative research approach by using questionnaires which are considered in accordance with the research carried out which aims to determine the causal relationship between the independent variables (variables that affect the dependent variable). In this study using validity and reliability and using data analysis techniques, namely classical assumption test, hypothesis test, linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 16 software.AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh personal selling dan advertising terhadap penjualan polis asuransi baik secara persal maupun simultan, dan bagaimanakan tingkat pengaruh personal selling dan advertising pada PT Jasaraharja Puera Cabang Mataram. Populasi sebanyak 2.625 nasabah, sampelnya menggunakan sample random sampling yang diambil sebanyak 10% dari populasi dari perhitungan menggunakan rumus solvin diperoleh hasil sampel sebanyak 97 nasabah. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner yang dianggap sesuai dengan penelitian yang dilakukan yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan yang bersifat sebab akibat antara variabel independen (variabel yang mempengaruhi dengan variabel dependen (variabel yang dipengaruhi). Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan validitas dan reliabilias serta menggunakan teknik analisis data yaitu uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, analisis regresi linier dengan bantuan software SPSS 16.

Teen marriage ranging in age 15 to 19 is still generally happens. To reduce early marriages issues, the government appointed BKKBN to develop the substance Program PUP to invite teenagers not to get married in early age, and not to have sex before marriage. The aim of this research is to get an overview of the effects of the implementation of PUP. This research was conducted in Lemahwunguk district, Cirebon city. This research used survey method. The participants in the research were teens of Lemahwunguk district of Cirebon ranging in age 15 to 24 with 92 respondents' samples. The technique of collecting data which used was purposive sampling. The hypothesis test of the data that used was the product moment correlation coefficient result was rcount = 0,21 < rtable = 1,98. The result of the t test with a significance level of 0,05 that is result tcount = 2,04 > ttable = 1,65 , this explains that there is a positive correlation and a significantrelationship between the implementation of the PUP substance toward decision making of early marriage for teens in adolescents. Calculation of regression test obtained fcount = 4,406 > ftable = 3,946, so there is a significant effect between the implementation of the PUP substancetoward decision making of early marriage for teens in adolescents. The implementation of the substance of the PUP provided an effective contribution to the decision of getting married early in adolescene at 4,41% while the remaining 95,59% is determined by other factors. Abstrak Perkawinan pada remaja (usia 15-19 tahun) masih banyak terjadi. Kondisi ini diperkirakan akibat pernikahan dini yang diatur orangtua, dogma setempat, serta pergaulan bebas.  Untuk menurunkan angka pernikahan dini, pemerintah menunjuk Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional (BKKBN) dengan mengembangkan substansi program pendewasaan usia perkawinan (PUP) untuk mengajak remaja agar tidak nikah dini, tidak seks sebelum menikah melalui implementasi substansi program PUP dalam pengambilan keputusan menikah usia dini pada remaja. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang pengaruh implementasi substansi program pendewasaan usia perkawinan terhadap pengambilan keputusan menikah usia dini pada remaja. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Lemahwungkuk, Kota Cirebon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah remaja di Kecamatan Lemahwungkuk Kota Cirebon yang berusia 15-24 tahun, dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 92 responden. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan purposive sampling. Uji hipotesis data menggunakan koefisien korelasi product moment dengan hasil yaitu rhitung = 0,21 < rtabel = 1,98. Hasil uji-t dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05 yaitu thitung = 2,04 > ttabel = 1,65 hal ini menjelaskan bahwa terdapat korelasi positif dan hubungan yang signifikan antara implementasi substansi program pendewasaan usia perkawinan terhadap pengambilan keputusan menikah usia dini pada remaja. Perhitungan uji regresi diperoleh fhitung = 4,406 > ftabel = 3,946, maka terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara implementasi substansi program pendewasaan usia perkawinan terhadap pengambilan keputusan menikah usia dini pada remaja. Implementasi substansi program pendewasaan usia perkawinan memberikan sumbangan efektif terhadap pengambilan keputusan menikah usia dini pada remaja sebesar, 4,41%, sedangkan sisanya 95,59% ditentukan oleh faktor lain.
