Philosophy is a science that is extensive, meaning that it is closely related to our daily lives. In fact, it can be said that philosophy is the driving force of our daily lives as individuals and as collective human beings in the form of a society or nation. Bertrand Russell explained that “between theology and science lies in a no man's land. This area is under attack by both theology and science. This no man's land is called "philosophy". Philosophy is said to be the "matter scientiarum" which is the mother of all sciences. Everyone who wants to learn the meaning of life must know the science of philosophy. Dr. Surajiyo in his book "An Introduction to Philosophy" stated that "philosophizing is nothing but living thinking and thinking deeply about life (living thought and thoughtful living). Philosophy of science is not just a methodology or procedure for writing scientific papers. Philosophy of science is a philosophical reflection of the nature of science that will not recognize a stopping point in reaching the target to be achieved, namely truth and reality. Understanding the philosophy of science means understanding the intricacies of science so that the most basic aspects and joints, to understand the perspective of science, the possibility of its development, and the interrelationships between branches of science with one another It can be concluded that philosophy is a science that studies seriously the nature of the truth of all things. Science is a method of thinking objectively in describing and giving meaning to the real world and has principles to organize and systematize. The indicators of science are: Accumulative, the truth is not absolute, objective. There are six phases of scientific development, including; Pre-Ancient Greece Phase, Ancient Greek Phase, Medieval Age Phase, Renaissance Age phase, Modern era phase, and the last Contemporary Age phase

Abstract:Each logical statement reflected in the way expressed in a logical language. If a statement is expressed by a language that one would then have it wrong, therefore, necessary test of logical forms that fit with the empirical facts. In short every statement must be understood by returning to the real meaning or context. Russell offers a translation grammatically any statement that may seem misleading to the appropriate forms and logical. Bertrand Russell described his philosophy asan area of human thought that was between theology on the one hand and science on the other side. Philosophy can be said astheology, due to the nature and character of philosophy which also contains a world speculations about the definitive knowledge, but it can notbe ascertained. On the other hand, itcan be said as science, because the working procedures of philosophy that is moreleads and functioning sense like science knowledge (science). Anydogma, because it transcends knowledge certainly, including in the sphere of theology. In between there is this no man's land area that is prone to both theology and science issues. Abstrak: Setiap penyataan logis tercermin dari cara mengungkapkannya dalam bahasa logis. Jika suatu pernyataan diungkap dengan bahasa yang salah maka akan memiliki maka yang salah, oleh karena itu, diperlukan uji bentuk-bentuk logis yang cocok dengan dengan fakta empiris. Pendeknya setiap pernyataan mesti dipahami dengan mengembalikannya pada makna riil atau kontekstual. Russell menawarkan pener¬jemahan secara gramatikal setiap pernyataan yang mungkin saja tampak me¬nyesat¬¬kan ke dalam bentuk-bentuk yang tepat dan logis. Bertrand Russell menggambarkan filsafat sebagai suatu wilayah pemikiran manusia yang berada antara teologi di satu sisi dan ilmu pengetahuan di sisi lainnya. Filsafat dapat dikatakan seperti teologi, karena sifat dan watak filsafat yang juga bersikan dunia spekulasi-spekulasi tentang pengetahun yang pasti namun ia tidak dapat dipastikan. Di lain pihak, ia dapat dikatakan pula seperti ilmu pengetahuan, karena tata kerja filsafat yang memang lebih banyak mengarah dan memfungsikan akal seperti layaknya ilmu ilmu pengetahuan (sains). Segala dogma, karena ia melampaui pengetahuan pasti, termasuk dalam lingkup teologi. Di antara keduanya inilah ada daerah yang tak bertuan yang rentan terhadap kedua persoalan teologi dan sains. AbstractHub Zwart’s article is about the idea—and the practice—of an embedded philosophy of science, that is, a philosophy participating in and at the same time reflecting about the current state of the sciences facing the Anthropocene, to which I am very sympathetic. There are, however, two caveats. The first is that participation is always in danger to end up in a more or less uncritical eulogy, in the present case of synthetic biology. The second is that I have doubts about packing the historical path of scientific development into the Procrustes bed of Hegelian dialectics. This usually leads to one or the other form of teleology.

On the contemporary, human beings are facing serious environmental problems. The Environmental system in which human beings are living and the construction of peoples livelihood is not two mutually fragmented systems. The problems of ecological environment have many important implications on the contemporary peoples livelihood, affecting a country's social stability and public political participation. For this effect, our government should actively response to it. With the guidance of scientific development view, we should strengthen the treatment of ecological environment, coordinate the conflicts of environmental interest fairly, unimpeded channels to promote active participation in the public environment, strengthening international environmental cooperation and exchanges so as to make the treatment of ecological environment and the construction of peoples livelihood to achieve the progress and development.

