This chapter focuses on the experience of a nurse when working with children and adolescents with Non-Epileptic Seizures (NES). Young people today have challenges on many levels, and for some, the total load becomes so great that they develop “seizures” for which a biological cause cannot be identified. Young people who develop NES have often been overloaded for a long time, many describing family problems, long-term bullying problems, exclusion or problems at school. The nurse is also increasingly meeting young people who struggle to adapt to youth culture. They are exhausted from trying to find a balance in their lives—a balance between achievement and rest, between their own needs and society’s demands, between “what the mind wants” and “what the body can tolerate.” Some come from families who have strong ideals that are not compatible with youth culture. This can result in a loyalty conflict that seems impossible to solve.

The shifting consumption pattern of the people in consuming processed beef products from fresh meat to processed products ready to encourage some parties to develop technology in terms of processing beef. In making abon now it is still traditional by using hands, knives or forks to cut the meat after the boiling process until cooked to be made abon. By using such manual equipment of course the process of making abon will take a long time, greater energy, and besides also slicing meat by pounding using a fork is considered less safe for workers. The purpose of this research is to get a tool / machine penyya beef is simpler for raw materials to make abon using electric motor 1 hp. Changes in the redesigned construction consist of: cylinder casing design, inlet and outlet ducts, container tubs and placemats. The result of the test has been tested by 1 kg of beef, thus showing the measured fiber texture measurement results consist of: 0.5 mm thickness, 30 mm length; 1 mm thick, 35 mm long and 1.5 mm thick, 35 mm long. Capacity of beef cultivation yields are: 3.3 ounces / minute or 1 kg / 3 minutes. So it can be concluded the closer the gaps in the cassing, then the result of the incision the better (smoother). Keywords: Meat meat machine, inlet hopper, cylinder case

This article aims to describe street children Punk in the life patterns of the people of Medan City. Medan city is one of the things that cannot be separated from the life pattern of street singers. This means that the life of street singers has become part of the overall life of the people of Medan City. Don't know who started it, now there are so many Punk communities scattered at the crossroads, living in groups while busking. Their identity is very different from other street singers, both in terms of clothes, hairstyles and body piercing as well as tattoos on several parts of the body. All things that are very different from the identity of the other buskers whose taste is also piling up. What makes the other street singers the same is that their songs and music are no different, which are trending and melancholy. They also use the media of music to create space for themselves to speak out. Music is used as a tool to empower himself. Apart from looking for food, playing music is also a tool to build solidarity. On certain occasions they played music together. So, you could say, young people in Medan who are singing on the streets and wearing all-Punk make-up in Indonesia are very likely inspired by something very different from their predecessor Punk generation in their home country.

Homecoming activities that occur each approaching Eid certainly make travelers feel exhausted on the way to their hometown. So with that it requires activities that help travelers. In this case we provide a place to rest for travelers and provide free massage for travelers. Massage comes from the French word "masser" which means rubbing or from the Arabic word "mash" which means to press it gently or from the Greek word "massien" which means to massage or wrap. With the provision of massage it is expected that travelers can relax and make the body fit again. Based on the above problems, we need a place of rest for travelers who drive motorized vehicles and volunteers who are able to reduce driver fatigue by giving free massage to the travelers. With this done, it is expected that the smoothness and safety of motorists who make homecoming in 2019 can be maintained until they are in their respective hometowns. The target of this community service activity is travelers in 2019 who pass through Banyuwangi City. The preparatory stages include location survey, after that coordinate with the campus to hold campus room loan licensing as a place of rest and massage place for the homecomers. In addition, we are socializing to the public that there will be a free massage at Campus C, Uniba Banyuwangi. Providing all the facilities of massages, such as mattresses, olive oil and towels. The implementation phase is carried out May 18-19, 2019. The homecomers are recorded by filling in attendance and biodata. Travelers come into the room to rest and are given massage treatment. Based on the results of community service activities that have been carried out, the people who have been going home in 2019 are happy and are greatly helped by the location of free rest and massage. The resting place is very helpful for travelers to see a long time in travel and the long distance traveled by the travelers. For free massage activities also make travelers feel more comfortable and more fit to continue their homecoming journey to their hometown.

