ABSTRAKPenelitian ini ditujukan untuk menggambarkan pengawasan orang tua terhadap anak usia prasekolah saat menggunakan gawai. Pengawasan merupakan kegiatan yang memiliki tujuan agar dapat melindungi dalam bentuk perhatian, sehingga anak dapat berkembang terutama anak usia prasekolah. Dalam menggunakan gawai anak memerlukan pendampingan dari orang tua untuk mengarahkan serta memberikan pemahaman-pemahaman mengenai media yang ditonton untuk menunjang pengetahuan serta persepsi-persepsi positif bagi anak. Adapun aspek-aspek pengawasan orang tua dalam pengawasan anak usia prasekolah yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah mediasi aktif prnggunaan media daring, Mediasi aktif keamanan penggunaan media daring, Mediasi pembatasan, pembatasan teknis, dan monitoring. Aspek-aspek pengawasan orang tua yang diteliti ini agar dapat terhindar dari dampak negatif penggunaan gawai. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui observasi non-partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, studi kepustakaan dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orang tua sudah melakukan pengawasan dalam penggunaan gawai pada anak, berusaha meluangkan waktunya untuk melakukan pendampingan pada anak, membantu anak ketika mengalami kesulitan dalam pengoperasian gawai, memberikan arahan untuk membuka konten bersifat edukatif, orang tua berusaha menerapkan kedisiplinan waktu penggunaan gawai sebagai bentuk pengawasannya. Terdapat perbedaan antara ayah dan ibu dalam melakukan pengawasan. Belum semua aspek pengawasan dapat dilakukan secara langsung oleh orang tua karena faktor kesibukan pekerjaan, sehingga orang tua belum dapat melakukan perannya pada aspek-aspek tertentu. ABSTRACTThis study aims to describe parental supervision of preschool children when using gadgets. Supervision is an activity of observing attentively which aims to protect children so that they can develop, especially preschool children. In using gadgets, children require assistance from parents to guide them and provide insights about the media being watched to support knowledge and positive perceptions for children. The aspects of parental supervision of preschool-aged children examined in this study are active mediation of online media use, active mediation of online media use security, restriction mediation, technical restrictions, and monitoring. These aspects of parental supervision are studied in order to avoid the negative impact of using gadgets. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data collection methods used are non-participatory observation, in-depth interviews, literature review and document review. The results show that parents provide financial to meet children's physical needs and as a form of supervision parents try to take the time to provide assistance to children when children use gadgets, help children when they experience difficulties in operating gadgets, provide directions for accessing educational content, and try to apply time discipline. Father and mother have differences in carrying out supervision. Not all aspects of supervision can be carried out directly by parents due to the busy work factor so that parents have not been able to play their role in certain aspects.

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui dampak positif dan negatif dari adanya pergantian (turn-over) guru di Madrasah Aliyah Nahdlatul Ulama Banyuputih kabupaten Batang. Penelitian inimenggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif analitis dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya turn-over yang tinggi pada guru atau pendidik di madrasah tersebut; keuntungan yang bersifat positif justru didapatkan ketika adanya turn-over guru dibandingkan dampak negatifnya; dan kehadiran guru baru menjadi hal yang sangat disukai oleh siswa dalam hal kreativitas, inovasi pembelajaran, motivasi, dan lain sebagainya.The aims of this research were to know the positive and negative impact of teacher turn over at Madrasah Aliyah Nahdlatul Ulama Banyuputih Kabupaten Batang. This research was use analytical descriptive qualitative approach with depth interview, questionnaire and documentation as data collection methods. The results of this research shows that the positive impact occur more than the negative impact when there was teacher turn over; and the presence of a new teacher become student’s favourite on creativity, learning innovation, and motivation aspects.

<p class="15bIsiAbstractBInggris">The achievement in implementing all programs in the tahfidz al qur'an institution is the result of a combination of neat management, the cleverness of the educators and the availability of facilities and infrastructure as well as the input of quality students, this research finds out how the management of santri Mahad Tahfidz bogor recruitment, a place in meticulous is Ma'had Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Boarding Scool which has a focus and commitment in fostering its students to complete memorization of 30 juz, Ma'had bina Madani Boarding scool which is equivalent to the level of Madrasah aliyah. Research shows the existence of santri recruitment management which is carried out in ma'had bina madani for adequate input attainment in achieving the target of memorizing the Qur'an. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods with in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that ma'had bina madani had managed the recruitment of students which included (1) Planning for Santri Tahfidz (2) Implementation of the New Santri Tahfidz Recruitment which included one PSB committee formation, two determinations of the number of students received, three announcements of new santri admissions. Four Registration Five Entrance Selection Six Announcement of New Santri Admission (3) PSB Evaluation (4) New Student Orientation.   </p><p class="16aJudulAbstrak"><strong>Abstrak    </strong>                              </p><p class="16bIsiAbstrak">Ketercapaian dalam melaksanakan semua program dalam lembaga tahfidz al qur'an merupakan hasil dari paduan antara menajemen yang rapih, keiklasan para pendidik dan ktersediaan sarana dan prasarana juga input peserta didik yang berkualitas, peneletian ini mengetahui bagaimana manajemen rekrutmen santri Mahad Tahfidz bogor, tempat yang di teliti merupakan Ma'had Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Boarding Scool yang memiliki fokus dan komitmen dalam membina peserta didik nya untuk menyelesaikan hafalan 30 juz, Ma'had bina Madani Boarding scool yang setara dengan jenjang Madrasah aliyah. Penelitian menunjukan adanya manajemen rekrutmen santri yang dilaksankan di ma'had bina madani untuk Ketecapaian Input yang memadai dalam mencapai target hafalan al quran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan  bahwa ma'had bina madani telah melakukan manjemen rekrutmen santri yang meliputi (1) Perencanaan Santri Tahfidz (2) Pelaksanaan Rekrutmen Santri Tahfidz Baru yang Mencakup satu Pembetukan panitia PSB, Dua Penetuan Jumlah Santri yang di terima, tiga Pengumuman Penerimana santri Baru Empat Pendaftaran Lima Seleksi Masuk Enam Pengumuman Penerimaan Santri Baru (3)Evaluasi PSB (4) Orientasi Peserta didik Baru.    </p>