To trace the history of the concept of equality in political philosophy is to explore the answers that have been given to the questions of what equality demands, and whether it is a desirable goal. Considerations of unjust inequality appear in numerous different spheres, such as citizenship, sexual equality, racial equality, and even equality between human beings and members of other species. Ancient Greek political philosophy, despite Aristotle's famous conceptual analysis of equality, is generally hostile towards the idea of social and economic equality. Plato's account of the best and most just form of the state in the Republic is a society of very clear social, political, and economic hierarchy. It is with Thomas Hobbes that the idea of equality is put to work. This article explores equality as an issue of distributive justice; equality in the history of political philosophy; equality in contemporary political philosophy; the views of Ronald Dworkin, Karl Marx, and David Hume; equality of welfare; equality, priority, and sufficiency; Amartya Sen's capability theory; and luck egalitarianism.

Background: Our health and overall well-being mainly depends on our eating habits, physical activities, sleep patterns etc. Human beings, in order to adjust themselves in the modern era, have been compiled to become fast and mechanical. Due to this they can’t give proper attention to diet and exercise. Due to this Aaharpachan Kriya gets affected leading to Agnimandya (low or decreased digestive power). According to Ayurveda Agnimandya is responsible for almost all diseases. Objectives: Objective is to study importance of Takrasevan in Agnimandya.  Material and methods: Ayurvedic / modern texts and literature, research paper. Discussion: Grahani, Atisar, Arsh etc. are the commonest diseases seen in today’s life.  These diseases are not life threatening but can cause great distress to patient.  Ayurveda gave an amount of treatment modalities; one of them is Takrasevan i. e. consumption of buttermilk. Takra having ushna virya, kashaya rasa, madhur vipak and ruksha guna properties which pacifies Vata, Pitta, Kapha and potentiate the Agni and digests as well as absorbs the food articles and treats the disease in generous way. Conclusion: By this study it can be conclude that Takra (Buttermilk) can use on daily basis as dietary product. As it contains Probiotics which facilitates proper digestion and absorption process, it maintains proper metabolism to keep person free from diseases.

Islamic education is an Islamic institution focusing on forming human beings who have noble traits, such as good personality and behaviors according to Al-Qur’an values as life dogma on theological, norms, cultural, social, political, and economic aspects as knowledgeable, mature, humanist, and virtuous human beings. The purpose of this research is to understand comprehensively how the internalization of Al-Qur’an values in the Islamic education system at State Islamic High School (MAN) of Semarang Regency, Central Java. The method used is qualitative. Meanwhile, the data were collected with observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data obtained in this study were then followed by stages, namely description, data reduction, data selection, data analysis, discussion, and conclusions. The results showed that, the internalization of Al-Qur’an values in the Islamic education system at MAN Semarang Regency, Central Java is to form the Al-Qur’an spirit. Consist in exemplary values (uswatun hasanah) in the framework of religious activities in Islamic boarding schools, discipline in various activities both in learning activities and in their daily lives, creating a conducive atmosphere in the school. Integration and internalization of Islamic values in the school coaching and problem solving for students, educators, and educational staff. While the efforts to internalize the Al-Qur’an values are, (1) The guidance conducted by the head of the madrasah regularly every Friday (2) the application of deliberation, fairness, honesty, and responsibility to the madrasah community (3) The enthusiasm of the madrasah community on implementing and obeying the madrasah regulations and avoiding detrimental actions. Madrasah as morality workshop emphasizes the habituation in behavior that illustrates the Al-Qur’an values and the goodness that students must have and become a habit of in their daily lives with a madrasah monitoring program involving various elements.

Natural law links moral and legal theory with natural theology and science. It is critical to thinking about God’s sovereignty and human freedom. Tracing the roots of the natural law idea, I defend the approach against conventionalism and legal positivism. For they leave human norms ungrounded. Chapter 7 opens by disarming Hume’s elenchus about ‘is’ and ‘ought’. I do not deny the reality of a naturalistic fallacy, but I do argue that facts make rightful claims on us and that the unity of reality and value central to Jewish thinking and to the philosophical great tradition does not confuse facts with values but does appreciate the preciousness of being—of life and personhood most pointedly. Once again here transcendence consorts with immanence. For we find God’s law writ subtly in nature, not least when we discover what it means to perfect ourselves as loving and creative human beings.

Building on earlier uses, Aristotle established it as a technical term with a number of related meanings, including ‘originating source’, ‘cause’, ‘principle of knowledge’ and ‘basic entity’. Accordingly, it acquired importance in metaphysics, epistemology and philosophy of science, and also in the particular sciences. According to Aristotle’s doctrine of scientific principles, all sciences and all scientific knowledge are founded on principles (archai) of a limited number of determinate kinds.

Ancient sources often describe non-human primates as imitative animals, i.e., living beings able to reproduce, with different degrees of perfection, gestures and movements carried out by human beings. Indeed monkeys are often characterized asmimeloi, mimetikoi, terms coming from the same semantic field of the nounmimos(< *mim-).But what about the world of sounds? Are non-human primates regarded as good imitators and performers also when it comes to music and singing? Ancient evidence clearly indicates that other animal species (like nightingales or partridges), and not monkeys, were mainly regarded as excellent singers worthy of imitation by human beings. Through a detailed analysis of ancient Greek sources, especially some passages in Galen, this paper aims at investigating why non-human primates were not considered good singers. In particular, this survey tries to shed a new light on some cultural associations, according to which the small and weak voice of monkeys (µικροφωνία) and the voice of other figures in ancient society (like actors, musicians, kids, eunuchs and so on) were described in a similar way.
