The aim of this research is to know the impact of the applying Giving Question Getting Answers model with experimental methods toward the learning motivation and result of physics learning. The type of research used was quasi-experimental with posttest only control group design. The population was all student of grade XI in senior high school 1 of  Labuapi. The sampling technique used saturation sampling, while the sample are class XI MIA 1 as the experimental 1 class, and the XI MIA 2 as experimental 2 class. Experimental 1 class was treated with giving question getting answers learning model with experimental methods and experimental 2 class was treated with giving question getting answers learning model without experimental methods. The instrument of motivation learning was used motivation questionnaire and instrument the result of physics learning used multiple choice test. The research hypothesis was tested using Manova-test, data analysis shows that Sig. <0,05 which mean that H0 was rejected and Ha accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that there are effect of Giving Question Getting Answers model with experimental methods on student’s motivation and physics learning result.

This study aims to find out how  effective of the application of macro roles playing methods for the development of the oral language of children in the kindergarten of Darul Falah Padang city. This research uses quantitative approach with quasi-experiment research type. The study population is students in the kindergarten of Darul Falah Padang city and the sampling technique is purposive sampling. The data collection technique uses a test in the form of a statement of 4 statement items. Assessment techniques in this study use rating scale and the data is processed by difference test (t-test) and the effect size test with Cohen’s formula d to find out the magnitude of the influence.Based on the calculation of the t-test (t-test) obtained tcount of 3,1645 while the ttable is a 2,10092 at the real level ?=0,05 so that tcount> ttable and the effect size tets of the t-test is obtained for 1,488. Thus it can be concluded that macro roles playing methods are effective against the development of children’s oral language in the kindergarten of Darul Falah Padang city.

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to find out the difficulties of any difficulties experienced by students and what factors influence it. The procedure of this study uses a qualitative approach, the place of research in Elementary School Teacher Education FKIP Jambi University. The study population was 261 students. The sample of this study 15% with random sampling technique. Data was taken through observation, tests, questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis is done by studying, arranging, synthesizing, looking for patterns and finding what is systematically meaningful. The results of the study only 20% of students reached KKM 75 / B + passed the test because: (1) students had difficulty understanding basic geometry concepts (2) students had difficulty in using the formula (3) routine students in understanding the connectedness of each build and 4 ) Difficult students solve questions that are mixed with application stories that require analysis. While the factors that influence it are (1) the basic ability of students to mathematics is still low (2) learning motivation is still low (3) low learning readiness (4) the availability of books / references that are minimal (5) lack of trying to solve complicated / reasoning questions . Conclusion of Research, that students have difficulty learning in geometry material, and the determining factor is the lack of readiness and seriousness of students in solving these difficulties.   Keywords: Analysis, Learning Difficulties, Basic Concepts of Mathematics

Previous studies on impact of land administration on housing delivery had only examined impact of some of the functions of land administration on housing delivery and not impact of the four functions of land administration on housing delivery. This study filed this gap by examining the impact of the four functions of land administration on private housing delivery in Lagos, Nigeria. The study population is members of Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN). The population size is 1400 and systematic random sampling technique was employed to have a sample size of 140. 120 questionnaires were retrieved and reliable for analysis. Data gathered were analyzed through descriptive statistics, tables, mean and multiple regressions. Findings from the study revealed that reduction in quantity produced is the most prominent impact of land tenure, delay in time of housing delivery is the impact of land use and land development and change in location of property is the most prominent impact of land taxation. Also, the most prominent problem of land administration is lack of computerized land administration system. The study established that land administration has significant impact on private housing delivery. It was recommended that bureaucracy that surrounds land administration should be reduced in order to reduce associated time and cost. Also, the land administration system should be computerized for easy land administration services. Keywords: Land, Land administration, Housing, Housing Delivery, Lagos

This is presumably because it has something to do with the learning enviroment in PKBM SAKATO, Bayang district, Pesisir Selatan. This study aims to look at the description of learning motivation, learning environment and the relationship between learning motivation and learning environment of package C class XI students in computer subject at PKBM SAKATO, Bayang District, Pesisir Selatan. This type of research is quantitative research that is descriptive corerelational. The study population was 40 students of package C in PKBM SAKATO, Bayang district and a sample of 75% namely 30 people with the sampling technique is a random sample. The data collection technique is in the form of a questionnaire with the data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used the formula for the percentage of product moment correlation. The results of this study show that the learning environment of students is categorized as less conducive, then the learning motivation of students in the package C class XI in PKBM SAKATO is still categorized as low, this can be observed through the answers that have been given by respondents to the indicators of the statements that were examined. Then there is a significant relationship between the learning environment and the learning motivation of the XI class C package students in PKBM SAKATO.