 Tourism Kampung is an alternative tourist destination for tourists who want to vacation in urban areas. Basen is a tourism kampung that was inaugurated since 2011. Basen Tourism Kampung has a major attraction as a kampung of silver artisans and silver sellers. The issues discussed in this paper is the existence of Basen as a tourism kampung that has the main attractions of silver handicrafts, not only silver products but also tourists can be involved in the process of making silver made in the occupancy community of Basen. Problems arise when the online media created a virtual transaction phenomenon of buyers and sellers, so without the physical showrooms the silver artisans and silver sellers can commercialize their products. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative approach. Survey conducted to collect data. The survey targets are silver artisans and silver sellers. In-depth interviews were conducted on silver artisans and silver sellers to obtain the accuracy of the data. The result of the research shows that the important aspect in the existence of silver handicrafts in Basen is the existence of productive house in Kampung Basen and community of silver artisans and silver sellers. The productive house of the community in Kampung Basen is not only used as occupancy but also the activity of silver handicraft which became the main attraction in Basen Tourism Kampung.

Abstract This study aims to map the conflict in the use of forest resources in the area of Mount Rinjani National Park as an implication of the management model implemented, then formulate several alternative solutions to reduce the negative impact of the conflict. This research used a case study approach. The data collected in this research was through several data collection methods such as field observations, interviews using questionnaires, in-depth interviews, Focus Group Discussions, Participatory Rural Appraisal, and literature studies. Analysis of the data used in this study adopted the concept of dispute style analysis. Based on the results, using Analysis of Dispute Mode (AGATA), in the Pesangrahan village, the actors are divided into three categories, namely compromise, negotiation, and collaboration. The results also illustrate that there are still multiple interpretations related to the utilization of national park areas in the region, and thus, a definite collaboration mechanism is needed principle-based on principles of co-ownership, co-operation, and responsibility.

The purpose of this study was: to determine the role of parents in overcoming the negative impact of gadgets that affect the character of teenagers. Parents must know that they have an important role in efforts to overcome the negative impact of using gadgets on teenagers. Researchers have explained the efforts made by parents to overcome the negative impact of gadgets on teenagers. The method in this research is qualitative by looking at cases in the field (case studies), data collection methods based on surveys or observations, and looking at previous studies that have been in journal form. The results of this study indicate that the role of parents in adolescents that must be carried out and carried out are: First, parents know and understand the rating of the game used by their child, the rating referred to here is the type of game played by the child, secondly, avoid installing electronic devices inside the children's room, the third creates rules that are agreed with the child, by treating time restrictions in using gadgets, the fourth parent actively monitors and pays attention to the media that is being consumed by the child, such as games and movies, the fifth communicates and discusses with the children what they can be from the games or shows they watch, the six parents control the play store on the gadget, by selectively choosing game features that do not cause negative things to the child's character. Another thing that must be done by Christian families is to teach God's word continuously to children and guide children to always build fellowship with God. Parents become educators, as educators in the family provide time and place and give responsibility by entrusting tasks within the family. family, teach discipline and educate with the example of parents. AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: untuk mengetahui peran Orang Tua dalam mengatasi dampak negatif gadget yang mempengaruhi Karakter anak-anak Remaja. Orang tua harus mengetahui bahwa mereka memiliki peran penting sebagai upaya untuk mengatasi dampak negative penggunaan gadget pada anak remaja. Peneliti sudah men-jelaskan upaya yang dilakukan oleh orangtua untuk mengatasi dampak negatif gadget pada remaja. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah Kualitatif, sedangkan metode pengam-bilan data berdasarkan survei atau observasi, serta melihat penelitian-penelitian sebe-lumnya yang sudah dalam bentuk jurnal. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran orang tua pada anak remaja yang harus dilakukan dan dikerjakan yaitu: Pertama, orang tua mengetahui dan memahami rating game yang digunakan oleh anaknya, rating yang dimaksud disini adalah jenis game yang dimainkan anak, kedua hindari pemasangan perangkat elektronik di dalam ruangan kamar anak, ketiga menciptakan aturan yang disetujui dengan anak, dengan cara memperlakukan pembatasan waktu dalam menggu-nakan gadget, keempat orangtua aktif mengawasi dan memperhatikan media yang sedang dikonsumsi oleh anak, seperti game dan film, kelima mengkomunikasikan dan mendis-kusikan pada anak  mengenai apa saja yang mereka dapat dari game atau acara yang mereka tonton, keenam orang tua mengontrol  play store yang di gadget, dengan cara selek-tif  memilih  fitur games yang tidak  menimbulkan hal-hal negatif pada karakter anak. Hal la-in yang harus dilakukan oleh keluarga Kristen adalah mengajarkan firman Tuhan terus-menerus kepada anak dan membimbing anak senantiasa membangun persekutuan dengan Tuhan, orang tua menjadi pendidik, sebagai pendidik dalam keluarga menyediakan waktu dan tempat serta memberikan tanggung jawab dengan mempercayakan tugas-tugas di dalam keluarga, mengajarkan disiplin serta mendidik dengan keteladanan orang tua.

