Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh pelatihan fartlek terhadap peningkatan VO2 Maks pada siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal SMPN 3 Singaraja, (2) Pengaruh pelatihan fartlek terhadap peningkatan kecepatan pada siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal SMPN 3 Singaraja. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu Penelitian eksperimen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan tes dan pengukuran. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu test MFT dan Sprint 50 meter. Análisis data yang digunakan statistik inferensial (uji-t). Hasil penelitian untuk variabel VO2 Maks yaitu Gaint score kelompok kontrol mean 1,79. Kemudian untuk variabel VO2 Maks kelompok perlakuan yaitu Gaint score mean 5,75. Sedangkan pada variabel kecepatan kelompok kontrol yaitu Gaint score kelompok kontrol mean 0,098. Kemudian untuk variabel kecepatan kelompok perlakuan yaitu Gaint score kelompok perlakuan mean 1,07. nilai mean tertinggi yaitu terdapat pada kelompok perlakuan pada variabel VO2 Maks dan kecepatan, sedangkan nilai terendah yaitu kelompok kontrol, dengan hasil gaint score kelompok kontrol dan perlakuan pada VO2 Maks didapat nilai signifikansi 0,000 pada taraf sig (α) 0,05, dengan demikian hipotesis diterima, karena nilai signifikansinya lebih kecil dari nilai α (sig < 0,05). Sedangkan untuk variabel kecepatan didapat nilai signifikansi 0,000 pada taraf sig (α) 0,05, dengan demikian hipotesis diterima, karena nilai signifikansinya lebih kecil dari nilai α (sig < 0,05). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dan pembahasan disimpulkan sebagai berikut: (1) Metode pelatihan fartlek berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan volume oksigen maksimal. (2) Metode pelatihan fartlek berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kecepatan.Kata Kunci : pelatihan fartlek, volume oksigen maksimal, kecepatan. The purposes of this research are to know: (1) Influence of fartlek training to increase VO2 Max in futsal extracurricular students of SMPN 3 Singaraja, (2) Influence of fartlek training on speed upgrading of students of extracurricular futsal SMPN 3 Singaraja. The type of this research is experimental research. The data were collected using tests and measurements. The instrument which was used is MFT and Sprint test about 50 meters. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kombinasi footwork terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dan VO2 Maks. Jenis penelitian adalah Penelitian eksperimen, dengan desain “The Non Randomized Pretest Posttest Design Control Group” Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 berjumlah 30 orang siswa. VO2 Maks diukur dengan tes MFT dan kelincahan diukur dengan ilionis agility run. Data dianalisis dengan uji t independent pada taraf signifikansi αKata Kunci : kelincahan, pelatihan kombinasi footwork, VO2 Maks. The increasing cases of dengue hemorrhagic fever disease in both children and adults can beinfluenced by several factors. One of that influences increasing of dengue fever is lack of communityknowledge about dengue hemorrhagic fever. Brainstorming is a form of discussion to gather theinformation from all participants. This research was to find out the effect of health educationbrainstorming method and video toward knowledge of dengue fever in the work area of Puger PublicHealth Center the distric of Jember. This was a quasy experiment research with two groups pretestposttesttreatment design. The population were 88 families with 30 respondents as sample,conducted by simple random sampling, and divided into two groups 15 respondents as treatmentgroup and 15 respondents as control group. Treatment group got health education brainstormingmethod combined with video and control group got health education brace method. Data wereanalyzed used t-test dependent and t-test independent with 95% CI (α: 0,05). The result showedthere were significant differences of knowledge before and after in both treatment group and controlgroup (p: 0,000) and there were significant differences between treatment group and control afterhealth education (p: 0,001). Overall, health education by brainstorming method and can improveknowledge of dengue hemorrhagic fever. It is recommended for nurses to do health educationpreventation and treatment about dengue hemorrhagic fever to improve knowledge people.Keywords: health education brainstorming method and video, knowledge, dengue hemorrhagicfever