Mercury Content in Commercial Fishes of Bantul Areas and Yogyakarta. Mercury Content in Commercial Fishes of Bantul Areas and Yogyakarta Fish is an important energy source for the body and has many functions for human health. Hence, the fish are highly favored for consumption by the public. However, the fish has the ability to accumulate heavy metals. One type of dangerous heavy metals and can accumulate in fish is mercury because it has high toxicity at low concentrations. The presence of contaminants from anthropogenic activities that are not processed previously, makes the fish a potential hoarder for heavy metals. This study examined the concentration of mercury in freshwater fish and saltwater fish consumed by the people of Bantul areas and Yogyakarta. Fish samples were collected on 29–30 August 2015 from Prawirotaman Market, supermarket, Embankment on the River Code, and purchased from fishermen in Depok Beach. Analysis of mercury concentrations in fish was done using mercury analyzer NIC MA-3000. The results indicated that the fish with the eating habits of benthivore and planktivore accumulated higher mercury than omninore and carnivore fish. The concentration of mercury in the fish examined does not exceed the threshold of the WHO standard, BPOM-RI, and European Union standards. However, the people need to be alert on mercury bioaccumulative properties, especially when consuming the fish having accumulated mercury continuously for a long time.

(A) The relation between oxygen intake and severity of exertion . — When muscular exercise commences, the ventilation of the lungs, the oxygen intake and the carbon dioxide output rise rapidly, in a period of about 2½ minutes, to values characteristic of the severity of the exercise; at these values they remain approximately constant. If the exercise be moderate, i. e ., if the oxygen intake does not approach the maximum for the subject investigated, then the exercise may be continued for a long time: the body is able, so to speak, to provide the energy required “out of income.” If, however, the effort be excessive, the condition of exercise is not stable, the ventilation, the oxygen intake and the carbon dioxide output tend to attain their maximum values, and fatigue and exhaustion gradually or rapidly set in. The relation between these quantities and the magnitude of the effort made is clearly shown in Table I, especially in the series of 14 experiments made on A. V. H. running; at speeds from 2·86 to 4·7 metres per second. These results are plotted as double circles in fig. 1; the other points shown are the results obtained with S., W., and J. (who have approximately the same body-weight and build as A. V. H.), and with C. N. H. L. and H. L. (who are lighter). The observations on the two latter have been “reduced” to the same body-weight as A. V. H. before plotting. The running was on an open-air grass track, about 90 metres round, the speed being kept constant by an observer calling the times of successive laps. In every case the collection of expired gases was preceded by a sufficient foreperiod of exercise (2½ minutes or more) to ensure that a steady condition was reached. The following conclusions may be drawn from these observations:— (1) At low speeds the ventilation is small and the respiratory quotient is low: the oxygen supply is adequate to the needs of the body, lactic acid does not accumulate, and a steady state is soon attained.

Stunting in general is a failure condition growth against children, caused by malnutrition in a long time. Milk has a good nutritional content and required by the body for the process of growth. In Indonesia, there are still many toddlers and children who do not consume milk that can cause stunting. It is influenced by the high milk prices in the market. To overcome the problem, soy milk can be a solution, because it contains a substance which is equivalent to cow's milk. The village Kutagandok is one of the villages stunting, which is located in Karawang District. Countermeasures carried out of the village to reduce stunting is the provision of soy milk to toddlers and kids. The process of the production of soy milk is made by the people of the village Kutagandok. But the thing is, there are still some obstacles in the production of, namely the limited human resources (HR) for the separation process soy beans with the skin's epidermis. So then it takes a HR more to make the production time to be shorter. In addition, the length of time filtering soy milk which resulted in easy casserole. The purpose of this service is to help the village of reducing stunting, by way of automation peeler soybeans from the epidermis and the filter tool to separate the soy milk with the dregs. Initially the process of the production of soy milk is used in a conventional manner. Furthermore, through this service uses the peeler semi-conventional. With the filter tool, then the time the production process is faster and quality is better.