In this era of globalization, the need for information is fast becoming very important for society. With this speed, online media has become one of the mass media that has a lot of interests and readers. On the other hand, it also gave birth to business interest for capital owners to establish large online media such as more than one, making the practice of conglomeration. As in Vicent Mosco's theory the conglomeration is a merging of a media company into a larger company that is in charge of the media. Ultimately, it also had an impact on reporting to the public and evidenced by conducting research on qualitative methods, namely by conducting interviews, observation and documentation with Miles model analysis techniques to media owners as well as to online media reporters SMSI group. In-depth interviews with discussions that have been determined previously in order to obtain data on this study. From this practice that there is a lot of space played by media owners, one of whom occupies as the editor and as the leader of the media, then all practical policies are all determined by the editor of good news that will be covered by journalists in the field. Technically, all news has been conceptualized by the editor, such as issues that will become news. Issues raised provide opportunities for journalists or media owners to find income for companies, such as cooperation with the government or political figures and the news is one of the priorities of the conceptual media owner.

The aim of this research is to point out the patterns of media use of an inmate before the incarceration and the communication habits, as well as the compulsorily restricted media use during imprisonment. The purpose is to get insight of how the prisoners deal with the change of their situation and the subsequent use of traditional media such as letters and phone calls in order to keep in touch with their family and other social contacts. Deriving from the media repertoire approach, the research question is focused on the media use before and during imprisonment, which should clarify the change of patterns. In order to conduct a detailed exploration of a media repertoire on the personal level, the data collection has been conducted through semi-structured in-depth interviews with female prisoners from the German female prison TAF (Teilanstalt für Frauen) at the JVA Billwerder.

Social media are increasingly integrated into media routines as channels to gain access, verify and spread information. Likewise, as mobile news consumption is standardized, the media experiment with native formats for these platforms. This study analyzes how the media use Instagram Stories, to identify the strategies that they apply, as well as the adaptation and innovation features on this platform. A content analysis was conducted from a sample of 17 online media that use Instagram Stories, both legacy and digital native. The results show an upward potential in ephemeral news production, one that is increasingly developed and unique.

One of the government's policy to reduce the maternal mortality rate (MMR) is to launch Jampersal Program. This study purpose to describe the factors associated with utilization Maternity Insurance service (Jampersal) by maternal in Public Health Center X, Muaro Jambi Regency in 2013. The research method used a cross sectional sampling technique with proportional random sampling, after that followed by a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews and document review 9 informants. Quantitative research results showed that 31.1% Jampersal utilize. There is a significant relationship between the variables of age, education, knowledge, attitudes, beliefs, income, accessibility, the role of health workers and the need to use Jampersal. The most dominant variable is income after controlled by education, knowledge, income and accessibility. This study recommended   midwives to give more intensive information, clear and complete to the community and always working to improve the quality of service Jampersal.

Abstract: Cultural transformation becomes wide open in the midst of society to be investigated. The people of Kolaka Ethnic Mekongga District have a mosehe wonua ritual as a space of cultural expression that grows over a long period of time and then undergoes transformation. The formulation of the problem in this study are: 1) how are the forms of transformation of the Wonua Mosehe ritual in Kolaka Regency, and 2) What are the factors that cause the transformation of the Mosehe Wonua ritual in the Kolaka Regency. This study aims to describe and analyze the forms of transformation of the Wonua mosehe ritual in Kolaka District, and describe and analyze the factors that cause the transformation of the Wonua Mosehe ritual in Kolaka District. As a basis for analysis, this study uses the theory of cultural transformation. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods using observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of this analysis show that the forms of mosehe wonua ritual transformation include three things, namely: 1) transformation in aspects of knowledge, 2) transformation in technological aspects, and 3) transformation in aspects of ritual presentation. While the factors causing the transformation are caused by three things, namely: 1) educational factors, 2) ideological factors of community religiosity, and 3) cultural innovation factors.Keywords: Transformation, Ritual, Mosehe Wonua