Background: Iron deficiency anemia contributed to a number of 50% in anemia and caused mortality of 841,000 every year in the world. Nutrition education before iron supplementation is needed because of low compliance in pregnant women. Gatak Sub District that is located in Sukoharjo Regency had the highest risk in pregnant women by 20.02%.Objective: This research aimed to know the effect of nutrition education in an effort to increase compliance of  iron consumption through prenatal classes in Gatak Sub district Sukoharjo Regency.Method: The method of this research was quasi experiment with pre test-post test with non equivalent control group design. The samples of this research were 70 pregnant women who fulfilled inclusion and exclusion criteria. A number of 33 pregnant women were in treatment group and 37 pregnant women were in control group. Treatment group received a nutrition education through anemia booklet and iron supplementation which contained 60 mg sulfas ferosus and 400 µg folic acid on a daily basis in prenatal classes for 3 months. Control group did not receive a nutrition education, but still received a daily iron supplementation for 3 months. Independent t-test and paired t-test were used to analyze data.Results: The knowledge level (higher 12.59), compliance of iron consumption (15.16%), food intakes including energy (higher 9.24%), protein (higher 10.98%), and Fe (higher 6.68%), although those food intakes were still below the RDA, and hemoglobin level (higher 0.44 g/dl), in treatment group compared with control (p<0.05). The factors of age, education level, household expenditure, parity, ANC, nutritional status, and last birth spacing did not affect the compliance of iron consumption (p>0.05).Conclusion: The nutrition education affected the increase in compliance of iron consumption through prenatal classes in Gatak Sub District Sukoharjo Regency.

Indonesia menjadi negara dengan penderita Hepatitis B ketiga terbanyak di dunia, sebanyak 28 juta penderita. Penyakit Hepatitis B dapat menyerang semua umur, tidak terkecuali ibu hamil. Jika janin terinfeksi virus hepatitis B dapat mengakibatkan bayi prematur, BBLR, kelainan anatomi dan fungsi tubuh bayi. Salah satu faktor penyebab tingginya kejadian hepatitis B adalah rendahnya pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap penyakit tersebut. video animasi merupakan salah satu media yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat tentang hepatitis B dan mempunyai banyak kelebihan dibandingkan dengan media lain. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh “VISIP - HB” terhadap perubahan pengetahuan dan sikap pencegahan Hepatitis B wanita pra konsepsi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi experimental research dengan sampel 50 wanita pra konsepsi. Analisis bivariate dengan independent t-test. Hasil menunjukkan ada perbedaan pengetahuan wanita pra konsepsi tentang pencegahan hepatitis B pada kehamilan pada kelompok kontrol dan kelompok perlakuan dengan nilai p 0,000. Ada perbedaan sikap wanita pra konsepsi tentang pencegahan hepatitis B saat hamil pada kelompok kontrol dan kelompok perlakuan dengan nilai p 0,000. Ada pengaruh “VISIP - HB” terhadap perubahan pengetahuan dan sikap wanita pra konsepsi dalam mencegah hepatitis B saat hamil. Kata kunci: pengetahuan; sikap; video; wanita pra konsepsi The Effect of "VISIP - HB" on Knowledge and Attitude Changes of Hepatitis B Prevention in Pre-Conception Women ABSTRACTIndonesia is the country with the third most hepatitis B sufferers in the world, with 28 million sufferers. Hepatitis B disease can attack all age level, including pregnant women. If the fetus is infected with the hepatitis B virus, it can cause premature babies, low birth weight babies, anatomical and baby body functions abnormalities. One of the factors causing the high incidence of hepatitis B is the lack of knowledge and public awareness of the disease. Animated video is one of the media that can be used to increase knowledge to the public about hepatitis B and has many advantages compared to other media. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of "VISIP - HB" on knowledge and attitudes changes of prevention of Hepatitis B in pre-conception women. This study used a quasi-experimental research design with a sample of 50 pre-conception women. Bivariate analysis test used independent t-test. The results showed that there was a difference in the knowledge of pre-conception women about preventing hepatitis B in pregnancy in the control group and the treatment group with a p value of 0.000. There were differences in the attitudes of pre-conception women about preventing hepatitis B during pregnancy in the control group and the treatment group with a p value of 0.000. There is an effect of "VISIP - HB" on changes in knowledge and attitudes of pre-conception women in preventing hepatitis B during pregnancy.  Keywords: knowledge; attitude; videos; pre-conception woman

