State Civil Apparatus (ASN) as an element of the state apparatus is also implementing the administration of general administration and development administration serves as a powerful, effective, efficient and accountable government roadmap. On that basis, ASN is required to perform its duties professionally, responsibly, honestly and fairly and cleanly and free from corruption, collusion and nipotism through human resources development and development based on work performance and career system. In the study, the authors make independent variables consisting of career development (X1), job placement (X2) and motivation as (X3) while the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). of all variables are used multiple regression test. The results of the study illustrate that from testing t test conducted it can be concluded that the independent variables contained in the study have a significant and positive effect on the dependent variable. This means that the significant value of each variable has a value <0.05. So that the improvement of work performance is influenced by career development, job placement and motivation.

The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of selection and training on employee performance at PT. Adimulia Palmo Lestari in the village of Peninjauan. The analytical method used is quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis tools. Testing the significance of the influence of selection variables (X1) and training (X2) as independent variables and employee performance (Y) as the dependent variable carried out t test and F test. The results of testing the hypothesis on the effect of selection variables on employee performance that the t count is 3.560> from the t table 1.667 and the significance number is (sig) 0.001 <from the level of significance (α) 0.05 (5%), thus it can be known that selection has an influence on employee performance. The results of testing the hypothesis of the effect of training variables on employee performance that the t count is 2.089> from the t table 1.667 and the significance number is (sig) 0.004 <from the level of significance (α) 0.05 (5%), thus it can be known that training has an influence on employee performance. The results of testing the hypothesis of the selection and training variables on employee performance shows that the F value obtained F count 15.956 with a significance level of (0.000 <0.05), the value of F table of 3.11 means that F count (15.995) > F table (3.11) thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that selection (X1) and training (X2) have a positive effect simultaneously or together on the work performance of employees of PT. Adimulia Palmo Lestari in the village of Peninjauan. Adjusted R square generated is 0.265. So it can be concluded that the percentage of the effect of selection and training on employee performance at PT. Adimulia Palmo Lestari amounted to 26.5% and the remaining 73.5% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Origin country individual employees and significant positive effect on employee performance, with at value of 3,112 and 0,002 significant value. With significantly limit <0.05, then Ho is rejected Ha accepted.Labor discipline individually no relation to the performance of employees. With t for 0864 and the significant value was 0.390. With significantly limit <0.05, then Ho is accepted Ha rejected.Individual job satisfaction does not affect the performance of employees. With t count equal to 0.228 and 0.820 significant value. With significantly limit <0.05, then Ho is accepted Ha rejected. From the results of an analysis that adjusted R2 of 0.090, this means that 9.0% of dependent variables influenced by independent variables consisting of variable employee national origin, work discipline, job satisfaction.Country of origin of employees, work discipline, job satisfaction simultaneously (together) effect on the performance of employees of a company McConnell Dowell Services Batam. Based on the results of the regression test is known that the normally distributed variables.

This study aims to determine how much influence the compensation, work motivation work environment has on employee performance in the Kerinci district education office. The analytical method used is regression analysis and correlation analysis. The results of the analysis show that the compensation, work environment and work motivation variables have a significant positive effect on employee performance variables, together. The amount of Adjusted R Square is 0.682. This means that 68.2% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by the three independent variables of compensation, work environment and work motivation. While the remaining 31.8% is explained by other variables outside this study such as job satisfaction, work performance and others.

In this study, there are results that contradict the theory which states that the higher the level of training and motivation, the employee's performance should increase. In this study, training had no effect and motivation had no positive effect. This study aims to determine the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance in Kopiloka 3.0. The population in this study were all employees at Kopiloka 3.0, which amounted to 15 people with a sample of 15 people using saturated sampling. The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS 24 software, which consisted of data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. By using multiple regression analysis, the results of the study show that training has no effect on employee performance. Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously (together) the independent variables of training and motivation have an effect on employee performance.