The needed of Iron Tablet in pregnancy was increase than mother who not pregnant.  That  cause of  high metabolism at the pregnancy for formed of  fetal organ and energy. One of effort for prevent anemia in mother pregnant with giving the Iron tablet and vitamin c. The reason of  this research in 4 June – 11 July 2014 is for compare the effect of  iron tablet suplementation with and without vitamin C toward Hemoglobin level in mother pregnant With Gestational Age Of 16-32 Weeks In Desa Keniten Kecamatan Mojo Kabupaten Kediri. This research method using comparative analytical.  Research design type of Quasy Eksperiment that have treatment group and control group. Treatment group will giving by Iron tablet and 100 mg vitamin C, and control group just giving by iron tablet during 21 days. Population in this research are all of mother pregnant with Gestational Age Of 16-32 Weeks with Sampling technique is  cluster random sampling is 29 mother pregnant. Comparison analysis of  iron tablet suplementation effect with and without vitamin C toward Hemoglobin level in mother pregnant With Gestational Age Of 16-32 Weeks, data analysis using Mann Whitney U-test and the calculated U value (44,5) less than U-table (51). So there was difference of iron tablet suplementation effect with and without vitamin C toward Hemoglobin level in mother pregnant With Gestational Age Of 16-32 Weeks Therefore, the addition of vitamin C on iron intake is needed to increase the uptake of iron tablets. This study is an attempt to discover the effect of applying Think-Talk-Write strategy on students’ achievement in writing descriptive text. The objective of this study were to find out whether applying Think-Talk-Write strategy affect the students’ achievement in writing descriptive text. This study was an experimental research. In conducting the research, the writer used 60 students of Al-Fattah Senior High School Medan as the sample. The 60 students were taken from two classes and they were divided into two groups namely the experimental group who was taught by using Think-Talk-Write strategy and the control group who was taught without Think-Talk-Write strategy. The data of the test were collected by administering written test. The data were analyzed by using t-test formula. The result of the analysis shows that the value of t-observed is higher than the value of t-table (2,3> 2,00 (α = 0.05)) with the degree of freedom (df) = N-2 = 58. It means that there is significant effect of applying Think-Talk-Write strategy on students’ achievement in writing descriptive text. So the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. The conclusion is that applying Think-Talk-Write strategy can encourage and increase the students’ achievement in writing descriptive text. Therefore, it is suggested that English teacher should try to apply this strategy.

The aim of this study is to discover the effect of applying SQ3R method inreading comprehension. Experimental research design is used as the research method.This research took place at SMA Nasrani 2Medan. There were 2 classes chosen as thesample with 30 students in each class. The classes were divided into two groups namelyexperimental and control group. The experimental group was taught by using SQ3Rmethod and the control group was taught by using conventional method. The instrumentused to collect the data was a set of multiple choice tests, which divided as pre test andpost test. The result of the research was analyzed by using t-test formula. The resultshowed that t-test was higher than t-table (4,23>2,00) at the level of significant 0,05with degree of freedom (df) 58. It means that hypothesis alternative (Ha) is acceptedwhich shows that SQ3R method significantly improves the student’s readingcomprehension.

The research aimed at investigating the effect of giving counterpressure technique to decrease the intensity of pain in the first stage of labor in the delivery room of RSUD Sawerigading Palopo. This study was conducted in a preexperimental manner with static group comparison design, in subject static group comparison design divided into two groups, where the treatment group was followed by observation and observation result compared with the observation result in the control group which only received standard treatment. Data were analyzed using T test. Where t value hit 6.971> t table 2.05, so it can be concluded that the results obtained mean that there is influence of counterpressure technique is big enough to decrease the intensity of labor pain. This research is entitled “Using graphic organizer strategy in teaching writing on narrative paragraph (experimental research). Writing is a very important subject that should be learned by English learners. The students should be able to express their ideas and opinion either in the form of a sentence or paragraph. However, the researcher found that many students at the Second Grade Students of SMP Negeri 1 Tanah Luas could not express their ideas and develop into the paragraph. Hence, the appropriate strategy of teaching and learning is very important to help students master writing skills. This research aims to know the effect of achievement between the students who are taught writing by using graphic organizers from those taught writing in the narrative by using traditional methods. This research was experimental research and used a quasi-experimental design. The samples chosen in this research were the whole students of class VIII2 and VIII4 of SMPN 1 Tanah Luas. Class VIII2 consisted of 25 students was chosen as experimental group and class VIII4 consisted of 24 students was chosen as control group. This research was conducted in three phrases; there were pre-test, treatments and post-test. The data collection technique used in this research was test. The tests were pre-test and post-test. The researcher gave pre-test before giving treatment and post-test after giving treatment. The treatment was conducted in three meetings. The data was analyzed by using t-test formula. The research result and the hypothesis authentication found by using t-test formula in significant level 5% or α = 0.05 were obtained that ttest > ttable. The ttest found in this research was 3.91. Meanwhile, ttable was gotten from the list of distribution value with degree of freedom = 47, because the data not in the table, the researcher used interpolation approach and obtained = 1.67. So >  = 3.91 > 1.67. It meant that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. So, graphic organizer strategy significantly affects the students’ ability in mastering writing.   Kata Kunci: graphic organizer strategy, teaching and learning, writing narrative paragraph

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan three corner drill terhadap kelincahan dan power otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian adalah quasi experimental dengan rancangan the non-randomized pretest-posttest control group design. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan siswa putra peserta ektrakurikuler sepak bola SMPN 2 Pekutatan. Data post-test kelincahan dan power otot tungkai pada kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol dianalisis dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t independent didapatkan hasil : (1) untuk variabel kelincahan, hasil perbandingan kelompok perlakuan dan kontrol didapatkan nilai thitung = -2,948 , dengan nilai signifikansi 0,009, (2) untuk variabel power, hasil perbandingan kelompok perlakuan dan kontrol didapatkan nilai thitung = 3,176, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,005. Nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig < 0,05), dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian “pelatihan three corner drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dan power otot tungkai pada siswa putra peserta ektrakurikuler sepak bola SMPN 2 Pekutatan” diterima. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa : (1) Pelatihan three corner drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pada siswa putra peserta ektrakurikuler sepak bola SMP Negeri 2 Pekutatan (2) Pelatihan three corner drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai pada siswa putra peserta ektrakurikuler sepak bola SMP Negeri 2 Pekutatan. The type of research was a quasi-experimental and the design of research was the non-randomized pretest-posttest control group design. The subjects were man’s student football extracurricular participants of SMPN 2 Pekutatan. Agility and muscle power of legs posttest to the treatment group and the control group were analyzed by independent t-test at significance 0,05 with SPSS 16.0. Based on independent t-test results were showed : (1) to the agility variable, the comparison of the treatment and the control group values obtained t = -2,948, with a significance value of 0,009, (2) to muscle power of legs variable, the comparison of the treatment and the control group values obtained t = 3,176, with a significance value of 0,005. Calculated significance value smaller than the value of 0,05 (Sig < 0.05), thus the research hypothesis "three corner drill training affect the increased agility and muscle power of legs in football extracurricular participants of SMPN 2 Pekutatan " was received. From the analyzed and discussion were concluded that : (1) three corner drill training effect the increased agility in football extracurricular participants of SMPN 2 Pekutatan, (2) three corner drill training effect the increased muscle power of legs in football extracurricular participants of SMPN 2 Pekutatan. keyword : Agility, power, three corner drill
